S4、定型切边,将毛坯纸板转移至成型机的热模内,热模的加热盘对毛坯纸板进行加热和挤压,其中热板温度165±25℃,油缸压力在100t,定型时间80s,定型完成后,由热模直接冲裁毛坯纸板完成切边落料作业,即可得到产品和余留的切边料纸;
S5、检验消毒,将切边下来的产品分散不重叠地放置于消毒传送带上,开启传送带电机,并设置紫外线消毒灯及吹风机启动,同时检查产品外观是否合格;然后将经过消毒后的产品放入中转箱中,再通过检针机检查产品中是否含有铁丝金属,满足要求后对产品进行包装。
实施例二
本发明所提供的的一种纸浆模塑餐具及其制备工艺方法,按质量百分比由以下材料制成:原料浆纸93份、防油剂1.5份、防水剂5.5份,原料浆纸包括甘蔗浆纸和竹浆纸,其中甘蔗浆纸62份、竹浆纸31份,其中甘蔗浆纸和竹浆纸均是纤维强度较好的原料,并且是成型纸产品,对于增强纸浆餐具的结构强度具有极大的基础提升,该甘蔗浆纸为甘蔗榨汁后的废品纤维制成、竹浆纸为竹子纤维制成的成型纸产品,在实际制备时,其中的原理浆纸均设置为新料的甘蔗浆纸和竹浆纸进行组合,其中防水剂选用CZ-201 阳离子中性施胶剂,主要成分设为丙烯酸丁酯,浓度为23±0.5%,防油剂选用AG-E860纸浆专用防油剂,通过制备工艺制成刀、叉、勺形态的纸浆模塑餐具。
为了制备上述纸浆模塑餐具,本实施例采用了一种高强度纸浆模塑餐具的制备工艺方法,其中具体以制备勺形态的餐具为例,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、泡浆碎浆,将原料浆纸称量好甘蔗浆纸34.5kg、竹浆纸17.5kg,同样比例搭配的甘蔗浆纸62份、竹浆纸31份制备的切边料板8kg,检查作为原料放入等重量的水中静置时间15-20min,使其充分吸水软化,然后将软化的纸板置入碎浆机桶内,调节碎浆机桶内碎浆机的粉碎转速设置为00r/min,运行时间10分钟,将软化的纸板彻底打碎,呈现碎浆机桶内的浆水呈细泡沫白浆以备用;
S2、配浆供浆,将经上一步骤粉碎的浆板转移放入配浆池中,并向配浆池中按清水与原料称重重量以6:1再加入对应清水,并进行充分搅拌形成配浆,然后以先加防油剂后加防水剂的顺序加入配浆池,提供定量的防油防水剂,并对防油防水剂进行充分搅拌,具体为在加入对应试剂之后分别进行搅拌5分钟;将配浆池中的浆液放入供浆池中,并设定配浆池内搅拌转速设置为150r/min进行搅拌,得到混合浆液,然后通过输送管道送到车间成型机备用;
S3、调浆捞浆,预先通过调整定量杯来控制浆液的体积,从而确定产品的克重参数,具体为根据制备产品的要求进行设定;其中捞浆具体设置为成型机捞浆桶升起,并把网布放入捞浆模中,然后放下捞浆模,按下供浆按钮,将上一步骤的浆液送入到成型机的冷模内,供浆结束后,按抽真空按钮将混合浆液中的水分以真空过滤方法滤去70-80%,其中真空度设置为0.04Mpa,捞浆时间设为50s,得到毛坯纸板,取出备用;其中供浆后余下的浆水回浆至供浆池以备下次供浆使用,另外设置回水池,在捞浆后真空过滤的水分接入回水池,所述回水池与配浆池连通供给补水;
S4、定型切边,将毛坯纸板转移至成型机的热模内,热模的加热盘对毛坯纸板进行加热和挤压,其中热板温度165±25℃,油缸压力在50t,定型时间40s,定型完成后,由热模直接冲裁毛坯纸板完成切边落料作业,即可得到产品和余留的切边料纸;
S5、检验消毒,将切边下来的产品分散不重叠地放置于消毒传送带上,开启传送带电机,并设置紫外线消毒灯及吹风机启动,同时检查产品外观是否合格;然后将经过消毒后的产品放入中转箱中,再通过检针机检查产品中是否含有铁丝金属,满足要求后对产品进行包装。
其中勺子因不需较高硬度要求,对于其制备的条件相较于制作刀餐具的要求稍低,如定型步骤中油缸压力及定型时间均可适当调低。
实施例三
本发明所提供的的一种纸浆模塑餐具及其制备工艺方法,按质量百分比由以下材料制成:原料浆纸93份、防油剂1.5份、防水剂5.5份,原料浆纸包括甘蔗浆纸和竹浆纸,其中甘蔗浆纸62份、竹浆纸1份,其中甘蔗浆纸和竹浆纸均是纤维强度较好的原料,并且是成型纸产品,对于增强纸浆餐具的结构强度具有极大的基础提升,该甘蔗浆纸为甘蔗榨汁后的废品纤维制成、竹浆纸为竹子纤维制成的成型纸产品,在实际制备时,其中的原料浆纸包括新料的甘蔗浆纸和上个生产工艺切边留下的切边料纸进行组合,其中新料浆板和切边料板的质量比为26:3,其中防水剂选用CZ-201 阳离子中性施胶剂,主要成分设为丙烯酸丁酯,浓度为23±0.5%,防油剂选用AG-E860纸浆专用防油剂,通过制备工艺制成刀、叉、勺形态的纸浆模塑餐具。
为了制备上述纸浆模塑餐具,本实施例采用了一种高强度纸浆模塑餐具的制备工艺方法,其中具体以制备叉子形态的餐具为例,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、泡浆碎浆,将原料浆纸称量好甘蔗浆纸49kg、竹浆纸20kg,检查作为原料放入等重量的水中静置时间15-20min,使其充分吸水软化,然后将软化的纸板置入碎浆机桶内,调节碎浆机桶内碎浆机的粉碎转速设置为300r/min,运行时间10分钟,将软化的纸板彻底打碎,呈现碎浆机桶内的浆水呈细泡沫白浆以备用;
S2、配浆供浆,将经上一步骤粉碎的浆板转移放入配浆池中,并向配浆池中按清水与原料称重重量以6:1再加入对应清水,并进行充分搅拌形成配浆,然后以先加防油剂后加防水剂的顺序加入配浆池,提供定量的防油防水剂,并对防油防水剂进行充分搅拌,具体为在加入对应试剂之后分别进行搅拌5分钟;将配浆池中的浆液放入供浆池中,并设定配浆池内搅拌转速设置为100r/min进行搅拌,得到混合浆液,然后通过输送管道送到车间成型机备用;
S3、调浆捞浆,预先通过调整定量杯来控制浆液的体积,从而确定产品的克重参数,具体为根据制备产品的要求进行设定;其中捞浆具体设置为成型机捞浆桶升起,并把网布放入捞浆模中,然后放下捞浆模,按下供浆按钮,将上一步骤的浆液送入到成型机的冷模内,供浆结束后,按抽真空按钮将混合浆液中的水分以真空过滤方法滤去70-80%,其中真空度设置为0.05Mpa,捞浆时间设为30s,得到毛坯纸板,取出备用;其中供浆后余下的浆水回浆至供浆池以备下次供浆使用,另外设置回水池,在捞浆后真空过滤的水分接入回水池,所述回水池与配浆池连通供给补水;
S4、定型切边,将毛坯纸板转移至成型机的热模内,热模的加热盘对毛坯纸板进行加热和挤压,其中热板温度165±25℃,油缸压力在80t,定型时间60s,定型完成后,由热模直接冲裁毛坯纸板完成切边落料作业,即可得到产品和余留的切边料纸;
S5、检验消毒,将切边下来的产品分散不重叠地放置于消毒传送带上,开启传送带电机,并设置紫外线消毒灯及吹风机启动,同时检查产品外观是否合格;然后将经过消毒后的产品放入中转箱中,再通过检针机检查产品中是否含有铁丝金属,满足要求后对产品进行包装。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种高强度纸浆模塑餐具,其特征在于,按质量百分比由以下材料制成:原料浆纸92.5-95份、防油剂1-1.5份、防水剂4-6份,所述原料浆纸包括甘蔗浆纸和竹浆纸,其中甘蔗浆纸62.5-95份、竹浆纸0-30份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度纸浆模塑餐具,其特征在于:所述原料浆纸包括新料浆纸和切边料纸,其中新料浆板和切边料板的质量比为(24-26):3。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度纸浆模塑餐具,其特征在于:所述防水剂选用CZ-201 阳离子中性施胶剂,主要成分设为丙烯酸丁酯,浓度为23±0.5%。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度纸浆模塑餐具,其特征在于:所述防油剂选用AG-E860纸浆专用防油剂。
  5. 在一种高强度纸浆模塑餐具的制备工艺方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1、泡浆碎浆,将原料浆纸按需称量好作为原料放入等重量的水中静置时间15-20min,使其充分吸水软化,然后将软化的纸板置入碎浆机桶内,调节碎浆机桶内碎浆机的粉碎转速设置为300-600r/min,运行时间8-10分钟,将软化的纸板彻底打碎,备用;
    S2、配浆供浆,将经上一步骤粉碎的浆板转移放入配浆池中,并向配浆池中按清水与原料称重重量以6:1再加入对应清水,并进行充分搅拌形成配浆,然后以先加防油剂后加防水剂的顺序加入配浆池,提供定量的防油防水剂,并对防油防水剂进行充分搅拌;将配浆池中的浆液放入供浆池中,并设定配浆池内搅拌转速设置为100-150r/min进行搅拌,得到混合浆液,然后通过输送管道送到车间;
    S3、调浆捞浆,预先通过调整定量杯来控制浆液的体积,从而确定产品的克重参数,成型机捞浆桶升起,并把网布放入捞浆模中,然后放下捞浆模,按下供浆按钮,将上一步骤的浆液送入到成型机的冷模内,供浆结束后,按抽真空按钮将混合浆液中的水分以真空过滤方法滤去70-80%,其中克重设置为,真空度设置为0 .04~0 .08Mpa,捞浆时间设为20~50s,得到毛坯纸板,取出备用;
    S4、定型切边,将毛坯纸板转移至成型机的热模内,热模的加热盘对毛坯纸板进行加热和挤压,其中热板温度165±25℃,油缸压力在50~100t,定型时间40~80s,定型完成后,由热模直接冲裁毛坯纸板完成切边落料作业,即可得到产品和余留的切边料纸;
    S5、检验消毒,将切边下来的产品分散不重叠地放置于消毒传送带上,开启传送带电机,并设置紫外线消毒灯及吹风机启动,同时检查产品外观是否合格;然后将经过消毒后的产品放入中转箱中,再通过检针机检查产品中是否含有铁丝金属,满足要求后对产品进行包装。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种高强度纸浆模塑餐具的工艺方法,其特征在于:所述定型热模中设置餐具成型形状设置成刀、叉、勺中的任一种。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种高强度纸浆模塑餐具的制备工艺方法,其特征在于,所述S3步骤中供浆后余下的浆水回浆至供浆池。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种高强度纸浆模塑餐具的制备工艺方法,其特征在于:所述S3步骤中还设置回水池,在捞浆后真空过滤的水分接入回水池,所述回水池与配浆池连通供给补水。
