Description
本发明涉及医疗回收设备领域,具体地说,是一种具有防堵功能的医疗废物处理机。
随着医疗技术和科技的进步,如今的医疗水平在科学技术的带动下也愈加的成熟,现如今很多的科技机器都不断的投入到医疗事业卫生领域中,医疗仪器设备等迅速增多,医疗机箱的使用,使用后会产生医疗垃圾,医疗垃圾是指接触过病人血液、肉体等,而由医院生产出的污染性垃圾,如果处理不当,将造成对环境的严重污染,也可能成为疫病流行的源头,因此需要针对使用过后的医疗垃圾进行回收处理,现有的医疗垃圾处理设备由于工作量大,出料较多,并且医疗垃圾在处理时会进行加热消毒,破碎后的医疗垃圾容易产生粘连的现象,在出料时容易堵塞出料口,影响工作效率,因此,亟待设计一种防止出料口堵塞的医疗处理机。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中破碎后的医疗垃圾容易产生粘连的现象,在出料时容易堵塞出料口的问题,提供一种防止出料口堵塞的医疗处理机。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种具有防堵功能的医疗废物处理机,包括处理筒,设置在所述处理筒底端的出料口,所述出料口处设置有出料机构;

下面将结合附图1至图6对本发明进行详细说明,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1、3所示,本发明为一种具有防堵功能的医疗废物处理机,包括处理筒1,设置在所述处理筒1底端的出料口2,所述出料口2处设置有出料机构6;
所述出料机构6包括固定连接在所述出料口2中的出料筒61,所述出料筒61与所述处理筒1连接的一端设置有辅助构件64,所述辅助构件64包括转动连接在所述出料筒61前后侧壁之间的翻转轴641,所述翻转轴641上固定套设有辅助板642,所述辅助板642延伸进入到所述处理筒1中,所述辅助板642的上侧边缘处进行倒圆角处理,所述翻转轴641与所述出料筒61的内壁之间连接有扭簧643,装置未使用时,在所述扭簧643的作用下所述辅助板642沿所述处理筒1径向由外自内向下倾斜;
所述处理筒1的底部设置有抵接组件,所述抵接组件能够与所述辅助板642间歇抵接。
通过所述辅助板642与所述抵接组件的设置,使得在出料时,所述抵接组件与所述辅助板642抵接,使得所述辅助板642向下翻转,将破碎后的医疗垃圾通过所述出料筒61推出,防止所述出料筒61的堵塞,提高出料效率。
所述抵接组件包括设置在所述处理筒1底部的集成刀具3,所述集成刀具3包括正方角锥台状的安装块31,所述安装块31的每个斜面上设置有刀具32,所述刀具32所在平面与所述安装块31的斜面平行,所述安装块31中开设有开口向下的动力腔33,所述动力腔33中设置有动力件34,所述刀具32的输入端延伸进入到所述动力腔33中与所述动力件34的输出端连接,所述安装块31与所述处理筒1之间连接有转动件35。
通过设置在所述安装块31斜面上的刀具32,对医疗垃圾进行破碎,由于所述刀具32所在平面与所述处理筒1的地面呈一定的角度,使得所述刀具32在接触到医疗垃圾中的金属时,使得金属被弹开,之后金属由于重力作用保持在所述处理筒1的底部,相对于现有的刀具与处理筒底面平行的设置,减少了刀具与金属直接接触的接触面积,降低了刀具磨损的速度,同时四个所述刀具32呈锥状分布,在处理较长的垃圾时,其具有较强的撕裂力,提高了破碎效率,通过所述转动件35的设置,在需要出料时,启动所述转动件35,使得所述转动件35带动所述安装块31转动,所述安装块31上的所述刀具32随之转动,同时随着所述刀具32的自身转动,使得破碎后的医疗垃圾更易从所述出料口2中排出,减少了垃圾在处理筒1中的堆积,同时所述安装块31转动时,所述安装块31的四个角部推动垃圾向外侧移动,使得其从所述出料口2中排出。
如图1所示,所述处理筒1的顶部设置有端盖4,所述端盖4的一端与所述处理筒1之间通过铰接块41铰接,所述端盖4的另一端与所述处理筒1之间通过卡扣42连接。需要向所述处理筒1中放入医疗垃圾时,打开所述卡扣42,将所述端盖4打开,放入医疗垃圾,之后将所述端盖4封闭,关闭所述卡扣42。
通过所述端盖4的设置,使得医疗垃圾在所述处理筒1中破碎时,避免医疗垃圾在破碎时内部的残留液体溅出,污染环境。
如图3所示,所述动力件34包括固定安装在所述处理筒1底部的电机341,所述电机341的输出端向上延伸贯穿所述处理筒1进入到所述动力腔33中,所述电机341的输出端传动连接有齿轮箱342,所述齿轮箱342与所述刀具32的输入端连接。
所述齿轮箱为现有技术,不再赘述。
如图3所示,所述刀具32包括转动连接在所述安装块31上的转动轴321,所述转动轴321轴线垂直于所述安装块31的斜面,所述转动轴321上固定套设有破碎刀322,所述转动轴321贯穿所述安装块31进入到所述动力腔33中,所述转动轴321与所述齿轮箱342连接。
通过所述刀具32所在平面与所述处理筒1的地面呈一定的角度,使得所述刀具32在接触到医疗垃圾中的金属时,使得金属被弹开,之后金属由于重力作用保持在所述处理筒1的底部,相对于现有的刀具与处理筒底面平行的设置,减少了刀具与金属直接接触的接触面积,降低了刀具磨损的速度。
如图3、4所示,所述转动件35包括设置在所述处理筒1底部的环形的电磁滑槽351,所述电磁滑槽351中滑动连接有两个对称设置的电磁滑块352,所述电磁滑块352向上延伸进入到所述动力腔33中,两个所述电磁滑块352的上端固定连接有固定环353,所述固定环353上沿圆周方向均匀固定连接有四个固定杆354,所述固定杆354与所述安装块31固定连接。
通过电磁滑槽351与所述电磁滑块352的设置,在需要出料时,所述电磁滑块352在环形的电磁滑槽351中做圆周运动,从而通过所述固定环353以及固定杆354带动所述安装块31转动,方便出料。
如图3、5所示,所述安装块31的角部固定连接有推板5,所述处理筒1为圆筒状,所述推板5垂直于所述处理筒1的内壁,且所述推板5与所述处理筒1的内壁抵接。
通过所述推板5的设置,当所述安装块31转动时,所述安装块31带动所述推板5转动,方便出料。
如图1、3所示,所述出料机构6还包括设置在所述出料筒61远离所述出料口2的一端的开合板62,所述开合板62的上部与所述出料筒61的上部铰接,所述开合板62将所述出料筒61封闭,所述出料筒61的前后两侧对称设置有两个电动伸缩杆63,所述电动伸缩杆63的一端与所述开合板62铰接,所述电动伸缩杆63的另一端与所述处理筒1铰接。
通过所述电动伸缩杆63的设置,当需要出料时,启动所述电动伸缩杆63,使得所述电动伸缩杆63伸长,从而带动所述开合板62翻转,使得所述出料筒61打开,方便出料。
所述电机341上固定套设有安装环343,所述安装环343与所述处理筒1底部通过螺栓连接。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明方法的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和补充,这些改进和补充也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
- 一种具有防堵功能的医疗废物处理机,其特征在于:包括处理筒,设置在所述处理筒底端的出料口,所述出料口处设置有出料机构;所述出料机构包括固定连接在所述出料口中的出料筒,所述出料筒与所述处理筒连接的一端设置有辅助构件,所述辅助构件包括转动连接在所述出料筒前后侧壁之间的翻转轴,所述翻转轴上固定套设有辅助板,所述辅助板延伸进入到所述处理筒中,所述辅助板的上侧边缘处进行倒圆角处理,所述翻转轴与所述出料筒的内壁之间连接有扭簧,装置未使用时,在所述扭簧的作用下所述辅助板沿所述处理筒径向由外自内向下倾斜;所述处理筒的底部设置有抵接组件,所述抵接组件能够与所述辅助板间歇抵接;所述抵接组件包括设置在所述处理筒底部的集成刀具,所述集成刀具包括正方角锥台状的安装块,所述安装块的每个斜面上设置有刀具,所述刀具所在平面与所述安装块的斜面平行,所述安装块中开设有开口向下的动力腔,所述动力腔中设置有动力件,所述刀具的输入端延伸进入到所述动力腔中与所述动力件的输出端连接,所述安装块与所述处理筒之间连接有转动件。
- 根据权利要求1中所述的一种具有防堵功能的医疗废物处理机,其特征在于:所述处理筒的顶部设置有端盖,所述端盖的一端与所述处理筒之间通过铰接块铰接,所述端盖的另一端与所述处理筒之间通过卡扣连接;需要向所述处理筒中放入医疗垃圾时,打开所述卡扣,将所述端盖打开,放入医疗垃圾,之后将所述端盖封闭,关闭所述卡扣。
- 根据权利要求1中所述的一种具有防堵功能的医疗废物处理机,其特征在于:所述动力件包括固定安装在所述处理筒底部的电机,所述电机的输出端向上延伸贯穿所述处理筒进入到所述动力腔中,所述电机的输出端传动连接有齿轮箱,所述齿轮箱与所述刀具的输入端连接。
- 根据权利要求3中所述的一种具有防堵功能的医疗废物处理机,其特征在于:所述刀具包括转动连接在所述安装块上的转动轴,所述转动轴轴线垂直于所述安装块的斜面,所述转动轴上固定套设有破碎刀,所述转动轴贯穿所述安装块进入到所述动力腔中,所述转动轴与所述齿轮箱连接。
- 根据权利要求1中所述的一种具有防堵功能的医疗废物处理机,其特征在于:所述转动件包括设置在所述处理筒底部的环形的电磁滑槽,所述电磁滑槽中滑动连接有两个对称设置的电磁滑块,所述电磁滑块向上延伸进入到所述动力腔中,两个所述电磁滑块的上端固定连接有固定环,所述固定环上沿圆周方向均匀固定连接有四个固定杆,所述固定杆与所述安装块固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1中所述的一种具有防堵功能的医疗废物处理机,其特征在于:所述安装块的角部固定连接有推板,所述处理筒为圆筒状,所述推板垂直于所述处理筒的内壁,且所述推板与所述处理筒的内壁抵接。
- 根据权利要求1中所述的一种具有防堵功能的医疗废物处理机,其特征在于:所述出料机构还包括设置在所述出料筒远离所述出料口的一端的开合板,所述开合板的上部与所述出料筒的上部铰接,所述开合板将所述出料筒封闭,所述出料筒的前后两侧对称设置有两个电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆的一端与所述开合板铰接,所述电动伸缩杆的另一端与所述处理筒铰接。
