优选的,所述齿轮和所述支撑杆为同轴连接,并所述支撑杆的主视面为弧形结构,此设计可在齿轮转动时驱动支撑杆同步转动,利用支撑杆对调节套管的角度位置进行调节。
优选的,所述齿块等间距的分布在所述调节杆和所述齿轮的连接处,并所述调节杆的后端部宽度大于对称分布的2个所述齿轮之间的最短距离,此设计可利用调节杆的移动,同步驱动2个齿轮转动,并通过齿轮的围挡,避免调节杆移出固定座。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该赛络纺纱机构,
(1)驱动螺纹杆转动,可控制调节杆移动,配合啮合连接的齿轮和齿块的传动,可驱动调节套管转动,对调节套管的角度距离进行调整,从而调节2股纱线和假捻器之间构成的三角区面积,避免合股端过松或过紧而造成合股松散的现象,可灵活的对合股线输送端进行调节并位置限定,保证合股线的合股质量,并固定套管和调节套管的内侧壁呈粗糙状结构,可增加纱线的假捻效果,增加每个出纱的纱条的强力,并且不影响每个出纱的纱条的捻度;
(2)转动固定螺母,对固定螺母的位置进行调整,从而可灵活的调节外环的位置,对外环和收卷架之间的连接杆和移动杆进行灵活收展,展开的连接杆和移动杆可解除对管纱的锁定,快速取下管纱,而收折的连接杆和移动杆可快速且稳固的对管纱进行锁定,快速实现管纱的装配,持续性的对纱线进行卷绕,提高操作的便利性和使用的灵活性;
(3)利用转盘的转动,可驱动凸块在调节架内滑动,控制调节架往复式移动,从而控制收卷架和管纱组成的绕卷机构往复式移动,将纱线连续性均匀的绕卷到管纱上,对管纱的外部空间进行充分利用,且避免纱线堆叠在同一区域而造成散乱现象,有利于纱线后续的储藏、运送和售卖。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的 实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-9,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种赛络纺纱机构,用于对纱线进行制作,对两股纱线进行合股;
外架体1,左上方螺栓固定有第一电机2,并第一电机2的输出端连接有转杆3,且转杆3利用轴承与外架体1转动连接;
限位滚筒16,转动连接在外架体1右上方的内侧;
假捻器17,位于外架体1的上方;
包括:
转盘4,安装在转杆3的右端,并转盘4的右侧连接有凸块5,且凸块5的外侧套设有调节架6,并且调节架6的下侧安装有安装架7;
限位块8,安装在安装架7的右侧,并限位块8与外架体1为上下滑动连接;
第二电机9,螺栓固定在安装架7的下侧,并第二电机9的输出端连接有收卷架10,且收卷架10的外侧套设有管纱15;
调节套管18,位于假捻器17的上方,且调节套管18的上方设置有固定座22;
螺纹杆23,利用轴承转动连接在固定座22的内部,并螺纹杆23的外侧螺纹连接有调节杆24,且调节杆24的左右两侧均安装有齿块25,齿块25的外侧啮合连接有齿轮21,且齿轮21的内部键连接有转轴20,并转轴20的外侧安装有支撑杆19,并且支撑杆19远离转轴20的一端连接有调节套管18;
固定套管26,对称连接在固定座22的左右两侧,并固定套管26和调节套管18端部的内侧均开设有安装槽27,且安装槽27的内部滚动连接有滚珠28。
纱线分布到赛络纺纱机构上,结合图1所示,两股纱线穿过固定套管26和调节套管18,接着进入到假捻器17中,对纱线进行合股加工,合股之后的纱线经过限位滚筒16改变牵引方向连接到管纱15上。
齿轮21和支撑杆19为同轴连接,并支撑杆19的主视面为弧形结构。齿块25等间距的分布在调节杆24和齿轮21的连接处,并调节杆24的后端部宽度大于对称分布的2个齿轮21之间的最短距离。
结合图2所示,可转动螺纹杆23,螺纹杆23控制外侧螺纹连接的调节杆24前移,调节杆24利用外侧连接的齿块25控制啮合连接的齿轮21转动,齿轮21控制同轴连接的支撑杆19转动,支撑杆19带动端部安装的调节套管18转动,缩短2个调节套管18下端部之间的距离,从而缩短穿过调节套管18的纱线之间的距离,并对纱线的位置进行限定,对纱线经过假捻器17的张紧度进行调整,对2股纱线和假捻器17之间构成的三角区进行减小,避免过松或过紧而造成合股松散的现象,并在纱线的角度位置进行调整时,因在固定套管26和调节套管18上下两端的内侧壁滚动连接有滚珠28,并固定套管26和调节套管18的内侧壁呈粗糙状结构,可增加纱线的假捻效果,增加每个出纱的纱条的强力,并且不影响每个出纱的纱条的捻度,反向转动螺纹杆23,便可控制外侧螺纹连接的调节杆24后移,从而控制齿轮21反转,进而控制调节套管18反转,增加2个调节套管18下端之间的距离,从而增加穿过的纱线之间的距离,对2股纱线和假捻器17之间构成的三角区进行增加,灵活的对纱线输送位置进行调节以及限定。
收卷架10上设置有固定螺母11和外环12:固定螺母11,螺纹连接在收卷架10上方的外侧;外环12,滑动连接在收卷架10的外侧,并外环12的内侧对称安装有滑块29,且滑块29贯穿收卷架10的外侧并与收卷架10上下滑动连接; 外环12的外侧铰接连接有连接杆13,且连接杆13远离外环12的一端转动连接有移动杆14,并移动杆14远离连接杆13的一端与收卷架10铰接连接。凸块5外径小于调节架6的内侧高度,并调节架6的侧视面为“回”字形结构,且调节架6的内径长度大于转盘4的外径。安装架7的主视面为“L”形结构,并安装架7通过俯剖面为“T”形结构的限位块8与外架体1上下滑动连接。收卷架10的主视面为“十”字形结构,并收卷架10的高度大于管纱15的高度,且收卷架10上端部与固定螺母11的连接处呈螺纹状结构。外环12和收卷架10之间通过相邻2个连接杆13和移动杆14连接,并水平状态下的对称分布的2个连接杆13之间的最长距离大于管纱15的内径。
第二电机9接通电源,第二电机9控制输出端连接的收卷架10转动,结合图4所示,收卷架10控制外侧锁定的管纱15转动,将纱线缠绕到管纱15上,同时将第一电机2接通电源,第一电机2控制输出端连接的转杆3转动,转杆3控制端部安装的转盘4转动,转盘4控制外侧安装的凸块5转动,凸块5在调节架6内滑动,结合图5所示,通过凸块5的位置移动可控制调节架6上下往复移动,从而使得调节架6控制安装架7上下往复移动,对绕卷机构的位置进行上下往复式调节,配合绕卷机构对纱线的收卷,可保证纱线均匀的缠绕到管纱15的外部,缠绕适量之后,便可转动固定螺母11,固定螺母11在螺纹连接的收卷架10上边转动边向上移动,预留外环12的移动空间,控制外环12上移,此时外环12便可拉动外侧铰接连接的连接杆13转动并移动,连接杆13的端部转动连接有移动杆14,且移动杆14的另一端与收卷架10铰接连接,故可控制移动杆14转动并移动,如图7,连接杆13和移动杆14平展开,此时便可向上推动管纱15,将管纱15从收卷架10上取下,将新的管纱15套设到收卷架10的外侧,向下推 动外环12,驱动连接杆13和移动杆14反向转动并移动,如图6所示,连接杆13和移动杆14收折对管纱15进行位置限定,反向转动固定螺母11,使得固定螺母11下移将外环12锁定,从而稳固管纱15的装配,继续对纱线进行收卷。
工作原理:在使用该赛络纺纱机构时,首先,将纱线分布到赛络纺纱机构上,转动螺纹杆23,缩短2个调节套管18下端部之间的距离,反向转动螺纹杆23,增加2个调节套管18下端之间的距离,灵活的对纱线输送位置进行调节以及限定,将第二电机9接通电源,将纱线缠绕到管纱15上,同时将第一电机2接通电源,控制调节架6上下往复移动,对绕卷机构的位置进行上下往复式调节,配合绕卷机构对纱线的收卷,可保证纱线均匀的缠绕到管纱15的外部,转动固定螺母11,控制外环12上移,连接杆13和移动杆14平展开,将管纱15从收卷架10上取下,将新的管纱15套设到收卷架10的外侧,向下推动外环12,连接杆13和移动杆14收折对管纱15进行位置限定,本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种赛络纺纱机构,用于对纱线进行制作,对两股纱线进行合股;
    外架体,左上方螺栓固定有第一电机,并所述第一电机的输出端连接有转杆,且所述转杆利用轴承与所述外架体转动连接;
    限位滚筒,转动连接在所述外架体右上方的内侧;
    假捻器,位于所述外架体的上方;
    其特征在于:包括:
    转盘,安装在所述转杆的右端,并所述转盘的右侧连接有凸块,且所述凸块的外侧套设有调节架,并且所述调节架的下侧安装有安装架;
    限位块,安装在所述安装架的右侧,并所述限位块与所述外架体为上下滑动连接;
    第二电机,螺栓固定在所述安装架的下侧,并所述第二电机的输出端连接有收卷架,且所述收卷架的外侧套设有管纱;
    调节套管,位于所述假捻器的上方,且所述调节套管的上方设置有固定座;
    螺纹杆,利用轴承转动连接在所述固定座的内部,并所述螺纹杆的外侧螺纹连接有调节杆,且所述调节杆的左右两侧均安装有齿块,所述齿块的外侧啮合连接有齿轮,且所述齿轮的内部键连接有转轴,并所述转轴的外侧安装有支撑杆,并且所述支撑杆远离所述转轴的一端连接有所述调节套管;
    固定套管,对称连接在所述固定座的左右两侧,并所述固定套管 和所述调节套管端部的内侧均开设有安装槽,且所述安装槽的内部滚动连接有滚珠。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种赛络纺纱机构,其特征在于:所述收卷架上设置有固定螺母和外环:
    固定螺母,螺纹连接在所述收卷架上方的外侧;
    外环,滑动连接在所述收卷架的外侧,并所述外环的内侧对称安装有滑块,且所述滑块贯穿所述收卷架的外侧并与所述收卷架上下滑动连接;
    所述外环的外侧铰接连接有连接杆,且所述连接杆远离所述外环的一端转动连接有移动杆,并所述移动杆远离所述连接杆的一端与所述收卷架铰接连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种赛络纺纱机构,其特征在于:所述凸块外径小于所述调节架的内侧高度,并所述调节架的侧视面为“回”字形结构,且所述调节架的内径长度大于所述转盘的外径。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种赛络纺纱机构,其特征在于:所述安装架的主视面为“L”形结构,并所述安装架通过俯剖面为“T”形结构的所述限位块与所述外架体上下滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种赛络纺纱机构,其特征在于:所述收卷架的主视面为“十”字形结构,并所述收卷架的高度大于所述管纱的高度,且所述收卷架上端部与所述固定螺母的连接处呈螺纹状结构。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种赛络纺纱机构,其特征在于:所述 外环和所述收卷架之间通过相邻2个所述连接杆和所述移动杆连接,并水平状态下的对称分布的2个所述连接杆之间的最长距离大于所述管纱的内径。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种赛络纺纱机构,其特征在于:所述齿轮和所述支撑杆为同轴连接,并所述支撑杆的主视面为弧形结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种赛络纺纱机构,其特征在于:所述齿块等间距的分布在所述调节杆和所述齿轮的连接处,并所述调节杆的后端部宽度大于对称分布的2个所述齿轮之间的最短距离。
