全自动防卷曲覆膜机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种全自动防卷曲覆膜机。
背景技术
覆膜机可分为即涂型覆膜机和预涂型覆膜机两大类,是一种用于纸类、板材、裱膜专用设备,经橡皮滚筒和加热滚筒加压后合在一起,形成纸塑合一的产品,预涂型覆膜机,无上胶和干燥部分,体积小、造价低、操作灵活方便,适用于大批量印刷品的加工生产;覆膜机在进行覆膜操作时,需要根据纸张或者是板材的厚度调节覆膜辊的高度,但是现有的装置调节起来较为繁琐,影响了加工效率,在覆膜时,通常会对膜体进行升温再进行覆膜操作,但是待覆膜物体的下侧温度不一样,容易造成卷曲的现象,影响覆膜的质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种全自动防卷曲覆膜机。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
全自动防卷曲覆膜机,包括壳体,所述壳体的上端设有安装槽,所述壳体的上端固定连接有两个支架板,两个所述支架板上设有放料辊,所述壳体的左右两侧均设有移动槽,两个所述移动槽的上下内壁均转动连接有螺纹杆,两个所述移动槽的上下内壁均固定连接有导向杆,两个所述螺纹杆上均螺纹连接有移动块,两个所述导向杆分别贯穿对应的移动块,两个所述移动块之间转动连接有覆膜辊,位于右侧 的所述移动块的右侧安装有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出轴贯穿对应的移动块并与覆膜辊的右端固定连接,所述壳体内设有第二安装腔,两个所述螺纹杆的下端均延伸至第二安装腔并固定连接有联动杆,所述第二安装腔的左右内壁转动连接有转动杆,所述转动杆上固定套设有两个蜗杆,两个所述联动杆上均固定套设有蜗轮,两个所述蜗杆分别于对应的蜗轮相互啮合,所述转动杆的右端贯穿壳体并安装有操作组件。
所述覆膜辊内设有加热腔,所述加热腔内安装有多个第一加热管,所述壳体内设有第一安装腔,所述第一安装腔内安装有多个第二加热管,所述加热腔和第一安装腔内均设有水体。
两个所述支架板的上端设有U形槽,所述放料辊的两端转动轴位于U行槽内,所述安装槽的左右内壁转动连接有导向辊,所述操作组件包括转动盘和条形块,所述壳体的右侧设有操作槽,所述操作组件位于操作槽内,所述操作槽上安装有刻度盘。
本实用新型的优点是:通过选择操作组件即可调节覆膜辊的高度,能够适应于不同厚度的纸张进行调节,保证了覆膜的效果,并且操作起来较为便捷;通过第一加热管和第二加热管能分别对覆膜辊和第一安装腔内的水体进行升温,保证覆膜时纸张上下两侧的温度较为相似,避免覆膜的时候产生卷曲。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1-3所示,全自动防卷曲覆膜机,包括壳体1,壳体1的上端设有安装槽2,壳体1的上端固定连接有两个支架板3,两个支架板3上设有放料辊4,两个支架板3的上端设有U形槽,放料辊4的两端转动轴位于U行槽内,壳体1的左右两侧均设有移动槽18,两个移动槽18的上下内壁均转动连接有螺纹杆20,两个移动槽18的上下内壁均固定连接有导向杆19,两个螺纹杆20上均螺纹连接有移动块21,两个导向杆19分别贯穿对应的移动块21,两个移动块21之间转动连接有覆膜辊7,安装槽2的左右内壁转动连接有导向辊5,使用时将放料膜4上的膜体现经过导向辊5在套设在覆膜辊7上;位于右侧的移动块21的右侧安装有驱动电机6,驱动电机6的输出轴贯穿对应的移动块21并与覆膜辊7的右端固定连接,壳体1内设有第二安装腔11,两个螺纹杆20的下端均延伸至第二安装腔11并固定连接有联动杆13,第二安装腔11的左右内壁转动连接有转动杆12,转动杆12上固定套设有两个蜗杆14,两个联动杆13上均固定套设 有蜗轮15,两个蜗杆14分别于对应的蜗轮15相互啮合,转动转动杆12即可带动两个联动杆13转动,由于蜗轮15和蜗杆14之间自锁,能够保证覆膜辊7转动时较为稳定,转动杆12的右端贯穿壳体1并安装有操作组件16,操作组件16包括转动盘和条形块,壳体1的右侧设有操作槽17,转动操作组件16即可带动转动杆按12转动。
覆膜辊7内设有加热腔,加热腔内安装有多个第一加热管8,壳体1内设有第一安装腔9,第一安装腔9内安装有多个第二加热管10,加热腔和第一安装腔9内均设有水体,装置使用之前,启动第一加热管8和第二加热管10,对相应的水体进行升温,使得加工过程中,待覆膜的物料上下上侧温度相似,避免膜体卷曲的情况的出现,操作组件16位于操作槽17内,操作槽17上安装有刻度盘,便于使用者者进行精确调节。
使用时,先将放料膜4上的膜体现经过导向辊5在套设在覆膜辊7上,启动第一加热管8和第二加热管10,对相应的水体进行升温,并根据待覆膜物体的厚度,转动操作组件16,带动转动杆12转动,由于转动杆12上的两个蜗杆14带动两个蜗轮15转动,即带动联动杆13转动,联动杆13带动对应的螺纹杆20转动,能够同步调节两个移动块21的高度,调节合适之后放入待覆膜物体,启动驱动电机6即可进行覆膜操作;设置第一加热管8和第二加热管10等结构,能够先对膜体和待覆膜的物体上侧进行升温,避免了两侧温度不一,导致膜体卷曲的情况出现,并且通过操作组件16即可快速调节覆膜辊7的高度,能够适应于较多厚度物体的覆膜。

  1. 全自动防卷曲覆膜机,包括壳体(1),其特征在于,所述壳体(1)的上端设有安装槽(2),所述壳体(1)的上端固定连接有两个支架板(3),两个所述支架板(3)上设有放料辊(4),所述壳体(1)的左右两侧均设有移动槽(18),两个所述移动槽(18)的上下内壁均转动连接有螺纹杆(20),两个所述移动槽(18)的上下内壁均固定连接有导向杆(19),两个所述螺纹杆(20)上均螺纹连接有移动块(21),两个所述导向杆(19)分别贯穿对应的移动块(21),两个所述移动块(21)之间转动连接有覆膜辊(7),位于右侧的所述移动块(21)的右侧安装有驱动电机(6),所述驱动电机(6)的输出轴贯穿对应的移动块(21)并与覆膜辊(7)的右端固定连接,所述壳体(1)内设有第二安装腔(11),两个所述螺纹杆(20)的下端均延伸至第二安装腔(11)并固定连接有联动杆(13),所述第二安装腔(11)的左右内壁转动连接有转动杆(12),所述转动杆(12)上固定套设有两个蜗杆(14),两个所述联动杆(13)上均固定套设有蜗轮(15),两个所述蜗杆(14)分别于对应的蜗轮(15)相互啮合,所述转动杆(12)的右端贯穿壳体(1)并安装有操作组件(16)。
