参见附图1~8,本发明公开的一种带状态指示功能的锁机构,包括壳体1、盖2以及指示器3,盖2具有中心轴线21,且被安装为在闩锁位置与解锁位置之间围绕所述中心轴线、相对于所述壳体1旋转移动,指示器3被插置于盖1与壳体2之间,指示器3具有与所述盖1处于覆盖关系的指示部分31,指示器3被可绕一凸起11枢转的安装在壳体1上,指示器3在所述盖2从所述闩锁位置旋转到所述解锁位置时,相对于所述盖2从所述中心轴线21向外径向移动,从而使得所述指示器3的指示部分31与盖不再处于覆盖关系;盖对应锁机构的解锁和闩锁动作,盖2从所述闩锁位置旋转到所述解锁位置时,驱动指示器3的绕一凸起11转动,该凸起11可以是一体成型在壳体1上的销轴状结构(为便于成型和安装,本具体实施例优先该方式),也可以是度组装于壳体上的销,或者一体成型于指示器上的销轴状结构,指示器展开,指示部分不再被盖覆盖;盖2上设有沿径向延伸的、随盖2绕中心轴线21转动的径向侧凸部22,所述指示器3包括沿中心轴线21周向布置的主动指示器3a和被动指示器3b,主动指示器3a具有沿中心轴线21周向方向延伸的凸轮配合面3a-1以及位于凸轮配合面3a-1对应在主动指示器3a枢装中心一端的止位端部3a-2,径向侧凸部22沿凸轮配合面3a-1滑动,以促使主动指示器3a围绕凸起枢转离开盖2的中心轴线21,径向侧凸部22推压主动指示器3a的止位端部3a-2并促使主动指示器3a绕凸起枢转至指示部分31经盖2覆盖的回收位置(如图5所示),被动指示器3b与主动指示器3a经齿传动装置联动连接,以使得被动指示器3b随主动指示器3a同步展开和收拢。如图5至图8所示,随着盖从所述闩锁位置旋转到所述解锁位置时,径向侧凸部22沿着主动指示器3a的凸轮配合面滑动,以促使主动指示器围绕凸起枢转离开盖的中心轴线,指示部分逐渐伸出,不再与盖处于覆盖关系,与此同时,主动指示器经经齿传动装置驱动被动指示器同步动作,实现被动指示器与主动指示器的同步展开,达到可靠的指示;在盖呈相反方向转动时,被动指示器可与主动指示器同步收拢;主动指示器和被动指示器初始展开时,盖向解锁方向旋转的角度可根据需要进行调整,如可采用盖向解锁方向转动开始时,即驱动指示器旋转展开,也可采用在盖旋转一定角度之后,如15°之后(如图5~8),才开始驱动指示器展开动作;主动指示器初始展开至达到完全展开状态时,盖向解锁方向旋转的角度也可根据需要进行调整;采用径向侧凸部与主动指示器上的凸轮配合面、止位端部配合达到驱动指示器的展开和收拢,其结构简单,便于加工成型,能够形成可靠的配合,方便组装操作,且指示器采用经齿传动装置实现关联动作的主动指示器和被动指示器设计,能够提供可靠的指示,且相互关联的主动指示器和被动指示器能够相互牵制,实现结构防松,机构稳定可靠。诚如现有技术中公开的,盖可被构造为接纳使所述盖从所述闩锁位置转换到所述解锁位置的驱动器。该驱动器用于在闩锁和解锁状态之间致动锁机构。径向侧凸部22优先被构造为径向凸出部分与基圆之间经曲面过渡衔接的凸轮形状。
所述被动指示器3b和主动指示器3a均为沿中心轴线21周向延伸,所述被动指示器3b绕被动指示器3b枢装中心转动的远端3b-3与主动指示器3a绕主动指示器3a枢装中心转动的远端3a-3相互靠近,这样主动指示器和被动指示器远离自身枢装中心的一端是呈可张开和合拢的形态,在所述被动指示器3b上设有沿所述中心轴线21周向延伸的让位面3b-1,这样在径向侧凸部22沿凸轮配合面3a-1滑动,达到主动指示器和被动指示器同步张开后,让位面3b-1能够承接径向侧凸部22,盖2从所述闩锁位置旋转到所述解锁位置时,所述径向侧凸部22可滑出凸轮配合面3a-1并进入被动指示器3b的让位面3b-1所在位置,让位面3b-1与径向侧凸部22对应配合以构成被动指示器3b在径向侧凸部22抵触下保持在围绕凸起枢转离开盖2的中心轴线21的展开位置。能够使得被动指示器上形成与主动指示器上凸轮配合面进行衔接以供径向侧凸部滑入和滑出被动指示器所在位置的让位面,径向侧凸部能够旋离主动指示器进入被动指示器所在位置,扩大盖在所述闩锁位置到所述解锁位置的旋转角度范围值,实现更为灵活的角度设计,被动指示器上的让位面经径向侧凸部相抵限制,从而保证盖处于非闩锁位置时,主动指示器和被动指示器始终处于展开状态。
盖向解锁方向旋转的极限位置需要被限定,从而达到锁机构开闭锁动作的旋钮角度限定,本发明创造主要是针对盖向解锁方向的极限位置限定,可依靠外部的限定结构对盖旋转极限角度进行限定,为便于该限定的实施,所述被动指示器3b在让位面3b-1靠近被动指示器3b枢装中心一端衔接有止位部3b-2,止位部3b-2与径向侧凸部22抵接,从而构成所述盖2的解锁旋转方向极限位置的限定。盖经被动指示器限制实现位置限定,结构简单,配合可靠。
所述被动指示器3b安置枢转凸起一端与主动指示器3a安置枢转凸起一端靠近,所述齿传动装置包括成型于主动指示器3a上绕主动指示器3a枢转中心转动的第一啮合齿3a-4,以及成型于被动指示器3b上绕被动指示器3b枢转中心转动的第二啮合齿3b-4,第一啮合齿3a-4与第二啮合齿啮合3b-4传动。传动结构简单,装配和工作稳定可靠。当然在不考虑传动距离的情况下,可采用多个齿轮的组合达到主动指示器和被动指示器之间的联动。
根据本发明创造并结合现有技术,锁机构可设置为各种类型的闩锁,例如简单的凸轮锁。所述壳体1一端具有盘形顶部12以及贯通盘形顶部的定位轴孔13,盖2包括与盘形顶部相对的遮挡环23以及遮挡环23轴向延伸有轴24,盖2经轴24定位配合在定位轴孔13内,遮挡环23与盘形顶部12形成容置指示器的间隔4,在遮挡环23对应间隔4内的一端面成型径向侧凸部22,径向侧凸部22位于间隔4内。壳体与盖的配合结构简单,且方便指示器的插置安装,整体结构简单紧凑。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种带状态指示功能的锁机构,包括壳体、盖以及指示器,盖具有中心轴线,且被安装为在闩锁位置与解锁位置之间围绕所述中心轴线、相对于所述壳体旋转移动,指示器被插置于盖与壳体之间,指示器具有与所述盖处于覆盖关系的指示部分,指示器被可绕一凸起枢转的安装在壳体上,指示器在所述盖从所述闩锁位置旋转到所述解锁位置时,相对于所述盖从所述中心轴线向外径向移动,从而使得所述指示器的指示部分与盖不再处于覆盖关系,盖上设有沿径向延伸的、随盖绕中心轴线转动的径向侧凸部,其特征在于:所述指示器包括沿中心轴线周向布置的主动指示器和被动指示器,主动指示器具有沿中心轴线周向方向延伸的凸轮配合面以及位于凸轮配合面对应在主动指示器枢装中心一端的止位端部,径向侧凸部沿凸轮配合面滑动,以促使主动指示器围绕凸起枢转离开盖的中心轴线,径向侧凸部推压主动指示器的止位端部并促使主动指示器绕凸起枢转至指示部分经盖覆盖的回收位置,被动指示器与主动指示器经齿传动装置联动连接,以使得被动指示器随主动指示器同步展开和收拢。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述带状态指示功能的锁机构,其特征在于:所述被动指示器和主动指示器均为沿中心轴线周向延伸,所述被动指示器绕被动指示器枢装中心转动的远端与主动指示器绕主动指示器枢装中心转动的远端相互靠近,盖从所述闩锁位置旋转到所述解锁位置时,所述径向侧凸部可滑出凸轮配合面并进入被动指示器所在位置,所述被动指示器上设有沿所述中心轴线周向延伸的让位面,该让位面供径向侧凸部滑入被动指示器所在位置,让位面与径向侧凸部对应配合以构成被动指示器在径向侧凸部抵触下保持在围绕凸起枢转离开盖的中心轴线的展开位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述带状态指示功能的锁机构,其特征在于:所述被动指示器在让位面靠近被动指示器枢装中心一端衔接有止位部,止位部与径向侧凸部抵接,从而构成所述盖的解锁旋转方向极限位置的限制。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述带状态指示功能的锁机构,其特征在于:所述被动指示器安置枢转凸起一端与主动指示器安置枢转凸起一端靠近,所述齿传动装置包括成型于主动指示器上绕主动指示器枢转中心转动的第一啮合齿,以及成型于被动指示器上绕被动指示器枢转中心转动的第二啮合齿,第一啮合齿与第二啮合齿啮合传动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述带状态指示功能的锁机构,其特征在于:所述壳体具有盘形顶部以及贯通盘形顶部的定位轴孔,盖包括与盘形顶部相对的遮挡环以及遮挡环轴向延伸有轴,盖经轴定位配合在定位轴孔内,遮挡环与盘形顶部形成容置指示器的间隔,径向侧凸部位于间隔内。
