本发明涉及自动化纺织工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种横编结头全自动处理连续编织工艺方法。
背景技术
在横编中纱线常常因为自身的条干不匀、断头和更换纱线筒子产生结头,以往对于横编中的结头常采用手工打结继续编织的方法,对于部分纱线和组织结构,小结头不会影响织物平整及美观,然而随着消费者对织物外观和品质的要求越来越高,对于部分纱线或一些本身编织难度较大的组织结构,结头不仅会增加编织难度,增加坏针的风险,也容易产生较大的破洞,使得编织废品率增加。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种横编结头全自动处理连续编织工艺方法,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种横编结头全自动处理连续编织工艺方法,包括以下步骤:
结头报警器检测到结头后发出警报;
机器自动调入和运行预设的结头处理程序;
机器将含有结头部分的纱线段拉出编织区并固定结头部分;
机器将后续的纱线重新编入编织区,回到报警前的编织位置;
机器剪断含有结头部分的多余纱线段,继续编织。
在进一步的实施例中,所述结头处理程序与结头报警器关联,结头报警器报警后自动启动结头处理程序。
在进一步的实施例中,在编织前手动调节结头报警器的检测位置,检测报警的结头为影响织物外观的结头。
在进一步的实施例中,所述结头处理程序为编译的固定工艺模块,设 置于机器程序中。
在进一步的实施例中,所述结头处理程序控制机器动作包括:将含有结头部分的纱线段拉出编织区时对纱线的拉出防脱散动作、拉出编织区后固定纱线段的动作、重新编入编织区时对纱线的编入防脱散动作和剪刀剪断多余纱线段的动作。
在进一步的实施例中,所述结头处理程序按照结头出现位置分为六个子程序:机头左行且处于编织区域中间时结头报警处理程序、机头左行且处于机头左边缘时结头报警处理程序、机头左行且处于机头右边缘时结头报警处理程序、机头右行且处于编织区域中间时结头报警处理程序、机头右行且处于机头左边缘时结头报警处理程序和机头右行且处于机头右边缘时结头报警处理程序。
在进一步的实施例中,完成结头处理动作后自动调入编织前的程序,接着结头报警之前的工艺继续完成后续编织。
在进一步的实施例中,拉出防脱散动作和编入防脱散动作的方法一致,方法是将浮线与集圈做交替组织;固定纱线段采用夹子夹住的方法。
在进一步的实施例中,编织结束后,手动剪去多余的纱线,无需再进行线头隐藏和防脱散处理。

如图1-2所示,一种横编结头全自动处理连续编织工艺方法,包括以下步骤:
一、在编织横机上设置结头报警器,在编织前手动调节结头报警器的检测位置,结头报警器检测即将编织的纱线上的结头,检测报警的结头为影响织物外观的结头,结头是由于纱线因自身条干不匀、断头或纱线筒子 更换产生的,其结头的存在会增加编织难度或影响布面外观,结头报警器检测到结头后发出警报;
二、机器自动调入和运行预设的结头处理程序,结头处理程序与结头报警器关联,结头报警器报警后自动启动结头处理程序,结头处理程序为编译的固定工艺模块,设置于机器程序中;
结头处理程序根据结头报警器的报警位置以及编织横机的编织方向调用对应的子程序,子程序的数量根据编织物的种类决定,在本实施例中,结头处理程序按照结头出现位置分为六个子程序包括机头左行且处于编织区域中间时结头报警处理程序、机头左行且处于机头左边缘时结头报警处理程序、机头左行且处于机头右边缘时结头报警处理程序、机头右行且处于编织区域中间时结头报警处理程序、机头右行且处于机头左边缘时结头报警处理程序和机头右行且处于机头右边缘时结头报警处理程序,结头处理程序的六个子程序控制的机器动作相同,仅仅是处理结头时机器动作的位置不同,即处理结头的位置不同,设置六个子程序可以根据编织进度情况快速判断将含有结头的纱线拖至适合的横机一侧边缘处理,提高处理结头的速度;
结头处理程序控制机器动作包括:将含有结头部分的纱线段拉出编织区时对纱线的拉出防脱散动作、拉出编织区后固定纱线段的动作、重新编入编织区时对纱线的编入防脱散动作和剪刀剪断多余纱线段的动作,其中拉出防脱散动作和编入防脱散动作的方法一致,都是将浮线与集圈做交替组织,而固定纱线段采用夹子夹住的方法,夹子设置在机器上,受到程序 控制启动;
三、结头处理程序控制机器将含有结头部分的纱线段拉出编织区并固定结头部分,机器在将含有结头部分的纱线段拉出编织区时对纱线做拉出防脱散动作,拉出防脱散动作是将浮线与集圈做交替组织,而固定纱线段是通过在机器上设置电控夹子,采用夹子夹住纱线固定;
四、固定好含结头部分的纱线段后,结头处理程序控制机器将后续的纱线重新编入编织区,重新编入编织区时对纱线做编入防脱散动作,编入防脱散动作也是将浮线与集圈做交替组织,直至纱线编回到报警前的编织位置;
五、结头处理程序控制机器剪断含有结头部分的多余纱线段,剪断后形成两个单独的纱线头挂附在编织物上,完成结头处理动作后自动调入编织前的程序,接着结头报警之前的工艺继续完成后续编织,等待编织结束后,手动剪去多余的两段纱线头,无需再进行线头隐藏和防脱散处理。
具体实施过程:为进一步说明本发明的工艺方法过程,如图2所示,以编织横机机头编织方向向左并在编织区中间检测到结头的情况为例:
编织横机机头向左行进,结头报警器检测到即将用于编织的纱线上带有结头后立即发出警报,机器在接收到警报后自动调入结头处理程序,结头处理程序分析当前机头为左行且报警位置位于编织区中间,随后选择机头左行且处于编织区域中间时结头报警处理程序的子程序执行,机器将纱线向右侧牵引,纱线牵引时与集圈做交替组织,纱线离开编织区后夹子夹住结头附近的纱线,机器再将纱线向左侧牵引回到编织区,牵引时同样与 集圈做交替组织,纱线编回到报警时位置后,机器用剪刀将含结头的纱线剪断形成两个纱线头,等到编织结束下机后再手动剪掉两个裸露的纱线头。

    结头报警器检测到结头后发出警报;
    机器自动调入和运行预设的结头处理程序;
    机器在结头处理程序控制下将含有结头部分的纱线段拉出编织区并固定结头部分;
    机器在结头处理程序控制下将后续的纱线重新编入编织区,编回到报警前的编织位置;
    机器在结头处理程序控制下剪断含有结头部分的多余线圈,继续编织直至编织物全部成型。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种横编结头全自动处理连续编织工艺方法,其特征在于:所述结头处理程序与结头报警器关联,结头报警器报警后自动启动结头处理程序。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种横编结头全自动处理连续编织工艺方法,其特征在于:在编织前手动调节结头报警器的检测位置,检测报警的结头为影响织物外观的结头。
