本实用新型涉及一种自动打钉系统,尤其是一种设备用自动打钉系统,属于自动生成线技术领域。
背景技术
打钉枪是建筑、装修等领域常用的手持式工具。为了满足批量生产自动化打钉的需求,出现了将现有射钉枪之类的打钉工具改装后附加在流水线上的技术方案。然而,由于现有射钉枪之类的手持式打钉工具并非针对自动化打钉工况设计,因此,此类改造设备难免存在安装复杂、故障率高等缺点。实际使用时,不能切实满足流水生产线的稳定运行需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于:针对现有技术存在的问题,提出一种安装方便、稳定可靠的设备用自动打钉系统,从而切实满足流水生产线的自动打钉需求,提高生产效率,节省用工费用,降低生产成本。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型设备用自动打钉系统的基本技术方案为:包括位于工件输送线一侧的钉枪工作台,所述钉枪工作台上装有可进退钉枪架,所述钉枪架邻近工件输送线的一端具有与钉枪外壳适配的安装板,所述安装板通过紧固件与钉枪外壳固定连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是,工作效率大大提高,打钉质量十分稳定,安装维护和操控调节均非常方便,从而妥善解决了手持钉枪难以适应自动化生产要求,以及强行改装成本高、可靠性差等问题。
本实用新型进一步的完善是:所述钉枪架由上部的L形支架和下部的底座固连而成,所述底座的中间与安置于钉枪工作台的气缸的伸出端衔接,所述底座两侧与支撑在钉枪工作台上的滑轨构成移动副。
本实用新型再进一步的完善是:所述钉枪壳体包括前端板、后端板及其之间的枪筒以及下部的矩形座块,所述前端板、后端板上部具有连接筋。
本实用新型更进一步的完善是:所述钉枪架邻近工件输送线的一端具有与L形支架垂向板两侧长槽固定的后安装板,所述后安装板的四角分别具有与钉枪壳体后端适配的紧固件安装孔;所述钉枪壳体的后端板对应位置有四个安装螺纹孔。
本实用新型还进一步的完善是:所述钉枪架邻近工件输送线的一端具有与L形支架垂向板一侧长槽固定的侧安装板,所述侧安装板的四角分别具有与钉枪壳体侧面适配的紧固件安装孔;所述钉枪壳体的前端板和后端板侧面对应位置制有四个安装螺纹孔。
本实用新型又进一步的完善是:所述钉枪壳体的前端板上部中央固定前端支撑触击滚轮的支臂。

具体实施方式
实施例一
本实施例的设备用自动打钉系统如图1和图2所示,钉枪工作台11位于工件输送线1一侧,该钉枪工作台11上装有可进退钉枪架8,该钉枪架8由上部的L形支架5和下部的底座9固连而成,底座9的中间与安置于钉枪工作台11的气缸13的伸出端衔接,底座9两侧与支撑在钉枪工作台11上的滑轨10构成移动副,因此当控制气缸13动作时,可以通过移动副驱使钉枪架8沿滑轨10进退,按需实现钉枪6的前后位置调整。
如图3所示,钉枪架8邻近工件输送线1的一端具有与L形支架5垂向板两侧长槽固定的后安装板15,该后安装板15的四角分别具有与钉枪壳体4后端适配的紧固件安装孔15-1。如图4所示,钉枪壳体4的后端板4-4对应位置有四个安装螺纹孔4-1。钉枪壳体4整体铸造,包括前端板4-2、后端板4-4及其之间的枪筒4-3以及下部的矩形座块4-5,前端板4-2、后端板4-4上部具有连接筋4-6。该钉枪的前端枪嘴3的下部装有送钉装置12,钉枪壳体4底部具有安装进气管7的穿孔(参见图1)。
本实施例的工件输送台1用电动传送带输送工件,输送的工件2主要是木头或木板,工件输送台1旁设置的控制柜14中的控制器可以设置和调整工件输送台的启动、停止和输送速度以及钉枪的启动、停止和打钉频率。
打钉系统用压缩空气作为钉枪和气缸的动力,控制柜中的控制器可以设置。所述控制柜中的控制器可以设置和调整所述推送机构气缸的启动、停止和运动速度。
作业时,将工件2放置到工件输送台1上,打开控制柜14的启动开关,输送带输送工件2向右移动。当工件2运动到设定位置 时,钉枪工作台11上的钉枪向前运动,与工件接触位置后停止;然后开始按预定速度和频率打钉,使钉枪在工件上打出的钉子间距稳定并符合要求。当钉枪打完设定数量的钉子后,打钉过程结束,钉枪复位到初始位置,停止工作。
试验表明,采用本实施例的打钉系统,工作效率大大提高,打钉质量十分稳定,且其无论是安装维护还是操控调节均非常方便。为了更有效的提高生产效率和自动化程度,该打钉系统可以配用3000-5000枚/卷的大卷卷钉。
实施例二
本实施例的设备用自动打钉系统如图5和图6所示,其基本结构与实施例一相同,不同的是,钉枪架8邻近工件输送线1的一端具有与L形支架5垂向板一侧长槽固定的侧安装板15’,该侧安装板15’的四角分别具有与钉枪壳体4侧面适配的紧固件安装孔15-2。如图6所示,钉枪壳体4的前端板4-2和后端板4-4侧面对应位置制有四个安装螺纹孔4-1’,从而适应需要侧面安装的场合。
实施例三
本实施例的设备用自动打钉系统的基本结构也与实施例一相同,不同之处如图7所示,钉枪壳体4的前端板上部中央固定前端支撑触击滚轮16的支臂17。这样可以起到保护枪嘴的作用。
除上述实施例外,本实用新型还可以有其他实施方式。例如,钉枪架8的底部中间通过螺母与支撑于钉枪工作台11上的动力驱动丝杆构成螺旋副,这样当电机动力驱动丝杆旋转时,可以通过螺旋副驱使钉枪架8进退。再如,该设备用自动打钉系统也可以按需布置在工件输送线两侧。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种设备用自动打钉系统,其特征在于:包括位于工件输送线一侧的钉枪工作台,所述钉枪工作台上装有可进退钉枪架,所述钉枪架邻近工件输送线的一端具有与钉枪外壳适配的安装板,所述安装板通过紧固件与钉枪外壳固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的设备用自动打钉系统,其特征在于:所述钉枪架由上部的L形支架和下部的底座固连而成,所述底座的中间与安置于钉枪工作台的气缸的伸出端衔接,所述底座两侧与支撑在钉枪工作台上的滑轨构成移动副。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的设备用自动打钉系统,其特征在于:所述钉枪的壳体包括前端板、后端板及其之间的枪筒以及下部的矩形座块,所述前端板、后端板上部具有连接筋。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的设备用自动打钉系统,其特征在于:所述钉枪架邻近工件输送线的一端具有与L形支架垂向板两侧长槽固定的后安装板,所述后安装板的四角分别具有与钉枪壳体后端适配的紧固件安装孔;所述钉枪壳体的后端板对应位置有四个安装螺纹孔。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的设备用自动打钉系统,其特征在于:所述钉枪架邻近工件输送线的一端具有与L形支架垂向板一侧长槽固定的侧安装板,所述侧安装板的四角分别具有与钉枪壳体侧面适配的紧固件安装孔;所述钉枪壳体的前端板和后端板侧面对应位置制有四个安装螺纹孔。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的设备用自动打钉系统,其特征在于:所述钉枪壳体的前端板上部中央固定前端支撑触击滚轮的支臂。
