本申请涉及衣物洗护领域,尤其涉及一种分配器盒、分配器组件、洗涤剂投放装置及洗涤设备。
背景技术
相关技术中,有的洗涤设备的分配器盒中设置有感应浮球,利用浮球来感应分配器盒中的液位。相关技术中,分配器盒的形状较为规则,在分配器盒的底壁凸出一个限位杆,将感应浮球从分配器盒的上方从上至下套在限位杆上。而对于一些形状不规则的分配器盒而言,很难配置感应浮球。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例期望提供一种便于装配浮子的分配器盒、分配器组件、洗涤剂投放装置及洗涤设备。
本申请实施例提供一种分配器盒,包括:
相互独立的盒体以及封板组件,所述盒体的前侧敞开,所述封板组件封闭所述盒体的敞开处,所述盒体和所述封板组件限定出用于盛放洗涤剂的储液腔;
限位件和浮子,所述限位件包括沿上下方向延伸的导向杆,所述浮子 可移动地套设于所述导向杆上,所述限位件和所述浮子均能够从所述盒体的敞开处置入所述盒体内。
一些实施方案中,所述限位件包括与所述导向杆连接的第一插接部,所述盒体内部设置有第二插接部;所述第一插接部和所述第二插接部沿前后方向插接配合。
一些实施方案中,所述第一插接部和所述第二插接部的其中之一为柱体,其中另一设置有插接腔,所述柱体插入所述插接腔内。
一些实施方案中,第二插接部为沿前后延伸的柱体,所述第一插接部为套筒,所述柱体插入所述套筒内,所述套筒的周向侧壁设置有多个定位槽,所述柱体的周向表面设置有定位凸起,所述定位凸起卡入所述定位槽中。
一些实施方案中,第二插接部为沿前后延伸的柱体,所述第一插接部为套筒,所述柱体插入所述套筒内,所述套筒设置有第一连接孔,所述柱体设置有螺纹孔,螺钉穿过所述第一连接孔并拧入所述螺纹孔内。
一些实施方案中,所述第一插接部设置于所述导向杆的顶端,所述导向杆的底端部与所述储液腔的底表面间隔设置。
一些实施方案中,所述盒体为一体成型的塑料件。
本申请实施例提供一种分配器组件,包括:
洗涤剂盒,所述洗涤剂盒设置有出液接头;
以及本申请任意实施例所述的分配器盒,所述分配器盒可抽拉地设置于所述洗涤剂盒中;
所述盒体的后侧设置有出液口,所述出液口和所述出液接头沿前后方向可分离地插拔配合,当所述出液口和所述出液接头处于插接配合状态,所述储液腔中的洗涤剂能够经所述出液口和所述出液接头排出所述洗涤剂盒。
一些实施方案中,所述洗涤剂盒为一体成型的塑料件。
一些实施方案中,所述封板组件包括衬板以及装饰板,所述封板组件通过所述衬板封闭所述盒体的敞开处,所述装饰板设置于所述衬板背离所述储液腔的一侧。
一些实施方案中,所述盒体包括顶壁、底壁、左侧壁、右侧壁以及后壁,所述顶壁、所述底壁、所述左侧壁、所述右侧壁以及所述后壁共同限定出所述盒体的外观轮廓;所述盒体还包括间隔壁,所述间隔壁连接在所述顶壁和所述底壁之间,且将所述盒体内的空间间隔出右两个所述储液腔;所述后壁、所述左侧壁以及所述底壁限定的左侧角落位于左侧的所述储液腔的最低位置处,所述后壁的位于所述左侧角落的部位设置有至少一个出液口;和/或,所述后壁、所述右侧壁以及所述底壁限定的右侧角落位于右侧的所述储液腔的最低位置处,所述后壁的位于所述右侧角落的部位设置有至少一个出液口。

本申请实施例提供一种洗涤剂投放装置,包括投放盒、抽液泵以及本申请任意实施例所述的分配器组件,所述分配器组件位于所述投放盒的外部,所述抽液泵的进液口与所述出液接头连通,所述抽液泵用于将洗涤剂泵送至所述投放盒内。
本申请实施例提供一种洗涤设备,包括机体以及本申请任意实施例所述的洗涤剂投放装置,所述洗涤剂投放装置设置在所述机体中。
本申请实施例的分配器盒,装配过程中,在限位件装入盒体之前,先 将浮子套设在导向杆上形成一个预装整体,再将该预装整体一起从盒体的敞开处置入盒体内,并将限位件固定在盒体内,随后再将封板组件封闭在盒体的敞开处。
本申请实施例的分配器盒,无论盒体的形状如何,限位件均能顺畅地从盒体的前侧置入盒体内,不影响限位件的装配;在装配前可以先将浮子套在导向杆上,因此,不需要再储液腔的狭小空间中对浮子和导向杆进行装配,提升装配效率;此外,由于限位件和盒体作为两个独立的零部件,无论盒体的结构如何变化,只需要对限位件的设计做适应性设计变更即可,即使在某些场合下需要将分配器盒相对水平面倾斜安装,也可以通过限位件的结构设计变更,保障装配后的导向杆保持竖向位置,提升浮子上下移动的可靠性。

下面结合附图和实施例对本申请的实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本申请,但不能用来限制本申请的范围。
在本申请实施例的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、 “后”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请实施例和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请实施例的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
请参阅图1和图2,本申请实施例提供一种分配器盒100,用于洗涤设备。
本申请实施例提供还提供一种分配器组件1000,请参阅图1和图2,包括洗涤剂盒200以及本申请任意实施例的分配器盒100,分配器盒100可抽拉地设置于洗涤剂盒200内。
当需要向分配器盒100中添加洗涤剂时,将分配器盒100从洗涤剂盒200中抽拉出来,向分配器盒100中添加洗涤剂,添加结束后,再将分配器盒100推入洗涤剂盒200中即可。
需要说明的是,洗涤剂为流体,例如,可以是洗衣液、柔顺剂、消毒剂、芳香剂等。洗涤剂可以是粘度较大的流体,也可以是粘度较小的流体,只要具有流动属性即可。
请参阅图2,分配器盒100包括盒体1、封板组件、限位件3和浮子4。
盒体1和封板组件相互独立。需要说明的是,所述的相互独立指的是,盒体1和封板组件作为独立的零部件进行装配。
请参阅图2和图6,盒体1的前侧敞开。请参阅图1和图3,封板组件封闭盒体1的敞开处,盒体1和封板组件限定出用于盛放洗涤剂的储液腔1a(参照图5)。
储液腔1a的容量可以供多次衣物洗涤所需的洗涤剂用量,例如,5次、10次、20次等。用户可以一次性向储液腔1a中添加多次洗涤所需的洗涤剂,无需每次在洗涤衣物之前向分配器盒100添加洗涤剂,减少用户添加 洗涤剂的频次,提升用户体验感。
限位件3包括沿上下方向延伸的导向杆31,浮子4可移动地套设于导向杆31上,也就是说,浮子4可以沿导向杆31上下移动。具体地,浮子4漂浮在洗涤剂的液面上,当洗涤剂的液面高度下降时,浮子4沿着导向杆31向下移动。导向杆31为浮子4的运动起到导向作用,提升浮子4检测洗涤剂液位的可靠性。
限位件3和套设在导向杆31上的浮子4均能够从盒体1的敞开处置入盒体1内,也就是说,盒体1的敞开处的大小尺寸需要保证限位件3和浮子4能够从敞开处装配进入盒体1内。
需要说明的是,限位件3装配至盒体1内后,限位件3被固定于盒体1内。也就是说,限位件3与盒体1的相对位置确定,盒体1为限位件3提供安装空间。
本申请实施例的分配器盒100,装配过程中,在限位件3装入盒体1之前,先将浮子4套设在导向杆31上形成一个预装整体,再将该预装整体一起从盒体1的敞开处置入盒体1内,并将限位件3固定在盒体1内,随后再将封板组件封闭在盒体1的敞开处。
本申请实施例的分配器盒100,无论盒体1的形状如何,限位件3均能顺畅地从盒体1的前侧置入盒体1内,不影响限位件3的装配;在装配前可以先将浮子4套在导向杆31上,因此,不需要再储液腔1a的狭小空间中对浮子4和导向杆31进行装配,提升装配效率;此外,由于限位件3和盒体1作为两个独立的零部件,无论盒体1的结构如何变化,只需要对限位件3的设计做适应性设计变更即可,即使在某些场合下需要将分配器盒100相对水平面倾斜安装,也可以通过限位件3的结构设计变更,保障装配后的导向杆31保持竖向位置,提升浮子4上下移动的可靠性。
相关技术中,在盒体的顶壁额外设置一个小的安装孔,该安装孔不能 太大,否则会影响分配器盒的结构强度和密封性能,装配时,将限位针从安装孔从上至下穿过安装孔,再将浮子置入储液腔内,且在储液腔内将浮子套在限位针上。但盒体的空间比较小,装配人员的手无法伸入储液腔内,需要使用其他尺寸较小的辅助工具才能将浮子套在限位针上,如此极大了装配难度,需要较长的装配时间,装配效率较低。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,浮子4可以采用现有技术中的检测原理来实现液位检测。
储液腔1a的数量不限,可以是一个或者多个。本申请实施例中,多个指的是两个或两个以上。
在储液腔1a的数量为多个的实施例中,各储液腔1a之间互不相通。
限位件3与盒体1的连接方式不限。
示例性地,请参阅图5,限位件3包括与导向杆31连接的第一插接部32,盒体1内部设置有第二插接部17;一插接部32和第二插接部17沿前后方向插接配合。
装配过程中,将限位件3从前向后置入盒体1内,并继续向后推动限位件3直至第一插接部32插接在第二插接部17上,如此能够使得限位件3快速装配至正确位置,第一插接部32和第二插接部17的插接方向与限位件3装入盒体1内的装配方向一致,装配动作能够一步到位,节约装配时间,提升装配效率。
第一插接部32和第二插接部17的具体结构不限。
示例性地,请参阅图5、图7和图8,第一插接部32和第二插接部17的其中之一为柱体,其中另一设置有插接腔32a,柱体插入插接腔32a内。例如,一些实施例中,第一插接部32为柱体,第二插接部17设置有插接腔32a;另一些实施例中,第二插接部17为柱体,第一插接部32设置有插接腔32a。
柱体和插接腔32a的插接配合方式能够实现第一插接部32和第二插接部17的快速对准,即使盲插也能快速插接到正确位置,进一步提升装配效率。
示例性地,第二插接部17为沿前后延伸的柱体,第一插接部32为套筒,套筒朝向第二插接部17的一端敞开,套筒内的空间为插接腔32a,柱体插入套筒内。
示例性地,请参阅图7和图8,套筒的周向侧壁设置有多个定位槽32b,各定位槽32b大致沿柱体的长度方向延伸,且各定位槽32b贯穿套筒的后端面。柱体的周向表面设置有定位凸起,当柱体插入插接腔32a的过程中,定位凸起卡入定位槽32b中。定位凸起和定位槽32b的配合能够使得限位件3以正确地角度装配在柱体上,保障导向杆31在装配后处于竖直方向。
具体地,如果限位件3上的定位槽32b未对准定位凸起,则限位件3无法插接在柱体上,此时,装配人员可以稍微转动限位件3,当定位槽32b对准定位凸起时,限位件3即可插接在柱体上。
需要说明的是,一些实施例中,第一插接部32和第二插接部17可以只通过插接实现相对位置的固定,而不需要增加其他紧固方式。
示例性地,一些实施例中,套筒的周向侧壁设置有止退勾,柱体的周向表面设置有凸起,当柱体插入插接腔32a后,止退勾卡在凸起上,防止柱体脱离插接腔32a。
另一些实施例中,请参阅图5、图7和图8,套筒设置有第一连接孔32c,具体地,第一连接孔32c位于套筒的前侧的筒底上,柱体设置有螺纹孔17a,螺钉穿过第一连接孔32c并拧入螺纹孔17a内,如此,能够进一步提升限位件3和盒体1的连接可靠性,防止限位件3脱离第二插接部17。
需要说明的是,第一插接部32与导向杆31的连接位置不限,两者的连接位置处可以位于导向杆31沿高度方向的任意位置处。
示例性地,请参阅图7和图8,第一插接部32设置于导向杆31的顶端,导向杆31的底端部与储液腔1a的底表面间隔设置。一方面,能够使得浮子4在导向杆31上具有较大的竖向运动行程,另一方面,导向杆31不与储液腔1a的底表面接触,不论储液腔1a的底表面形状如何,均不会对导向杆31的装配产生影响。
需要说明的是,浮子4能够向下移动至与储液腔1a的底表面接触,也就是说,由储液腔1a的底表面对浮子4进行极限限位,使得浮子4不会从导向杆31的下方脱离导向杆31。
示例性地,请参阅图2,封板组件包括衬板2以及装饰板5,封板组件通过衬板2封闭盒体1的敞开处,装饰板5设置于衬板2背离储液腔1a的一侧。也就是说,装饰板5位于封板组件2的前侧。
衬板2与盒体1的连接方式不限,只要使得衬板2与盒体1的连接处不漏水即可,以保证储液腔1a的密封性能。例如,衬板2与盒体1采用超声波焊接、熔接、热板焊接等方式连接。
装饰板5具有装饰功能,其无需考虑其结构强度、密度、焊接等属性,因此,装饰板5可以根据需求制成各种所需的工艺造型,例如,在颜色、质感、材质、图案等方面可以根据设计需求而变化。
装饰板5的形状与衬板2的形状基本相同,装饰板5基本覆盖了整个衬板2,也就是说,衬板2不会暴露于分配器盒100的外观面,用户不会看到衬板2。
一些实施例中,盒体1为一体成型的塑料件,盒体1作为一个单独的零部件进行装配,能够减少零件数量,能够减少装配工序。
盒体1的具体构造不限。
示例性地,请参阅图6,盒体1包括顶壁11、底壁12、左侧壁13、右侧壁14以及后壁15。顶壁11、底壁12、左侧壁13、右侧壁14以及后壁 15共同限定出盒体1的外观轮廓。
示例性地,盒体1包括连接在顶壁11和底壁12之间的一个间隔壁16,间隔壁16将盒体1内的空间分隔出左右两个相互独立的储液腔1a,也就是说,该实施例中,储液腔1a的数量为两个,两个储液腔1a互不相通。
示例性地,后壁15、左侧壁13以及底壁12限定的左侧角落位于左侧的储液腔1a的最低位置处,如此,当左侧的储液腔1a中的洗涤剂的量较少时,洗涤剂会汇集至左侧角落处。后壁15的位于左侧角落的部位设置有出液口,左侧的储液腔1a中的洗涤剂从该出液口排出。该实施例中,该出液口基本位于左侧的储液腔1a的最低位置处,即使洗涤剂的量较少时,洗涤剂也能从出液口排出。
示例性地,后壁15、右侧壁14以及底壁12限定的右侧角落位于右侧的储液腔1a的最低位置处,如此,当右侧的储液腔1a中的洗涤剂的量较少时,洗涤剂会汇集至右侧角落处。后壁15的位于右侧角落的部位设置有另一个出液口。右侧的储液腔1a中的洗涤剂从该出液口排出。该实施例中,该出液口基本位于右侧的储液腔1a的最低位置处,即使洗涤剂的量较少时,洗涤剂也能从出液口排出。
示例性地,请参阅图6,顶壁11为弧形壁,沿分配器盒100的左右方向,顶壁11的中间部位高于其左、右两端的部位。也就是说,顶壁11大致呈中间高两边低的拱形构造。
底壁12的中间部位高于其左右两端的部位。可以理解的是,沿从前至后的方向,底壁12逐渐向下倾斜。
柱体设置于后壁15上。其中一个浮球4能够抵靠于底壁12位于左侧角落的部位,另一个浮球4能够抵靠于底壁12位于右侧角落的部位。具体地,当储液腔中的洗涤剂的量较少时,浮球4抵靠在底壁12上,底壁12对浮球4起到限位作用。由于浮球4均设置于较低位置处,使得浮球4能 够较为准确地检测液位,发出洗涤剂不足的信息,提醒用户及时添加洗涤剂。
示例性地,请参阅图6,盒体1的顶壁11设置有注液口1b,用户从注液口1b向储液腔1a添加洗涤剂。分配器盒100包括盖设置于注液口1b处的加液盖,加液盖用于打开或关闭注液口1b。
例如,需要添加洗涤剂时,将加液盖打开,从注液口1b处添加洗涤剂,添加结束后,再将加液盖盖住注液口1b。
注液口1b的数量不少于储液腔1a的数量,每个储液腔1a均至少对应有一个注液口1b。
注液口1b的大小和尺寸需要便于用户添加洗涤剂。
示例性地,洗涤剂盒200为一体成型的塑料件。也就是说,装配过程中,洗涤剂盒200作为一个零部件进行装配。
示例性地,洗涤剂盒200设置有出液接头;盒体1的后侧设置有出液口,出液口和出液接头沿前后方向可分离地插拔配合。当分配器盒100从洗涤剂盒200中抽出来时,出液口与出液接头分离。需要说明的是,此时,即使储液腔1a内仍有洗涤剂,洗涤剂也不会从出液口流出来。
当出液口和出液接头处于插接配合状态,储液腔1a中的洗涤剂能够经出液口和出液接头排出洗涤剂盒200。也就是说,来自分配器盒100的洗涤剂不会在洗涤剂盒200内存放,而是直接从出液接头排出,洗涤剂盒200不会进水,洗涤剂和水不会在洗涤剂盒200内混合,因此,洗涤剂盒200的结构紧凑、简单,不会占用较大的安装空间。
本申请实施例提供一种洗涤剂投放装置,包括投放盒、抽液泵以及本申请任意实施例的分配器组件1000。
其中,分配器组件1000位于投放盒的外部,如此,投放盒和分配器组件1000互不限制、互不干涉,投放盒可以安装于机体内的合适位置,分配 器组件1000安装于便于用户抽拉的位置,如此,可以提升洗涤剂投放装置的设计灵活性和安装灵活性。
抽液泵的进液口与出液接头连通,抽液泵用于将洗涤剂泵送至投放盒内。具体地,投放盒设置有进水口、混水槽以及出水口,出液接头通过管路与抽液泵的进液口连通,抽液泵工作时,在管路和出液接头中产生负压,储液腔1a中的洗涤剂在负压作用下被抽吸至管路中,并被抽液泵泵送至混水槽中,来自进水口的水流进入混水槽中与洗涤剂混合,混合后的水流经出水口进入洗涤设备的筒体组件内。
本申请实施例提供一种洗涤设备,包括机体以及本申请任一实施例的洗涤剂投放装置,洗涤剂投放装置设置于机体中。
洗涤设备的具体类型不限,例如,可以是洗衣设备或洗鞋设备。其中,洗衣设备可以是洗衣机、洗干一体机。
示例性的,机体包括箱体以及设置于箱体内的多个筒体组件,多个筒体组件沿高度方向布置,也就是说,洗涤设备为多桶式结构形式。上述的洗涤剂投放装置用于向其中一个筒体组件投放洗涤剂,或者,用于向各个筒体组件投放洗涤剂。

  1. 一种分配器盒,包括:
    相互独立的盒体以及封板组件,所述盒体的前侧敞开,所述封板组件封闭所述盒体的敞开处,所述盒体和所述封板组件限定出用于盛放洗涤剂的储液腔;
    限位件和浮子,所述限位件包括沿上下方向延伸的导向杆,所述浮子可移动地套设于所述导向杆上,所述限位件和所述浮子均能够从所述盒体的敞开处置入所述盒体内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器盒,所述限位件包括与所述导向杆连接的第一插接部,所述盒体内部设置有第二插接部;所述第一插接部和所述第二插接部沿前后方向插接配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的分配器盒,所述第一插接部和所述第二插接部的其中之一为柱体,其中另一设置有插接腔,所述柱体插入所述插接腔内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的分配器盒,第二插接部为沿前后延伸的柱体,所述第一插接部为套筒,所述柱体插入所述套筒内,所述套筒的周向侧壁设置有多个定位槽,所述柱体的周向表面设置有定位凸起,所述定位凸起卡入所述定位槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的分配器盒,第二插接部为沿前后延伸的柱体,所述第一插接部为套筒,所述柱体插入所述套筒内,所述套筒设置有第一连接孔,所述柱体设置有螺纹孔,螺钉穿过所述第一连接孔并拧入所述螺纹孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的分配器盒,所述第一插接部设置于所述导向杆的顶端,所述导向杆的底端部与所述储液腔的底表面间隔设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器盒,所述盒体为一体成型的塑料件。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器盒,所述封板组件包括衬板以及装饰板,所述封板组件通过所述衬板封闭所述盒体的敞开处,所述装饰板设置于所述衬板背离所述储液腔的一侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器盒,所述盒体包括顶壁、底壁、左侧壁、右侧壁以及后壁,所述顶壁、所述底壁、所述左侧壁、所述右侧壁以及所述后壁共同限定出所述盒体的外观轮廓;所述盒体还包括间隔壁,所述间隔壁连接在所述顶壁和所述底壁之间,且将所述盒体内的空间间隔出左右两个所述储液腔;
    所述后壁、所述左侧壁以及所述底壁限定的左侧角落位于左侧的所述储液腔的最低位置处,所述后壁位于所述左侧角落的部位设置有出液口;和/或,所述后壁、所述右侧壁以及所述底壁限定的右侧角落位于右侧的所述储液腔的最低位置处,所述后壁的位于所述右侧角落的部位设置有另一个出液口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的分配器盒,沿所述分配器盒的左右方向,所述顶壁的中间部位高于其左、右两端的部位,所述底壁的中间部位高于其左右两端的部位;所述柱体设置于所述后壁上,其中一个所述浮球能够抵靠于所述底壁位于所述左侧角落的部位,另一个所述浮球能够抵靠于所述底壁位于所述右侧角落的部位。
  11. 一种分配器组件,包括:
    洗涤剂盒,所述洗涤剂盒设置有出液接头;
    以及权利要求1-10任一项所述的分配器盒,所述分配器盒可抽拉地设置于所述洗涤剂盒中;

  12. 根据权利要求11所述的分配器组件,所述洗涤剂盒为一体成型的塑料件。
  13. 一种洗涤剂投放装置,包括投放盒、抽液泵以及权利要求11或12所述的分配器组件,所述分配器组件位于所述投放盒的外部,所述抽液泵的进液口与所述出液接头连通,所述抽液泵用于将洗涤剂泵送至所述投放盒内。
  14. 一种洗涤设备,包括机体以及权利要求13所述的洗涤剂投放装置,所述洗涤剂投放装置设置在所述机体中。
