无纺布收卷机的切布装置 技术领域
本发明属于无纺织机械技术领域,具体涉及一种无纺布收卷机的切布装置。
背景技术
无纺布收卷机是成套无纺织产品生产线中的不可或缺机械,具体而言,由收卷机将由前道工序如由针刺机完成了针刺的无纺布收卷,当布卷的直径达到所需要求后由切布装置切断,再启用卷布辊卷取,如此循环。对于无纺布收卷机的大致结构以及具体的工作原理还可通过对诸如CN201545539U(一种无纺布收卷机)、CN211225653U(一种无纺布收卷机)、CN209038665U(一种无纺布收卷机)和CN213084867U(一种无纺布收卷机)等的专利文献的阅读得到更为深入的理解。
为了便于体现结构的整体效果,通常在无纺布收卷机上配套切布装置,图4所示为已有技术中常见的无纺布收卷机的切布装置,其工作过程是:当布卷10的直径达到工艺所要求的程度时(即达到满卷时),由气缸20的工作而使气缸柱201带动摆动臂30,电机架40连同电机401向下位移,在皮带带动电机401快速移动的同时,由电机401带动固定在其电机轴上的圆盘切片4011(也称“刀盘”)高速运动,将途经托布机构1处的无纺布切断,也就是将位于圆盘刀片4011的下方的无纺布切断。这种切布装置实质上类似于服装机械的铺布机(也称“拉布铺布机”)上配备的布料裁切装置,对此还可以由CN201416113Y推荐的“铺布机的全自动裁剪机构”以及CN209957085U提供的“铺布机的对应切断装置”印证。
上述由图4所示的无纺布收卷机的切布装置虽然能够满足将无纺布切断的要求,但是存在如下技术问题:由于无纺布是在布卷卷取的过程中即无纺布是在引出的运动过程中由圆盘刀片裁断的,又由于针刺机的速度越高,布卷卷取的速度也相应越快,无纺布引出的速度同例越快,于是由圆盘刀片切出的无纺布的切口往往是自无纺布的一侧向另一侧倾斜的,即切口呈斜切口,在下游生产厂商使用时需要将斜切口部位的无纺布去除,从而造成了浪费。再一方面,对于品质要求严苛的无纺织产品而言,通常不允许布首及布尾切断时产生斜面情形。之所以在前述的铺布机上不会出现布料切口呈倾斜的情形,是因为布料是处于压住的即暂时处于静止状态下切断的,因此铺布机上的切布装置并不适合于对运动状态的无纺布切断。当然,如果使无纺布在由圆盘刀片切断的时段内暂时停止移动,那么一方面因无纺布停止移动而失去了涨紧效果(即处于松弛状态)而难以甚至无法切割,另一方面客观上不可能使前道的针刺机为了满卷时的切割而暂时停机。由于在目前公开的专利 和非专利文献中均未披露有助于借鉴得以弥补前述技术问题的启示,因此申请人作了有益的探索,形成了下面将要介绍的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种有助于在布卷满卷并且需实施换卷时将继续处于引出状态的无纺布切断并且不会在无纺布切口部位出现斜面而得以避免浪费以及保障质量的无纺布收卷机的切布装置。
本发明的任务是这样来完成的,一种无纺布收卷机的切布装置,包括一托布机构、一导布辊、一无纺布切断机构和彼此左右对应的一对摆臂,托布机构固定在一对摆臂的前端上部之间,导布辊的两端各具有一导布辊支承轴头,无纺布切断机构与一对摆臂的前端中部以及下部的相向一侧连接并且与所述导布辊的长度方向相对应,在一对摆臂的后端相背的一侧各固定有一摆臂致动轮,该对摆臂致动轮连同一对摆臂的后端转动地套置在所述导布辊支承轴头上,特征在于所述的无纺布切断机构包括一作用缸固定梁、一涨紧辊架、一涨紧辊、一组无纺布切断刀架、一无纺布切断刀、一无纺布切断刀架连结杆、一对枢转臂、一对枢转臂驱动作用缸和一组无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸,作用缸固定梁固定在所述的一对摆臂的前端下部的相向一侧之间,涨紧辊架固定在一对枢转臂的上端的相向一侧之间,涨紧辊在对应于涨紧辊架的长度方向的上方的位置转动支承在一对枢转臂的上端相向一侧之间,一组无纺布切断刀架间隔分布在一对枢转臂之间,该组无纺布切断刀架的下端后方穿套固定在一切断刀架连结辊轴的中部,而该切断刀架连结辊轴的两端各转动地支承在一连结辊轴枢转支承座上,该连结辊轴枢转支承座在对应于所述作用缸固定梁的端部上方的位置与所述一对摆臂的前端下部的相向一侧固定,无纺布切断刀与无纺布切断刀架的上端固定并且与所述涨紧辊的长度方向的前上方相对应,无纺布切断刀架连结杆固定连结在一组无纺布切断刀架的中部,一对枢转臂的下端枢转连接在一对摆臂的前端中部的相向一侧,一对枢转臂驱动作用缸分别固定在所述作用缸固定梁的两端,该对枢转臂驱动作用缸的枢转臂驱动作用缸柱朝向上并且分别与一对枢转臂的相向一侧的中部铰接,一组无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸的数量与一组无纺布切断刀架的数量相等并且在对应于一组无纺布切断刀架的位置固定在所述作用缸固定梁上,该无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸的无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸柱朝向上并且与一组无纺布切断刀架的下端前方铰接。
在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,所述的托布机构包括一托布辊架、一前托布辊和一后托布辊,托布辊架在对应于所述一对摆臂的前端上部的居中位置之间与一对摆臂固定,前托布辊对应于托布辊架的长度方向的前方,并且该前托布辊的前托布辊左轴头以及前托布辊右轴头各转动地支承在前托布辊轴头枢转支承座上,而该前托布辊轴头枢转支承座与 托布辊架的前侧固定,后托布辊对应于托布辊架的长度方向的后方,并且该后托布辊的后托布辊左轴头以及后托布辊右轴头各转动地支承在后托布辊轴头枢转支承座上,而该后托布辊轴头枢转支承座与托布辊架的后侧固定。
在本发明的另一个具体的实施例中,所述导布辊支承轴头朝向所述导布辊的一端对应于导布辊的导布辊腔的中心位置并且通过一组导布辊支承轴头辐板与导布辊腔的腔壁固定,而导布辊支承轴头伸展到导布辊腔外的一端在使用状态下转动地支承在设置于收卷机上的导布辊轴头枢转支承轴承座上并且由导布辊轴头枢转驱动装置与位于导布辊的一端的导布辊轴头驱动装置通过导布辊支承轴头带动导布辊转动。
在本发明的又一个具体的实施例中,所述的一组导布辊支承轴头辐板以辐射形态分布,并且位于导布辊的左端和右端的导布辊支承轴头之间由位于所述导布辊腔内的导布辊支承轴头连接轴连结。
在本发明的再一个具体的实施例中,所述的摆臂致动轮通过摆臂致动轮螺钉与所述一对摆臂的后端相背的一侧固定,并且在摆臂致动轮的中心位置设置有一摆臂致动轮轴承,由该摆臂致动轮轴承在对应于开设在一对摆臂的后端的摆臂轴头孔的位置将摆臂致动轮连同摆臂的后端转动地套置在所述导布辊支承轴头上。
在本发明的还有一个具体的实施例中,所述的摆臂致动轮为链轮并且在使用状态下由设置在收卷机上的摆臂致动轮致动装置的链条与摆臂致动轮连结,所述摆臂致动轮驱动装置为具有正反转功能的摆臂致动轮驱动装置。
在本发明的更而一个具体的实施例中,在所述一对枢转臂的下端各开设有一枢转臂转动支承孔,而在所述的一对摆臂的前端的相向一侧并且在对应于枢转臂转动支承孔的位置各固定有一枢转臂转动支承轴,枢转臂转动支承孔与枢转臂转动支承轴枢转配合。
在本发明的进而一个具体的实施例中,在所述作用缸固定梁的两端各固定有一固定梁固定座,该固定梁固定座与所述一对摆臂的前端下部的相向一侧固定。
在本发明的又更而一个具体的实施例中,所述无纺布切断刀的长度方向的后侧构成有无纺布切断刀锯齿刃。
在本发明的又进而一个具体的实施例中,所述一对枢转臂驱动作用缸为气缸;所述的一组无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸为气缸。
本发明提供的技术方案由于采用了结构合理的无纺布切断机构,因而有助于在布卷满卷并且需实施换卷时将处于继续引出状态的无纺布由无纺布切断刀倾刻切断,不会在无纺布切口部位形成斜面,得以避免浪费以及保障质量,特别适合于无纺布高速生产线。

为了能够更加清楚地理解本发明的技术实质和有益效果,申请人在下面以实施例的方式作详细说明,但是对实施例的描述均不是对本发明方案的限制,任何依据本发明构思所作出的仅仅为形式上的而非实质性的等效变换都应视为本发明的技术方案范畴。
在下面的描述中凡是涉及上、下、左、右、前和后的方向性或称方位性的概念都是针对图1所处的位置状态为例的,因而不能将其理解为对本发明提供的技术方案的特别限定。
请参见图1,示出了一托布机构1、一导布辊2、一无纺布切断机构3和彼此左右对应的一对摆臂4,托布机构1固定在一对摆臂4的前端上部之间,导布辊2的两端各具有一导布辊支承轴头21,无纺布切断机构3与一对摆臂4的前端中部以及下部的相向一侧连接并且与前述导布辊2的长度方向相对应,在一对摆臂4的后端相背的一侧(即背对背的一侧)各固定有一摆臂致动轮5,该对摆臂致动轮5连同一对摆臂4的后端转动地套置在前述导布辊支承轴头21上。
作为本发明提供的技术方案的技术要点:前述的无纺布切断机构3包括一作用缸固定梁31、一涨紧辊架32、一涨紧辊33、一组无纺布切断刀架34、一无纺布切断刀35、一无纺布切断刀架连结杆36、一对枢转臂37、一对枢转臂驱动作用缸38和一组无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸39,作用缸固定梁31固定在前述的一对摆臂4的前端下部的相向一侧之间,涨紧辊架32固定在一对枢转臂37的上端的相向一侧之间,涨紧辊33在对应于涨紧辊架32的长度方向的上方的位置转动支承在一对枢转臂37的上端相向一侧之间,一组无纺布切断刀架34间隔分布在一对枢转臂37之间,该组无纺布切断刀架34的下端后方穿套固定在一切断刀架连结辊轴341的中部,而该切断刀架连结辊轴341的两端各转动地支承在一连结辊轴枢转支承座3411上,该连结辊轴枢转支承座3411在对应于前述作用缸固定梁31的端部上方的位置与前述一对摆臂4的前端下部的相向一侧固定,无纺布切断刀35与无纺布切断刀架34的上端固定并且与前述涨紧辊33的长度方向的前上方相对应,无纺布切断刀架连结杆36固定连结在一组无纺布切断刀架34的中部,一对枢转臂37的下端枢转连接在一对摆臂4的前端中部的相向一侧,一对枢转臂驱动作用缸38分别固定在前述 作用缸固定梁31的两端,该对枢转臂驱动作用缸38的枢转臂驱动作用缸柱381朝向上并且枢转臂驱动作用缸柱381的末端分别与形状大体上呈L字形的一对枢转臂37的相向一侧的中部铰接,一组无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸39的数量与一组无纺布切断刀架34的数量相等并且在对应于一组无纺布切断刀架34的位置固定在前述作用缸固定梁31上,该无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸39的无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸柱391朝向上并且其末端各通过缸柱铰接销轴3911与一组无纺布切断刀架34的下端前方铰接。
前述的托布机构1包括一托布辊架11、一前托布辊12和一后托布辊13,托布辊架11在对应于前述一对摆臂4的前端上部的居中位置之间与一对摆臂4固定,在图1中,示出了供托布辊架11固定的并且预设在一对摆臂4的前端上部的居中位置的托布辊架固定螺钉孔43(四个),前托布辊12对应于托布辊架11的长度方向的前方,并且该前托布辊12的前托布辊左轴头以及前托布辊右轴头各转动地支承在前托布辊轴头枢转支承座121上,而该前托布辊轴头枢转支承座121与托布辊架11的前侧固定,后托布辊13对应于托布辊架11的长度方向的后方,并且该后托布辊13的后托布辊左轴头以及后托布辊右轴头各转动地支承在后托布辊轴头枢转支承座131上,而该后托布辊轴头枢转支承座131与托布辊架11的后侧固定。
继续见图1,前述导布辊支承轴头21朝向前述导布辊2的一端对应于导布辊2的导布辊腔22的中心位置并且通过一组导布辊支承轴头辐板211与导布辊腔22的腔壁固定,而导布辊支承轴头21伸展到导布辊腔22外的一端在使用状态下转动地支承在设置于收卷机上的导布辊轴头枢转支承轴承座上并且由导布辊轴头枢转驱动装置与位于导布辊2的一端的导布辊轴头驱动装置通过导布辊支承轴头21带动导布辊2转动。
由图1所示,前述的一组导布辊支承轴头辐板211以辐射形态分布,并且位于导布辊2的左端和右端的导布辊支承轴头21之间由位于前述导布辊腔22内的导布辊支承轴头连接轴212连结。
前述的摆臂致动轮5通过摆臂致动轮螺钉52与前述一对摆臂4的后端相背的一侧(即一对摆臂4的背对背的一侧)固定,并且在摆臂致动轮5的中心位置设置有一摆臂致动轮轴承51,由该摆臂致动轮轴承51在对应于开设在一对摆臂4的后端的摆臂轴头孔41的位置将摆臂致动轮5连同摆臂4的后端转动地套置在前述导布辊支承轴头21上。如此结构的特点是:在导布辊支承轴头21带动导布辊2转动时,一对摆臂4不发生转动;在一对摆臂4依需摆动一个角度时,不会带动导布辊支承轴头21,因此两者的运动互不干涉。
在本实施例中,前述的摆臂致动轮5为链轮并且在使用状态下由设置在收卷机上的摆臂致动轮致动装置的链条与摆臂致动轮5连结,前述摆臂致动轮驱动装置为具有正反转功 能的摆臂致动轮驱动装置。
由图1所示,在前述一对枢转臂37的下端各开设有一枢转臂转动支承孔371,而在前述的一对摆臂4的前端的相向一侧并且在对应于枢转臂转动支承孔371的位置各固定有一枢转臂转动支承轴42,枢转臂转动支承孔371与枢转臂转动支承轴42枢转配合。
在前述作用缸固定梁31的两端各固定有一固定梁固定座311,该固定梁固定座311通过螺钉与前述一对摆臂4的前端下部的相向一侧固定。
前述无纺布切断刀35的长度方向的后侧构成有无纺布切断刀锯齿刃351,在高速收卷状态下,当要对满卷的无纺布9切断时,则可由该无纺布切断刀锯齿刃351瞬间将无纺布9切断。
在本实施例中,前述一对枢转臂驱动作用缸38为气缸;前述的一组无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸39为气缸。
请参见图2并且结合图1,在图2中示出了卷布机的结构体系的一对机架墙板6,一对机架墙板6的相向一侧之间由一组墙板支撑梁64固定连结为一个整体,在一对机架墙板6上各设置有一对导轨61,即共有两对导轨61,在一对导轨61上各设置有一第一滑块611,而在另一对导轨61上各设置有一第二滑块612,由高速针刺机针刺成型后的前述无纺布9依次经由图2所示的并且设置在一对机架墙板6之间的下导布辊62、中间导布辊63和本发明切布装置的结构体系的并且由动力带动下处于转动状态的导布辊2,再经备用布卷辊7b抵达布卷辊7a,在相应的动力装置即前述的导布辊轴头枢转驱动装置带动布卷辊7a转动状态下将无纺布9卷取,在卷取过程中,随着布卷10的直径的逐渐增大,在一对前后对应的并且各自滑动地设置于一对导轨61上的第一滑块611的滑动作用下布卷10渐渐向左移动。在前述布卷辊7a处于卷布状态下,本发明图1所示的托布机构1、无纺布切断机构3和一对摆臂4处于由图2所示的离开与导布辊2的配合状态。在该状态下,具体而言,由摆臂致动轮驱动装置通过链条对摆臂驱动轮5的作用而使前述的一对摆臂4带动托布机构1以及无纺布切断机构3处于退出对无纺布9的切断状态。当布卷10的直径达到了工艺所要求的程度时(通常由图中未示出的计米器或类似的计量部件并且将信号反馈给电气控制器),由电气控制器发出将无纺布9切断的指令。
请参见图3并且结合图1和图2,当要换卷而将无纺布9切断时,那么在前述电气控制器的指令下,摆臂致动轮驱动装置对摆臂致动轮5的反向工作(转动),使一对摆臂4的前端相对于图2状态向上即向顺时针方向位移,同时带动托布机构1以及无纺布切断机构3进入切布工作状态,在该状态下,由于一对枢转臂驱动作用缸38工作而使涨紧轴33处于对无纺布9的涨紧状态,并且在一组无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸39的同步工作下以 及在托布机构1的托布状态下,无纺布切断刀35处于与途经的无纺布9良好接触的状态,在该状态下,将途经无纺布切断刀锯齿刃351处的无纺布切断,即由无纺布切断刀锯齿刃351将途经其处的无纺布瞬间切断,在完成了对无纺布9的布首切断后,前述摆臂致动轮5的反向转动,本发明的一对摆臂4、托布机构1以及无纺布切断机构3返回到图2所示的状态。而切断的无纺布9的布首跌落至前述的备用布卷辊7b上,与前述相同的道理(原理),在相应的导布辊轴头枢转驱动装置带动备用布卷辊36的转动下,将无纺布9卷取,在卷取过程中,随着备用布卷辊7b上的布卷10的直径的逐渐增大,在另一对前后对应的并且各自滑动地设置于另一对导轨61上的第二滑块611的移动作用下,布卷10渐渐向左移动。在前述过程中,先前的布卷辊7a由在线作业人员卸卷,由于卸卷方式属于已有技术,例如可参见并非限于例举的CN108639810A(一种便于更换卷筒的卷布机),因而申请人不再赘述,卸除布卷10后的前述布卷辊7a演变为备用布卷辊7b而使其处于由图2所示的位置,而正在卷布的备用布卷辊7b实质上扮演着布卷辊7a的作用。
综上所述,本发明提供的技术方案弥补了已有技术中的缺憾,顺利地完成了发明任务,如实地兑现了申请人在上面的技术效果栏中载述的技术效果。

  1. 一种无纺布收卷机的切布装置,包括一托布机构(1)、一导布辊(2)、一无纺布切断机构(3)和彼此左右对应的一对摆臂(4),托布机构(1)固定在一对摆臂(4)的前端上部之间,导布辊(2)的两端各具有一导布辊支承轴头(21),无纺布切断机构(3)与一对摆臂(4)的前端中部以及下部的相向一侧连接并且与所述导布辊(2)的长度方向相对应,在一对摆臂(4)的后端相背的一侧各固定有一摆臂致动轮(5),该对摆臂致动轮(5)连同一对摆臂(4)的后端转动地套置在所述导布辊支承轴头(21)上,其特征在于所述的无纺布切断机构(3)包括一作用缸固定梁(31)、一涨紧辊架(32)、一涨紧辊(33)、一组无纺布切断刀架(34)、一无纺布切断刀(35)、一无纺布切断刀架连结杆(36)、一对枢转臂(37)、一对枢转臂驱动作用缸(38)和一组无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸(39),作用缸固定梁(31)固定在所述的一对摆臂(4)的前端下部的相向一侧之间,涨紧辊架(32)固定在一对枢转臂(37)的上端的相向一侧之间,涨紧辊(33)在对应于涨紧辊架(32)的长度方向的上方的位置转动支承在一对枢转臂(37)的上端相向一侧之间,一组无纺布切断刀架(34)间隔分布在一对枢转臂(37)之间,该组无纺布切断刀架(34)的下端后方穿套固定在一切断刀架连结辊轴(341)的中部,而该切断刀架连结辊轴(341)的两端各转动地支承在一连结辊轴枢转支承座(3411)上,该连结辊轴枢转支承座(3411)在对应于所述作用缸固定梁(31)的端部上方的位置与所述一对摆臂(4)的前端下部的相向一侧固定,无纺布切断刀(35)与无纺布切断刀架(34)的上端固定并且与所述涨紧辊(33)的长度方向的前上方相对应,无纺布切断刀架连结杆(36)固定连结在一组无纺布切断刀架(34)的中部,一对枢转臂(37)的下端枢转连接在一对摆臂(4)的前端中部的相向一侧,一对枢转臂驱动作用缸(38)分别固定在所述作用缸固定梁(31)的两端,该对枢转臂驱动作用缸(38)的枢转臂驱动作用缸柱(381)朝向上并且分别与一对枢转臂(37)的相向一侧的中部铰接,一组无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸(39)的数量与一组无纺布切断刀架(34)的数量相等并且在对应于一组无纺布切断刀架(34)的位置固定在所述作用缸固定梁(31)上,该无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸(39)的无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸柱(391)朝向上并且与一组无纺布切断刀架(34)的下端前方铰接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无纺布收卷机的切布装置,其特征在于所述的托布机构(1)包括一托布辊架(11)、一前托布辊(12)和一后托布辊(13),托布辊架(11)在对应于所述一对摆臂(4)的前端上部的居中位置之间与一对摆臂(4)固定,前托布辊(12)对应于托布辊架(11)的长度方向的前方,并且该前托布辊(12)的前托布辊左轴头以及前托布辊右轴头各转动地支承在前托布辊轴头枢转支承座(121)上,而该前托布辊轴头枢转支承座(121)与托布辊架(11)的前侧固定,后托布辊(13)对应于托布辊架(11)的长度方向的后方,并且该后托 布辊(13)的后托布辊左轴头以及后托布辊右轴头各转动地支承在后托布辊轴头枢转支承座(131)上,而该后托布辊轴头枢转支承座(131)与托布辊架(11)的后侧固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的无纺布收卷机的切布装置,其特征在于所述导布辊支承轴头(21)朝向所述导布辊(2)的一端对应于导布辊(2)的导布辊腔(22)的中心位置并且通过一组导布辊支承轴头辐板(211)与导布辊腔(22)的腔壁固定,而导布辊支承轴头(21)伸展到导布辊腔(22)外的一端在使用状态下转动地支承在设置于收卷机上的导布辊轴头枢转支承轴承座上并且由导布辊轴头枢转驱动装置与位于导布辊(2)的一端的导布辊轴头驱动装置通过导布辊支承轴头(21)带动导布辊(2)转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的无纺布收卷机的切布装置,其特征在于所述的一组导布辊支承轴头辐板(211)以辐射形态分布,并且位于导布辊(2)的左端和右端的导布辊支承轴头(21)之间由位于所述导布辊腔(22)内的导布辊支承轴头连接轴(212)连结。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的无纺布收卷机的切布装置,其特征在于所述的摆臂致动轮(5)通过摆臂致动轮螺钉(52)与所述一对摆臂(4)的后端相背的一侧固定,并且在摆臂致动轮(5)的中心位置设置有一摆臂致动轮轴承(51),由该摆臂致动轮轴承(51)在对应于开设在一对摆臂(4)的后端的摆臂轴头孔(41)的位置将摆臂致动轮(5)连同摆臂(4)的后端转动地套置在所述导布辊支承轴头(21)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1或5所述的无纺布收卷机的切布装置,其特征在于所述的摆臂致动轮(5)为链轮并且在使用状态下由设置在收卷机上的摆臂致动轮致动装置的链条与摆臂致动轮(5)连结,所述摆臂致动轮驱动装置为具有正反转功能的摆臂致动轮驱动装置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的无纺布收卷机的切布装置,其特征在于在所述一对枢转臂(37)的下端各开设有一枢转臂转动支承孔(371),而在所述的一对摆臂(4)的前端的相向一侧并且在对应于枢转臂转动支承孔(371)的位置各固定有一枢转臂转动支承轴(42),枢转臂转动支承孔(371)与枢转臂转动支承轴(42)枢转配合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的无纺布收卷机的切布装置,其特征在于在所述作用缸固定梁(31)的两端各固定有一固定梁固定座(311),该固定梁固定座(311)与所述一对摆臂(4)的前端下部的相向一侧固定。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的无纺布收卷机的切布装置,其特征在于所述无纺布切断刀(35)的长度方向的后侧构成有无纺布切断刀锯齿刃(351)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的无纺布收卷机的切布装置,其特征在于所述一对枢转臂驱动作用缸(38)为气缸;所述的一组无纺布切断刀架驱动作用缸(39)为气缸。
