参照图1-图3所示,根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100可以包括:基座10和第一烹饪容器20。
具体而言,如图1-图3所示,基座10限定出安装腔11,安装腔11具有侧部开口,第一烹饪容器20可以从侧部开口安装至安装腔11内,以实现第一烹饪容器20与基座10的可分离的配合,便于第一烹饪容器20内食材的取放,以及第一烹饪容器20的第一烹饪腔204的清洗,同时还有利于实现减少第一烹饪容器20上电子元件的数量,或者无需在第一烹饪容器20上设置电子元件,实现干湿分离,防止在清洗烹饪腔的过程中导致电子元件进水损坏。例如可以在第一烹饪容器20内放入米粒和水来蒸米饭,当然,烹饪器具100不仅可以用于蒸米饭,还可以用于煮粥、煲汤、炖排骨等。
此外,如图2-图5所示,安装腔11的顶壁设有可上下移动的第一定位结构13,安装腔11的底壁或侧壁设有第二定位结构14。第一烹饪容器20的顶部设有第一定位配合结构22,第一烹饪容器20的底部或侧部设有第二定位配合结构23,第一定位配合结构22和第二定位配合结构23用于分别与外部定位结构相配合,以对第一烹饪容器10进行定位,例如分别与第一定位结构13和第二定位结构14相配 合。
具体而言,在第一烹饪容器20在安装腔11内安装到位的状态下,第一定位结构13与第一定位配合结构22相配合,第二定位结构14与第二定位配合结构23相配合,由此,通过两组定位结构实现第一烹饪容器20与基座10之间的定位,定位更可靠,在烹饪过程中,第一烹饪容器20不易晃动或错位而影响正常烹饪。
在本申请的实施例中,如图3和图4所示,第一定位结构13相对于安装腔11的顶壁可以上下移动,以使第一定位结构13可以与具有不同高度的第一定位配合结构22相配合,并且不同高度的第一烹饪容器20都能压紧,以对第一烹饪容器20进行定位。
由此,厂家在生产过程中,具有不同高度、不同容积的第一烹饪容器20可以共用一种规格的基座10,基座10通用性强,有利于降低生产成本,且不同用户可以根据烹饪需求购买具有不同高度的第一烹饪容器20的烹饪器具100。或者,烹饪器具100可以包括多个第一烹饪容器20,每个第一烹饪容器20都设有第一定位配合结构22和第二定位配合结构23,并且多个第一烹饪容器20的高度不相同,以使多个第一烹饪容器20的第一烹饪腔204的容积不相同,用户可以根据所需烹饪食材的量选择容积更合适的第一烹饪容器20安装至安装腔11内进行烹饪,从而满足每次烹饪的烹饪需求,且避免使用大容积烹饪容器烹饪少量食材导致食材口感差、能耗高。
例如,在一些实施例中,两个高度不同的第一烹饪容器20的容积可以分别为1L和3L,且两个第一烹饪容器20可以与同一个基座10的第一定位结构13和第二定位结构14相连,以实现正常烹饪。在仅需要烹饪一人份的食材时,可以使用容积为1L的第一烹饪容器20,此时第一定位结构13与安装腔11的底壁的间距较小,以与该第一烹饪容器20的第一定位配合结构22配合;需要烹饪多人份的食材时,可以使用容积为3L的第一烹饪容器20,此时第一定位结构13与安装腔11的底壁的间距较大,以与该第一烹饪容器20的第一定位配合结构22配合。
第一定位结构13可移动的距离越大,所能匹配的第一烹饪容器20的容积跨度越大,但第一定位结构13可以移动的距离过大容易影响第一定位结构13的结构稳定性。因此在一些实施例中,第一定位结构13相对于安装腔11的顶壁可移动的距离小于或者等于50mm。例如在一些具体实施例中,第一定位结构13可移动的距离可以为30mm、40mm和50mm等。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图2所示,第一烹饪容器20可以包括容器和盖体,盖体可分离地盖设于容器,以与容器配合限定出第一烹饪腔204。在相关技术中,烹饪容器采用翻转式上盖进行密封,利用扭簧提供翻转动力,随着弹簧力的衰减,翻转上盖的翻转角度变小,若将其安装于具有侧部开口的安装腔,在取出时,翻转式上盖会对烹饪容器的取出造成阻碍,影响用户使用。而本申请采用可分离的盖体,盖体与容器之间通过出气装置131的压力进行密封,并且出气装置131可上下移动,避免出现压力衰减、密封变差以及第一烹饪容器20难以从安装腔11取出的问题。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100,通过第一定位结构13与第一定位配合结构22相配合、第二定位结构14与第二定位配合结构23相配合,实现基座与第一烹饪容器之间的双重定位,定位效果稳定,通过第一定位结构13可上下移动,使基座10能够与不同高度的第一烹饪容器20相适配,以满足不同食材烹饪量的使用需求,且提高了基座10的通用性,降低生产成本。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图3-图5所示,第一定位结构13和第一定位配合结构22中的一个为凹槽,且第一定位结构13和第一定位配合结构22中的另一个为能够伸入凹槽内的凸起,通过凹槽和凸起定位,定位效果可靠,且有利于实现到位提醒的作用。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图3-图5所示,第二定位结构14和第二定位配合结构23中的一个为凹槽,且第二定位结构14和第二定位配合结构23中的另一个为能够伸入凹槽内的凸起,通过凹槽和凸起定位,定位效果可靠,且有利于实现到位提醒的作用。
需要说明的是,本发明对第一定位结构13和第一定位配合结构22、第二定位结构14和第二定位配合结构23的具体结构不做特殊限制。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图3和图4所示,基座10设有进气装置12和出气装置131,进气装置12具有进气通道,出气装置131具有出气通道133,第一烹饪容器20设有蒸汽出口201和蒸汽进口202,蒸汽出口201和蒸汽进口202分别与第一烹饪腔204连通。在第一烹饪容器20在安装腔11内安 装到位的状态下,进气装置12伸入蒸汽进口202内,以使进气通道与蒸汽进口202连通,出气装置131伸入蒸汽出口201内,以使出气通道133与蒸汽出口201连通。
由此,蒸汽可以通过进气通道和蒸汽进口202进入第一烹饪腔204内,以对第一烹饪腔204内的食材进行蒸汽烹饪,热量不完全依靠锅具传导,热蒸汽能够直接与食材进行充分接触,直达食材表面,使第一烹饪腔204内各个区域的食材温度均匀一致。
需要说明的是,烹饪器具100可以同时包括进气装置12和出气装置131,烹饪器具100也可以仅包括进气装置12和出气装置131中的一个。例如,单独设置进气装置12,进气装置12通入第一烹饪腔204内的蒸汽可以通过排气孔等其他途径排出;再例如,单独设置出气装置131用于排出第一烹饪腔204内的蒸汽,第一烹饪腔204内的蒸汽可以是蒸汽加热产生的蒸汽,也可以是IH加热、热盘加热或其他加热方式加热产生的蒸汽。
在一些具体实施例中,如图3和图4所示,第一定位结构13可以为出气装置131,第一定位配合结构22可以为蒸汽出口201,出气装置131和蒸汽出口201不仅可以实现出蒸汽功能、保证蒸汽气路的密封性,还可以实现定位功能,功能集成化,且有利于简化烹饪器具100的结构。
在一些具体实施例中,如图3所示,第二定位结构14可以为进气装置12,第二定位配合结构23可以为蒸汽进口202,进气装置12和蒸汽进口202不仅可以实现进蒸汽功能、保证蒸汽气路的密封性,还可以实现定位功能,功能集成化,且有利于简化烹饪器具100的结构。
需要说明的是,进气装置12可以如图3所示设于安装腔11的侧壁(如侧壁的下部)或者设于安装腔11的底壁,对应的蒸汽进口202可以设于第一烹饪容器20的底部或者侧部。出气装置131可以设于安装腔11的顶壁,对应的蒸汽出口201可以设于第一烹饪容器20的顶部,例如设于第一烹饪容器20的盖体。由此,蒸汽可以由第一烹饪腔204的下部进入第一烹饪腔204,然后向上部流动,以使第一烹饪腔204内各个区域的食材都能与蒸汽充分接触,有利于提高食材烹饪的均匀性和口感。
此外,在进气装置12如图3所示设于安装腔11的侧壁,出气装置131设于安装腔11的顶壁的实施例中,进气装置12与蒸汽进口202配合能够在横向上对第一烹饪容器20进行定位,出气装置131与蒸汽出口201配合能够在纵向上对第一烹饪容器20进行定位,使第一烹饪容器20在安装腔11内不易受蒸汽压力等因素的影响而晃动或偏移,保证了第一烹饪容器20的稳定性以及气路的密封性。
当然,定位结构和定位配合结构的具体结构包括但不限于此。
例如,在一些实施例中,第二定位结构14可以为加热器,例如加热线圈盘。第一烹饪容器20包括外壳和设于外壳内的内锅,第二定位配合结构23为设于外壳的避让口。第一烹饪容器20在基座10上安装到位时,加热器可以伸入避让口内,以便于对内锅进行加热,同时实现第一烹饪容器20和基座10的定位。
在一些实施例中,第一烹饪容器20包括容器和能够盖设于容器的盖体。第一定位配合结构22可以为盖体提手槽,用户可以通过盖体提手槽将第一烹饪容器20的盖体取下和放置于容器上。即,第一定位配合结构22兼具提手功能和定位功能。
在一些实施例中,第二定位配合结构23可以为容器提手槽,用户可以通过容器提手槽对第一烹饪容器20进行移动和抬起。容器提手槽可以设于第一烹饪容器20的侧壁。即,第二定位配合结构23兼具提手功能和定位功能。
在一些具体实施例中,如图5所示,第二定位配合结构23可以为设于第一烹饪容器20底部的凹槽,第二定位结构14可以为设于安装腔11的底壁可活动的球体,球体可以伸入凹槽内以实现可靠地定位。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图3和图4所示,安装腔11的顶壁可以设有第一导向槽134,第一定位结构13可上下移动地设于第一导向槽134内。烹饪器具100还包括驱动件132,驱动件132与第一定位结构13相连,且驱动件132用于向第一定位结构13施加向下的驱动力,以使第一定位结构13能够与第一烹饪容器20紧密接触,第一定位结构13能够压紧第一蒸汽烹饪容器以对第一烹饪容器20进行限位。并且在第一定位结构13具有出气通道133的实施例中,还可以使出气通道133能够与蒸汽出口201连通并将蒸汽出口201排出的蒸汽排至外界。
由于第一定位结构13可上下移动,安装腔11未安装第一烹饪容器20时,第一定位结构13在驱动件132的驱动下向下移动至最大伸出位置;在将第一烹饪容器20安装至安装腔11时,第一烹饪容器20 克服驱动件132的驱动力并驱动第一定位结构13向上移动一定距离,以避让第一烹饪容器20的高度,且所安装的第一烹饪容器20的高度越高,第一定位结构13向上移动的距离越大。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,驱动件132为预压缩的螺旋弹簧,螺旋弹簧的两端分别与第一导向槽134的底壁和第一定位结构13相抵,以向第一定位结构13施加向下的驱动力,并且螺旋弹簧能够在安装腔11内不安装第一烹饪容器20时自动驱动第一定位结构13向下移动至最大伸出位置,以便于下次使用,且驱动件132的结构简单、体积小,无需额外手动操作和能耗。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4所示,第一导向槽134的侧壁设有防脱部136,第一定位结构13的外周面设有防脱配合部137,防脱部136与第一导向槽134的底壁间隔开一定距离,防脱配合部137在防脱部136和第一导向槽134的底壁之间可移动,第一定位结构13处于最大伸出位置时防脱配合部137与防脱部136相抵,由此限制第一定位结构13在第一导向槽134内的可移动范围。
此外,如图4所示,第一定位结构13包括出气柱,出气柱限定出出气通道133,并且出气柱可以通过出气管135与外界连通,出气管135可以为硅胶管、波纹管等柔性件,以便于空间布置。螺旋弹簧可以套设于出气柱,以对螺旋弹簧进行限位。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图4所示,蒸汽出口201处可以设有环形的密封件21,密封件21能够与第一定位结构13密封接触,以密封蒸汽出口201与出气通道133之间的间隙,防止蒸汽泄漏。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图3和图5所示,安装腔11的腔壁(例如底壁)可以设有第二导向槽141,第二定位结构14沿第二导向槽141可以上下移动,第二定位结构14上移使第二定位结构14能够部分伸出第二导向槽141,以插入定位槽203内,实现定位;第二定位结构14下移使第二定位结构14能够向第二导向槽141内收缩以避让第一烹饪容器20,使第一烹饪容器20能够顺利移动至安装腔11内。烹饪器具100还包括复位件143,复位件143与第二定位结构14相连,并且复位件143能够向第二定位结构14施加向上的驱动力,以使第二定位结构14在不受外力作用时能够自动向上移动复位。而在第二定位结构14收到外力作用时,例如第一烹饪容器20的底壁与第二定位结构14相抵时,可以克服复位件143的驱动力使第二定位结构14下移。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,复位件143可以为螺旋弹簧,螺旋弹簧止抵在第二导向槽141的底壁和第二定位结构14之间。第二定位结构14可以为球体,球体的球面可以与螺旋弹簧的边沿接触配合,以对螺旋弹簧进行定位。第二导向槽141的槽口边沿可以设有限位部144,限位部144的内径小于球体的外径,以防止第二定位结构14由第二导向槽141脱出。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图1和图2所示,烹饪器具100还可以包括第二烹饪容器30,第二烹饪容器30能够支撑于基座10上,以与第一烹饪容器20配合实现双烹饪,使烹饪器具100能够烹饪更多的食材,或者能够实现不同的烹饪方式。在一些实施例中,第二烹饪容器30可以为蒸汽烹饪容器,以使烹饪器具100实现双蒸功能。例如,第一烹饪容器20可以用于蒸米饭等,第二烹饪容器30可以用于蒸饺子、包子、玉米、菜等。
在一些相关技术中,蒸笼放置在内锅内,煮饭的同时使用蒸笼蒸食物,放蒸笼的时间不好把握,放入过早,蒸笼中的食物熟透;放入过晚,食物不熟;蒸笼体积一般较小,放入食物的量受限。而在本申请的实施例中,第一烹饪容器20侧面取放与第二烹饪容器30无干涉,第二烹饪容器30支撑于基座10而非放置在第一烹饪容器20内,使二者可以单独取放和单独使用,烹饪时第一烹饪容器20和第二烹饪容器30可以根据需要单独控制工作或者不工作,以便于不同食材进行烹饪的时间控制,且烹饪器具100的结构更紧凑。
在本申请的一些实施例中,基座10的顶部可以设有多个定位配合部15,多个所述定位配合部15的结构不相同。第二烹饪容器30的外周沿可以设有定位部31,定位部31能够与定位配合部15相配合,以将第二烹饪容器30定位至基座10的顶部,防止第二烹饪容器30在烹饪过程中受蒸汽压力等作用而偏移或掉落。通过设置多个结构不相同的定位配合部15,使多个定位配合部15能够与不同结构的定位部31相配合,从而对不同结构的第二烹饪容器30进行定位。
需要说明的是,这里“定位配合部15的结构不相同”可以包括定位配合部15的横向尺寸不同,或者定位配合部15的形状不同,以对横向尺寸不同或者形状不同的第二烹饪容器30进行定位。
例如,在一些实施例中,多个定位配合部15均为环形结构,环形结构的内径即为定位配合部15的 横向尺寸。多个定位配合部15的内径不同,对应的不同定位部31的内径不同,对应的不同第二烹饪容器30的横向尺寸不相同、容积不相同,从而使基座10能够对具有不同容积的第二烹饪容器30进行定位。
再例如,在一些实施例中,一些定位配合部15为方形结构,一些定位配合部15为圆形结构。其中,方形的定位配合部15可以与方形的定位部31相配合,对应的第二烹饪容器30的横截面为方形;圆形的定位配合部15可以与圆形的定位部31相配合,对应的第二烹饪容器30的横截面为圆形。由此,使基座10能够对具有不同形状的第二烹饪容器30进行定位。
以多个定位配合部15的横向尺寸不同为例。厂家在生产过程中,具有不同横向尺寸、不同容积的第二烹饪容器30可以共用一种规格的基座10,基座10通用性强,有利于降低生产成本,且不同用户可以根据烹饪需求购买具有不同横向尺寸的第一烹饪容器20的烹饪器具100。或者,烹饪器具100可以包括多个第二烹饪容器30,多个第二烹饪容器30的横向尺寸不相同,对应的定位部31的横向尺寸不相同,以使多个第二烹饪容器30的第二烹饪腔的容积不相同,用户可以根据所需烹饪食材的量选择容积更合适的第二烹饪容器30安装至基座10顶部进行烹饪,从而满足每次烹饪的烹饪需求,且避免使用大容积烹饪容器烹饪少量食材导致食材口感差、能耗高。
例如,在一些实施例中,如图9所示,基座10的顶部设有两个定位配合部15,较大横向尺寸的定位配合部15环绕较小尺寸的定位配合部15设置。两个横向尺寸不同的第二烹饪容器30的外周沿分别设有定位部31,容积分别适合1人份和4人份。将1人份容积的第二烹饪容器30的定位部31与内圈的定位配合部15配合,或者将4人份的第二烹饪容器30的定位部31与外圈的定位配合部15配合,以满足不同家庭人口数的用餐需求。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图7-图11所示,定位部31和定位配合部15中的一个可以为定位凹槽,定位部31和定位配合部15中的另一个可以为定位凸起。定位凸起能够伸入定位凹槽内,通过定位凹槽的底壁支撑定位凸起,以支撑第二烹饪容器30;通过定位凹槽的侧壁与定位凸起的侧面配合,以对第二烹饪容器30进行横向限位,固定第二烹饪容器30更稳定、可靠。
根据本申请的一些实施例,参照图6-图9所示,基座10的顶部可以设有出蒸汽口101,定位配合部15为环形,且定位配合部15环绕出蒸汽口101设置,第二烹饪容器30的底壁可以设有进蒸汽口301。定位部31与定位配合部15相配合时,能够使出蒸汽口101与进蒸汽口301连通,以便于基座10通过出蒸汽口101与进蒸汽口301向第二烹饪腔提供蒸汽。并且定位部31和定位配合部15的配合结构能够起到防止蒸汽泄漏的作用。
需要说明的是,在一些实施例中,基座10的出蒸汽口101可以与外部蒸汽发生装置相连,以通过外部蒸汽发生装置提供蒸汽。
在另一些实施例中,基座10可以包括蒸汽发生装置,蒸汽发生装置工作能够产生蒸汽,以使烹饪器具100自身具有制造蒸汽功能。此外,蒸汽发生装置可以包括蒸汽发生器,蒸汽发生器的出口与出蒸汽口101连通。或者,蒸汽发生装置可以包括加热容器16和加热件,加热容器16具有用于容纳水的加热腔17,加热件可以加热加热腔17内的水,以产生蒸汽。
如图6和图7所示,加热容器16的顶壁可以设有多个出气通孔102,出蒸汽口101包括上述多个出气通孔102,进蒸汽口301为一个且与多个出气通孔102连通。例如如图6所示,多个出气通孔102的纵向投影均落入进蒸汽口301的纵向投影范围内。每个出气通孔102的开孔面积较小,不仅能够对蒸汽起到聚能增压作用,使蒸汽更快速的流至第二烹饪腔内,而且可以减少食物残渣、灰尘等进入加热腔17内,使用更安全、卫生。
如图8所示,第二烹饪容器30的底壁可以设有多个进气通孔302,进蒸汽口301包括上述多个进气通孔302,出蒸汽口101为一个且与多个进气通孔302连通。例如如图8所示,第二烹饪容器30的底壁包括内凸部,内凸部的端壁和侧壁中的至少一处设有进气通孔302。每个进气通孔302的开孔面积较小,不仅能够对蒸汽起到聚能增压作用,使蒸汽更快速的流至第二烹饪腔内,而且可以防止第二烹饪腔内的食材通过进蒸汽口301掉落至基座10内,使用更安全、卫生。并且,进气通孔302的开孔数量、开孔面积以及开孔位置等均可以根据不同第二烹饪容器30的容积大小而不同,满足用户多样化的需求。
下面结合附图描述根据本申请一些实施例的基座10的具体结构。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图2、图6-图11所示,基座10可以包括座体18和储水容器19。储水容器19可以用于给蒸汽发生装置供水,以保证蒸汽发生装置能够长时间持续产生蒸汽。座体18限定出容纳腔184,容纳腔184的顶部敞开,储水容器19的至少一部分可以伸入容纳腔184内,储水容器19定位稳固,且使基座10的结构更紧凑,减小占用空间,便于收纳。另外,储水容器19和座体18中的至少一个上设有定位配合部15,以便于与第二烹饪容器30的定位部31配合实现定位。
在一些实施例中,如图10和图11所示,定位配合部15可以为台阶面,台阶面包括支撑面151和限位面152。其中,限位面152与支撑面151的内周沿或外周沿相连,且限位面152沿纵向延伸,以使限位面152和支撑面151大体构成“L”形。定位部31可以支撑于支撑面151,以在纵向上对第二烹饪容器30进行支撑和定位,并且定位部31可以与限位面152间隙配合,以在横向上对第二烹饪容器30进行定位,有效防止第二烹饪容器30发生晃动或偏移。
在一些具体实施例中,如图6所示,容纳腔184为环形腔且包括内腔壁185和外腔壁186,内腔壁185和外腔壁186之间限定出容纳腔184。如图12所示,储水容器19为环形,且储水容器19包括内周壁193和外周壁194,内周壁193和外周壁194之间限定出储水腔196。储水容器19的至少一部分位于内腔壁185和外腔壁186之间,以提高对储水容器19的定位稳定性。
如图10所示,内周壁193与内腔壁185的高度可以不相同,以配合限定出台阶面。例如,内腔壁185高于内周壁193,使内周壁193顶面形成为支撑面151,内腔壁185的外侧面形成为限位面152,支撑面151和限位面152构成一个定位配合部15。较小容积的第二烹饪容器30可以支撑于储水容器19的内环边缘来定位。
如图10所示,外周壁194与外腔壁186的高度可以不相同,以限定出台阶面。例如,外周壁194高于外腔壁186,外腔壁186的顶面形成为支撑面151,外周壁194的外侧面形成为限位面152,支撑面151和限位面152构成一个定位配合部15。较大容积的第二烹饪容器30可以支撑于座体18的外环边缘来定位。
当然,在一些实施例中,内周壁193、外周壁194、内腔壁185或外腔壁186(如图11所示)可以单独设置凹槽,以形成支撑面151和限位面152,这也在本申请的保护范围之内。而通过内周壁193与内腔壁185配合、外周壁194与外腔壁186配合构成定位配合部15,可以简化周壁、外周壁194、内腔壁185和外腔壁186的结构,无需设置凹槽,结构强度更高。
在另一些具体实施例中,如图6所示,容纳腔184为环形腔且包括内腔壁185和外腔壁186,内腔壁185和外腔壁186之间限定出容纳腔184。如图13所示,储水容器19为环形,且储水容器19包括储水盒191和储水盖192,储水盖192盖设于储水容器19,储水盒191包括内周壁193和外周壁194。
如图11所示,内腔壁185可以与储水盖192高度不相同,以与储水盖192配合限定出台阶面。例如,储水盖192支撑于内周壁193上,内腔壁185高于储水盖192的顶面,储水盖192的顶面形成为支撑面151,内腔壁185的外侧面形成为限位面152,支撑面151和限位面152构成一个定位配合部15,能够用于定位较小容积的第二烹饪容器30。
外腔壁186可以与储水盖192高度不相同,以与储水盖192配合限定出台阶面。例如,储水盖192支撑于外周壁194,储水盖192的顶面高于外腔壁186,外腔壁186的顶面形成为支撑面151,储水盖192的外侧面形成为限位面152,支撑面151和限位面152构成一个定位配合部15,能够用于定位较大容积的第二烹饪容器30。
内周壁193可以高于储水盖192,以与储水盖192配合限定出台阶面,能够用于定位较小容积的第二烹饪容器30。其中,内周壁193的外侧面形成为限位面152,储水盖192的顶面形成为支撑面151。
外周壁194可以高于储水盖192,以与储水盖192配合限定出台阶面,能够用于定位较大容积的第二烹饪容器30。其中,外周壁194的内侧面形成为限位面152,储水盖192的顶面形成为支撑面151。
当然,台阶面的结构包括但不限于上述实施例,根据以上描述,对这些实施例的变化、修改和变型,均在本申请的保护范围之内。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图12所示,储水容器19可以包括储水盒191,储水盒191具有顶部开口195,第二烹饪容器30的底壁可以盖封顶部开口195。换言之,储水盒191无需设置储水盖192等盖体结构,第二烹饪容器30的底壁能够同时起到盖体作用,减少了零部件数量,降低了生产成本。且 在取下第二烹饪容器30时即打开顶部开口195,便于向储水盒191内注水。
根据本申请的另一些实施例,如图13所示,储水容器19可以包括储水盖192和储水盒191,储水盖192可以盖封顶部开口195。换言之,第二烹饪容器30的底壁和储水盖192为分体件,从而避免在取下第二烹饪容器30时顶部开口195直接敞开导致容易进入灰尘、食物残渣等异物。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图1-图3所示,座体18可以包括第一支撑座181、第二支撑座182和连接部183,第一支撑座181和第二支撑座182在上下方向上间隔布置,第二支撑座182位于第一支撑座181的上方,连接部183连接在第一支撑座181和第二支撑座182之间以限定出安装腔11,座体18大体形成“U”型结构。
其中,第一烹饪容器20可以支撑于第一支撑座181,出气装置131可以设于第二支撑座182,进气装置12可以设于第一支撑座181或连接部183,第二定位结构14可以设于第一支撑座181,储水容器19可以设于第二支撑座182,基座10整体形成为“U”型结构。第一烹饪容器20可以从座体18的侧面安装至第一支撑座181和第二支撑座182之间,第一烹饪容器20可以支撑在第一支撑座181上移动,移动更顺畅省力,且便于第一烹饪容器20内食材的取放,提高结构的美观性和紧凑性。烹饪器具100可以放置于高度较小的空间,以满足较小厨房空间的放置需求。
需要说明的是,在蒸汽发生装置包括蒸汽发生器、加热容器16和加热件的实施例中,加热容器16和加热件可以设于第二支撑座182,并且储水容器19可以环绕加热容器16和加热件设置,以降低基座10的高度,使结构更紧凑。蒸汽发生器可以设于第一支撑座181或连接部183,并与进气装置12相连,以减少连接气路的长度,简化结构且防止蒸汽泄漏效果好。
烹饪器具100又称烹饪装置,下面参考附图描述根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100。
如图14-图20所示,根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100可以包括基座10、第一烹饪容器20、供水装置和供电装置。
基座10可以具有蒸汽出口,蒸汽出口可以供给水蒸气。基座10还可以具有间隔设置的第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔。第一烹饪容器20适合设于基座10,第一烹饪容器20可以具有与蒸汽出口连通的第一烹饪腔204,以便于利用蒸汽出口供给的蒸汽烹饪第一烹饪腔204内的食物。供水装置适合设于第一容纳腔内,供电装置适合设于第二容纳腔内。这样可以实现供水装置和供电装置的分开设置。
这里需要理解的是,基座10可以通过蒸汽出口输出水蒸汽,而制备蒸汽的设备则可以设置在基座10内部。当然,制备蒸汽的设备也可以设置在基座10的外部,即基座10的蒸汽出口可以与外接的制备蒸汽的设备相连。第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔分别为独立的容纳空间。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100,通过在基座10上设置蒸汽出口,可以利用蒸汽对第一烹饪腔204进行加热,以便于蒸汽烹饪第一烹饪腔204内的食材。相比直接加热烹饪腔的方式,可以更具针对性地对食材进行烹饪,便于缩短烹饪器具100的烹饪时间,实现极速加热,提高烹饪器具100的烹饪效果。
并且,通过分别设置第一烹饪容器20,利用蒸汽对第一烹饪腔204内的食材进行烹饪,可以大大缩短烹饪所需的时间,提高用户的使用便捷性和舒适性。
举例而言,第一烹饪容器20为蒸锅,可以用来烹饪米饭。
此外,通过将供水装置和供电装置分别设置在第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔内,这样可以使供水装置和供电装置分开设置,从而实现供水装置和供电装置的分区隔离,使该烹饪器具100的水电结构能够做到隔离状态,避免发生漏电、短路等问题,便于提高烹饪器具100的使用安全性和可靠性。
因此,根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100具有能够实现水电分离、烹饪过程安全可靠等优点。
在一些实施例中,第一容纳腔与安装腔11为同一个腔。
下面参考附图描述根据本申请具体实施例的烹饪器具100。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,如图14-图20所示,根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具100可以包括基座10、第一烹饪容器20、供水装置和供电装置。
在一些实施例中,第一容纳腔可以形成在基座10的侧部,第二容纳腔可以形成在基座10的底部(上下方向如图14所示)。这样可以使第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔间隔开设置,以便于分别形成独立的第一容 纳腔和第二容纳腔。
举例而言,基座10可以设有第一容纳腔、第二容纳腔和侧面开口的第一安装空间,第一烹饪容器20适于可抽拉地配合在第一安装空间内。第一容纳腔和第一安装空间并排布置,第二容纳腔则设置在第一容纳腔和第一安装空间的下方。这样可以使第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔间隔开设置,以便于分别形成独立的第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔。
可选地,如图16所示,基座10可以包括第一支撑座110和连接部130,连接部130可以与第一支撑座110相连,第一烹饪容器20能够可推拉地设置在第一支撑座110上。这样便于增加烹饪器具100的支撑面积,便于第一烹饪容器20的安装设置,还可以控制烹饪器具100在水平面内的外形尺寸,合理利用竖直方向的空间。
进一步地,第一容纳腔可以形成在连接部130内,第二容纳腔可以形成在第一支撑座110内。这样便于第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔的加工设置,进一步便于分别形成独立的第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔。
在一些可选实施例中,基座10还包括第二支撑座120,第一支撑座110和第二支撑座120在上下方向上间隔布置,连接部130连接在第一支撑座110和第二支撑座120之间,第一烹饪容器20位于第一支撑座110与第二支撑座120之间。进一步地,烹饪器具100还包括第二烹饪容器30,第二烹饪容器30具有第二烹饪腔,第二烹饪容器30设于第二支撑座120。
这样第二烹饪腔可以用来盛放和/或烹饪食物。通过分别设置第一烹饪容器20和第二烹饪容器30,可以利用第一烹饪容器20和第二烹饪容器30分别烹饪不同种类的食物。比如,可以利用第一烹饪容器20焖制米饭,可以利用第二烹饪容器30蒸制馒头。这样便于提高烹饪器具100的烹饪多样性和适用范围,且不会发生两种不同食物在烹饪过程中出现串味的问题。同时,可以大大缩短烹饪所需的时间,避免单一锅具先后烹饪两种食物而需要占用较长时间,还可以避免先加热的食物放置过长时间而冷却的问题。这样便于提高烹饪器具100的功能性和适用性,便于提高用户的使用便捷性和舒适性。
举例而言,第二烹饪容器30可以为蒸笼,可以用来加热冷却的饭菜或蒸制馒头、包子等蒸品。
具体地,如图16所示,连接部130可以连接在第一支撑座110和第二支撑座120的同侧边沿,第一烹饪容器20可拆卸地安装在第一支撑座110上,第二烹饪容器30适于安装在第二支撑座120上,第二烹饪容器30的至少一部分从第二支撑座120的上端露出,以便于从上方向取放第二烹饪容器30内的食物。
举例而言,基座10可以包括第一支撑座110、第二支撑座120和连接部130,第一支撑座110和第二支撑座120在竖直方向上间隔开布置,连接部130可以连接在第一支撑座110和第二支撑座120之间,第一支撑座110、第二支撑座120和连接部130之间限定出侧面开口的第一安装空间。第一烹饪容器20能够沿水平方向可推拉地设置在第一支撑座110上,第一烹饪容器20在安装到位后位于第一安装空间内。第二烹饪容器30适于支撑在第二支撑座120的上端。连接部130可以连接在第一支撑座110和第二支撑座120的同侧边沿,第一烹饪容器20可拆卸地安装在第一支撑座110上,第二烹饪容器30可拆卸地安装在第二支撑座120的上端。进一步地,第一容纳腔形成在连接部130内,第二容纳腔形成在第一支撑座110内。这样便于第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔的加工设置,进一步便于分别形成独立的第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔。
在一些实施例中,如图14所示,烹饪器具100还可以包括储水容器19和蒸汽发生器510,蒸汽发生器510用于快速制备水蒸气,蒸汽发生器510通过管道与蒸汽出口连通,以向蒸汽出口提供蒸汽。供水装置可以包括第一供水泵610,第一供水泵610用于将储水容器19内的水抽入蒸汽发生器510,以便于蒸汽发生器510制备水蒸气。这样不仅可以保证水流的可靠供应,而且可以对水量进行准确控制。供电装置可以包括电源板组件710,电源板组件710与蒸汽发生器510和第一供水泵610电连接。这样可以利用供电装置向蒸汽发生器510和第一供水泵610提供电能,已保证蒸汽发生器510和第一供水泵610的可靠稳定工作。
举例而言,烹饪器具100可以包括储水容器19和蒸汽发生器510,蒸汽发生器510用于快速制备水蒸气,蒸汽发生器510设在基座10内,蒸汽发生器510通过管道与蒸汽出口连通,以向蒸汽出口提供蒸汽。供水装置可以包括第一供水泵610,第一供水泵610连接在供水装置与储水容器19之间,以便于提供驱动力,将储水容器19内的水抽入蒸汽发生器510,实现蒸汽发生器510的可靠供水。这样不仅可 以保证水流的可靠供应,而且可以对水量进行准确控制。供电装置可以包括电源板组件710,电源板组件710能够与外部电源电连接,电源板组件710还与蒸汽发生器510和第一供水泵610电连接,以便于将外部电能引入烹饪器具100。这样可以利用供电装置向蒸汽发生器510和第一供水泵610提供电能,已保证蒸汽发生器510和第一供水泵610的可靠稳定工作。
具体地,如图19所示,蒸汽发生器510适合固设于第一容纳腔内,第一供水泵610适合悬挂于蒸汽发生器510。这样在保证设置强度的情况下,可以使蒸汽发生器510与第一供水泵610的布局更加地紧凑合理,使蒸汽发生器510和第一供水泵610大体沿竖直方向布置,便于缩小水平方向所需的安装空间。
可选地,如图19所示,烹饪器具100还可以包括弹性缓冲件800,弹性缓冲件800适合套设于第一供水泵610。这样可以防止第一供水泵610在工作时与周围结构直接接触,便于对第一供水泵610机械能保护,降低第一供水泵610的工作噪音。
举例而言,蒸汽发生器510固定设置在第一容纳腔的侧壁上,第一供水泵610悬挂在蒸汽发生器510的下部。这样在保证设置强度的情况下,可以使蒸汽发生器510与第一供水泵610的布局更加地紧凑合理,便于缩小水平方向内所需的安装空间。第一供水泵610的底部套设有弹性缓冲件800,弹性缓冲件800可以为硅胶件。这样可以防止第一供水泵610在工作时与周围结构直接接触,便于对第一供水泵610进行保护,降低第一供水泵610的工作噪音。进一步地,弹性缓冲件800套设在第一供水泵610的下部。
在另一些实施例中,如图14所示,烹饪器具100还可以包括加热装置520和第二烹饪容器30,加热装置520可以设置在基座10上,加热装置520用于加热第二烹饪容器30,供水装置还可以包括第二供水泵620,第二供水泵620用于将储水容器19内的水抽入加热装置520。这样可以利用蒸汽发生器510和加热装置520分别独立地对第一烹饪容器20和第二烹饪容器30进行加热,使第一烹饪容器20和第二烹饪容器30在工作的过程中可以互不干扰。
举例而言,烹饪器具100可以包括蒸汽发生器510和加热装置520,蒸汽发生器510和加热装置520分别设置在基座10上。供水装置可以包括第一供水泵610和第二供水泵620。第一供水泵610可以提供驱动力,将储水容器19内的水抽入蒸汽发生器510。第二供水泵620可以提供驱动力将储水容器19内的水抽入加热装置520。第一烹饪容器20可以为蒸锅,蒸锅的底部具有进气孔2020,蒸汽发生器510可以通过进气孔2020向第一烹饪容器20提供蒸汽,对第一烹饪容器20内的食物进行快速的烹饪加工。进气孔2020处可以设置能够控制进气孔2020通断的蒸汽阀240。蒸锅内可以形成能够盛放水等液体的第一烹饪腔204,在进气孔2020关闭时能够保证第一烹饪腔204内的食物不会从进气孔2020漏出。第二烹饪容器30可以为蒸笼,加热装置520可以对水进行加热产生蒸汽,利用蒸汽对第二烹饪容器30内的食材进行蒸制烹饪。这样可以利用蒸汽发生器510和加热装置520分别独立地对第一烹饪容器20和第二烹饪容器30进行加热,使第一烹饪容器20和第二烹饪容器30在工作的过程中可以互不干扰。同时,还可以实现烹饪器具100烹饪方式的多样性。
具体地,如图19所示,蒸汽发生器510适合固设于第一容纳腔内,第一供水泵610和第二供水泵620可以分别悬挂于蒸汽发生器510的两侧。这样在保证设置强度的情况下,便于第一供水泵610和第二供水泵620的可靠设置,可以使蒸汽发生器510与第一供水泵610、第二供水泵620的布局更加地紧凑合理,能够充分利用第一容纳腔在上下方向上的空间,便于缩小水平方向内所需的安装空间。
举例而言,蒸汽发生器510可以固定设置在第一容纳腔的侧壁上,第一供水泵610悬挂在蒸汽发生器510的下部。这样在保证设置强度的情况下,可以使蒸汽发生器510与第一供水泵610的布局更加地紧凑合理,便于缩小在水平方向内所需的安装空间。第一供水泵610的底部套设有弹性缓冲件800,弹性缓冲件800可以为硅胶件。这样可以防止第一供水泵610在工作时与周围结构直接接触,便于对第一供水泵610进行保护,还可以降低第一供水泵610的工作噪音。
在一些具体示例中,第一烹饪容器20可以为蒸锅,第二烹饪容器30可以为蒸笼,烹饪器具100可以设有一个第一供水泵610和一个蒸汽发生器510,蒸汽发生器510可以向蒸锅和蒸笼提供蒸汽,其中蒸锅与蒸笼可以同时工作,也可以择一单独工作。
在另一些具体示例中,第一烹饪容器20可以为蒸锅,第二烹饪容器30可以为蒸笼,烹饪器具100可以设有一个第一供水泵610、一个蒸汽发生器510和一个加热装置520,蒸汽发生器510可以向蒸锅 提供蒸汽,加热装置520可以通过加热水产生的蒸汽来烹饪蒸笼内的食物,其中蒸锅与蒸笼可以同时工作,也可以择一单独工作。
具体而言,蒸笼与蒸锅是独立分开的结构布局,烹饪过程相互不受影响。蒸笼加热方式:第二供水泵620可以把储水容器19中的水抽到加热装置520中进行加热,以产生蒸汽,再通过蒸汽给蒸笼内的食物进行加热。蒸锅加热方式:第二供水泵620可以将储水容器19中的水抽到蒸汽发生器510中加热成蒸汽,再通过蒸汽给蒸锅中的食物进行加热。两套加热系统可以通过程序控制,可以同时加热,也可以单个加热。
可选地,如图15所示,烹饪器具100还包括第二烹饪容器30,储水容器19适合设于基座10的上部,第二烹饪容器30可拆卸地安装在储水容器19的上端。这样可以在竖直方向上实现储水容器19和第二烹饪容器30的叠放设置,便于控制烹饪器具100在水平面内的外形尺寸,合理利用竖直方向的空间。
举例而言,基座10的上端具有安装腔,储水容器19可拆卸地设置在安装腔内,储水容器19形成为环形结构,储水容器19中间中空的区域设有加热装置520。第二烹饪容器30可拆卸地安装在储水容器19的上端。这样可以在竖直方向上实现储水容器19和第二烹饪容器30的叠放设置,便于控制烹饪器具100在水平面内的外形尺寸,合理利用竖直方向的空间。
在一些实施例中,如图17所示,第一烹饪容器20可以包括内胆210、上盖220和外壳230,内胆210能够限定出第一烹饪腔204,第一烹饪腔204的上端可以形成有取放口。上盖220可分离地设于内胆210上,以敞开或封闭取放口。外壳230套设于内胆210的外侧,外壳230与内胆210之间可以限定出隔热腔231。这样可以提高第一烹饪容器20的隔热性能,避免第一烹饪容器20过热而烫伤用户,方便用户对第一烹饪容器20进行取放操作。
在一些实施例中,如图17所示,第一烹饪容器20的底部可以具有进气孔2020,进气孔2020处设有蒸汽阀240,蒸汽阀240用于控制进气孔2020的开闭,以便于控制第一烹饪腔204与蒸汽出口的通断状态。这样在通入蒸汽时蒸汽可以从第一烹饪腔204的底部逐渐向上部扩散,便于提高蒸汽的烹饪效果。也就是说,蒸汽直接加热第一烹饪容器20底部的食物,避免蒸汽从上部通过金属导管进气所带来的能量损失,最大化利用蒸汽高温特性。
并且,相比将锅体作为热源的方式,第一烹饪容器20采用蒸汽烹饪的方式,可以避免靠近底部的米饭因温度较高而出现粘锅现象,从而省去在第一烹饪容器20的内胆210内设置多层不沾涂层,防止随着内胆210使用时间的增长,涂层脱落而造成食品卫生安全问题。
此外,可以避免米饭成熟均匀性较差,避免米饭成熟过程中受热不均、米饭成熟口感不好,比如,可以防止出现中间和底部米饭煮熟而外边缘没熟的情况。
举例而言,第一烹饪容器20为蒸锅,蒸锅在工作时,高温蒸汽充满蒸锅的内部,使里面食物360度全方位均匀受热,特别在烹饪米饭时,使每一粒米饭周围都受蒸汽蒸煮,从而使蒸锅米饭受热均匀,成熟后口感较佳。
进一步地,如图17和图18所示,描述了蒸汽进入第一烹饪腔204后的流动情况。
在一些实施例中,电源板组件710与蒸汽发生器510、加热装置520、第一供水泵610和第二供水泵620电连接,电源板组件710可以向蒸汽发生器510、加热装置520、第一供水泵610和第二供水泵620供电。基座10包括安装支座,安装支座位于基座10的上部,安装支座设有安装腔,加热装置520和储水容器19设置在安装腔内。
可选地,烹饪器具100可以为压力锅,可以在第一烹饪容器20的锅盖增加压力感应传感器。
根据本申请的一个具体实施例,烹饪器具100可以包括基座10、第一烹饪容器20、第二烹饪容器30、供水装置和供电装置。基座10可以具有蒸汽出口,蒸汽出口可以供给水蒸气。基座10还可以具有间隔设置的第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔。第一烹饪容器20适合设于基座10,第一烹饪容器20可以具有与蒸汽出口连通的第一烹饪腔204,以便于利用蒸汽出口供给的蒸汽烹饪第一烹饪腔204内的食物。第二烹饪容器30适合设于基座10,第二烹饪容器30可以具有第二烹饪腔,第二烹饪腔可以用来盛放和/或烹饪食物。供水装置适合设于第一容纳腔内,供电装置适合设于第二容纳腔内,这样可以实现供水装置和供电装置的分开设置。
基座10可以设有第一容纳腔、第二容纳腔和侧面开口的第一安装空间,第一烹饪容器20适于可抽拉地配合在第一安装空间内。第一容纳腔和第一安装空间并排布置,第二容纳腔则设置在第一容纳腔和第一安装空间的下方。这样可以使第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔间隔开设置,以便于分别形成独立的第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔。
基座10可以包括第一支撑座110、第二支撑座120和连接部130,第一支撑座110和第二支撑座120在竖直方向上间隔开布置,连接部130可以连接在第一支撑座110和第二支撑座120之间,第一支撑座110、第二支撑座120和连接部130之间限定出侧面开口的第一安装空间。第一烹饪容器20能够可推拉地设置在第一支撑座110上,第一烹饪容器20在安装到位后位于第一安装空间内。第二烹饪容器30适于支撑在第二支撑座120的上端。连接部130可以连接在第一支撑座110和第二支撑座120的同侧边沿,第一烹饪容器20可拆卸地安装在第一支撑座110上,第二烹饪容器30可拆卸地安装在第二支撑座120的上端。进一步地,第一容纳腔形成在连接部130内,第二容纳腔形成在第一支撑座110内。这样便于第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔的加工设置,进一步便于分别形成独立的第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔。
烹饪器具100可以包括储水容器19和蒸汽发生器510,蒸汽发生器510用于快速制备水蒸气,蒸汽发生器510设在基座10内,蒸汽发生器510通过管道与蒸汽出口连通,以向蒸汽出口提供蒸汽。供水装置可以包括第一供水泵610,第一供水泵610连接在供水装置与储水容器19之间,以便于提供驱动力,将储水容器19内的水抽入蒸汽发生器510,实现蒸汽发生器510的可靠供水。这样不仅可以保证水流的可靠供应,而且可以对水量进行准确控制。供电装置可以包括电源板组件710,电源板组件710能够与外部电源电连接,电源板组件710还与蒸汽发生器510和第一供水泵610电连接,以便于将外部电能引入烹饪器具100。这样可以利用供电装置向蒸汽发生器510和第一供水泵610提供电能,已保证蒸汽发生器510和第一供水泵610的可靠稳定工作。
蒸汽发生器510固定设置在第一容纳腔的侧壁上,第一供水泵610悬挂在蒸汽发生器510的下部。这样在保证设置强度的情况下,可以使蒸汽发生器510与第一供水泵610的布局更加地紧凑合理,便于缩小水平方向内所需的安装空间。第一供水泵610的底部套设有弹性缓冲件800,弹性缓冲件800可以为硅胶件。这样可以防止第一供水泵610在工作时与周围结构直接接触,便于对第一供水泵610机械能保护,降低第一供水泵610的工作噪音。进一步地,弹性缓冲件800套设在第一供水泵610的下部。
烹饪器具100还可以包括加热装置520,加热装置520可以设置在基座10上,加热装置520用于加热第二烹饪容器30,供水装置还可以包括第二供水泵620,第二供水泵620用于将储水容器19内的水抽入加热装置520。这样可以利用蒸汽发生器510和加热装置520分别独立地对第一烹饪容器20和第二烹饪容器30进行加热,使第一烹饪容器20和第二烹饪容器30在工作的过程中可以互不干扰。

  1. 一种烹饪器具,其中,包括:
    基座,所述基座限定出具有侧部开口的安装腔,所述安装腔的顶壁设有可上下移动的第一定位结构,且底壁或侧壁设有第二定位结构;
    第一烹饪容器,所述第一烹饪容器可分离地安装于所述安装腔内,所述第一烹饪容器的顶部设有第一定位配合结构,且底部或侧部设有第二定位配合结构,
    其中,在所述第一烹饪容器安装到位的状态下,所述第一定位结构与所述第一定位配合结构相配合,所述第二定位结构与所述第二定位配合结构相配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述第一定位结构的可移动距离小于或者等于50mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述安装腔的顶壁设有第一导向槽,所述第一定位结构可上下移动地设于所述第一导向槽内,所述烹饪器具还包括
    驱动件,所述驱动件与所述第一定位结构相连且适于向所述第一定位结构施加向下的驱动力。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述安装腔的腔壁设有第二导向槽,所述第二定位结构沿所述第二导向槽可移动,所述烹饪器具还包括复位件,所述复位件与所述第二定位结构相连且适于驱动所述第二定位结构部分伸出所述第二导向槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,
    所述第一定位结构和所述第一定位配合结构中的一个为凹槽,且另一个为适于伸入所述凹槽内的凸起;
    所述第二定位结构和所述第二定位配合结构中的一个为凹槽,且另一个为适于伸入所述凹槽内的凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,
    所述第一定位结构为出气装置且具有出气通道,所述第一定位配合结构为蒸汽出口,所述出气装置伸入所述蒸汽出口内,以使所述出气通道与所述蒸汽出口连通;或者,
    所述第一定位配合结构为盖体提手槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4、6中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,
    所述第二定位结构为进气装置且具有进气通道,所述第二定位配合结构为蒸汽进口,所述进气装置伸入所述蒸汽进口内,以使所述进气通道与所述蒸汽进口连通;或者,
    所述第二定位配合结构为容器提手槽;或者,
    所述第二定位结构为加热器,所述第一烹饪容器包括外壳和设于所述外壳内的内锅,所述第二定位配合结构为设于所述外壳的避让口,所述加热器伸入所述避让口内且用于加热所述内锅。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,还包括:
    第二烹饪容器,所述第二烹饪容器的外周沿设有定位部,
    所述基座的顶部设有多个用于与所述定位部配合的定位配合部,多个所述定位配合部的结构不相同。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪器具,其中,多个所述定位配合部的横向尺寸或者形状不相同。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述基座的顶部设有出蒸汽口,所述定位配合部为环形且环绕所述出蒸汽口设置,所述第二烹饪容器的底壁设有进蒸汽口。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述基座包括加热容器和加热件,所述加热件用于加热所述加热件内的水以产生蒸汽,其中,
    所述进蒸汽口包括设于所述第二烹饪容器的底壁的多个进气通孔,所述出蒸汽口为一个且与多个所述进气通孔连通;或者,
    所述出蒸汽口包括设于所述加热容器的顶壁的多个出气通孔,所述进蒸汽口为一个且与多个所述出气通孔连通。
  12. 根据权利要求8-11中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述基座包括座体和储水容器,所述座体限定出顶部敞开的容纳腔,所述储水容器的至少一部分伸入所述容纳腔内,所述储水容器和/或所述座 体设有所述定位配合部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述定位配合部为台阶面且包括支撑面和限位面,所述限位面与所述支撑面的内周沿或外周沿相连且沿纵向延伸,所述定位部支撑于所述支撑面且与所述限位面间隙配合。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述容纳腔为环形腔且包括内腔壁和外腔壁,所述储水容器为环形且包括内周壁和外周壁,
    所述内周壁与所述内腔壁的高度不相同以配合限定出所述台阶面,所述外周壁与所述外腔壁的高度不相同以限定出所述台阶面。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述容纳腔为环形腔且包括内腔壁和外腔壁,所述储水容器为环形且包括储水盒和盖设于所述储水容器的储水盖,所述储水盒包括内周壁和外周壁,其中,
    所述内腔壁和所述外腔壁分别与所述储水盖高度不相同以分别与所述储水盖配合限定出所述台阶面;或者,
    所述内周壁和所述外周壁分别高于所述储水盖以分别与所述储水盖配合限定出所述台阶面。
  16. 根据权利要求12或13所述的烹饪器具,其中,
    所述储水容器包括具有顶部开口的储水盒,所述第二烹饪容器的底壁适于盖封所述顶部开口;或者,
    所述储水容器包括储水盖和具有顶部开口的储水盒,所述储水盖适于盖封所述顶部开口。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述基座具有蒸汽出口、第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔,所述第一烹饪容器设于所述基座且具有与所述蒸汽出口连通的第一烹饪腔;烹饪器具还包括:
    供水装置,所述供水装置设于所述第一容纳腔内;
    供电装置,所述供电装置设于所述第二容纳腔内。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述第一容纳腔形成于所述基座的侧部,所述第二容纳腔形成于所述基座的底部。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述基座包括第一支撑座和连接部,所述连接部与所述第一支撑座相连,所述第一烹饪容器可推拉地设于所述第一支撑座,其中,第一容纳腔形成于所述连接部,所述第二容纳腔形成于所述第一支撑座。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述基座还包括:
    第二支撑座,所述第一支撑座和所述第二支撑座在上下方向上间隔布置,所述连接部连接在所述第一支撑座和所述第二支撑座之间,所述第一烹饪容器位于所述第一支撑座与所述第二支撑座之间。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的烹饪器具,其中,还包括:
    第二烹饪容器,所述第二烹饪容器具有第二烹饪腔,所述第二烹饪容器设于所述第二支撑座。
  22. 根据权利要求17所述的烹饪器具,其中,还包括储水容器和蒸汽发生器,所述蒸汽发生器与所述蒸汽出口连通,所述供水装置包括第一供水泵,所述第一供水泵用于将所述储水容器内的水抽入所述蒸汽发生器,所述供电装置包括电源板组件,所述电源板组件与所述蒸汽发生器和所述第一供水泵电连接。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述蒸汽发生器固设于所述第一容纳腔内,所述第一供水泵悬挂于所述蒸汽发生器。
  24. 根据权利要求22或23所述的烹饪器具,其中,还包括弹性缓冲件,所述弹性缓冲件套设于所述第一供水泵。
  25. 根据权利要求22-24中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,还包括加热装置和第二烹饪容器,所述加热装置用于加热所述第二烹饪容器,所述供水装置还包括第二供水泵,所述第二供水泵用于将所述储水容器内的水抽入所述加热装置。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述蒸汽发生器固设于所述第一容纳腔内,所述第一供水泵和所述第二供水泵分别悬挂于所述蒸汽发生器的两侧。
  27. 根据权利要求22-24中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,还包括第二烹饪容器,所述储水容器设于所述基座的上部,所述第二烹饪容器可拆卸地安装在所述储水容器的上端。
  28. 根据权利要求17-27中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述第一烹饪容器包括:
    内胆,所述内胆限定出所述第一烹饪腔,所述第一烹饪腔的上端形成有取放口;
    上盖,所述上盖可分离地设于所述内胆,以敞开或封闭所述取放口;

  30. 根据权利要求17-29中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其中,所述第一容纳腔与所述安装腔为同一个腔。
  31. 一种烹饪器具的第一烹饪容器,其中,所述第一烹饪容器的顶部设有第一定位配合结构,所述第一烹饪容器的底部或侧部设有第二定位配合结构,
    所述第一定位配合结构和所述第二定位配合结构用于分别与外部定位结构相配合,以对所述第一烹饪容器进行定位。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的烹饪器具的第一烹饪容器,其中,
    所述第一定位配合结构为蒸汽出口或盖体提手槽;
    所述第二定位配合结构为蒸汽进口、容器提手槽或用于避让所述烹饪器具的加热器的避让口。
