塑料套在进行加工前需要将其多个放置在放置桶中,通过搬运放置桶至加工处进行后续加工,其将塑料套叠放在放置桶中,需要将放置桶人工放置在叠放机构处,其放置麻烦,效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种具有自动检测装置的塑料套放置桶放置机构,它可以自动将放置桶放置固定并移开,非常方便,自动化程度高。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:

所述进料板的后部顶面固定有连接板,连接板处于提升板的后方,连接板的后壁面上固定有推料气缸,推料气缸的推杆插套在连接板上具有的阶梯通孔的小直径段中,推料气缸的推杆的端 部固定有推料块,推料块插套在阶梯通孔的大直径段中并靠近放置桶的外侧壁。
所述提升板的顶面嵌套并固定有环形永磁铁块,环形永磁铁块吸附在放置桶的底面上。
所述提升板的外侧壁上固定有到导向杆,导向杆插套在进料板上。
所述机架的顶板顶面上固定有导向块,导向块的顶面具有导向槽,导向块的后部的机架的顶板上固定有检测板,检测板上固定有检测气缸,检测气缸的推杆穿过检测板并固定有滑块,滑块插套在导向槽中,滑块上固定有接近开关,接近开关的感应端与放置桶的上部外侧壁上具有的通孔相对应。

工作原理:将放置桶20从进料板13的一侧移动至提升板141处后,通过环形永磁铁块142吸附固定,然后,通过提升气缸14的推杆推动,将放置桶20向上提升插套在耐磨套12中并伸出机架10的顶板,通过放置桶20的提升,然后,检测气缸183的推杆推动,将接近开关174的感应端伸入通孔21处,将塑料套放入放置桶20中,在放入时,可以检测放置桶20中放置塑料套的个数,方便塑料套的数量的检测和统计。
