Abstract

一种密封结构、轮毂电机驱动系统及密封结构中防尘件的装配方法,所述密封结构用于密封第一部件和第二部件之间的径向间隙,所述密封结构包括密封件和防尘件,所述密封件密封于所述径向间隙内,所述防尘件位于所述密封件的轴向外侧,所述防尘件的第一端固定于所述第一部件,相对的第二端沿径向延伸以覆盖所述径向间隙,所述第二端与所述第二部件间隙设置并且在轴向上部分重叠。由于所述防尘件不再设置于所述径向间隙内,使得所述径向间隙的轴向尺寸得以减小,进而使得所述第一部件和所述第二部件的轴向尺寸也因此得以减小,尤其适用于所述轮毂电机驱动系统,有助于减小所述轮毂电机驱动系统的轴向尺寸,并提高所述轮毂电机驱动系统的适用性。
