Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte au domaine du traitement de l'huile de camellia, et en particulier à un appareil entièrement automatique destiné à éplucher, à tamiser et à presser à froid des graines de Camellia oleifera. L'appareil comprend une chambre de séchage de graines de Camellia oleifera, une chambre de retrait du tégument des graines, une chambre de tamisage et une chambre de pressage, la chambre de séchage de graines de Camellia oleifera, la chambre de retrait du tégument des graines, la chambre de tamisage et la chambre de pressage étant agencées de manière séquentielle dans un boîtier de haut en bas ; la partie supérieure du boîtier se présente sous la forme d'une ouverture ; le fond du boîtier est pourvu d'une plaque inférieure inclinée à une position correspondant à la chambre de pressage ; un côté du fond du boîtier est pourvu d'une sortie d'huile à une position correspondant à l'extrémité inclinée vers le bas de la plaque inférieure inclinée ; une soufflante est montée sur un côté du boîtier, et une ouverture de ventilation est formée de manière correspondante dans un autre côté de ce dernier ; et un mécanisme de collecte de déchets est disposé au niveau de l'ouverture de ventilation. La chambre de séchage, la chambre de retrait du tégument des graines, la chambre de tamisage et la chambre de pressage étant disposées dans un appareil, de sorte que l'appareil peut mettre en œuvre quatre étapes, qui sont les quatre étapes les plus basiques et continues pour réaliser un pressage à froid de l'huile de Camellia, sans avoir besoin d'une chaîne de transport ni d'opérations à effectuer pour la connexion des quatre étapes, ce qui améliore considérablement l'efficacité, réduit le coût de pressage de l'huile de Camellia de première pression à froid, et est approprié pour un environnement de production à faible coût et à faible main d'œuvre.
