상기 도시된 흐름도 도 2 내지 도 5에서는 상기 방법을 복수 개의 단계로 나누어 기재하였으나, 적어도 일부의 단계들은 순서를 바꾸어 수행되거나, 다른 단계와 결합되어 함께 수행되거나, 생략되거나, 세부 단계들로 나뉘어 수행되거나, 또는 도시되지 않은 하나 이상의 단계가 부가되어 수행될 수 있다.
도 6a 내지 6c는 일 실시예에 따라 전자 장치가 판매자 단말로 전송하는 메시지의 예시도이다.
먼저 도 6a를 참조하면, 전자 장치(110)는 우선 아이템이 아닌 아이템, 즉 차선 아이템이 있음을 알리는 푸시 알림 메시지(610)를 판매자 단말(120)로 전송할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 판매자 단말(120)이 잠금 상태인 경우, 도 6a에 도시된 바와 같이 전자 장치(110)가 전송하는 푸시 알림 메시지(610)는 판매자 단말(120)의 잠금 화면 상에 표시될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 도 6a에 도시된 대로 전자 장치(110)가 전송하는 푸시 알림 메시지(610)는 아이템 판매 관리 서비스를 제공하는 애플리케이션의 아이콘 이미지를 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 도 6a에 도시된 대로 전자 장치(110)가 전송하는 푸시 알림 메시지(610)는 차선 아이템에 대한 가격 조정을 위한 정보를 나타내는 텍스트 문구(예를 들어, "우선 아이템이 아닌 아이템 6개에 추천가..")를 포함할 수 있다.
한편 도 6b를 참조하면, 전자 장치(110)는 우선 아이템에서 제외된 아이템, 즉 우선 아이템에서 차선 아이템으로 변경 설정된 아이템이 있음을 알리는 푸시 알림 메시지(620)를 판매자 단말(120)로 전송할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 판매자 단말(120)이 잠금 해제 상태인 경우, 도 6b에 도시된 바와 같이 전자 장치(110)가 전송하는 푸시 알림 메시지(620)는 판매자 단말(120)의 잠금이 해제된 화면 상단에 배너 스타일로 표시될 수 있다. 이때, 푸시 알림 메시지(620)가 표시되는 시간은 판매자 단말(120)의 설정에 따라 일시적일 수도 있고, 지속적일 수도 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 도 6b에 도시된 대로 전자 장치(110)가 전송하는 푸시 알림 메시지(620)도 아이템 판매 관리 서비스를 제공하는 애플리케이션의 아이콘 이미지를 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 도 6b에 도시된 대로 전자 장치(110)가 전송하는 푸시 알림 메시지(620)는 차선 아이템에 대한 가격 조정을 위한 정보를 나타내는 텍스트 문구(예를 들어, "우선 아이템에서 제외된 아이템이 있습니다. 지금 추천가..")를 포함할 수 있다.
한편 도 6c를 참조하면, 전자 장치(110)는 아이템 판매 관리 서비스를 제공하는 애플리케이션이 실행되는 판매자 단말(120)로 메시지의 전송 여부 및 전송된 메시지의 개수를 알리는 알림 메시지를 전송할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(110)가 전송하는 알림 메시지에 의해 애플리케이션 실행 화면의 하단에 위치한 아이콘이 활성 상태로 설정될 수 있다. 이에 더하여, 활성 상태의 아이콘 우측 상단에는 전송된 다음 판매자가 아직 확인하지 않은 메시지의 개수가 기재될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 도 6c에 도시된 바에 따르면 화면 우측 하단의 종 형상의 아이콘이 활성 상태가 됨과 함께, 해당 아이콘의 우측 상단에는 판매자가 확인하지 않은 메시지가 9개 있음을 나타내는 인터페이스(630)가 제공된다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 아이템 판매 관리 서비스를 제공하는 애플리케이션의 실행 화면(예를 들어, 검색 결과 페이지, 상세 정보 페이지 등) 상에는 우선 아이템에서 제외된 아이템, 즉 차선 아이템과 관련된 정보를 나타내는 위젯(640)이 표시될 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로, 해당 위젯(640)에는 차선 아이템(예를 들어, 섬유유연제)에 대한 추천 가격(예를 들어, 10,500원) 적용 기능을 제공하는 버튼 형상의 인터페이스가 포함될 수 있다. 다만 이는 예시적인 것으로, 아이템 판매 관리 서비스를 제공하는 애플리케이션의 실행 화면 상에는 이외에도 다양한 종류의 위젯이나 인터페이스가 표시될 수 있다.
도 7a 및 7b는 일 실시예에 따라 전자 장치가 판매자 단말로 제공하는 판매 관리 페이지의 예시도이다.
먼저 도 7a를 참조하면, 일 실시예에 따라 판매자 단말(120)로 제공되는 판매 관리 페이지는 판매자가 판매 중인 아이템의 상태를 나타내는 인터페이스(710), 판매 관리 페이지에 표시되는 아이템에 대한 필터 조건을 나타내는 인터페이스(720), 아이템의 판매와 관련된 정보를 나타내는 인터페이스(730)를 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 아이템의 상태를 나타내는 인터페이스(710)는 판매자가 판매 중인 복수의 아이템 중, 우선 아이템의 개수를 나타내는 세부 인터페이스 및 차선 아이템의 개수를 나타내는 세부 인터페이스를 포함할 수 있다. 도 7a에 도시된 바에 따르면, 현재 판매자가 판매 중인 75개의 아이템 중 우선 아이템은 69개, 차선 아이템은 6개임을 알 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(110)는 판매자가 판매자 단말(120)을 통해 선택한 해당 인터페이스(710) 내 세부 인터페이스에 기초하여, 판매 관리 페이지에 아이템을 표시하기 위한 필터 조건을 적용할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 필터 조건을 나타내는 인터페이스(720)를 참조하면, 현재 차선 아이템의 개수를 나타내는 세부 인터페이스가 선택됨에 따라, 판매 관리 페이지에는 차선 아이템에 해당하는 아이템만이 표시되도록 필터 조건이 적용된 상태임을 알 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 아이템의 판매와 관련된 정보를 나타내는 인터페이스(730)는 아이템의 명칭(예를 들어, '아동 옷'), 우선 아이템에 설정된 우선 판매 가격(예를 들어, '62,500원'), 현재 판매자 아이템의 판매 가격(예를 들어, '69,770원'), 우선 아이템 대비 가격의 편차(예를 들어, '+7,270원(11.6% 높음)'), 향후 예상 매출(예를 들어, '270,000원'), 추천 가격 적용 기능을 제공하는 인터페이스(A)를 포함할 수 있다. 다만 이는 예시적인 것으로, 해당 인터페이스(730) 상에 표시되는 정보 내지 인터페이스의 조합은 실시예에 따라 다양하게 설정될 수 있다.
한편 도 7b를 참조하면, 다른 실시예에 따라 판매자 단말(120)로 제공되는 판매 관리 페이지는 아이템의 상태를 나타내는 인터페이스(710)나 필터 조건을 나타내는 인터페이스(720) 대신 아이템의 판매와 관련된 정보를 보다 상세히 나타내는 인터페이스(740)를 포함할 수도 있다.

한편 일 실시예에 따르면, 도 7b의 B에 도시된 대로, 판매 관리 페이지는 추천 가격 적용 기능을 제공하는 인터페이스 외에도 가격 수동 조정 기능을 제공하는 인터페이스 및 기 설정된 가격 범위 내에서 가격 자동 조정 기능을 제공하는 인터페이스를 추가로 포함할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 전자 장치(110)는 판매자가 판매자 단말(120)을 통해 B에 포함된 인터페이스 중 어느 인터페이스를 선택했는지에 기초하여, 선택된 인터페이스에 상응하는 방식에 따라 현재 판매자 아이템의 판매 가격을 조정할 수 있다.
도 8은 일 실시예에 따른 아이템 판매 관리를 위한 전자 장치를 설명하기 위한 블록도이다.
전자 장치(110)는 일 실시예에 따라, 트랜시버(111), 프로세서(113) 및 메모리(115)를 포함할 수 있다. 전자 장치(110)는 트랜시버(111)를 통하여 판매자 단말(120), 고객 단말(130) 및 기타 외부 장치 등과 연결되고, 데이터를 교환할 수 있다.
프로세서(113)는 도 1 내지 도 7을 통하여 전술한 적어도 하나의 방법을 수행할 수 있다. 메모리(115)는 도 1 내지 도 7을 통하여 전술한 적어도 하나의 방법을 수행하기 위한 정보를 저장할 수 있다. 메모리(115)는 휘발성 메모리 또는 비휘발성 메모리일 수 있다.
프로세서(113)는 프로그램을 실행하고, 정보를 제공하기 위해 전자 장치(110)를 제어할 수 있다. 프로세서(113)에 의하여 실행되는 프로그램의 코드는 메모리(115)에 저장될 수 있다.
프로세서(113)는 트랜시버(111) 및 메모리(115)와 연결되어, 대상 아이템을 확인하고, 대상 아이템에 대응하는 복수의 판매자 아이템을 확인하고, 복수의 판매자 아이템의 상세 정보를 기반으로 선택된 적어도 하나의 판매자 아이템을 우선 아이템(first priority item)으로 설정하고, 나머지 판매자 아이템을 차선 아이템(second priority item)으로 설정하고, 차선 아이템에 대응하는 판매자 중 적어도 일부의 판매자를 선택하며, 선택된 판매자와 관련된 단말에 대상 아이템과 관련된 정보를 포함하는 메시지를 전송할 수 있다.
또한 일 실시예에 따른 전자 장치(110)는 사용자에게 정보를 제공할 수 있는 인터페이스를 더 포함할 수 있다.
도 8에 도시된 전자 장치(110)는 본 실시예와 관련된 구성요소들만이 도시되어 있다. 따라서, 도 8에 도시된 구성요소들 외에 다른 범용적인 구성요소들이 더 포함될 수 있음을 본 실시예와 관련된 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이해할 수 있다.
전술한 실시예들에 따른 장치는 프로세서, 프로그램 데이터를 저장하고 실행하는 메모리, 디스크 드라이브와 같은 영구 저장부(permanent storage), 외부 장치와 통신하는 통신 포트, 터치 패널, 키(key), 버튼 등과 같은 사용자 인터페이스 장치 등을 포함할 수 있다. 소프트웨어 모듈 또는 알고리즘으로 구현되는 방법들은 상기 프로세서상에서 실행 가능한 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 코드들 또는 프로그램 명령들로서 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체 상에 저장될 수 있다. 여기서 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체로 마그네틱 저장 매체(예컨대, ROM(read-only memory), RAM(random-Access memory), 플로피 디스크, 하드 디스크 등) 및 광학적 판독 매체(예컨대, 시디롬(CD-ROM), 디브이디(DVD: Digital Versatile Disc)) 등이 있다. 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체는 네트워크로 연결된 컴퓨터 시스템들에 분산되어, 분산 방식으로 컴퓨터가 판독 가능한 코드가 저장되고 실행될 수 있다. 매체는 컴퓨터에 의해 판독가능하며, 메모리에 저장되고, 프로세서에서 실행될 수 있다.
본 실시 예는 기능적인 블록 구성들 및 다양한 처리 단계들로 나타내어질 수 있다. 이러한 기능 블록들은 특정 기능들을 실행하는 다양한 개수의 하드웨어 또는/및 소프트웨어 구성들로 구현될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 실시 예는 하나 이상의 마이크로프로세서들의 제어 또는 다른 제어 장치들에 의해서 다양한 기능들을 실행할 수 있는, 메모리, 프로세싱, 로직(logic), 룩 업 테이블(look-up table) 등과 같은 직접 회로 구성들을 채용할 수 있다. 구성 요소들이 소프트웨어 프로그래밍 또는 소프트웨어 요소들로 실행될 수 있는 것과 유사하게, 본 실시 예는 데이터 구조, 프로세스들, 루틴들 또는 다른 프로그래밍 구성들의 조합으로 구현되는 다양한 알고리즘을 포함하여, C, C++, 자바(Java), 어셈블러(assembler) 등과 같은 프로그래밍 또는 스크립팅 언어로 구현될 수 있다. 기능적인 측면들은 하나 이상의 프로세서들에서 실행되는 알고리즘으로 구현될 수 있다. 또한, 본 실시 예는 전자적인 환경 설정, 신호 처리, 메시지 처리, 및/또는 데이터 처리 등을 위하여 종래 기술을 채용할 수 있다. “매커니즘”, “요소”, “수단”, “구성”과 같은 용어는 넓게 사용될 수 있으며, 기계적이고 물리적인 구성들로서 한정되는 것은 아니다. 상기 용어는 프로세서 등과 연계하여 소프트웨어의 일련의 처리들(routines)의 의미를 포함할 수 있다.
전술한 실시예들은 일 예시일 뿐 후술하는 청구항들의 범위 내에서 다른 실시예들이 구현될 수 있다.

Claims (20)

  1. 전자 장치에서 아이템 판매 관리를 위한 정보 제공 방법에 있어서,
    대상 아이템을 확인하는 단계;
    대상 아이템에 대응하는 복수의 판매자 아이템을 확인하는 단계;
    상기 복수의 판매자 아이템의 상세 정보를 기반으로 선택된 적어도 하나의 판매자 아이템을 우선 아이템(first priority item)으로 설정하고, 나머지 판매자 아이템을 차선 아이템(second priority item)으로 설정하는 단계;
    상기 차선 아이템에 대응하는 판매자 중 적어도 일부의 판매자를 선택하는 단계; 및
    상기 선택된 판매자와 관련된 단말에 상기 대상 아이템과 관련된 정보를 포함하는 메시지를 전송하는 단계를 포함하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 설정하는 단계는,
    상기 복수의 판매자 아이템 각각에 대한 점수 및 상기 복수의 판매자 아이템에 대응하는 판매자 각각의 평점 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 우선 아이템 및 상기 차선 아이템을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 판매자 아이템 각각에 대한 점수는,

    상기 판매자 각각의 계정 별 주문 처리 정보, 고객 문의 응대 정보, 상기 메시지에 대한 응답에 소요되는 시간 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    고객 단말로부터 상기 대상 아이템에 대응하는 키워드를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 키워드에 대응하여, 상기 대상 아이템에 대한 각 항목에 상기 우선 아이템에 대한 정보를 표시한 검색 결과 페이지(SRP; Search Result Page)를 상기 고객 단말에 제공하는 단계;
    상기 고객 단말로부터 상기 검색 결과 페이지 상에 표시된 대상 아이템 중 특정 아이템에 대한 상세 정보 요청을 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 상세 정보 요청에 대응하여, 상기 특정 아이템에 대한 각 항목에 상기 우선 아이템에 대한 정보를 표시한 상세 정보 페이지(SDP; Single Detail Page)를 상기 고객 단말에 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 상세 정보 페이지는,
    상기 차선 아이템에 대한 리스트 정보를 포함하고,
    상기 정보 제공 방법은,
    상기 고객 단말로부터 상기 리스트 정보에 포함된 차선 아이템 중 어느 하나에 대한 선택을 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 선택에 대응하여, 상기 우선 아이템에 대한 정보가 상기 선택된 차선 아이템에 대한 정보로 대체된 상세 정보 페이지를 상기 고객 단말에 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 정보 제공 방법.

    상기 선택된 판매자가 판매하는 아이템의 종류 수 또는 상기 선택된 판매자에 대응하는 차선 아이템의 종류 수가 기 설정된 종류 수 이상인 경우, 기 설정된 시간 동안 상기 메시지가 제공되는 횟수를 기 설정된 횟수 이하로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 전송하는 단계는,
    전송할 메시지와 관련된 차선 아이템이 상기 서비스 설정 정보에 따라 서비스 상에 등록된 관심 아이템, 관심 카테고리 및 관심 태그 중 적어도 하나와 대응되는 경우, 상기 메시지를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서,

  16. 제15항에 있어서,
    상기 자동 조정 기능은,
    상기 기 설정된 가격 범위 내에서, 상기 대상 아이템의 판매 이력 정보에 기반한 향후 일정 기간 동안의 상기 대상 아이템의 예상 매출 또는 예상 판매 수량에 기초하여 상기 대상 아이템의 가격을 자동으로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서,
    상기 추천 가격 적용 기능은,
    상기 대상 아이템의 현재 가격, 상기 대상 아이템의 배송 관련 정보 및 상기 대상 아이템에 대응하는 판매자 각각의 평점 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 대상 아이템에 추천 가격을 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보 제공 방법.
