Claims (18)
- 제1전극 및 제2전극과 이들 사이에 개재된 분리막이 권취 축을 중심으로 권취됨으로써 코어와 외주면을 정의한 전극 조립체에 있어서,상기 제1전극은 권취 방향을 따라 활물질층이 코팅되어 있는 제1활물질부와 활물질층이 코팅되지 않은 제1무지부를 포함하고,상기 제1무지부는 독립적으로 절곡 가능한 복수의 분절편을 포함하고,상기 권취 방향을 따라 인접하는 분절편들 사이에 절단홈이 개재되고,상기 절단홈의 하부는 라운드부로 이루어진, 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 라운드부는, 상기 권취 방향으로 인접하는 분절편들의 이격 피치를 지름으로 하는 원과 실질적으로 동일한 형상을 가진, 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 라운드부는, 상기 권취 방향으로 인접하는 분절편들의 이격 피치를 지름으로 하는 원을 근사적으로 추종하는 형상을 가진, 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 라운드부는 상기 절단홈의 양측에 위치한 분절편들의 측부를 연결하고,상기 라운드부의 곡률 반경은 상기 권취 방향으로 인접하는 분절편들의 이격 피치에 대응되는 구간에서 일측 분절편의 측부로부터 타측 분절편의 측부로 가면서 점진적으로 증가했다가 점진적으로 감소하는, 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 2 또는 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 이격 피치는 0.05mm 내지 2.0mm인, 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 2 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 이격 피치는 0.5mm 내지 1.0mm인, 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 절단홈은 레이저 노칭에 의해 형성된 것인, 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 절단홈의 양측에 위치한 분절편들의 측부는 직선상으로 연장되어 상기 라운드부의 양단과 연결되는, 전극 조립체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 분절편의 상부는 상기 권취 방향을 따라 직선상으로 연장되고,상기 절단홈의 양측에 위치한 분절편의 측부는 직선상으로 연장되고,상기 상부와 상기 측부가 만나는 상기 분절편의 상부 코너는 라운드 형상을 가진 전극 조립체.
- 제1전극 및 제2전극과 이들 사이에 개재된 분리막이 권취 축을 중심으로 권취됨으로써 코어와 외주면을 정의한 전극 조립체로서, 상기 제1전극은 권취 방향을 따라 활물질층이 코팅되어 있는 제1활물질부와 활물질층이 코팅되지 않은 제1무지부를 포함하고, 상기 제1무지부는 독립적으로 절곡 가능한 복수의 분절편을 포함하고, 상기 권취 방향을 따라 인접하는 분절편들 사이에는 라운드부가 하부에 구비된 절단홈이 개재되고, 상기 복수의 분절편은 반경 방향을 따라 절곡되어 절곡 표면영역을 형성하는, 전극 조립체;개방단과 이와 대향하는 바닥부를 포함하고, 상기 개방단과 상기 바닥부 사이의 공간에 상기 전극 조립체를 수납하고, 상기 제1전극 및 상기 제2전극 중 하나와 전기적으로 연결되어 제1극성을 가지며 전지 하우징;상기 전지 하우징의 개방단을 밀봉하는 밀봉체; 및상기 제1전극 및 상기 제2전극 중 다른 하나와 전기적으로 연결되고, 표면이 외부로 노출된 제2극성을 띠는 단자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 라운드부는, 상기 권취 방향으로 인접하는 분절편들의 이격 피치를 지름으로 하는 원과 실질적으로 동일한 형상을 가진, 배터리.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 라운드부는, 상기 권취 방향으로 인접하는 분절편들의 이격 피치를 지름으로 하는 원을 근사적으로 추종하는 형상을 가진, 배터리.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 라운드부는 상기 절단홈의 양측에 위치한 분절편들의 측부를 연결하고,상기 라운드부의 곡률 반경은 상기 권취 방향으로 인접하는 분절편들의 이격 피치에 대응되는 구간에서 일측 분절편의 측부로부터 타측 분절편의 측부로 가면서 점진적으로 증가했다가 점진적으로 감소하는, 배터리.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 전극 조립체의 코어에는 공동이 구비되고,상기 공동은 상기 절곡 표면영역에 의해 폐색되지 않고 외부로 개방되어 있는, 배터리.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 밀봉체는, 상기 전지 하우징의 개방 단부를 밀폐하는 캡 플레이트와, 상기 캡 플레이트의 가장자리를 감싸며 상기 전지 하우징의 개방 단부에 클림핑된 가스켓을 포함하며,상기 제2극성을 띠는 단자는 상기 캡 플레이트임을 특징으로 하는 배터리.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 제1극성을 띠는 제2전극의 무지부와 전기적으로 연결되고 상기 전지 하우징의 측벽에 가장자리의 적어도 일부가 결합된 집전체를 더 포함하고,상기 밀봉체는, 극성이 없는 캡 플레이트와, 상기 캡 플레이트의 가장자리를 감싸며 상기 전지 하우징의 개방 단부에 클림핑되는 가스켓을 포함하고,상기 전지 하우징은 상기 바닥부의 중앙부에 형성된 관통 홀에 절연 가능하게 설치되고 상기 제1전극과 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 제2극성을 띠는 리벳 단자를 포함하는, 배터리.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 16 중 어느 한 항에 따른 복수의 배터리를 포함하는 배터리 팩.
- 청구항 17의 배터리 팩을 포함하는 자동차.
