Description

一种易燃易爆液体输送系统及方法和应用 技术领域
本发明涉及液体输送技术领域,具体涉及一种易燃易爆液体输送系统及方法和应用。
背景技术
易燃易爆的甲类液体转移主要包括两种形式,一种是正常状态下将原料桶内的易燃易爆液体转入反应容器,另一种是应急状态下将反应容器内的易燃易爆液体转入接收桶。
第一种转移形式适用于替代真空抽料的方式实现,例如医药化工中均采用真空抽料的方式实现,用真空抽料的方式发生爆炸的事故层出不穷,此类方法风险极高;为了提高环保性,政府部门因减少VOCs的排放需求,已经明文禁止真空抽料。
第二种转移形式适用于,当反应釜或者容器(比如高位槽)底部法兰泄漏,可能形成爆炸性蒸汽云,人员无法靠近处理,无法安全快速转移液体,发生环境污染和安全事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种易燃易爆液体输送系统,解决现有易燃易爆液体转移方式导致风险高、环保性差的问题。
此外,本发明还提供上述易燃易爆液体输送系统的方法和应用
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种易燃易爆液体输送系统,包括气体进管和液体输送管道;
所述气体进管一端与原料桶连通,另一端与惰性气源连通;所述气体进管上设置有第一阀组,所述第一阀组沿着气体流动方向依次包括第一阀门和第二阀门;
所述液体输送管道的两端分别与原料桶和反应容器连通,所述液体输送管道上设置有第二阀组,所述第二阀组依次包括第三阀门、第五阀门和第七阀门,所述第三阀门靠近原料桶设置;
所述气体进管和液体输送管道之间通过连接管连通,所述连接管上设置有第四阀门,所述连接管与气体进管的连接处设置在第二阀门的前端,所述连接管与液体输送管道的连接处设置在液体由原料桶输送至反应容器时第三阀门的后端,所述液体输送管道上设置有单向阀,所述单向阀与第五阀门并联设置,所述单向阀仅允许液体或气体由原料桶进入反应容器;
所述液体输送管道上设置有旁通管,所述旁通管一端与液体输送管道连通,另一端与储水容器连通,所述旁通管上设置有第六阀门。
本发明的上述系统既能够实现液体由原料桶转移至反应容器,和液体由反应容器转移至原料桶。
当用于实现液体由原料桶转移至反应容器时,先使用惰性气体(比如氮气)对反应容器(反应釜)进行惰化后,再对原料桶内的物料进行加压的方式,将易燃易爆液体输送到反应容器(反应釜),从而同时满足安全和环保两方面的要求,减少事故、减少VOCs的排放。
当用于实现液体由反应容器转移至原料桶时,使用惰性气体(比如氮气),对原料桶(接收桶)进行充气惰化,然后将反应容器(反应釜)内液体导入原料桶(接收桶),从而减少反应容器(反应釜)内液位,减少法兰泄漏,避免形成爆炸云团。
综上,解决了现有易燃易爆液体转移方式导致风险高、环保性差的问题。
进一步地,液体输送管道上设置有试镜,所述试镜采用透明材料制成,所述试镜优选采用玻璃管制成。
通过上述试镜能够观察液体输送管道内部情况,例如通过试镜可以观察液体输送管道是否由原料桶向反应容器内输送液体。
进一步地,试镜设置在第三阀门和第五阀门之间。
进一步地,气体进管上设置有压力表。
进一步地,液体输送管道的一端插入反应容器的底部。
进一步地,储水容器为漏斗结构,所述漏斗结构的底部与旁通管连通。

基于易燃易爆液体输送系统的液体转移方法,用于应急处置状态下逆向输送液体,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、确认所有阀门处于关闭状态,打开第二阀门,缓慢开启第一阀门,向原料桶中通入惰性气体进行充分惰化处理。
步骤二、打开第五阀门和第六阀门,通过储水容器将液体输送管道灌满水;
步骤三、关闭第六阀门,打开第三阀门和第七阀门,利用虹吸将反应容器内的液体转移至原料桶。
上述转移方法能够实现液体由反应容器转移至原料桶,本发明所述转移方法使用惰性气体(比如氮气),对原料桶(接收桶)进行充气惰化,然后将反应容器(反应釜)内液体导入原料桶(接收桶),从而减少反应容器(反应釜)内液位,减少法兰泄漏,避免形成爆炸云团。
一种易燃易爆液体输送系统的应用,该系统用于易燃易爆液体转移,所述易燃易爆液体转移包括液体由原料桶转移至反应容器,和液体由反应容器转移至原料桶。

S2、打开第三阀门7和第二阀门4,向原料桶6内通入惰性气体进行加压处理,当有液体通过液体输送管道10进入反应容器15时,保持第一阀门2的开度,向反应容器15内输送液体;
S3、当液体输送完毕后,关闭第三阀门7,打开第四阀门8,关闭第二阀门4,通过惰性气体将液体输送管道10内的剩余液体输送至反应容器15,视称重模块16达到输送液体的质量,完成后关闭所有阀门。
当用于应急处置状态下逆向输送液体(液体由反应容器15转移至原料桶6),包括以下步骤:
步骤一、确认所有阀门处于关闭状态,打开第二阀门4,开启并根据压力表3缓慢开启第一阀门2,向原料桶6中通入惰性气体进行充分惰化处理。
步骤二、打开第五阀门9和第六阀门12,通过储水容器13将液体输送管道10灌满水;
步骤三、关闭第六阀门12,打开第三阀门7和第七阀门14,利用虹吸将反应容器15内的液体转移至原料桶6,结束后,关闭所有阀门。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种易燃易爆液体输送系统,其特征在于,所述液体输送管道(10)的一端插入反应容器(15)的底部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种易燃易爆液体输送系统,其特征在于,所述储水容器(13)为漏斗结构,所述漏斗结构的底部与旁通管(11)连通。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种易燃易爆液体输送系统,其特征在于,所述原料桶(6)的底部设置有称重模块(16)。
  8. 基于权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种易燃易爆液体输送系统的液体转移方法,其特征在于,用于正常状态下正向输送液体,包括以下步骤:
    S1、确认所有阀门处于关闭状态,开启第一阀门(2)、第四阀门(8)和第七阀门(14),向反应容器(15)内通入惰性气体进行惰化处理,充分惰化后,关闭第四阀门(8);
    S2、打开第三阀门(7)和第二阀门(4),向原料桶(6)内通入惰性气体进行加压处理, 当有液体通过液体输送管道(10)进入反应容器(15)时,保持第一阀门(2)的开度,向反应容器(15)内输送液体;
    S3、当液体输送完毕后,关闭第三阀门(7),打开第四阀门(8),关闭第二阀门(4),通过惰性气体将液体输送管道(10)内的剩余液体输送至反应容器(15)。
  9. 基于权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种易燃易爆液体输送系统的液体转移方法,其特征在于,用于应急处置状态下逆向输送液体,包括以下步骤:
    步骤一、确认所有阀门处于关闭状态,打开第二阀门(4),缓慢开启第一阀门(2),向原料桶(6)中通入惰性气体进行充分惰化处理。
    步骤二、打开第五阀门(9)和第六阀门(12),通过储水容器(13)将液体输送管道(10)灌满水;
    步骤三、关闭第六阀门(12),打开第三阀门(7)和第七阀门(14),利用虹吸将反应容器(15)内的液体转移至原料桶(6)。
  10. 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种易燃易爆液体输送系统的应用,其特征在于,该系统用于易燃易爆液体转移,所述易燃易爆液体转移包括液体由原料桶(6)转移至反应容器(15),和液体由反应容器(15)转移至原料桶(6)。
