本发明涉及厨房家电领域,具体是一种料理机的勾兑制浆方法。
背景技术
料理机是现今家庭厨房中常见的一种厨房电器,通过在搅拌杯中内置有搅拌刀具及带动刀具旋转的驱动电机,实现对食物的切碎、搅拌、榨汁等处理后,烹煮形成流体食物倒出后供人食用。现有技术中,存在一种一体式料理机,其具备水箱,水箱内装有可直接饮用的水,料理机自动抽取水箱内的水直接供给搅拌杯内使用,进行食物的煮食以及清洗等自动功能。
由于为了保证在制浆时,浆液不会因流动幅度过大而溢出,因此搅拌杯的每次制浆的容量有限,当制作的食物浆液远远超出搅拌杯的制浆容量,只能通过执行多次完整的制浆程序,才能得到大量的食物浆液,十分麻烦;另一方面,按最大的制浆容量去制作浆液时,在煮浆环节中所需的时间会很长,导致很久才能完成制浆。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种料理机的勾兑制浆方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种料理机的勾兑制浆方法,所述料理机包括制浆阶段以及勾兑阶段,料理机包括水箱、料理杯组件、接浆杯以及控制器单元,料理杯组件包括搅拌杯、对搅拌杯进行加热的发热装置、位于搅拌杯侧部 的出液装置、搅拌杯内的粉碎刀以及驱动粉碎刀旋转的电机,所述水箱通过进水机构连通所述搅拌杯,食物原料在搅拌杯内粉碎并烹煮制成浓浆后,完成制浆阶段,所述进水机构包括水泵和即热式加热器;完成制浆阶段后,出液装置打开,控制器控制水泵抽取水箱中的水经即热式加热器加热后进入搅拌杯,一边与搅拌杯内的浓浆勾兑,一边经出液装置排放至接浆杯内。
勾兑阶段中,控制器启动电机带动粉碎刀匀速旋转,对浓浆与进入搅拌杯的热水进行搅拌。
所述出液装置与进水机构同时工作以开始勾兑阶段。
所述控制器单元设有预设值V0,所述料理机需要制作的制浆量为V1,当V1<V0,则料理机不执行勾兑阶段。
所述出液装置包括出液管和开关阀,所述开关阀控制出液管内部通道的通断,所述出液管其中一端管口连通搅拌杯内部,另一端管口显露在所述料理机表面。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的制浆阶段通过一定的食材与水的比例制成浓浆,当完成制浆阶段后,通过出液装置排放制成的浆液,同时控制器控制水泵抽取水箱中的水经即热式加热器加热后进入搅拌杯,一边与搅拌杯内的浓浆勾兑,一边经出液装置一次性排放至接浆杯内,经一定的水浆配比后浓浆勾兑成为正常的食物浆液;通过该勾兑制浆方法,一方面,设定的制浆量不再受限于搅拌杯的制浆容量,可以通过勾兑稀释浓浆最终在接浆杯内可以承接有超过搅拌杯制浆容量的食物浆液进行饮用,并因此,搅拌杯可以制作得更小,进而缩减料理机的体积;另一方面,本发明料理机制浆阶段所烹煮的浆液量可 大大减少,烹煮速度更快,最终通过勾兑阶段得到所需的制浆量,大大缩减料理机制浆的时间,且由于勾兑的为加热后的饮用水,制成的食物浆液可直接饮用。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图5的一种料理机,包括水箱2、料理杯组件、接浆杯以及控制器单元(图中未示出),料理杯组件1包括搅拌杯11、对搅拌杯进行加热的发热装置(图中未示出)、位于搅拌杯侧部的出液装置4、搅拌杯内的粉碎刀(图中未示出)以及驱动粉碎刀旋转的电机(图中未示出),所述水箱2通过进水机构5连通所述搅拌杯11。
如图6所示,本发明的勾兑制浆方法如下:
首先,用户通过控制器单元控制设定料理机需要制作的的制浆量V1。
食物原料需按照一定的食材与制浆用水的比例放入搅拌杯11内,在搅拌杯11内粉碎并烹煮制成浓浆,制作的浓浆量为V3;
制成浓浆后,出液装置4打开,同时往搅拌杯11内注入勾兑用水, 勾兑用水由水泵51抽取水箱2中的水经即热式加热器52加热后进入搅拌杯11,一边与搅拌杯11内的浓浆勾兑,一边经出液装置4一次性排放至接浆杯内,经一定的水浆配比后浓浆勾兑成为正常的食物浆液,勾兑用水的水量为V2,V3+V2=V1;
当搅拌杯11内的浆液排干后,关闭出液装置,结束勾兑制浆。
通过该勾兑制浆方法,一方面,设定的制浆量不再受限于搅拌杯11的制浆容量,可以通过勾兑稀释浓浆最终在接浆杯内可以承接有超过搅拌杯11制浆容量的食物浆液进行饮用,并因此,搅拌杯11可以制作得更小,进而缩减料理机的体积;另一方面,本发明料理机制浆阶段所烹煮的浆液量可大大减少,烹煮速度更快,最终通过勾兑阶段得到所需的制浆量,大大缩减料理机制浆的时间,且由于勾兑的为加热后的饮用水,制成的食物浆液可直接饮用。
勾兑阶段中,控制器启动电机带动粉碎刀匀速旋转,对浓浆与进入搅拌杯11的热水进行搅拌,使勾兑用水快速地与浓浆混合。且勾兑阶段以出液装置4与进水机构5同时工作开始,保证能边勾兑边排液,保证了均匀勾兑的效果。
作为优选方案,控制器单元设有预设值V0,预设值V0为设定的最小制浆量,当料理机需要制作的制浆量V1<V0,则无需进行勾兑,料理机按以往正常制浆流程进行,不执行勾兑阶段,以尽快完成小量浆液的制作。
出液装置4包括出液管41和开关阀42,所述开关阀42控制出液管41内部通道的通断,所述出液管41其中一端管口连通搅拌杯11内部,另一端管口显露在所述料理机表面,搅拌杯11的浆液可直接排 放至料理机外部,可通过食物器皿承接直接饮用。

  1. 一种料理机的勾兑制浆方法,其特征在于:所述料理机包括制浆阶段以及勾兑阶段,料理机包括水箱(2)、料理杯组件(1)、接浆杯以及控制器单元,料理杯组件(1)包括搅拌杯(11)、对搅拌杯进行加热的发热装置、位于搅拌杯侧部的出液装置(4)、搅拌杯内的粉碎刀以及驱动粉碎刀旋转的电机,所述水箱(2)通过进水机构连通所述搅拌杯(11),食物原料在搅拌杯(11)内粉碎并烹煮制成浓浆后,完成制浆阶段,所述进水机构(5)包括水泵(51)和即热式加热器(52);完成制浆阶段后,出液装置(4)打开,控制器控制水泵(51)抽取水箱(2)中的水经即热式加热器(52)加热后进入搅拌杯(11),一边与搅拌杯(11)内的浓浆勾兑,一边经出液装置(4)排放至接浆杯内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的料理机的勾兑制浆方法,其特征在于:勾兑阶段中,控制器启动电机带动粉碎刀匀速旋转,对浓浆与进入搅拌杯(11)的热水进行搅拌。
