本发明公开了一种全降解不变软杯子的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)将植物纤维原料碎桨至浓度3.5~4.0%;2)用双功能疏解机进行疏解获得均匀的浆料,湿重13~16g,打浆度19~22°SR;3)将浆料与白水混合,加入防水剂、湿强剂和干强剂等化学药品搅拌均匀;4)在混合浆内加入氢氧化钾溶液,然后加入丙烯腈溶液,再采用稀醋酸溶液和水溶液中和至pH为6.5~7.5,最后加入不饱和聚酯树脂和过氧化甲乙酮混合均匀;5)将混合浆料送至杯子成型机制得纸浆模塑杯子湿胚;6)脱水、热压定型、转移切边制成模塑杯子成品。本发明在浆料内添加特殊的环保型助剂后,杯子成品倒入热水后不会变软,也不会因为杯子变形带来风险。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保型纸浆模塑一次性杯子及制备方法技术领域。
背景技术
纸浆模塑是一种立体造纸技术。它以废纸、木浆或其它植物纤维为原料,在模塑机上由特殊的模具塑造出具有一定形状的纸浆制品。它具有四大优势:1.原料为废纸、木浆或其它植物纤维,包括板纸、废纸箱纸、废白边纸、针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、竹浆、蔗渣浆等,来源广泛;2.其制作过程由制浆、吸附成型、干燥定型等工序完成,流程较短,对环境无害;3.产品可以回收再生利用;4.体积比发泡塑料小,质量轻,可重叠,交通运输方便。纸浆模塑产品除用作餐盒、餐具外,也可用做工业缓冲包装,目前发展十分迅速。
目前纸浆模塑领域产品主要为深度较小的餐盒、餐盘及工业包装用品。作为生活常用的杯子制品却少有涉及,主要原因为:生产难度大、成品率较低,成品遇热水会变软,使用不便,及由此导致的后续一系列问题。
发明内容
本发明目的就是针对现有一次性纸浆杯子存在的上述问题,提供一种新型全降解不变软的杯子及其制备方法。
为达上述目的,本发明是这样实现的:
一种全降解纸浆不变软杯子的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将植物纤维原料按配比投料,用水力碎浆机进行碎浆获得浆料,碎桨浓度3.5~4.0%;
2)将处理好的浆料用双功能疏解机进行疏解,经过疏解机的切断、分丝、细纤维化,获得均匀的浆料,控制湿重13~16g,打浆度19~22°SR;
3)将浆料与白水混合,加入防水剂、湿强剂和干强剂等化学药品,搅拌均匀,制得混合浆;
4)在混合浆内加入氢氧化钾溶液,然后加入丙烯腈溶液,再采用稀醋酸溶液和水溶液中和至pH为6.5~7.5,最后加入不饱和聚酯树脂和过氧化甲乙酮混合均匀;
5)将步骤4)的混合浆料经管道运送至杯子成型机,经真空抽滤脱水制得纸浆模塑杯子湿胚;
6)将纸浆模塑杯子湿胚进行脱水、热压定型、转移切边制成模塑杯子成品。
进一步,步骤1)所述的原料由竹浆和甘蔗浆组成。
进一步,步骤3)所述的防水剂为不含氟树脂,湿强剂是聚酰胺聚环氧氯丙烷树脂,干强剂是淀粉及其改性物。所述的防水剂、干强剂和湿强剂等化学药品用量根据绝干浆的用量按比例确定。防水剂、干强剂和湿强剂均采用本领域常用的市售食品级产品。
进一步,步骤4)所述的氢氧化钾溶液浓度为2.5~3.5wt%;混合浆料的温度保持在60~70℃。更进一步,所述的丙烯腈与绝干浆的用量比为:1:10~11,所述的不饱和聚酯树脂与绝干浆的用量比为:3~6:100,不饱和聚酯树脂与过氧化甲乙酮的用量比为:40~50:1。
进一步,步骤5)中,所述的纸浆模塑杯子湿坯脱水处理,具体操作参数:真空度-0.03MPa~-0.035MPa抽吸负压下脱水13~17s,至含水率为68~74%。
进一步,步骤6)中,所述的热压定型条件是:压强在50~70kg/cm2、温度为170~230℃、时间为30~50s。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明在浆料内添加特殊的环保型助剂后,杯子成品倒入热水后不会变软,用户体验好,也不会因为杯子变形带来风险。同时,由于热固性好,湿坯热压成型时与一般的浅口盘子模塑产品一样在技术条件上没有特殊压力,可以大规模生产。
另外,本发明采用竹子和普通农作物废料为浆料原料,制备得到的产品为绿色环保全降解材料,做到从源头到成品均无环境压力。产品使用废弃后可直接丢弃并自然降解成种植用土壤;或经破碎还原成种植用土壤进行复用或丢弃。
下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案做示例性描述。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方法作详细举例说明。下述实施例中没有特别说明的技术参数和助剂,本领域技术人员可以根据本技术领域的知识进行常规和适应性选择。
本发明实施例中没有特别说明的投料比例均为绝干质量比。
本发明实施例提供的全降解不变软杯子成形方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将原料进行解包、除杂、称量,用水力碎浆机进行碎浆获得浆料。
步骤2:将处理好的浆料用双功能疏解机进行疏解,经过疏解机的切断、分丝、细纤维化,获得均匀的浆料,湿重13~16g,打浆度19~22°SR。
步骤3:将浆料与白水混合,加入防水剂、湿强剂和干强剂等化学药品,搅拌均匀,制得混合浆。防水剂、干强剂和湿强剂等化学药品根据配浆量的多少按绝干浆比例来确认添加量。
步骤4:在混合浆内加入2.5~3.5wt%的氢氧化钾溶液,然后加入丙烯腈溶液,温度:60~70℃,纸浆:丙烯腈=10~11:1;再采用稀醋酸溶液和水溶液中和至pH为6.5~7.5;加入不饱和聚酯树脂和过氧化甲乙酮,不饱和聚酯树脂:绝干纸浆=3~6:100,不饱和聚酯树脂:过氧化甲乙酮=40~50:1,混合均匀。
步骤5:将混合浆料经管道运送至模塑杯子成型机,经-0.03MPa~-0.035MPa真空抽滤脱水13~17s,制得纸浆模塑杯子湿胚,含水率为68~74%。
步骤6:将纸浆模塑杯子湿胚进行脱水、热压定型、转移切边制成模塑杯子成品,热压定型条件:压强在50~70kg/cm2、温度为170~230℃、时间为30~50s。
下面d的实施例1~2采用以上的生产步骤,热压定型成一次性环保杯子。
实施例1
原料按照质量份数由竹浆30%、甘蔗浆70%组成,碎浆浓度3.5%~4.0%。
本实施例采用的防水剂为不含氟树脂(德科纳米,LZ-XR88),湿强剂是聚酰胺聚环氧氯丙烷树脂(杭化哈利玛,WS-1C),干强剂是淀粉及其改性物(杭化哈利玛,HM-2800)。防水剂、湿强剂和干强剂按绝干浆质量比例添加量为:0.5%、0.5%和0.5%。
步骤4):加入3wt%的氢氧化钾溶液,然后加入丙烯腈溶液,温度:65℃,纸浆:丙烯腈=10:1,再采用稀醋酸溶液和水溶液中和至pH为7,加入不饱和聚酯树脂和过氧化甲乙酮,不饱和聚酯树脂:绝干纸浆=5:100,不饱和聚酯树脂:过氧化甲乙酮=45:1,混合均匀。
步骤5:-0.03MPa~-0.035MPa条件下,经模塑杯子成型机,抽滤脱水15s,制得纸浆模塑杯子湿胚。
步骤6:将纸浆模塑杯子湿胚脱水、热压定型、转移切边制成模塑杯子成品,热压定型条件:压强在60kg/cm2、温度为190±2℃、时间为35s。
在成品杯子内倒入100℃开水,5min内没有变软。
实施例2
原料按照质量份数由竹浆70%、甘蔗浆30%组成,碎浆浓度3.5%~4.0%。
本实施例采用的防水剂为不含氟树脂(德科纳米,LZ-XR88),湿强剂是聚酰胺聚环氧氯丙烷树脂(杭化哈利玛,WS-1C),干强剂是淀粉及其改性物(杭化哈利玛,HM-2800)。防水剂、湿强剂和干强剂按绝干浆质量比例添加量为:0.5%、0.5%和0.5%。
步骤4):加入3wt%的氢氧化钾溶液,然后加入丙烯腈溶液,温度:65℃,纸浆:丙烯腈=11:1,再采用稀醋酸溶液和水溶液中和至pH为7,加入不饱和聚酯树脂和过氧化甲乙酮,不饱和聚酯树脂:绝干纸浆=4:100,不饱和聚酯树脂:过氧化甲乙酮=45:1,混合均匀。
步骤5:-0.03MPa~-0.035MPa条件下,经模塑杯子成型机,抽滤脱水15s,制得纸浆模塑杯子湿胚。
步骤6:将纸浆模塑杯子湿胚脱水、热压定型、转移切边制成模塑杯子成品,热压定型条件:压强在65kg/cm2、温度为190±2℃、时间为35s。
在成品杯子内倒入100℃开水,5min内没有变软。
经测试,施例1和2杯子成品的主要性能指标参数如下表所示:
以上实施例得到的纸浆模塑杯子产品为绿色环保全降解材料,其废弃后可直接丢弃并自然降解成种植用土壤;或经破碎还原成种植用土壤进行复用或丢弃。

1.一种全降解纸浆不变软杯子的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将植物纤维原料按配比投料,用水力碎浆机进行碎浆获得浆料,碎桨浓度3.5~4.0%;
2)将处理好的浆料用双功能疏解机进行疏解,经过疏解机的切断、分丝、细纤维化,获得均匀的浆料,控制湿重13~16g,打浆度19~22°SR;
3)将浆料与白水混合,加入防水剂、湿强剂和干强剂等化学药品,搅拌均匀,制得混合浆;
4)在混合浆内加入氢氧化钾溶液,然后加入丙烯腈溶液,再采用稀醋酸溶液和水溶液中和至pH为6.5~7.5,最后加入不饱和聚酯树脂和过氧化甲乙酮混合均匀;
5)将步骤4)的混合浆料经管道运送至杯子成型机,经真空抽滤脱水制得纸浆模塑杯子湿胚;
6)将纸浆模塑杯子湿胚进行脱水、热压定型、转移切边制成模塑杯子成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的全降解纸浆不变软杯子的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的植物纤维原料为竹浆和甘蔗浆。
3.如权利要求1所述的全降解纸浆不变软杯子的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3)所述的防水剂为不含氟树脂,湿强剂是聚酰胺聚环氧氯丙烷树脂,干强剂是淀粉及其改性物,均采用本领域常用的市售食品级产品。
4.如权利要求1所述的全降解纸浆不变软杯子的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4)所述的氢氧化钾溶液浓度为2.5~3.5wt%。
