本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种烹饪器具,所述烹饪器具能够实现多种烹饪功能,且能够同时执行两种烹饪功能。

根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具,通过烹饪容器和多个烹饪配件配合,使烹饪器具具有多种烹饪功能,且能够同时执行两种烹饪功能,满足用户更多的使用需求,且占用空间小、成本低,食材烹饪均匀性好、口感均匀稳定。

参照图1-图15所示,根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100可以包括:基座10、烹饪容器20和多个烹饪配件30。
具体而言,如图1-图3和图9所示,基座10限定出安装腔101和容纳腔102,其中,安装腔101侧部敞开,容纳腔102顶部敞开。烹饪容器20可以由安装腔101的侧面安装于安装腔101,且烹饪容器20限定出第一烹饪腔201。烹饪配件30可以由容纳腔102的顶部安装至容纳腔102,且烹饪配件30限定出第二烹饪腔301。
其中,烹饪容器20的烹饪方式可以根据实际情况灵活设置。在一些实施例中,烹饪容器20为蒸汽烹饪容器,换言之,烹饪容器20采用蒸汽烹饪的方式。例如,基座10可以与外部蒸汽设备相连,以通过基座10向烹饪容器20提供蒸汽,烹饪容器20的结构简单,易于取放;或者,如图10所示,基座10可以设有蒸汽发生装置42,蒸汽发生装置42工作能够产生蒸汽,以向烹饪容器20提供蒸汽,烹饪器具100自身具有产生蒸汽的功能,以使烹饪器具100工作不受外部环境影响,使用更方便。
与相关技术中采用电热盘或线圈盘加热的方式相比,蒸汽烹饪的热量不完全依靠锅具传导,热蒸汽 能够直接与食材进行充分接触,直达食材表面,使烹饪容器20内各个区域的食材温度均匀一致,蒸汽烹饪得到的食材口感均匀稳定,不会出现焦黄。
如图3-图8所示,烹饪容器20和烹饪配件30可以与基座10可分离地配合,便于烹饪容器20和烹饪配件30内食材的取放,以及烹饪容器20和烹饪配件30的清洗,同时还有利于减少烹饪容器20和烹饪配件30上电子元件的数量。
并且烹饪容器20侧面取放与烹饪配件30顶部取放无干涉,烹饪配件30安装于基座10而非安装于烹饪容器20,使二者可以单独取放和单独使用,烹饪时烹饪容器20和烹饪配件30可以根据需要单独控制工作或者不工作,以便于不同食材进行烹饪的时间控制,且烹饪器具100的结构更紧凑,并且增大了烹饪器具100所能同时烹饪的食材量、增加烹饪器具100的烹饪功能。例如,用户可以在烹饪容器20的第一烹饪腔201内蒸米饭、煮粥、煲汤、炖排骨等,在烹饪配件30的第二烹饪腔301内进行蒸饺子、包子、玉米等速蒸烹饪、煲汤、煮粥、煎烤、空炸、蒸烤或火锅等烹饪。
此外,如图9-图15所示,烹饪器具100的多个烹饪配件30可以择一地安装于容纳腔102,每个烹饪配件30都限定出第二烹饪腔301,并能够实现不同的烹饪功能,或者具有不同的型号尺寸,通过更换与基座10配合的烹饪配件30,可以改变烹饪器具100所能执行的烹饪功能,多个烹饪配件30能够进一步提高烹饪器具100的多用途化,多个烹饪配件30共用一个基座10,用户无需购买多个烹饪设备,减少了占用空间、避免钱财耗费。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100,通过烹饪容器20和多个烹饪配件30配合,使烹饪器具100具有多种烹饪功能,且能够同时执行两种烹饪功能,满足用户更多的使用需求,且占用空间小、成本低,食材烹饪均匀性好、口感均匀稳定。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图6-图8所示,多个烹饪配件30可以包括第一烹饪配件31、第二烹饪配件32和第三烹饪配件33中的至少一个。其中,第一烹饪配件31可以形成为煎烤盘用于煎烤烹饪,或者形成为火锅用于火锅烹饪,或者用于注水、煲汤、煮粥等;第二烹饪配件32可以形成为空炸盘用于空炸烹饪或者蒸烤烹饪等;第三烹饪配件33可以形成为速蒸盘用于速蒸烹饪等。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图3、图9-图15所示,烹饪器具100还可以包括加热件40,加热件40设于容纳腔102内,并且加热件40能够对第二烹饪腔301进行加热,以实现第二烹饪腔301内食材的烹饪。加热件40可以为发热管等。
例如,在多个烹饪配件30包括第一烹饪配件31的实施例中,如图6、图9和图10所示,第一烹饪配件31安装到位的状态下,加热件40可以与第一烹饪配件31的底壁接触配合,以直接、快速、充分地将热量传导至第一烹饪配件31的底壁,使第一烹饪配件31能够实现煎烤功能,热传导效率高、速度快、损失小。在一些实施例中,第一烹饪配件31为热传导良性材料,如铝或铝合金等。
本申请对第一烹饪配件31的具体结构不做特殊限制,例如第一烹饪配件31可以为平底盘,也可以做成各种形状如丸子盘、条纹盘、六圆盘、华夫饼盘等等,并且如图9和图10所示,在使用第一烹饪配件31时可以盖盖体45也可以不盖。
在一些实施例中,如图9和图10所示,第一烹饪配件31的底壁可以设有限位凸起311,限位凸起311与第一烹饪配件31的底壁配合能够限定出容纳槽,加热件40至少部分位于容纳槽内。换言之限位凸起311可以沿加热件40的轮廓包围加热件40,以对加热件40进行限位,同时增大第一烹饪配件31与加热件40的接触面积,提高热传导效率,降低热量损失。
在一些实施例中,第一烹饪配件31的第二烹饪腔301可以不与容纳腔102连通,换言之,第一烹饪配件31的壁面未设置通孔结构,以防止第二烹饪腔301内的食材、油、水等泄漏至容纳腔102。
再例如,在多个烹饪配件30包括第二烹饪配件32的实施例中,如图7、图11-图13所示,第二烹饪配件32的第二烹饪腔301可以与容纳腔102连通,并且烹饪器具100还可以包括风机组件41(例如离心风机)。风机组件41设于基座10,加热件40工作加热容纳腔102内的气体后,风机组件41能够驱动加热得到的热气体进入第二烹饪腔301,以对第二烹饪腔301内的食材进行空炸烹饪,空炸烹饪使用方便且耗油量少,相对于传统油炸的烹饪方式更健康。
在一些实施例中,如图7、图11-图13所示,第二烹饪配件32可以设有进气口321和出气口322,进气口321和出气口322连通容纳腔102和第二烹饪腔301,风机组件41能够驱动气流如图11中箭头 所示经过进气口321由容纳腔102进入第二烹饪腔301以对食材进行烹饪,以及经过出气口322由第二烹饪腔301进入容纳腔102以再次被加热件40加热。由此,气体在第二烹饪腔301和容纳腔102之间循环流动,一方面能够充分利用与食材换热后气体的余热、提高烹饪效率,另一方面避免气体大量排放至外界而影响室内环境或烫伤用户。
在一些实施例中,如图11和图12所示,在使用第二烹饪配件32的过程中,可以盖上盖体45,以使防止第二烹饪腔301内的气体通过腔口释放至外界而影响气体循环。
参照图7和图11所示,进气口321和出气口322可以设于第二烹饪腔301的彼此相对的两个侧腔壁,例如图11中所示的前侧腔壁和后侧腔壁,以使气体由进气口321进入第二烹饪腔301后,从后向前流动,以更大范围内的食材进行充分接触,保证第二烹饪腔301内各个区域的食材的温度均匀性。
在一些实施例中,如图11和图12所示,加热件40与第二烹饪配件32的底壁间隔开,以避免加热件40的热量直接传递至第二烹饪配件32而影响加热气体的加热效率和加热效果,也防止第二烹饪配件32的底壁局部温度过高而影响食材的空炸效果。例如在如图11所示的示例中,第二烹饪配件32的底壁的中部可以向第二烹饪腔301内凸出,以在下侧形成避让加热件40的凹槽,从而与加热件40间隔开。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图3-图5和图11所示,容纳腔102可以包括第一腔室103、第二腔室104和第三腔室105。其中,第二腔室104可以位于第一腔室103的横向一侧(例如图11中所示的后侧),第三腔室105可以位于第一腔室103的上方,并且第三腔室105可以通过第一连通口106与第一腔室103连通,以及可以通过第二连通口107与第二腔室104连通。加热件40可以安装于第一腔室103内,风机组件41可以安装于第二腔室104,而第一连通口106和第二连通口107分别位于加热件40的横向两侧(例如图11中第一连通口106位于加热件40的后侧,第二连通口107位于加热件40的前侧)。
由此,加热件40加热第一腔室103内的气体,风机组件41在第二腔室104内工作形成压差,驱动第一腔室103内的气体沿横向流动至第二腔室104,流动过程中,气体在第一腔室103内由加热件40的横向一端附近流动至另一端附近,以与加热件40更长时间、更充分接触换热,从而提高加热气体的加热效率。并且加热件40位于第三腔室105的下方,即位于第二烹饪腔301的下方,使加热件40能够向第二烹饪腔301辐射一定热量,以对第二烹饪腔301起到保温加热作用,使第二烹饪腔301内的气体热量散失更少,从而提高空炸效果。
在一些具体实施例中,如图3、图4、图11和图12所示,基座10可以包括:安装座11、托架12和导风件13。
其中,安装座11可以限定出第一腔室103和第二腔室104,加热件40和风机组件41安装于安装座11内。例如在如图11所示的实例中,安装座11可以包括座体和接油盘,座体限定出座腔和第二腔室104,接油盘设于座腔内,并且接油盘限定出第一腔室103,接油盘的侧壁设有连通第一腔室103和第二腔室104的开口。接油盘可以用于承接烹饪配件30掉落的食材残渣、水、油等杂质,以防止杂质进入基座10内部而损坏基座10内的部件或者导致基座10内发霉。加热件40可以位于接油盘的上方,且加热件40的接电部分可以位于接油盘的下侧。
在一些实施例中,如图11所示,接油盘的底壁可以形成有环形的接油槽,接油槽沿接油盘的周向延伸,接油盘侧壁的开口与接油槽的槽底壁间隔开一定距离,以防止接油槽内的杂质进入第二腔室104内。
如图11和图12所示,托架12可以支撑于安装座11上,并且托架12限定出第三腔室105。托架12可以用于支撑烹饪配件30(包括第一烹饪配件31、第二烹饪配件32和第三烹饪配件33等均可以支撑于托架12),以实现烹饪配件30的固定限定。托架12可以采用热的不良导体,例如塑料等,托架12还可以是耐热材料的,例如托架12的耐温值为200℃-260℃,不仅可以防止烹饪配件30的温度向外辐射导致烹饪器具100的外表温度过高,而且可以对烹饪配件30起到保温作用,以提高烹饪效率,并且托架12不易损坏,使用寿命长。
此外,继续参照图4、图5和图11所示,托架12可以包括架周壁121和环形底壁122,环形底壁122的外周沿与架周壁121相连,环形底壁122的内周沿可以与烹饪配件30的外周面间隙配合(例如接触配合或者间隔开较小间隙),以对烹饪配件30进行限位,并且使烹饪配件30的外周面能够与托架12的架周壁121间隔开一定间隙以减少向烹饪器具100外表面的热量传递。并且环形底壁122可以设有第 一连通口106,架周壁121可以设有第二连通口107。在第二烹饪配件32安装于基座10的状态下,环形底壁122、架周壁121与第二烹饪配件32的侧壁配合,可以将第一腔室103和第三腔室105其他区域分隔并仅通过第一连通口106连通,以限制气体的流动路径,结构更简单。
如图11所示,导风件13位于托架12的横向一侧,且导风件13具有连通第二连通口107和第二腔室104的导风通道131。具体地,第二腔室104的顶壁可以设有第三连通口,导风通道131连通第二连通口107和第三连通口。由此,以图11中所示方位为例,在风机组件41工作过程中,第一腔室103内的气体经过加热件40加热后,在风机组件41的驱动下向后(即向加热件40的横向一侧的方向)流动并进入第二腔室104,然后经过第三连通口、导风通道131和第二连通口107向上流动至第三腔室105,然后经过进气口321进入第二烹饪腔301以与第二烹饪腔301内的食材进行空炸烹饪,气体在第二烹饪腔301内向前流动并经过出气口322流至第三腔室105,然后向下流动并经过第一连通口106再次返回至第一腔室103,以再次与加热件40进行热交换。气体在第一腔室103和第二烹饪腔301内能够在横向上流经更大范围,以提高换热效率和烹饪效果。
在一些具体实施例中,第二烹饪配件32的设有进气口321和出气口322的侧壁可以倾斜延伸,以与容纳腔102的侧壁间隔开一定间隙,从而减少气体流动阻力,提高空炸效率。具体地,如图11所示,第一连通口106设于托架12的环形底壁122,设有出气口322的侧壁向下且向内(即靠近第二烹饪腔301的方向)倾斜延伸,以使第一连通口106和出气口322在纵向上相对设置;第二连通口107设于托架12的架周壁121且与进气口321在横向上相对设置,设有进气口321的侧壁向下且向内(即远离第二连通口107的方向)倾斜延伸。
在一些实施例中,如图4和图5所示,托架12的外表面还可以设有手柄,以便于用户通过手柄取放托架12,操作方便且不易烫手。在需要取放烹饪配件30时,也可以通过手柄取放托架12,托架12支撑烹饪配件30一同移动。
在烹饪容器20为蒸汽烹饪容器的一些实施例中,如图11-图15所示,烹饪器具100还可以包括蒸汽发生装置42、出气接头50和进气接头60。其中,出气接头50可以设于基座10,且出气接头50与蒸汽发生装置42连通;至少一个烹饪配件30可以设有进气接头60,并且进气接头60限定出喷口601,喷口601与第二烹饪腔301连通。进气接头60可以与出气接头50可分离地配合,以便于烹饪配件30与基座10的可分离。在安装座11包括接油盘的实施例中,出气接头50可以安装于接油盘的底壁。
如图12、图13和图15所示,在设有进气接头60的烹饪配件30安装到位的状态下,出气接头50能够与进气接头60连通,以使蒸汽发生装置42工作产生的蒸汽能够通过出气接头50和进气接头60输送至第二烹饪腔301内,以对第二烹饪腔301内的食材进行烹饪。
例如,在第二烹饪配件32设有进气接头60的实施例中,第二烹饪配件32在基座10上安装到位的状态下,出气接头50能够与进气接头60连通,以使第二烹饪配件32的第二烹饪腔301能够通过进气接头60和出气接头50与蒸汽发生装置42连通,并且蒸汽发生装置42与加热件40、风机组件41可以相配合以实现不同烹饪功能。具体地,仅蒸汽发生装置42工作时,第二烹饪配件32的第二烹饪腔301可以实现蒸汽烹饪功能;加热件40与风机组件41同时工作时可以实现空炸烹饪功能;蒸汽发生装置42、加热件40和风机组件41同时工作时可以实现蒸烤烹饪,使食材外焦里嫩,口感更好。
再例如,如图8、图14-图15所示,在多个烹饪配件30包括第三烹饪配件33的实施例中,第三烹饪配件33可以设有进气接头60,第三烹饪配件33在基座10上安装到位的状态下,出气接头50能够与进气接头60连通,以使第三烹饪配件33的第二烹饪腔301能够通过进气接头60和出气接头50与蒸汽发生装置42连通,从而实现蒸汽烹饪,实现食材的速蒸。此外,第三烹饪配件33的第二烹饪腔301与容纳腔102不连通,换言之,第三烹饪配件33的周壁和侧壁均未设置通孔结构。由此,蒸汽通过出气接头50和进气接头60进入第三烹饪配件33的第二烹饪腔301内后,能够较长时间保存在第二烹饪腔301内,第二烹饪腔301内能够实现微压烹饪,以提高蒸汽烹饪的效率,实现速蒸效果。第二烹饪配件32和第三烹饪配件33可以通用一个出气接头50、实现不同的烹饪功能,简化了烹饪器具100的结构。
根据本申请的一些实施例,烹饪器具100还可以包括搁架34。如图7-图8和图11-图15所示,搁架34可以设于烹饪配件30(例如第二烹饪配件32、第三烹饪配件33)内,以将第二烹饪腔301分隔为盛放腔302和避让腔303。其中,盛放腔302可以用于放置食材,例如将食材放置于搁架34上;避让腔 303可以用于避让设于烹饪配件30的其他部件,例如可以用于避让进气接头60,以防止进气接头60的喷口601被食材堵塞而影响进气。而搁架34则可以设有连通盛放腔302和避让腔303的过气孔341,以使进气接头60喷至避让腔303的蒸汽能够通过过气孔341进入盛放腔302内,从而与食材接触,实现烹饪。
在一些实施例中,如图7和图8所示,搁架34上的过气孔341可以为多个,多个过气孔341阵列分布,以使避让腔303内的蒸汽能够在横向上各个区域均匀地进入盛放腔302,从而提高盛放腔302内各个区域食材受热的均匀性,以提高烹饪的均匀性。
需要说明的是,在同时包括烹饪容器20和具有进气接头60的烹饪配件30的实施例中,烹饪容器20和烹饪配件30可以与同一个蒸汽发生装置42相连,也可以与不同的蒸汽发生装置42相连。
例如,在一些实施中,蒸汽发生装置42包括蒸汽发生器,蒸汽发生器通过第一气路与烹饪容器20的第一烹饪腔201连通,且蒸汽发生器通过第二气路与出气接头50连通,从而通过出气接头50和进气接头60与第二烹饪腔301连通;在另一些实施例中,如图12和图15所示,蒸汽发生装置42可以包括第一蒸汽发生器43和第二蒸汽发生器44,其中,第一蒸汽发生器43通过第一气路与烹饪容器20的第一烹饪腔201连通,第二蒸汽发生器44通过第二气路与出气接头50连通,从而通过出气接头50和进气接头60与第二烹饪腔301连通。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一蒸汽发生器43和第二蒸汽发生器44还可以分别通过第一水泵和第二水泵与储水容器相连,以分别驱动储水容器内的水进入第一蒸汽发生器43和第二蒸汽发生器44。
下面结合附图描述根据本申请一些实施例的进气接头60和出气接头50的具体结构。
如图11-图15所示,容纳腔102的底壁可以设有第一安装孔81,出气接头50包括第一接头51和第一喷头52,其中,第一接头51和第一喷头52中的至少一个穿设于第一安装孔81,以使第一接头51和第一喷头52能够彼此相连(例如螺纹连接),第一接头51的至少一部分位于容纳腔102外,以便于与蒸汽发生装置42连通,第一喷头52的至少一部分位于容纳腔102内,以便于与进气接头60连通(例如插接)。并且,通过第一接头51与第一喷头52相连可以将出气接头50固定在容纳腔102的底壁上,具体地可以将第一安装孔81的边沿夹设于第一接头51与第一喷头52之间,连接结构简单可靠。在一些实施例中,第一接头51与容纳腔102的底壁之间、第一喷头52与容纳腔102的底壁之间的至少一处可以通过第一密封件53密封,以防止容纳腔102内的气体或液体泄漏至基座10内部。
如图11-图15所示,至少一个烹饪配件30(即设有进气接头60的烹饪配件30)的底壁可以设有第二安装孔82,进气接头60包括第二接头61和第二喷头62,其中,第二接头61和第二喷头62中的至少一个穿设于第二安装孔82,以使第二接头61和第二喷头62能够彼此相连(例如螺纹连接),第二接头61的至少一部分位于第二烹饪腔301外且位于容纳腔102内,以便于与出气接头50连通,第二喷头62具有喷口601,且第二喷头62的至少一部分可以位于第二烹饪腔301内,以便于与第二烹饪腔301连通。并且,通过第二接头61与第二喷头62相连可以将进气接头60固定在烹饪配件30的底壁上,具体地可以将第二安装孔82的边沿夹设于第二接头61与第二喷头62之间,连接结构简单可靠。在一些实施例中,第二接头61与烹饪配件30的底壁之间、第二喷头62与容纳腔102的底壁之间的至少一处可以通过第二密封件63密封,以防止第二烹饪腔301内的气体或液体泄漏至容纳腔102内。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图13所示,进气接头60和出气接头50中的至少一个还可以设有第三密封件70,第三密封件70能够密封进气接头60与出气接头50之间的配合间隙,以防止蒸汽由进气接头60与出气接头50之间的间隙泄漏而影响蒸汽烹饪效率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图1-图3所示,基座10可以包括座本体14,座本体14可以包括第一支撑座141、第二支撑座142和连接座143,第一支撑座141和第二支撑座142在上下方向上间隔布置,第一支撑座141位于第二支撑座142的下侧,连接座143连接在第一支撑座141和第二支撑座142之间。其中,安装座11可以安装于第二支撑座142上或者一体形成于第二支撑座142,以使烹饪配件30能够支撑在第二支撑座142上,并且烹饪配件30能够由基座10的上侧进行取放。烹饪容器20可以支撑在第一支撑座141上,且烹饪容器20位于第一支撑座141和第二支撑座142之间,以使烹饪容器20能够由基座10的侧面进行取放。烹饪容器20和烹饪配件30的取放互不干扰,并且二者可以单独取放和单独使用,烹饪时烹饪容器20和烹饪配件30可以根据需要单独控制工作或者不工作,以便于不同 食材进行烹饪的时间控制,且多个烹饪配件30的更换不受烹饪容器20的限制,以便于不同烹饪功能的任意切换,且烹饪器具100的结构更紧凑。
下面参考附图详细描述根据本申请的一个具体实施例的烹饪器具100,值得理解的是,下述描述只是示例性说明,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
如图1-图15所示,烹饪器具100包括基座10、烹饪容器20、加热件40、风机组件41和储水容器、蒸汽发生装置42和三个烹饪配件30,分别为第一烹饪配件31、第二烹饪配件32和第三烹饪配件33。其中,基座10包括座本体14、安装座11和托架12,储水容器和蒸汽发生装置42安装于座本体14,蒸汽发生装置42的进水口与储水容器的出水口连通,且蒸汽发生装置42包括第一蒸汽发生器43和第二蒸汽发生器44。
如图1-图3所示,座本体14包括第一支撑座141、第二支撑座142和连接座143,以限定出具有侧部敞开的安装腔101。烹饪容器20可分离地支撑于第一支撑座141上,以使烹饪容器20的第一烹饪腔201能够与第一蒸汽发生器43的可分离地连通,实现蒸汽烹饪。
如图3-图8所示,加热件40和风机组件41分别设于安装座11的第一腔室103和第二腔室104内,安装座11的底壁设有与第二蒸汽发生器44连通的出气接头50,托架12支撑于安装座11且限定出第三腔室105。第二烹饪配件32和第三烹饪配件33的底壁分别设有进气接头60。风机组件41包括贯流风机,第二腔室104的侧壁设有进口且与第一腔室103连通,第二腔室104的顶壁设有出口且通过导风通道131与第三腔室105连通,第二腔室104的进口位于烹饪配件30与第一腔室103的底壁之间,以使贯流风机工作时第一腔室103内经过加热件40加热的空气能够从第二腔室104的进口进入第二腔室104,再由第二腔室104的出口吹出并进入第三腔室105,进而从第二烹饪腔301的侧面进入第二烹饪腔301内。需要说明的是,风机组件41的设置位置包括但不限于上述实施例所述,只需要满足能够驱动空气进入第二烹饪腔301的要求即可。
如图9-图15所示,第一烹饪配件31、第二烹饪配件32和第三烹饪配件33均能够可分离地安装于托架12,以更换与基座10配合的烹饪配件30。
其中,如图6和图9-图10所示,第一烹饪配件31为煎烤盘,煎烤盘的底壁和侧壁都是封闭的。煎烤盘的底壁的下表面设有一圈限位凸起311,限位凸起311沿着加热件40的轮廓包围加热件40,并且煎烤盘的底壁与加热件40接触配合,煎烤盘可以被快速加热,实现煎烤烹饪。煎烤盘可以使用浅盘,也可以使用深盘,其中,深盘还可以用于实现火锅和煮汤的功能。
如图7和图11-图13所示,第二烹饪配件32为空炸盘,空炸盘的彼此相对的两个侧壁设有两排通孔,以形成为进气口321和出气口322,分别用于空炸烹饪时进风和出风。空炸盘的底壁设有进气接头60。将空炸盘放置在托架12上,再盖上盖体45,此时进气接头60与出气接头50连通。在风机组件41的驱动下气流可以如图11中箭头所示路径循环流动。加热件40和风机组件41工作、第二蒸汽发生器44不工作,可以实现空炸烹饪,加热件40、风机组件41和第二蒸汽发生器44同时工作,则可以实现蒸烤烹饪。空炸盘的底壁与加热件40间隔开一定距离。
图8和图14-图15所示,第三烹饪配件33为速蒸盘,速蒸盘的底壁设有进气接头60且侧壁是封闭的。将速蒸盘放置在托架12上,再盖上盖体45,此时进气接头60与出气接头50连通。水泵可以从储水容器抽水,再泵入第二蒸汽发生器44,第二蒸汽发生器44加热水形成高温蒸汽,蒸汽从管道进入出气接头50,并如图15中箭头所示通过进气接头60进入速蒸盘内,实现速蒸。速蒸盘内还可以安装搁架34。速蒸盘的底壁与加热件40可以间隔开一定距离。
由此,通过更换与基座10配合的烹饪配件30为第一烹饪配件31、第二烹饪配件32或第三烹饪配件33,可以实现烹饪器具100的多用途烹饪效果,并且与烹饪容器20相配合还能够同时实现不同烹饪功能,提高烹饪效率。
下面参考图16-图18描述根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100。
如图16-图18所示,根据本申请一个实施例的烹饪器具100包括基座10、储水容器200和第一烹饪容器20,第一烹饪容器20为上述的烹饪容器20,第一烹饪容器20设置在基座10上。具体而言,基座10包括第一支撑座1001、第二支撑座1002和连接部1003,第一支撑座1001和第二支撑座1002在 上下方向上间隔布置,连接部1003连接在第一支撑座1001和第二支撑座1002之间,第一烹饪容器20支撑在第一支撑座1001上,且第一烹饪容器20位于第一支撑座1001和第二支撑座1002之间,也就是说,第一烹饪容器20与连接部1003位置对应,第一烹饪容器20位于连接部1003的一侧。
其中,储水容器200设置在基座10上,且储水容器200也可以从基座10上活动,以进行储水容器200的取放,而且储水容器200设置在第一烹饪容器20的下侧,相对于储水容器200与第一烹饪容器20在水平方向上并排布置,可以减少整体结构占用的水平空间。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100,通过设置储水容器200向第一烹饪容器20通水或通蒸汽,实现对第一烹饪腔201内食材的烹饪加工;通过将储水容器200设置在第一烹饪容器20的下方,整体结构更加紧凑,可以减少烹饪器具100在水平面上所占用的空间,便于摆放布置。
根据本申请的一个实施例,第一烹饪容器20限定有第一烹饪腔201,且第一烹饪容器20可以从基座10上活动,以便于取放第一烹饪腔201内的食材。储水容器200限定有储水腔203,储水容器200具有出水口21,在储水容器200和第一烹饪容器20安装到位的状态下,储水腔203可以与第一烹饪腔201相连通,当然,基座10上还可以设置第二烹饪容器400,第二烹饪容器400支撑在第二支撑座1002上,第二烹饪容器400限定有第二烹饪腔401,在储水容器200和第二烹饪容器400安装到位的状态下,储水腔203可以仅与第二烹饪腔401相连通,或者储水腔203同时与第一烹饪腔201和第二烹饪腔401相连通。
可以理解的是,在储水容器200安装时,可以通过定位标志来确保储水容器200的安装到位情况,或者通过配合结构来确保储水容器200的安装到位情况,避免储水容器200安装错位等,在此不做限定。
如图17所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,基座10上具有安装腔101,安装腔101位于基座10的底部,安装腔101的一侧形成敞开口,以便于储水容器200从敞开口处插接至安装腔101内,当然,敞开口可以形成在安装腔101的一侧,也可以是安装腔101的多侧具有敞开口,以进一步便于储水容器200的取放。
根据本申请的一个实施例,基座10上具有过水槽22,例如,在一些具体的示例中,安装腔101的内壁面的一部分向外凹陷形成过水槽22,储水容器200的外侧具有凸出的过水接头120,通过过水接头120插接至过水槽22内,实现储水容器200的安装,通过过水接头120与过水槽22的配合,安装方便,同时可以避免储水容器200安装错位或安装不到位等影响烹饪器具100的正常使用。也就是说,过水槽22可以对储水容器200的安装起到导向作用,方便了储水容器200的安装,同时对储水容器200安装位置也起到一定的定位作用。
如图17所示,根据本申请的另一个实施例,基座10上具有过水接头120,储水容器200上具有过水槽22,具体而言,过水接头120设置在安装腔101的侧壁面上,且过水接头120朝向安装腔101的中心的方向延伸,过水槽22形成在储水容器200的侧部,储水容器200侧部的一部分朝向储水腔203内凹陷,形成上述过水槽22,其中,过水接头120可连通至第一烹饪腔201,出水口21形成在过水槽22的底部,通过过水接头120与过水槽22的配合,即可实现出水口21与第一烹饪腔201的连通,进而实现储水腔203与第一烹饪腔201的连通。
如图17所示,在一些示例中,过水接头120与过水槽22的配合处还设有密封件500,通过设置密封件500,实现过水槽22与过水接头120的密封连接,从而避免配合处漏水等影响供水效果,同时防止出现水漫流或者电路短路等影响用户使用体验。
如图17所示,在一些具体的示例中,基座10上设有过水接头120,过水接头120的外侧面设有向过水接头120中心方向延伸的凹槽,凹槽沿过水接头120的周向延伸形成环形凹槽1210,密封件500套设在环形凹槽1210上,由此可以实现密封件500的固定,在储水容器200安装时,过水接头与储水容器200上的过水槽22插接配合,且密封件500与过水槽22的侧壁面止抵配合,由此实现储水容器200的安装。在一些实施例中,安装腔101也可以形成顶部封闭,四周和底部均为敞开口的结构,也就是说,储水容器200直接设置在基座10的下侧,基座10整体位于储水容器200上方,储水容器200的顶部具有出水结构,例如,储水容器200的顶部具有过水槽22,过水接头120设置在基座10的底壁上,过水接头120位于储水容器200的上方,储水容器200内的水向上通入基座10以及烹饪腔内。通过将储水容器200设置在基座10的下方,可以简化基座10内部结构,同时便于储水容器200的安装,整体结构 紧凑合理,此外,储水容器200的出水位于其顶部,可以避免储水容器200漏水溢水等。
如图16所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,烹饪器具100上还具有水泵(图中未示出),水泵设置在基座10内,在储水容器200安装到位时,水泵通过进水口与储水容器200的出水口21、储水腔203相连通,从而将储水腔203内的水抽出,以供烹饪使用,水泵的出水口与第一烹饪腔201连通,以便于将水供入第一烹饪腔201内。
如图16和图17所示,基座10上具有进水接头130,进水接头130可以通过连接管1310和水泵的进水口相连接,进水接头130可以与安装腔101相连通,在储水容器200安装至安装腔101内时,进水接头130与储水容器200的出水口21相连通,进而实现水泵的进水口与出水口21的连通,连接方便,且配合可靠性好。
如图16所示,在一些示例中,烹饪器具100上还具有蒸汽发生器600,蒸汽发生器600设置在基座10上,蒸汽发生器600限定出蒸汽发生腔,水泵可以与蒸汽发生器600连通,通过水泵将储水容器200内的水泵入蒸汽发生腔,进而可以向第一烹饪腔201内通入蒸汽,实现对第一烹饪腔201内食材的烹饪。通过设置蒸汽发生器600,使第一烹饪容器20进行蒸汽烹饪,可以满足用户的蒸煮需求,且蒸汽量可控,进而可以满足不同食材的烹饪要求。
如图16所示,在一些具体的示例中,基座10限定出具有至少一个开口的容纳腔,容纳腔的侧壁面上设有蒸汽出口140,第一烹饪容器20可抽拉地设置在容纳腔内,第一烹饪容器20适于从开口抽拉出,以便于第一烹饪容器20内食材的取放。可以理解的是,开口位于基座10的一侧,第一烹饪容器20可以从基座10的侧面水平取放,第一烹饪容器20可以沿水平方向放置在基座10上,由此可以基座10的顶部还可以放置其他结构件,如第二烹饪容器400,提高高度空间上的利用率。
其中,第一烹饪容器20的侧部或底部具有蒸汽进气口,蒸汽进气口与第一烹饪腔201相连通,在第一烹饪容器20安装到位的状态下,蒸汽出口140将蒸汽发生腔与蒸汽进气口连通,由此蒸汽出口140可以将蒸汽通过蒸汽进气口通入第一烹饪腔201内,实现蒸汽的进气,相比于将蒸汽进气口设置在烹饪容器顶部而言,蒸汽进气口和蒸汽出口140配合时无需将基座上升以提供足够烹饪容器放置的空间,整体结构简单,操作方便,提高了用户的使用体验。
如图16和图17所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,基座10包括底座1010和基体1030,底座1010上设置有隔板1020,基体1030设置在底座1010上,隔板1020可以将基体1030与底座1010之间的空间进行分隔,分隔后的基体1030和底座1010之间具有第一区域和与第一区域间隔布置的第二区域1040,其中,第一区域形成为安装腔101,储水容器200可以安装在第一区域内,第二区域1040可以用于容纳安装其他结构件,例如在第二区域1040内安装水泵或者蒸汽发生器600等,整体结构紧凑,布局合理。
如图16和图17所示,隔板1020的两侧分别设有过水接头120和进水接头130,过水接头120用于与储水容器200的过水槽22配合,过水槽22的槽底具有出水孔21,进水接头130可以通过连接管1310与水泵连接,由此使得储水容器200的水可以在水泵的作用下泵至蒸汽发生器600。具体而言,隔板1020的一部分向第一区域凸出形成过水接头120,隔板1020的一部分向第二区域1040凸出形成进水接头130,进水接头130与过水接头120互相连通,以便于水的流通。
可以理解的是,储水容器200可拆卸地设置在底座1010和基体1030之间,第一烹饪容器20设置在基体1030上,且第一烹饪容器具有进水口,储水容器200的一侧具有出水口21,底座1010和基体1030之间还具有水泵,水泵的抽水口通过连接管1310与储水容器200相连接,水泵的出水口可以与第一烹饪容器20的进水口相连接,由此水泵可以将储水容器200内的水抽入到第一烹饪容器20中。
如图17所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,储水容器200具有出水管23,其中,出水管23位于储水腔203内,且出水管23的第一端连通至出水口21,出水管23的第二端延伸至储水腔203的底壁,可以理解的是,出水口21的位置高于储水腔203的底壁,通过设置出水管23,既可以避免储水腔203内的水直接流出,又可以保证将储水腔203内的水全部抽出,避免储水腔203内水残留。
在一些示例中,储水容器200具有出水接头24,出水接头24设置在储水腔203的内侧壁,且出水接头24朝向储水腔203的中心方向凸出,出水接头24限定有出水口21,出水管23的第一端套设在出水接头24上,出水管23的第二端与储水腔203的底壁固定连接,由此避免出水管23在储水腔203内活动而影响抽水效果,其中,出水管23与储水腔203底壁的连接处设有通水口25,通水口25与储水腔 203相连通,由此可以将储水腔203内的水抽出。例如,在一些具体实施例中,出水管23为硅胶管,硅胶管的端部具有切口,由此水容易从硅胶管的切口流入硅胶管内部,便于进行抽水。
如图17所示,储水容器200的外侧壁的一部分向内凹陷形成过水槽22,过水槽22的底壁的一部分向储水腔203的中心方向凸出形成出水接头24,出水口21形成贯通过水槽22的底壁和出水接头24的贯通口,由此,既便于出水管23的安装配合,又便于储水容器200在基座10上的安装,结构紧凑,减少各部件的占用空间,增大储水容器200内部储水腔203的容量。
在另一些示例中,出水接头24设置在储水腔203的顶壁,储水容器200的顶壁的一部分向下凹陷形成过水槽22,过水槽22的底壁的一部分向下凸出形成出水接头24,出水管23的上端套设在出水接头24上,出水管23的下端与储水腔203的底壁固定连接,由此可以将储水容器200内的水完全抽出。
如图16所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,为了避免在抽水时储水腔203内形成负压,进而导致水无法被抽出的情况,储水容器200上还设有通气口26,通气口26与储水腔203相连通,通气口26用于将储水腔203与外界空气连通,其中,通气口26设置在邻近储水腔203的顶部的位置,由此可以用避免储水腔203内的水流出或溢出。
在一些具体的示例中,储水容器200具有把手27,把手27凸出基座10外侧,即把手27在水平面的投影位于基座10的外侧,由此便于用户把持,可以理解的是,把手27可以凸出储水容器200外侧形成外凸式把手27,也可以是储水容器200的一部分向内凹陷形成把手27,即把手27形成为内凹式把手,在此不做限定。
进一步地,把手27上设置有通气口26,且通气口26位于把手27上表面,通过设置把手27,一方面,通过握紧把手27,可以沿把手方向将储水容器200放入基座10内,或者便于将储水容器200从基座10内取出,另一方面,便于通气口26的设置,通气口26设置在把手处既可以实现对储水腔203与外界的连通,又便于用户通过该通气口26了解储水腔203内水量情况。
如图16和图17所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,储水容器200包括:箱体2010和盖体202,盖体202设置在箱体2010上,箱体2010限定出储水腔203,盖体202与箱体2010可拆卸地连接,从而打开或关闭储水腔203,以向储水腔203内储水,其中,出水口21设置在箱体2010的侧部,由此便于储水容器200安装在基座10内时,与安装腔101的配合。
根据本申请的一个实施例,储水容器200的外部形状可以为扁平状,即储水容器的高度小于储水容器的长度或宽度,整体高度较小,可以理解的是,通过采用扁平状的结构,降低了储水容器的高度,从而降低了整个烹饪器具的高度,进一步减小了烹饪器具占用空间,便于烹饪器具的摆放收纳。
如图16所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,烹饪器具100还包括:第二烹饪容器400,第二烹饪容器400可分离地设置在基座10上,且第二烹饪容器400位于基座10的顶部,第二烹饪容器400具有第二烹饪腔401。
在一些示例中,第二烹饪腔401可以与水泵连通,具体而言,第二烹饪腔401具有进水口,水泵的抽水口通过连接管1310与储水容器200相连接,水泵的出水口可以与第二烹饪容器400的进水口相连接,由此水泵可以将储水容器200内的水抽入到第二烹饪容器400中。
在另一些示例中,第二烹饪腔401可以与蒸汽发生器600连通,例如,在一些具体实施例中,基座10上具有转接头,转接头内限定有蒸汽通道,转接头的一端限定出另一蒸汽出口,蒸汽发生器600通过连接管与转接头的另一端连接,由此将蒸汽通过转接头通入第二烹饪腔401内。
在又一些实施例中,第二烹饪腔401通过蒸汽通道与第一烹饪腔201的出气口连通,例如,在一些具体实施例中,基座10上具有转接头,转接头内限定有蒸汽通道,转接头的一端限定出另一蒸汽出口,转接头的另一端与第一烹饪腔201的出气口连通,或者转接头的另一端与排气通道连通,由此可以使第一烹饪腔201内的蒸汽通入第二烹饪腔401内,实现对第二烹饪腔401的同步加热,提高蒸汽利用率,节省热量,提高烹饪效率。其中,在此状态下,第二烹饪容器400内具有湿蒸汽,湿蒸汽直接对第二烹饪腔401内的食材进行加热。
在又一些实施例中,基座10上设有加热组件,加热组件用于对第二烹饪容器400进行加热,由此可以对第二烹饪腔401实现干加热,即经过加热组件加热后的空气对第二烹饪容器400进行加热,以使第二烹饪容器400内具有干热空气,即经过加热组件加热得到的较为干燥的热空气,进而将干燥的热空 气的热量传递至第二烹饪腔401内的食材或直接与食材接触进行加热。
进一步地,干热空气可以与湿蒸汽混合,可以形成干蒸汽或不同湿度的湿蒸汽,以满足不同食材的烹饪需求。
如图16所示,第二烹饪容器400包括:第二容器本体410和第二容器盖420,其中,第二容器本体410设置在基座10上,第二容器本体410具有第二取放口,第二容器盖420用于打开和关闭第二取放口,第二容器盖420与第二容器本体410限定出第二烹饪腔401。通过打开和关闭第二容器盖420,便于用户通过第二取放口取放第二烹饪腔401内的食材。此外,第二容器盖420可拆卸地设置在第二容器本体410上,在取放食材或者烹饪过程中不需要关闭第二取放口时,可以将第二容器盖420拆下,避免第二容器盖420干扰用户操作,且便于收纳。
在一些实施例中,第二烹饪腔401的底壁可以具有过气孔,使基座10与第二烹饪容器400之间经过加热组件加热的热空气能够通过过气孔进入第二烹饪腔401内,以直接对第二烹饪腔401内的食材进行加热,从而显著提高加热效率,且热空气在第二烹饪腔401内流动,能够使第二烹饪腔401内各处的食材受热均匀,提高烹饪均匀性。例如,在一些具体实施例中,第二容器本体410的底壁具有多个间隔布置的过气孔,过气面积更大且分布范围广,有利于提高烹饪效率和烹饪的均匀性。此外,第二烹饪容器400可以包括多个,多个第二烹饪容器400叠放在基座10上,可同时烹饪较多食材,进一步提高烹饪效率和用户的使用体验。
下面结合图16-图18描述根据本申请的烹饪器具100的一个具体的实施例。
烹饪器具100包括:基座10、储水容器200、第一烹饪容器20、第二烹饪容器400、水泵和蒸汽发生器600。
基座10包括底座1010和基体1030,底座1010上设有隔板1020,隔板1020将底座1010和基体1030之间的空间划分为第一区域和第二区域1040,第一区域形成一侧敞开的安装腔101,储水容器200可活动地安装在安装腔101内,如图18所示,储水容器200的形状为扁平状,储水容器200整体高度较小,由此可以降低了整个烹饪器具的高度,进一步减小了烹饪器具100占用空间,便于烹饪器具100的摆放收纳。
水泵安装在第二区域1040内,蒸汽发生器600安装在基体1030上,基体1030限定有一侧开口的容纳腔,第一烹饪容器20可抽拉地设置在容纳腔内,且第一烹饪容器20适于从开口抽拉出,以便于第一烹饪容器20内食材的取放,第二烹饪容器20安装在基体1030的顶部。其中,储水容器200限定有储水腔203,第一烹饪容器20限定有第一烹饪腔201,第二烹饪容器400限定有第二烹饪腔401。
如图16所示,储水容器200具有把手27,把手27凸出基座10外侧,即把手27在水平面的投影位于基座10的外侧,由此便于用户把持,把手27上设置有通气口26,且通气口26位于把手27上表面,通过设置把手27,一方面,通过握紧把手27,可以沿把手方向将储水容器200放入基座10内,或者便于将储水容器200从基座10内取出,另一方面,便于通气口26的设置,通气口26设置在把手处既可以实现对储水腔203与外界的连通,又便于用户通过该通气口26了解储水腔203内水量情况。
如图17所示,在基座10上,隔板1020的一部分向第一区域凸出形成过水接头120,隔板1020的一部分向第二区域1040凸出形成进水接头130,进水接头130与过水接头120互相连通,进水接头130可以通过连接管1310与水泵连接。
如图17所示,在储水容器200上,储水容器200的外侧壁的一部分向内凹陷形成过水槽22,过水槽22的底壁的一部分向储水腔203的中心方向凸出形成出水接头24,出水口21形成过水槽22的底壁和出水接头24的贯通口,出水接头24上套设有出水管23,出水管23为硅胶管,硅胶管的另一端与储水腔203的底壁固定连接,且连接处具有切口,由此使得出水管23与储水腔203底壁的连接处形成通水口25,通水口25与储水腔203相连通,进而便于水泵将储水腔203内的水全部抽出。
在储水容器200安装时,过水接头120插接至过水槽22内,且过水接头120与过水槽22的配合处还设有密封件500,具体地,过水接头120的外侧面设有向过水接头120中心方向延伸的凹槽,凹槽沿过水接头120的周向延伸形成环形凹槽1210,密封件500套设在环形凹槽1210上,由此可以实现密封件500的固定,通过设置密封件500,实现过水槽22与过水接头120的密封连接,从而避免配合处漏水等影响供水效果,同时防止出现水漫流或者电路短路等影响用户使用体验;通过过水接头120与过水槽 22的配合,实现储水容器200的定位安装,过水槽22形成侧壁倾斜的槽,由此过水槽22可以对储水容器200的安装起到导向作用,方便了储水容器200的安装,同时对储水容器200安装位置也起到一定的定位作用。
在储水容器200和第一烹饪容器20安装到位的状态下,储水腔203通过出水口21与第一烹饪腔201相连通,且储水容器200位于第一烹饪容器20的下侧,整体结构更加紧凑,可以减少烹饪器具100在水平面上所占用的空间,便于摆放布置。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100,通过将储水容器200设置在第一烹饪容器20的下方,整体结构更加紧凑,可以减少烹饪器具100在水平面上所占用的空间,便于摆放布置。

Claims (32)
- 一种烹饪器具,其中,包括:基座,所述基座限定出侧部敞开的安装腔和顶部敞开的容纳腔;烹饪容器,所述烹饪容器安装于所述安装腔且所述烹饪容器限定出第一烹饪腔;多个烹饪配件,多个所述烹饪配件择一地安装于所述容纳腔且所述烹饪配件限定出第二烹饪腔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其中,还包括:加热件,所述加热件设于所述容纳腔内且用于对所述第二烹饪腔进行加热。
- 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪器具,其中,多个所述烹饪配件包括第一烹饪配件,所述第一烹饪配件安装到位的状态下,所述加热件与所述第一烹饪配件的底壁接触配合。
- 根据权利要求3所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述第一烹饪配件的底壁设有限位凸起,所述限位凸起与所述第一烹饪配件的底壁配合限定出容纳槽,所述加热件至少部分位于所述容纳槽内。
- 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,多个所述烹饪配件包括第二烹饪配件,所述第二烹饪配件的所述第二烹饪腔与所述容纳腔连通,所述烹饪器具还包括风机组件,所述风机组件设于所述基座,所述风机组件用于驱动经所述加热件加热的气体进入所述第二烹饪腔。
- 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述第二烹饪配件设有连通所述容纳腔和所述第二烹饪腔的进气口和出气口,所述风机组件驱动气流经过所述进气口和所述出气口在所述第二烹饪腔和所述容纳腔之间循环流动。
- 根据权利要求6所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述进气口和所述出气口设于所述第二烹饪腔的彼此相对的两个侧腔壁。
- 根据权利要求5-7中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述加热件与所述第二烹饪配件的底壁间隔开。
- 根据权利要求5-8中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述容纳腔包括第一腔室、第二腔室和第三腔室,所述第一腔室用于安装所述加热件,所述第二腔室位于所述第一腔室的横向一侧且用于安装所述风机组件,所述第三腔室位于所述第一腔室的上方,所述第三腔室通过第一连通口与所述第一腔室连通且通过第二连通口与所述第二腔室连通,所述第一连通口和所述第二连通口分别位于所述加热件的横向两侧。
- 根据权利要求9所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述基座包括:安装座,所述安装座限定出所述第一腔室和所述第二腔室;用于支撑所述烹饪配件的托架,所述托架支撑于所述安装座上且限定出所述第三腔室,所述托架包括架周壁和环形底壁,所述环形底壁设有所述第一连通口,所述架周壁设有所述第二连通口;导风件,所述导风件位于所述托架的横向一侧且具有连通所述第二连通口和所述第二腔室的导风通道。
- 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述烹饪容器为蒸汽烹饪容器,所述烹饪器具还包括:蒸汽发生装置;出气接头,所述出气接头设于所述基座且与所述蒸汽发生装置连通;进气接头,至少一个所述烹饪配件设有所述进气接头,所述进气接头限定出与所述第二烹饪腔连通的喷口,其中,至少一个所述烹饪配件安装到位的状态下,所述出气接头与所述进气接头连通。
- 根据权利要求11所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述容纳腔的底壁设有第一安装孔,所述出气接头包括第一接头和第一喷头,所述第一接头与所述蒸汽发生装置连通,所述第一喷头与所述进气接头连通,所述第一接头和所述第一喷头中的至少一个穿设于所述第一安装孔且彼此相连。
- 根据权利要求11或12所述的烹饪器具,其中,至少一个所述烹饪配件的底壁设有第二安装孔,所述进气接头包括第二接头和第二喷头,所述第二接头与所述出气接头连通,所述第二喷头具有所述喷 口,所述第二接头和所述第二喷头中的至少一个穿设于所述第二安装孔且彼此相连。
- 根据权利要求11-13中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,多个所述烹饪配件包括第三烹饪配件,所述第三烹饪配件设有所述进气接头,所述第三烹饪配件的所述第二烹饪腔与所述容纳腔不连通。
- 根据权利要求11-14中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,还包括:搁架,所述搁架设于所述烹饪配件内且将所述第二烹饪腔分隔为用于放置食材的盛放腔和用于避让所述进气接头的避让腔,所述搁架设有连通所述盛放腔和所述避让腔的过气孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述基座包括第一支撑座、第二支撑座和连接部,所述第一支撑座和所述第二支撑座在上下方向上间隔布置,所述连接部连接在所述第一支撑座和所述第二支撑座之间;所述烹饪器具还包括:储水容器,所述烹饪容器为第一烹饪容器,所述第一烹饪容器支撑在所述第一支撑座且位于所述第一支撑座和所述第二支撑座之间,其中,所述储水容器可活动地设于所述基座且位于所述第一烹饪容器下侧。
- 根据权利要求16所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述基座的底部具有安装腔,所述安装腔的至少一侧形成敞开口,所述储水容器适于从所述敞开口插入所述安装腔。
- 根据权利要求17所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述基座和所述储水容器中的一个具有过水接头,所述基座和所述储水容器中的另一个具有过水槽,所述过水接头适于与所述过水槽插接配合。
- 根据权利要求18所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述过水接头设于所述安装腔的侧壁且向所述安装腔的中心方向延伸,所述过水接头与所述第一烹饪容器的所述第一烹饪腔相连通,所述储水容器侧部的一部分向内凹陷形成所述过水槽,所述过水槽的槽底设有出水口。
- 根据权利要求18或19所述的烹饪器具,其中,还包括:密封件,所述密封件设于所述过水接头和所述过水槽之间,以将所述过水接头和所述过水槽密封连接。
- 根据权利要求20所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述过水接头的外侧面设有沿其周向延伸的环形凹槽,所述密封件设于所述环形凹槽。
- 根据权利要求16-17中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述储水容器具有储水腔,所述第一烹饪容器限定有所述第一烹饪腔,在所述储水容器和所述第一烹饪容器安装到位的状态下,所述储水腔适于与所述第一烹饪腔相连通。
- 根据权利要求22所述的烹饪器具,其中,还包括:水泵,所述水泵设于所述基座内,所述水泵的进水口与所述储水腔连通,所述水泵的出水口与所述第一烹饪腔连通。
- 根据权利要求23所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述基座具有进水接头,所述进水接头通过连接管与所述水泵的进水口连接,在所述储水容器安装到位的状态下,所述进水接头与所述储水腔连通。
- 根据权利要求23所述的烹饪器具,其中,还包括:蒸汽发生器,所述蒸汽发生器设于所述基座且限定有蒸汽发生腔,所述水泵与所述蒸汽发生器连通以将所述储水容器内的水泵入所述蒸汽发生腔。
- 根据权利要求2-25中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述基座包括:底座,所述底座上设有隔板;基体,所述基体设于所述底座上,隔板将所述基体与所述底座之间分隔为第一区域和第二区域,所述第一区域形成为所述安装腔。
- 根据权利要求26所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述隔板的朝向所述第一区域的一侧设有过水接头,所述隔板的朝向所述第二区域的一侧设有进水接头,且所述进水接头与所述过水接头相连通。
- 根据权利要求22-25中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述储水容器具有出水口,所述储水腔内设有出水管,所述出水管的一端与所述出水口连通,所述出水管的另一端延伸至所述储水腔的底壁。
- 根据权利要求28所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述储水腔的侧壁设有向内凸出的出水接头,所述出水接头限定有所述出水口,所述出水管的所述一端套设于所述出水接头,所述出水管的所述另一端与所述储水腔的底壁固定连接且连接处设有与所述储水腔连通的通水口。
- 根据权利要求22-29中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述储水容器具有与所述储水腔连通的通气口,所述通气口设于邻近所述储水腔顶部的位置且与外界空气连通。
- 根据权利要求30所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述储水容器具有把手,所述把手在水平面的投影位于所述基座的外侧,且所述通气口设于所述把手的上表面。
- 根据权利要求16-31中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述储水容器形成扁平状。
