또한, 도 1에 도시된 구성 요소보다 많은 구성 요소에 의해 프로모션 알림 기능을 구비한 주문 전용 장치(10)를 이용한 상품 주문 시스템이 구현될 수도 있고, 그보다 적은 구성 요소에 의해서도 프로모션 알림 기능을 구비한 주문 전용 장치(10)를 이용한 상품 주문 시스템이 구현될 수도 있다.

이때, 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)는 판매자 장치로부터 상품 정보에 대응되어 프로모션(promotion) 정보를 수신하고, 해당 프로모션 정보를 상품 정보와 매칭하여 상품 DB(302)에 저장하는 동시에 해당 프로모션 정보를 웹 페이지를 통해 제공할 수 있다
또한, 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)는 웹 서버, 데이터베이스 서버, 프록시 서버 등의 형태로 구현될 수 있다. 또한, 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)에는 네트워크 부하 분산 메커니즘, 내지 서비스 장치가 인터넷 또는 다른 네트워크 상에서 동작할 수 있도록 하는 다양한 소프트웨어 중 하나 이상이 설치될 수 있으며, 이를 통해 컴퓨터화된 시스템으로 구현될 수 있다. 또한, 네트워크는 http 네트워크일 수 있으며, 전용 회선(private line), 인트라넷 또는 임의의 다른 네트워크일 수 있다. 나아가, 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)와 사용자 장치(100) 및 주문 전용 장치(10)의 연결은 데이터가 임의의 해커 또는 다른 제3자에 의한 공격을 받지 않도록 보안 네트워크로 연결될 수 있다. 또한, 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)는 복수의 데이터베이스 서버를 포함할 수 있으며, 이러한 데이터베이스 서버가 분산 데이터베이스 서버 아키텍쳐를 비롯한 임의의 유형의 네트워크 연결을 통해 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)와 별도로 연결되는 방식으로 구현될 수 있다.

이때, AP(200)는 무선 공유기 또는 기지국 등으로 구성될 수 있으며 유선 통신망과 무선 통신망을 연결하는 브릿지 형태로서 구성될 수 있다. 또한, 해당 AP(200)의 일례로 WIFI를 지원하는 WIFI AP로 구성될 수 있다.
상술한 구성을 통해, 주문 전용 장치(10)는 현재 위치를 기준으로 주변에 위치하며 접속 가능한 AP(200)를 검색하여, AP(200) 검색시 해당 AP(200)와 통신망을 통해 연결되어 미리 설정된 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)로 접속할 수 있으며, 해당 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)에 접속시 주문 전용 장치(10)에 미리 설정된 사용자 식별정보를 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)로 전송할 수 있다.
상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)는 주문 전용 장치(10)로부터 수신된 사용자 식별정보를 기초로 해당 사용자 식별정보에 대응되는 회원 DB(301)에 저장된 회원정보를 추출할 수 있으며, 해당 추출된 회원정보로부터 사용자의 주문 전용 장치(10)에 대응되어 미리 설정된 반복 구매 상품에 대한 상품 설정정보를 기초로 상품 DB(302)를 검색할 수 있다.
이때, 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)는 상품 설정정보에 대응되는 하나 이상의 상품 정보를 상품 DB(302)에서 검색하고, 검색된 상품 정보 중 프로모션 정보가 존재하는 상품 정보를 선택하여, 선택된 상품정보에 대응되는 프로모션 정보를 상품 DB(301)로부터 추출한 후 해당 프로모션 정보가 포함된 알림정보를 생성할 수 있으며, 해당 알림 정보를 사용자의 주문 전용 장치(10)로 전송할 수 있다.

이하, 상술한 구성을 토대로 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 프로모션 알림 기능을 구비한 주문 전용 장치(10)를 이용한 상품 판매 시스템의 상세 동작 구성을 설명한다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 주문 전용 장치(10)의 상세 구성도로서, 도시된 바와 같이 통신부(11), 표시부(12), 사용자 입력부(13) 및 제어부(14)를 포함할 수 있다.
우선, 통신부(11)는 주변의 AP(200)와 통신망을 통해 상호 통신할 수 있으며, 제어부(14)에 제어에 따라 해당 AP(200)를 통해 미리 설정된 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)로 접속하여, 해당 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)와 정보를 송수신할 수 있다.
또한, 표시부(12)는 디스플레이 및 인디케이터 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있으며, 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)로부터 알림정보 수신시 해당 알림정보를 텍스트 또는 이미지 형태로 디스플레이를 통해 표시하거나, 알림정보 수신시 해당 인디케이터를 통해 미리 설정된 점등 패턴에 따라 점등하여 가시적으로 알림정보의 수신 여부를 제공할 수 있다. 이때, 인디케이터는 LED(Light Emitting Diode)로 구성될 수 있다.
한편, 사용자 입력부(13)는 사용자 입력을 수신할 수 있으며, 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)로부터 수신된 알림 정보에 대응되는 상품의 주문을 위한 사용자의 주문 입력을 수신할 수 있다.
또한, 해당 사용자 입력부(13)는 주문 전용 장치(10)에 물리적인 버튼 형태로 구성될 수 있으며, 사용자가 편리하게 해당 버튼의 입력을 통해 상품을 주문할 수 있도록 지원할 수 있다.
또한, 제어부(14)는 통신부(11)를 통해 AP(200)와 통신하여 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)로 접속할 수 있으며, 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)로부터 통신부(11)를 통해 알림 정보 수신시 해당 알림 정보를 표시부(12)의 디스플레이를 통해 표시하거나, 알림 정보에 대응되어 미리 설정된 색상 또는 점등 패턴으로 표시부(12)의 인디케이터를 점등시켜 사용자에게 알림정보의 수신 여부를 알릴 수 있다.

일례로, 제어부(14)는 알림정보에 포함된 프로모션 정보에 따른 상품에 대한 할인률, 할인 기간 등을 포함하는 할인 이벤트 또는 추가 상품 증정, 해당 추가 상품의 증정 기간 등을 포함하는 상품 증정 이벤트 또는 쿠폰이나 포인트를 포함하는 리워드의 제공 및 리워드 제공 기간 등을 포함하는 보상 이벤트 등과 같이 프로모션 내용과 프로모션 기간 등에 대한 이벤트 정보를 표시부에 포함된 디스플레이를 통해 표시하거나, 알림정보 수신시 인디케이터를 점등시켜 프로모션 진행 중인 상품에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있다.
한편, 제어부(14)는 알림정보를 표시한 상태에서 주문 전용 장치(10)의 사용자 입력부(13)를 통한 사용자 입력 수신시 해당 알림정보에 대응되는 주문 정보를 생성하여 주문 전용 장치(10)의 통신부(11)를 통해 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)로 해당 주문 정보를 전송할 수 있다.
이때, 주문 정보는 알림정보에 포함된 반복 구매 상품에 대한 상품 식별정보 및 프로모션 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.

더하여, 주문 전용 장치(10)의 제어부(14)는 알림 정보를 수신한 시점부터 미리 설정된 시간 동안 표시부(12)를 통해 알림 정보를 표시할 수 있으며, 알림 정보가 표시된 상태에서 사용자 입력부(13)를 통해 수신된 입력정보에 대해서만 주문 정보를 생성하도록 동작할 수도 있다.

상술한 구성에서, 제어부(14)는 알림 정보의 수신과 관계없이 사용자 입력부(13)를 통한 사용자 입력에 따른 입력정보 수신시 주문 정보를 생성하여 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)로 전송할 수도 있다.

도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 주문 전용 장치(10)를 이용한 상품 주문 시스템의 동작 예시도로서, 도시된 바와 같이 사용자에 대응되는 사용자 장치(100)는 통신망을 통해 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)로 접속할 수 있으며, 해당 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)와의 통신을 통해 사용자에 대응되는 사용자 정보를 전송하여 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)를 통해 회원 가입이 이루어지도록 할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)는 사용자 장치(100)로부터 사용자의 회원 가입에 따른 사용자 정보 수신시 이를 회원 DB(301)에 회원정보로 저장할 수 있다.
이때, 회원정보는 사용자가 소지하는 주문 전용 장치(10)의 장치 식별정보를 포함할 수 있다.

또한, 사용자의 회원정보에는 복수의 서로 다른 주문 전용 장치(10) 각각에 대응되는 장치 식별정보가 포함될 수 있으며, 각 장치 식별정보에 대응되는 상품 설정정보가 해당 사용자의 회원 정보에 포함될 수 있다.
이에 따라, 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)는 회원정보에 포함된 상품 설정 정보에 따라 상품 DB(302)에 등록된(저장된) 상품정보 및 프로모션 정보를 검색할 수 있으며, 해당 상품 설정정보를 만족하는 관심 상품(프로모션 상품)이 나타난(판매자에 의해 등록된) 경우 해당 관심 상품에 대한 상품 정보를 상품 DB(302)로부터 추출하여 추출된 상품 정보를 관심 상품 정보로 생성한 후 회원 DB(301)에 회원정보와 매칭하여 임시 저장할 수 있다.
이후, 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)는 회원정보에 포함된 사용자의 장치 식별정보를 기초로 사용자에 대응되는 주문 전용 장치(10)의 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)에 대한 접속 여부를 확인할 수 있으며, 관심 상품에 대응되는 주문 전용 장치(10)가 접속 중인 경우 회원 DB(301)에 임시 저장된 관심 상품 정보를 기초로 알림 정보를 생성하여 사용자의 주문 전용 장치(10)로 전송할 수 있다.

또한, 사용자장치 제어부는 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)와의 연동에 의해, 해당 사용자 장치(100)의 사용자에 대한 회원 가입 절차를 수행한다.
또한, 회원 가입 절차 수행 시, 사용자장치 제어부는 본인 인증 수단(예를 들어 이동 전화, 신용카드, 아이핀, 이메일 등 포함)을 통한 인증 기능을 완료해야 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)에 대한 회원 가입 절차를 정상적으로 완료할 수 있다.

또한, 사용자장치 제어부의 사용자가 해당 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)에 미리 등록된 회원이 아닌 경우, 사용자장치 제어부는 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)로부터 제공되는 회원 가입과 관련한 안내 정보를 근거로 해당 사용자 장치(100)(또는 해당 사용자 장치(100)의 사용자)에 대한 회원 가입 절차를 수행한다.

또한, 사용자장치 제어부는 해당 사용자 장치(100)에 미리 설치된 특정 앱을 통해서 사용자 입력에 따른 PIN 번호(personal identification number)를 수신한다. 여기서, PIN 번호는 해당 확인된 결제 카드 종류에 대응하는 PIN 번호일 수 있다.
또한, 사용자장치 제어부는 확인된 결제 카드 종류(또는 결제 카드의 고유 식별 정보), PIN 번호, 사용자 장치(100)의 식별 정보 등을 포함하는 결제 수단 정보를 사용자장치 통신부를 통해 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)에 전송한다.

또한, 인터페이스부는 사용자 장치(100)가 외부 크래들(Cradle)과 연결될 때 크래들로부터의 전원이 해당 사용자 장치(100)에 공급되는 통로가 되거나, 사용자에 의해 크래들에서 입력되는 각종 명령 신호가 해당 사용자 장치(100)로 전달되는 통로가 될 수 있다. 크래들로부터 입력되는 각종 명령 신호 또는 해당 전원은 사용자 장치(100)가 크래들에 정확히 장착되었음을 인지하기 위한 신호로 동작될 수도 있다.
또한, 사용자 장치(100)는 사용자에 의한 버튼 조작 또는 임의의 기능 선택에 따른 신호를 수신하거나, 디스플레이되는 화면을 터치/스크롤하는 등의 조작에 의해 생성된 명령 또는 제어 신호를 수신하기 위한 입력부(미도시)를 더 포함할 수도 있다.
입력부는 사용자의 명령, 선택, 데이터, 정보 중에서 적어도 하나를 입력 받기 위한 수단으로서, 숫자 또는 문자 정보를 입력 받고 다양한 기능을 설정하기 위한 다수의 입력키 및 기능키를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 입력부는 키 패드(Key Pad), 돔 스위치 (Dome Switch), 터치 패드(정압/정전), 터치 스크린(Touch Screen), 조그 휠, 조그 스위치, 조그 셔틀(Jog Shuttle), 마우스(mouse), 스타일러스 펜(Stylus Pen), 터치 펜(Touch Pen) 등의 다양한 장치가 사용될 수 있다. 특히, 사용자장치 표시부가 터치스크린 형태로 형성된 경우, 입력의 기능 중 일부 또는 전부는 사용자장치 표시부를 통해 수행될 수 있다.
또한, 사용자 장치(100)의 각각의 구성부(또는 모듈)는 사용자 장치(100)의 메모리(또는 사용자장치 저장부) 상에 저장되는 소프트웨어일 수 있다. 메모리는 사용자 장치(100)의 내부 메모리 일 수 있으며, 외장형 메모리 또는 다른 형태의 저장 장치일 수 있다. 또한, 메모리는 비휘발성 메모리일 수 있다. 메모리 상에 저장되는 소프트웨어는 실행 시 사용자 장치(100)로 하여금 특정 동작을 수행하도록 하는 명령어 세트를 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 도 7은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 주문 전용 장치(10)의 동작 순서도로서, 도시된 바와 같이 주문 전용 장치(10)는 통신망과 연결되는 AP(200)를 통해 미리 설정된 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)로 접속할 수 있으며(S1), 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)로부터 주문 전용 장치(10)에 대응되는 반복 구매 상품에 대한 프로모션 정보를 포함하는 알림정보를 수신할 수 있다(S2).
이후, 주문 전용 장치(10)는 해당 알림 정보 수신시 주문 전용 장치(10)에 구성된 표시부를 통해 해당 알림정보를 표시하거나, 알림정보에 대응되는 색상 또는 점등 패턴으로 표시부를 점등시킬 수 있다.
다음, 주문 전용 장치(10)는 주문 전용 장치(10)에 구성된 사용자 입력부(13)를 통한 사용자 입력에 따른 주문 입력이 수신된 경우(S3) 해당 알림 정보에 대응되어 주문 정보를 생성하고, 이를 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)로 전송할 수 있다(S4).
이때, 주문 전용 장치(10)는 알림 정보의 수신시 해당 알림 정보에 대응되어 미리 설정된 시간 동안 알림정보를 표시하고, 알림정보가 표시된 상태에서 사용자 입력부(13)를 통한 사용자 입력 수신시에만 주문 정보를 생성하여 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)로 전송할 수 있다.
도 8은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 사용자가 소지하는 상품 주문을 위한 주문 전용 장치(10) 및 해당 주문 전용 장치(10)와 통신망을 통해 통신하는 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)의 프로모션 알림 기능을 구비한 주문 전용 장치(10)를 이용한 상품 주문 방법에 대한 순서도이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 주문 전용 장치(10)는 통신망에 연결된 AP(200)를 통해 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)에 접속할 수 있다(S11).
또한, 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치는 주문 전용 장치의 접속시 사용자의 회원 정보에 주문 전용 장치에 대응되어 미리 설정된 반복 구매 상품에 대응되는 프로모션 정보를 확인하고(S12), 프로모션 정보 존재시 해당 프로모션 정보를 포함하는 알림 정보를 회원정보에 등록된 주문 전용 장치로 전송할 수 있다(S13).

다음, 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)는 주문 전용 장치(10)로부터 알림정보에 대응되어 수신된 주문 정보를 회원 정보와 매칭하여 장바구니 항목에 저장할 수 있다(S17).

정보저장매체는 자기 기록매체, 광 기록매체 및 캐리어 웨이브 매체를 포함한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 프로모션 알림 기능을 구비한 주문 전용 장치(10)를 이용한 상품 주문 방법을 구현하는 컴퓨터 프로그램은 AP(200), 사용자 장치(100), 주문 전용 장치(10) 및 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)의 내장 메모리에 저장 및 설치될 수 있다. 또는, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 프로모션 알림 기능을 구비한 주문 전용 장치(10)를 이용한 상품 주문 방법을 구현하는 컴퓨터 프로그램을 저장 및 설치한 스마트 카드 등의 외장 메모리가 인터페이스를 통해 AP(200), 사용자 장치(100), 주문 전용 장치(10) 및 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치(300)에 장착될 수도 있다.
상술한 구성을 통해, 본 발명은 사용자의 반복 구매 상품에 대한 프로모션 등록시 이를 사용자의 주문 전용 장치에 전송하여 주문 전용 장치를 통해 프로모션 정보가 표시되도록 할 수 있으며, 사용자가 프로모션 정보의 확인을 통해 프로모션이 진행 중인 상품을 즉시 주문할 수 있도록 지원함으로써 사용자가 반복 구매 상품에 대한 다양한 혜택을 제공받을 수 있도록 지원할 수 있어 사용자의 구매 만족도를 높이는 동시에 상품 매출을 높일 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 주문전용 장치에 프로모션이 제공되는 경우 주문 전용 장치의 인디케이터가 점등하여 사용자가 이를 인지할 수 있도록 하고 프로모션 내용은 주문 전용 장치의 디스플레이를 통해 제공되도록 하여 사용자가 주문전용 장치를 통해서 프로모션 내용을 확인하고 즉시 주문할 수 있도록 하여 반복 구매 상품의 프로모션 정보에 대한 확인 및 프로모션 대상인 반복 구매 상품의 주문에 대한 사용자 편의성을 높일 수 있다.
더하여, 본 발명은 반복 구매 상품에 대한 알림 정보를 주문 전용 장치로 제공하는 동시에 사용자가 반복 구매 상품과 병행 구매하는 병행 구매 상품에 대응되는 다른 주문 전용 장치로 알림 정보를 전송하여, 반복 구매 상품과 사용자가 함께 구매하는 병행 구매 상품을 반복 구매 상품의 주문시 사용자가 편리하게 동시 주문할 수 있도록 지원할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 사용자가 편리하게 서로 다른 반복 구매 상품을 서로 다른 주문 전용 장치를 이용하여 동시에 구매할 수 있도록 지원할 수 있다.
본 명세서에 기술된 다양한 장치 및 구성부는 하드웨어 회로(예를 들어, CMOS 기반 로직 회로), 펌웨어, 소프트웨어 또는 이들의 조합에 의해 구현될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 다양한 전기적 구조의 형태로 트랜지스터, 로직게이트 및 전자회로를 활용하여 구현될 수 있다.

  1. 통신망에 연결된 AP와의 통신을 통해 상품을 판매하는 미리 설정된 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치와 통신하는 통신부;
    상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치로부터 수신된 정보를 표시하는 표시부;
    사용자의 입력을 수신하는 사용자 입력부; 및
    상기 통신부를 통해 상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치로부터 사용자에 의해 미리 설정된 사용자의 반복 구매 상품에 대한 프로모션 정보를 포함하는 알림 정보를 수신하는 경우 상기 알림 정보를 상기 표시부를 통해 표시하고, 상기 사용자 입력부를 통한 사용자 입력에 따라 상기 알림 정보 및 미리 설정된 사용자 식별정보를 포함하는 주문 정보를 생성한 후 상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치로 전송하여 상기 알림 정보에 대응되는 상품에 대한 주문 등록이 이루어지도록 하는 제어부를 포함하는 프로모션 알림 기능을 구비한 주문 전용 장치.

  5. 사용자가 소지하는 상품 주문을 위한 주문 전용 장치 및 상기 주문 전용 장치와 통신망을 통해 통신하는 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치를 포함하는 주문 전용 장치를 이용한 상품 주문 시스템에 있어서,
    상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치와 AP를 통해 통신하며, 상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치로부터 알림 정보 수신시 해당 알림 정보를 표시하며, 사용자 입력에 따른 입력 정보 수신시 상기 알림 정보에 대응되는 주문 정보를 상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치로 전송하는 주문 전용 장치; 및
    상기 사용자에 대응되는 회원정보를 저장하고, 상기 회원 정보에 미리 설정된 반복 구매 상품과 관련된 프로모션 정보를 확인하고, 상기 프로모션 정보의 존재시 상기 반복 구매 상품에 대한 프로모션 정보를 포함하는 알림 정보를 상기 회원정보에 등록된 상기 주문 전용 장치로 전송하여 상기 프로모션 정보가 상기 주문 전용 장치를 통해 표시되도록 하고, 상기 주문 전용 장치로부터 상기 알림정보에 대응되어 수신된 주문 정보를 상기 회원 정보와 매칭하여 장바구니 항목에 저장하는 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치를 포함하는 프로모션 알림 기능을 구비한 주문 전용 장치를 이용한 상품 주문 시스템.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 주문 전용 장치는 상기 알림 정보의 수신 시점부터 미리 설정된 시간 동안 상기 알림정보가 표시된 상태에서 상기 입력 정보 수신시 상기 알림 정보에 대응되는 주문 정보를 상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로모션 알림 기능을 구비한 주문 전용 장치를 이용한 상품 주문 시스템.
  7. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치는 상기 주문 정보 수신시 상기 주문 정보에 대응되는 결제 정보를 생성하여 상기 사용자의 사용자 장치로 전송하며,
    상기 사용자 장치에 구성되며, 상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치로부터 결제 정보를 수신하고, 상기 결제 정보에 대응되어 결제 수단 정보를 생성한 후 상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치로 전송하여 상기 주문 정보가 결제 처리 되도록 하는 어플리케이션부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로모션 알림 기능을 구비한 주문 전용 장치를 이용한 상품 주문 시스템.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치는 상기 주문 정보에 따른 결제 처리 완료시 상기 주문 정보에 대응되어 구매 내역 정보를 생성한 후 상기 회원정보와 매칭하여 누적 저장하고, 상기 누적 저장된 구매 내역 정보를 기초로 상기 반복 구매 상품 이외에 미리 설정된 기준횟수 이상 구매한 병행 구매 상품을 식별하며, 상기 회원정보에 상기 병행 구매 상품에 대응되는 다른 주문 전용 장치가 등록된 경우 상기 프로모션 정보 전송시 상기 다른 주문 전용 장치로 상기 병행 구매 상품에 대한 알림 정보를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로모션 알림 기능을 구비한 주문 전용 장치를 이용한 상품 주문 시스템.
  9. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치는 상기 프로모션 정보에 포함된 프로모션 유효기간을 기초로 상기 프로모션 유효기간 내에서 상기 알림 정보를 주기적으로 상기 주문 전용 장치로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로모션 알림 기능을 구비한 주문 전용 장치를 포함하는 상품 주문 시스템.
  10. 사용자가 소지하는 상품 주문을 위한 주문 전용 장치 및 상기 주문 전용 장치와 통신망을 통해 통신하는 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치의 주문 전용 장치를 이용한 상품 주문 방법에 있어서,
    상기 주문 전용 장치가 AP를 통해 상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치에 접속하는 단계;
    상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치가 상기 주문 전용 장치의 접속시 상기 사용자의 회원 정보에 상기 주문 전용 장치에 대응되어 미리 설정된 반복 구매 상품에 대응되는 프로모션 정보를 확인하고, 프로모션 정보 존재시 해당 프로모션 정보를 포함하는 알림 정보를 상기 회원정보에 등록된 상기 주문 전용 장치로 전송하는 단계;
    상기 주문 전용 장치가 상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치로부터 알림 정보 수신시 해당 알림 정보를 표시하며, 상기 알림 정보의 수신 시점부터 미리 설정된 시간 동안 상기 알림정보가 표시된 상태에서 사용자 입력에 따른 입력 정보 수신시 상기 알림 정보에 대응되는 주문 정보를 상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치로 전송하는 단계; 및
    상기 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치가 상기 주문 전용 장치로부터 상기 알림정보에 대응되어 수신된 주문 정보를 상기 회원 정보와 매칭하여 장바구니 항목에 저장하는 단계를 상품 판매 서비스 제공 장치를 포함하는 프로모션 알림 기능을 구비한 주문 전용 장치를 이용한 상품 주문 방법.
  11. 제 10항에 따른 방법을 수행하는 컴퓨터 프로그램이 기록된 기록매체.
