防止按键脱落的开关装置
本公开要求在2021年12月14日提交中国专利局、申请号为202123145281.4的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及开关技术领域,例如涉及一种防止按键脱落的开关装置。
背景技术
相关技术下用于控制开关的按键,由于结构设计的较为简单,大多通过设置在上壳内底面的卡勾及螺丝对按键进行固定,以此结构设计,在控制开关的长期使用过程中,一旦用于固定按键的卡勾和螺丝失效,很容易造成按键脱落,继而使得控制开关无法正常使用。
发明内容
本申请提供一种防止按键脱落的开关装置,该开关装置结构稳定可靠,能够有效防止按键脱落。
本申请采用下述技术方案:
一种防止按键脱落的开关装置,包括上壳组件、下壳组件、设置于所述上壳组件和所述下壳组件构成的腔体内的电路板组件、以及外延于所述腔体并与所述电路板组件电连接的数据线;所述上壳组件包括上壳,以及密封盖设于所述上壳上表面的按键组件,所述按键组件与所述电路板组件相配合。

图1是本实施例中一种防止按键脱落的开关装置的分解图;图2是图1的装配图;图3是图1中键框121的轴测图;图4是图1中第一键帽122的另一角度的结构 示意图;图5是图1中第二键帽123的另一角度的结构示意图。结合图1-5所示,本实施提供了一种防止按键脱落的开关装置,该开关装置将按键组件设置于上壳11的上方,以此不仅方便按键组件的安装固定,同时还能够通过上壳11对按键组件形成稳定可靠的支撑,继而有效防止按键在长期使用过程中发生脱落等异常,以此使得开关装置的可靠性得到较大的提升。
本实施例中的开关装置主要包括上壳组件1、下壳组件2、设置于上壳组件1和下壳组件2构成的腔体内的电路板组件3、以及外延于腔体并与电路板组件3电连接的数据线4等几部分组成;作为可选的,本实施例中的上壳组件1包括上壳11,以及密封盖设于上壳11上表面的按键组件,按键组件与电路板组件3相配合。更可选的,本实施例中的电路板组件3包括与下壳组件2紧固的电路板31,以及焊接于电路板31的按压开关32,按压开关32与开设于上壳11的按键孔13上下对齐设置,之后通过与按键孔13相配合的按键组件对按压开关32进行按压。
可选的,数据线4的第一端可以与电路板组件3电连接,数据线4的第二端可以与其他的电子设备相连接。
在一个实施例中,本申请公开了一种防止按键脱落的开关装置,包括上壳组件1、下壳组件2、设置于所述上壳组件1和所述下壳组件2构成的腔体内的电路板组件3、以及外延于所述腔体并与所述电路板组件3电连接的数据线4;所述上壳组件1包括上壳11,以及密封盖设于所述上壳11上表面的按键组件,所述按键组件与所述电路板组件3相配合。以此结构设计的开关装置,通过上壳11对按键组件形成稳定可靠的支撑,继而有效防止按键在长期使用过程中发生脱落等异常,以此使得该开关装置的可靠性得到较大的提升。
可选的,本实施例中的按键组件包括紧固于上壳11上表面的键框121、与键框121相配合的第一键帽122、以及盖设于上壳11上表面与键框121相配合的第二键帽123;本实施例中的键框121包括框体1211、外延于框体1211一侧的延伸臂1212、以及外延于框体1211及延伸臂1212同一侧面边缘的安装壁1213,安装壁1213开设有定位孔1214,定位孔1214与凸设于上壳11上表面的定位柱1215通过热熔方式紧固。
本实施例中框体1211的设置,能够方便第一键帽122和第二键帽123的定位及安装,继而也使得第一键帽122和第二键帽123能够更好的通过上述按键孔13 与下方电路板组件3中的按压开关32进行配合。
可选的,为了方便按压,增加按压时的手感,第一键帽122和第二键帽123均设置为硅胶键帽,在第一键帽122的下底面向下延伸设置有第一凸起1221,第二键帽123的下底面设置有第二凸起1233,第一凸起1221和第二凸起1233分别穿过设置于上壳11的按键孔13与下方对应的按压开关32相抵接。
此外,为了方便第一键帽122的安装,在第一键帽122下底面的边缘设置有延伸边1222,延伸边1222与设置于键框121的框体1211内壁的台阶12111相抵,也即通过台阶12111将第一键帽122固定于框体1211内,并使得第一键帽122通过对应的按键孔13与下方的按压开关32相抵触。
可选的,本实施例中的第二键帽123还设置有与框体1211及延伸臂1212相配合的缺口1231,通过缺口1231的设置,能够更好的实现第二键帽123的定位,此外,还可以通过第二键帽123下底面的边缘向下延伸的卡勾1232,实现第二键帽123与上壳11之间的卡合,作为可选的,为了增加上壳11的防水性能,与上壳11相卡接的卡槽均设置于上壳11四周的侧壁上。
此外,在上壳11的一侧壁上,还设置有一个凹槽111,该凹槽111与凸设于第二键帽123下底面的固定座通过螺丝紧固,以此提升第二键帽123安装后的可靠性。
可选的,本实施例中的下壳组件2包括下壳21,以及与下壳21相枢接的连接件22;为了增加上壳组件1与下壳组件2配合后的防水性能,作为可选的,本实施例中的上壳11和下壳21采用超声波焊接;此外,本实施例还在下壳21的下底面设置有弧形缺口211,连接件22与弧形缺口211构成用于和外部构件紧固的安装位24,安装位24的内壁设置有防滑垫23。需要说明的是,安装位24可以理解为用于安装外部构件的位置,可以使外部构件伸入安装位24中,以使得连接件22与弧形缺口211箍紧外部构件。例如,在对该开关装置固定时,可先将连接件22从弧形缺口211处掀开,之后再通过防滑垫23将外部固定杆(也即外部构件)包裹后安装至安装位24,最后再通过螺丝将连接件22远离铰接轴的一端与弧形缺口211的一端紧固,以此将开关装置安装到外部固定杆。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防止按键脱落的开关装置,包括上壳组件(1)、下壳组件(2)、设置于所述上壳组件(1)和所述下壳组件(2)构成的腔体内的电路板组件(3)、以及外延于所述腔体并与所述电路板组件(3)电连接的数据线(4);所述上壳组件(1)包括上壳(11),以及密封盖设于所述上壳(11)上表面的按键组件,所述按键组件与所述电路板组件(3)相配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防止按键脱落的开关装置,其中,所述电路板组件(3)包括与所述下壳组件(2)紧固的电路板(31),以及焊接于所述电路板(31)的按压开关(32)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防止按键脱落的开关装置,其中,所述按键组件包括紧固于所述上壳(11)上表面的键框(121)、与所述键框(121)相配合的第一键帽(122)、以及盖设于所述上壳(11)上表面并与所述键框(121)相配合的第二键帽(123)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防止按键脱落的开关装置,其中,所述第一键帽(122)的下底面向下延伸设置有第一凸起(1221),所述第二键帽(123)的下底面设置有第二凸起(1233),所述第一凸起(1221)和所述第二凸起(1233)分别穿过所述上壳(11)与下方的所述按压开关(32)相抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的防止按键脱落的开关装置,其中,所述键框(121)、所述第一键帽(122)及所述第二键帽(123)均与所述上壳(11)密封连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的防止按键脱落的开关装置,其中,所述第一键帽(122)和所述第二键帽(123)均设置为硅胶键帽。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的防止按键脱落的开关装置,其中,所述键框(121)包括框体(1211)、外延于所述框体(1211)一侧的延伸臂(1212)、以及外延于所述框体(1211)及所述延伸臂(1212)同一侧面边缘的安装壁(1213),所述安装壁(1213) 开设有定位孔(1214),所述定位孔(1214)与凸设于所述上壳(11)上表面的定位柱(1215)相配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的防止按键脱落的开关装置,其中,所述第一键帽(122)下底面的边缘设置有延伸边(1222),所述延伸边(1222)与设置于所述框体(1211)内壁的台阶(12111)相配合。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的防止按键脱落的开关装置,其中,所述第二键帽(123)设置有与所述框体(1211)及所述延伸臂(1212)相配合的缺口(1231),所述第二键帽(123)下底面的边缘向下延伸有与所述上壳(11)相卡接的卡勾(1232)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的防止按键脱落的开关装置,其中,所述下壳组件(2)包括下壳(21),以及与所述下壳(21)相枢接的连接件(22);所述下壳(21)的下底面设置有弧形缺口(211),所述连接件(22)与所述弧形缺口(211)构成用于和外部构件紧固的安装位(24),所述安装位(24)的内壁设置有防滑垫(23)。
