本发明第二方面的实施例提供了一种电吹风包括:风道组件,所述壳体组件包括出风壳体组件和进风壳体组件,所述出风壳体组件和所述进风壳体组件连接,所述出风壳体组件和所述进风壳体组件围合形成所述安装腔;加热装置,所述加热装置设置在所述第二导风装置上,所述加热装置位于所述第二导风装置与所述壳体组件之间;控制装置,所述控制装置与所述马达装置和所述加热装置电连接;把手部和电源开关,所述把手部与所述壳体组件连接,所述把手部上设置有电源开关,所述电源开关与所述控制装置电连接。本申请公开了一种电吹风包括:风道组件,壳体组件包括出风壳体组件和进风壳体组件,出风壳体组件和进风壳体组件连接形成安装腔,形成气流流通的通道。加热装置设置在第二导风装置上,加热装置位于第二导风装置与壳体组件之间,加热装置 用于将流经所述过风通道内的空气加热。
进一步的,加热装置的数量为多个,多个加热间隔设置,加热装置径向端与第一安装缺口和/或第二安装缺口相嵌合,可以利用加热装置内部的结构,让马达装置的风吹在加热装置及其他的元件上,可以更好的实现降温降噪。
进一步的,第二导风装置上设置有多个分隔板,多个分隔板间隔设置,多个分隔板上设置有安装槽,加热装置设置在安装槽上。
控制装置设置在容腔内,控制装置与马达装置电连接,可以更好的实现自动化。还包括把手部和电源开关,所述把手部与所述外壳组件连接,所述把手部上设置有电源开关,所述电源开关与所述控制装置电连接。上述实施例中,还包括把手部和电源开关,把手部与外壳组件连接,把手部上设置有电源开关,电源开关与控制装置电连接。可以更好的实现自动化以及通过把手更好的拿取使用。
进一步地,所述出风壳体组件包括第一外壳组件和第二外壳组件,所述第二外壳组件套设在所述第一外壳组件上,所述加热装置位于所述第二导风装置和所述第一外壳组件之间,所述第二外壳组件为隔热材料制成或所述第二外壳组件上涂覆隔热材料。

如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图11、图12和图13所示,可选的,一种风道组件结构,包括:壳体组件1,壳体组件内设有安装腔,壳体组件1设有第一开口,第一开口与安装腔连通;第一导风装置2,第一导风装置2设置在安装腔内,第一导风装置2设有过风腔,第一导风装置2设置有第二开口和第三开口,第二开口和第三开口与过风腔连通;第二导风装置3,第二导风装置3至少部分延伸到第一导风装置2的过风腔内,第二导风装置3延伸到过风腔内 的一段为第一导风段31,第一导风段31与第一导风装置2的内壁之间形成第一导风通道,第二导风装置3朝向远离所述第二开口的一端延伸,第二导风装置3位于第一导风装置2外的一段为第二导风段32,第二导风装置3的第二导风段32与壳体组件1之间形成过风通道,过风腔经第二开口与过风通道连通,第一开口位于第二导风装置3远离第一导风装置2的一侧,第二导风段32延伸到第一开口处,第二导风段与壳体组件1的第一开口侧壁之间形成出风口,出风口位于远离第一导风段31的一侧;马达装置4,马达装置4至少部分设置在过风腔内。
本发明公开了一种风道组件,壳体组件1设有出风口,出风口与壳体组件1内的安装腔连通;第一导风装置2设置在安装腔内,且第一导风装置2设有过风腔,第一导风装置2设置有第二开口和第三开口,第二开口和第三开口与过风腔连通;外界的空气通过第一导风装置2的第二开口到达过风腔再由第一导风装置2的第三开口流经到第二导风装置3与壳体组件1之间形成过风通道里,第二导风装置3至少部分延伸到固第一导风装置2的过风腔内,第二导风装置3与壳体组件1之间形成过风通道,可以更好的将经过第一导风装置2里的空气扩散到过风通道里,流经的空气逐渐的被挤压,形成强力风压,气流再通过第二导风段32与壳体组件1的侧壁之间形成的出风口的吹出,通过第一导风装置2的过风腔吹出的风在壳体组件1内部进行周向的运动,同时不断的送风和吸风,形成不间断高压气流,进行持续的供应。进一步的,通过风道的形状特定设置,可以将气流集中收集后导向排出中,提升进风效率,且气流的流动损失较低,进而提升了风量,能实现流体在风道中不同的速度,能充分降低不同位置处的出风量大小,从而改善送风效果,形成高压气流,进行持续的供应。
可选的,出风口104的宽度为大于1.0mm。上述实施例中,出风口104的宽 度大于1.0mm,可以更好的出风。
可选地,所述出风口104的宽度为2~3mm。
如图2、图11、图12和图13所示,可选的,第二导风装置3呈喇叭状。进一步地,第二导风装置3可以为喇叭型,更好的使气流集中导向排出。
可选地,所述第二导风装置3的所述第一导风段31和所述第二导风段32为环绕轴线围合形成导风段,所述第二导风装置3的横截面沿着远离所述第一导风装置2的方向逐渐增大。
可选地,所述第一导风装置2的所述过风腔与所述第二开口和所述第三开口形成第二过风通道。
可选地,所述第二过风通道的径向尺寸为18mm~55mm。
可选地,所述第二过风通道的轴向长度3mm~140mm。
可选地,所述第二导风装置3延伸到所述第一导风装置2的所述第二过风通道的长度为0~90mm。
如图7、图8所示,可选的,第一导风装置2包括导风件21和连接件22,导风件21设置在连接件22上,连接件22设置在壳体组件2上,导风件21上设有第一贯通孔,连接件22上设有第二贯通孔,第一贯通孔和第二贯通孔依次连通形成过风腔。上述实施例中,可以更好的使流入到第一导风装置的气流的风量充足。
可选地,导风件21至少部分延伸到第二贯通孔内。
如图2所示,可选的,马达装置4位于第二贯通孔内,马达装置4一端与连接件22的内壁相抵,马达装置4的另一端与导风件21相抵。上述实施例中,马达装置可以更好的给进入到导风件内的气流施加风压,从而使通过连接件与导风件内的气流速度可以更高,流速更顺畅。
如图9所示,可选的,导风件21包括导风件主体211和第一安装件212,第一安装件212环绕导风件主体211设置,导风件主体211延伸到第二贯通孔内,导风件主体211上设有第一贯通孔。上述实施例中,使流入的气流可以更好的传输,尽可能保证气流量的最大化。
如图10所示,可选的,连接件22包括连接件主体221和第二安装件222,连接件主体221设有第二贯通孔,导风件21至少部分延伸到第二贯通孔内,第二安装件222设置在连接件主体221上,第二安装件222与壳体组件1连接。上述实施例中,使流入的气流可以更好的传输,尽可能保证气流量的最大化。
如图1~图3所示,可选的,本发明第二方面的实施例提供了一种电吹风包括:风道组件,壳体组件1包括出风壳体组件11和进风壳体组件12,出风壳体组件11和进风壳体组件12连接,出风壳体组件11和进风壳体组件12围合形成安装腔;加热装置5,加热装置5设置在第二导风装置3上,加热装置5位于第二导风装置3与壳体组件1之间;控制装置,控制装置与马达装置4和加热装置5电连接;把手部6和电源开关,把手部6与壳体组件1连接,把手部6上设置有电源开关,电源开关与控制装置电连接。本申请公开了一种电吹风包括风道组件,壳体组件包括出风壳体组件和进风壳体组件,出风壳体组件和进风壳体组件连接形成安装腔,形成气流流通的通道。加热装置设置在第二导风装置上,加热装置位于第二导风装置与壳体组件之间,加热装置用于将流经过风通道内的空气加热。
进一步的,加热装置的数量为多个,多个加热间隔设置,加热装置径向端与第一安装缺口和/或第二安装缺口相嵌合,可以利用加热装置内部的结构,让马达装置的风吹在加热装置及其他的元件上,可以更好的实现降温降噪。
进一步的,第二导风装置上设置有多个分隔板,多个分隔板间隔设置,多 个分隔板上设置有安装槽,加热装置设置在安装槽上。
控制装置设置在容腔内,控制装置与马达装置电连接,可以更好的实现自动化。还包括把手部和电源开关,把手部与外壳组件连接,把手部上设置有电源开关,电源开关与控制装置电连接。上述实施例中,还包括把手部和电源开关,把手部与外壳组件连接,把手部上设置有电源开关,电源开关与控制装置电连接。可以更好的实现自动化以及通过把手更好的拿取使用。
如图2所示,进一步的,出风壳体组件11包括第一外壳组件111和第二外壳组件112,第二外壳组件112套设在所述第一外壳组件111上,加热装置5位于第二导风装置3和第一外壳组件111之间,第二外壳组件112为隔热材料制成或第二外壳组件112上涂覆隔热材料。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种风道组件,包括:
    壳体组件(1),所述壳体组件内设有安装腔,所述壳体组件(1)设有第一开口(101),所述第一开口(101)与所述安装腔连通;
    第一导风装置(2),所述第一导风装置(2)设置在安装腔内,所述第一导风装置(2)将所述安装腔分隔为两个部分,所述第一导风装置(2)设有过风腔,所述第一导风装置(2)设置有第二开口(201)和第三开口(202),所述第二开口(201)和所述第三开口(202)与所述过风腔(203)连通,所述安装腔的其中一部分经所述第二开口(201)、所述过风腔(203)、所述第三开口(202)后与所述安装腔的另一部分连通;
    第二导风装置(3),所述第二导风装置(3)至少部分经所述第二开口(201)延伸到所述第一导风装置(2)的过风腔(203)内,所述第二导风装置(3)延伸到所述过风腔(203)内的一段为第一导风段(31),所述第一导风段(31)与所述第一导风装置(2)的内壁之间形成第一导风通道(102),所述第二导风装置(3)朝向远离所述第二开口(201)的一端延伸,所述第二导风装置(3)位于所述第一导风装置(2)外的一段为第二导风段(32),所述第二导风装置(3)的所述第二导风段(32)与所述壳体组件(1)之间形成过风通道(103),所述过风腔经所述第二开口(201)与所述过风通道连通,所述第一开口(101)位于所述第二导风装置(3)远离所述第一导风装置(2)的一侧,所述第二导风段(32)延伸到所述第一开口(101)处,所述第二导风段(32)与所述壳体组件(1)的侧壁之间形成出风口(104),所述(104)位于远离所述第一导风段(31)的一侧;
    马达装置(4),所述马达装置(4)与所述第三开口(202)相对设置或所述马达装置(4)至少部分位于所述过风腔内,所述马达装置(4)用于产生由 所述第三开口(202)朝向所述第二开口(201)的气流。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风道组件,其特征在于,所述出风口(104)的宽度大于1.0mm和/或
    所述第二导风装置(3)呈喇叭状。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的风道组件,其特征在于,所述第二导风装置(3)的所述第一导风段(31)和所述第二导风段(32)为环绕轴线(Y)围合形成导风段,所述第二导风装置(3)的横截面沿着远离所述第一导风装置(2)的方向(S)逐渐增大。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的风道组件,其特征在于,所述第一导风装置(2)的所述过风腔与所述第二开口(201)和所述第三开口(202)形成第二过风通道。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的风道组件,其特征在于,
    所述第二过风通道的径向尺寸为18mm~55mm;和/或
    所述第二过风通道的轴向长度3mm~140mm;和/或
    所述第二导风装置(3)延伸到所述第一导风装置(2)的所述第二过风通道的长度为0~90mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的风道组件,其特征在于,所述第一导风装置(2)包括导风件(21)和连接件(22),所述导风件(21)设置在所述连接件(22)上,所述连接件(22)设置在所述壳体组件(2)上,所述导风件(21)上设有第一贯通孔,所述连接件(22)上设有第二贯通孔,所述第一贯通孔和所述第二贯通孔依次连通形成所述过风腔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的风道组件,其特征在于,所述马达装置(4)位于所述第二贯通孔内,所述马达装置(4)一端与所述连接件(22)的内壁相抵, 所述马达装置(4)的另一端与所述导风件(21)相抵。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的风道组件,其特征在于,
    所述导风件(21)包括导风件主体(211)和第一安装件(212),所述第一安装件(212)环绕所述导风件主体(211)设置,所述导风件主体(211)延伸到所述第二贯通孔内,所述导风件主体(211)上设有所述第一贯通孔;和/或
    所述连接件(22)包括连接件主体(221)和第二安装件(222),所述连接件主体(221)设有所述第二贯通孔,所述导风件(21)至少部分延伸到所述第二贯通孔内,所述第二安装件(222)设置在所述连接件主体(221)上,所述第二安装件(222)与所述壳体组件(1)连接。
  9. 一种电吹风,其特征在于,包括:
    权1至权8任意一项所述的风道组件,所述壳体组件(1)包括出风壳体组件(11)和进风壳体组件(12),所述出风壳体组件(11)和所述进风壳体组件(12)连接,所述出风壳体组件(11)和所述进风壳体组件(12)围合形成所述安装腔;
    加热装置(5),所述加热装置(5)设置在所述第二导风装置(3)上,所述加热装置(5)位于所述第二导风装置(3)与所述壳体组件(1)之间;
    控制装置,所述控制装置与所述马达装置(4)和所述加热装置(5)电连接;
    把手部(6)和电源开关,所述把手部(6)与所述壳体组件(1)连接,所述把手部(6)上设置有电源开关,所述电源开关与所述控制装置电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电吹风,其特征在于,所述出风壳体组件(11)包括第一外壳组件(111)和第二外壳组件(112),所述第二外壳组件(112)套设在所述第一外壳组件(111)上,所述加热装置(5)位于所述第二导风装 置(3)和所述第一外壳组件(111)之间,所述第二外壳组件(112)为隔热材料制成或所述第二外壳组件(112)上涂覆隔热材料。
