本实施例的抽取装置6为双出口泵,如图2至图4所示,连接模块4上设有两 个第一通孔402,每个第一通孔402分别与双出口泵的一个出口对应设置,盒本体11上设有两个第二通孔110,每个第二通孔110分别与一个第一通孔402连通,使得双出口泵的两个出口分别通过相应的第二通孔110与盒本体11连通,当该双出口泵正转时,能够将一个流道401内的处理剂抽至盒本体11内;当该双出口泵反转时,能够将另一个流道401内的处理剂抽至盒本体11内。在其他实施例中,抽取装置6还可以为其他抽吸功能的设备,具体根据用户的实际需求选定。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例的连接模块4、负压传感器5及抽取装置6设置在处理剂盒1的外侧。在其他实施例中,还可以将连接模块4、负压传感器5及抽取装置6设置在处理剂盒1的内侧,具体根据实际需要进行设置。
本实施例提供的带有容积可变容器的处理剂投放装置,由于处理剂盛放在与外界环境隔绝的处理剂腔室内,处理剂腔室内不易滋生细菌,即使洗衣机长时间不使用,处理剂腔室中的处理剂也不会干涸导致管路堵塞,连接模块4不但起到密封抽取装置6的进口和处理剂腔室的出口作用,还使密封抽取装置6的进口和处理剂腔室的出口连通,与相关技术相比,缩短了抽取装置6的吸液行程,使得处理剂投放装置的体积更小,减小了处理剂投放装置的占用空间,当容积可变容器3内的处理剂被用完时,由于流道401与外界环境隔绝,使得流道401内的压力急剧降低,当负压传感器5检测到的压力小于预设压力时发出报警信号,从而提醒使用者及时更换容积可变容器3。
如图1所示,本实施例的处理剂盒1包括盒本体11和盒盖12,如图1和图5所示,盒盖12上设有进水孔1201和与进水孔1201连通的多个喷孔1202,本实施例的多个喷孔1202相当于相关技术中的花洒结构,经进水孔1201流入盒盖12内的水能够从喷孔1202喷出并将抽取装置6抽出的处理剂冲入盒本体11内,进而流入洗衣机的洗衣桶内。在其他实施例中,若是用于洗碗机或者其他洗涤物品的机器中,盒本体11内带有处理剂的水能够流至相应的洗涤筒内,进而实现对相应物品的洗涤。
如图3和图4所示,本实施例的连接模块4的顶端设有与流道401连通的连接管411,负压传感器5的检测口与连接管411密封连接。如图4所示,本实施例的流道401包括与容积可变容器3连通的处理剂流道4011和与连接管411连通的安全流道4012,安全流道4012的底端设有与处理剂流道4011连通的开口40121,安全流道4012的顶端高于处理剂流道4011且低于连接管411,即使处理剂流道4011内的处理剂通过开口40121进入安全通道,处理剂也不会直接流入与负压传感器 5连接的连接管411,降低了因处理剂进入连接管411并与负压传感器5接触导致负压传感器5发生损坏的可能性,提升了负压传感器5的安全性。
如图4所示,本实施例的安全流道4012的底面为斜面,开口40121位于斜面的底端。即使处理剂进入安全通道,一旦处理剂通道内的液面下降,安全通道内的处理剂能够沿斜面的底端流回处理剂通道,使得安全流道4012内的处理剂被彻底排入处理剂通道,降低了安全通道内残留处理剂的可能性。
本实施例的连接管411的容量为第一体积,连接模块4包括与容积可变容器3连接的接头421,接头421与流道401连通,接头421内插入部分容积可变容器3前后的容量变化量为第二体积,第二体积小于第一体积。在一实施例中,接头421内未插入容积可变容器3时,接头421内部的容量为第三体积,与容积可变容器3连接后的容量为第四体积,由于部分容积可变容器3插入接头421内,使得接头421的容量缩小,即第四体积小于第三体积,且第三体积与第四体积的差值为第二体积。
在一实施例中,当接头421未与容积可变容器3连接时,接头421和流道401内有处理剂,且此时接头421的容量较大,接头421内装有较多的处理剂,将容积可变容器3与接头421连接时,容积可变容器3的部分结构插入接头421内,使得接头421的容量缩小,这一变化量为第二体积,使得第二体积的处理剂被容积可变容器3压入流道401内,进而连接管411内的空气被压缩,限定第二体积小于第一体积能够防止流道401和接头421内的处理剂通过连接管411与负压传感器5接触,降低了处理剂与负压传感器5接触而损坏负压传感器5的可能性,延长了负压传感器5的使用寿命,增加了该带有容积可变容器的处理剂投放装置的使用年限。
如图3所示,本实施例的连接模块4包括密封连接的第一连接件41和第二连接件42,第一连接件41上形成有连接管411,即连接管411与第一连接件41一体成型设置。本实施例的第一连接件41和第二连接件42为塑料件且第一连接件41和第二连接件42通过焊接密封连接。在其他实施例中,第一连接件41和第二连接件42还可以通过塑料膜36并采用固定连接的方式实现第一连接件41和第二连接件42的密封连接,或者,采用3D打印技术直接打印出连接模块4,具体加工方式根据实际需求选定。
如图2和图7所示,本实施例的容积可变容器3包括筒体31和可滑动设置在筒体31内的活塞34,活塞34将筒体31的腔室分割为隔绝的第一连通腔室311和处理 剂腔室37,筒体31的第一端设有与处理剂腔室37连通的处理剂出口,筒体31的第二端设有连通第一连通腔室311和外界环境的第一连通口310,如图2所示,抽取装置6抽取处理剂腔室37内的处理剂时,随着处理剂的减少,处理剂腔室37内的处理剂对活塞34的压力小于第一连通腔室311内的空气对活塞34的压力,即活塞34的两侧存在压力差,此时活塞34在第一连通腔室311内的空气的作用下朝向处理剂出口的方向移动,使得处理剂腔室37的体积随处理剂的减少而减小。为了更好的观察处理剂腔室37内的处理剂的容量,筒体31为透明筒,透明筒上标注有刻度。
在其他实施例中,如图6所示,该容积可变容器3包括安装固定结构32和设置在安装固定结构32内的袋装处理剂33,安装固定结构32可拆卸安装在放置槽20内且设置为支撑袋装处理剂33,袋装处理剂33的外接口330与流道401连通,安装固定结构32设置为将袋装处理剂33的袋体限定在分配器盒2的放置槽20内。其中,安装固定结构32包括第一安装体321和第二安装体322,第一安装体321上设有第一定位部3211,第二安装体322能够连接于第一安装体321上,第二安装体322上设有第二定位部3221,第一安装体321和第二安装体322中的至少一个上设有容置腔,第二安装体322连接于第一安装体321上时,第一定位部3211和第二定位部3221能够夹持定位袋装处理剂33的外接口330,以使外接口330与流道401连通。安装固定结构32能够安装袋装处理剂33,实现了对袋装处理剂33的支撑,避免了袋装处理剂33的袋体太软不便在分配器盒2中固定的问题,使袋装处理剂33能够通过该安装固定结构32固定于配器盒2中并与流道401连通,使用方便,用户体验感较好,需要说明的是,该容积可变容器3的第一安装体321和第二安装体322为可拆卸连接,安装固定结构32可循环使用。在其他实施例中,该第一安装体321和第二安装体322还可以为一体成型结构,即安装固定结构32为一体成型件,袋装处理剂33设置在安装固定结构32内,更换时,将安装固定结构32和袋装处理剂33整体更换。
在其他实施例中,如图8所示,还可以是容积可变容器3包括容纳筒35,容纳筒35的形状为固定形状,容纳筒35的容纳腔室的体积固定不变,容纳筒35内设有沿自身长度方向延伸且形状可变的塑料膜36,处理剂出口的四周与容纳筒35的内壁密封连接,该塑料膜36将容纳筒35的容纳腔室分为隔绝的处理剂腔室37和第二连通腔室351,处理剂腔室37的出口与流道401连通,容纳筒35上设有连通第二连通腔室351和外界环境的第二连通口350,当处理剂腔室37内装满处 理剂时,处理剂腔室37的体积最大,第二连通腔室351的体积最小,随着处理剂的减少,处理剂腔室37的体积逐渐减小,塑料膜36随处理剂腔室37的体积的减小而移动,空气逐渐通过第二连通口350进入第二连通腔室351内,使得第二连通腔室351的体积逐渐增大,且处理剂腔室37的体积与第二连通腔室351的体积的和为容纳筒35的总体积。为了便于查看容纳筒35内处理剂的多少,该容纳筒35可以设置为透明的塑料筒,塑料膜36可以设置为带颜色的塑料膜36。在其他实施例中,容纳筒35也可以为非透明的塑料筒,塑料膜36也可以为透明膜,具体根据用户的实际需求设置。
本实施例中的处理剂应当进行广义的理解,既可以为洗衣液、柔顺剂等日常生活中用于衣物清洗的处理剂,还可以为消毒剂、漂白剂等对衣物具有处理作用的处理剂,具体根据用户的实际需求选定。
本实施例还提供一种洗衣机,包括本方案所述的带有容积可变容器的处理剂投放装置。
本实施例提供的洗衣机具有处理剂不易滋生细菌、处理剂管路不会堵塞、体积较小和能够提醒使用者及时更换容积可变容器3的特点。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种处理剂投放装置,包括处理剂盒(1)、分配器盒(2)、容积可变容器(3)、连接模块(4)、负压传感器(5)及抽取装置(6),所述分配器盒(2)设置在所述处理剂盒(1)内且所述分配器盒(2)内上设有放置槽(20),所述容积可变容器(3)可拆卸放置在所述放置槽(20)内且所述容积可变容器(3)内限定出盛放处理剂的处理剂腔室(37),所述处理剂腔室(37)与外界环境隔绝且所述处理剂腔室(37)的体积随处理剂的减少而同步缩小,所述连接模块(4)位于所述抽取装置(6)和所述容积可变容器(3)之间,所述连接模块(4)内限定出与外界环境隔绝的流道(401),且所述流道(401)分别与所述处理剂腔室(37)、所述抽取装置(6)的进口及所述负压传感器(5)密封连接,所述负压传感器(5)设置为检测所述流道(401)的压力并在所述压力小于预设压力时发出报警信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的处理剂投放装置,其中,所述连接模块(4)的顶端设有与所述流道(401)连通的连接管(411),所述负压传感器(5)的检测口与所述连接管(411)密封连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的处理剂投放装置,其中,所述流道(401)包括与所述容积可变容器(3)连通的处理剂流道(4011)和与所述连接管(411)连通的安全流道(4012),所述安全流道(4012)的底端设有与所述处理剂流道(4011)连通的开口(40121),所述安全流道(4012)的顶端高于所述处理剂流道(4011)且低于所述连接管(411)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的处理剂投放装置,其中,所述安全流道(4012)的底面为斜面,所述开口(40121)位于所述斜面的底端。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的处理剂投放装置,其中,所述连接管(411)的容量为第一体积,所述连接模块(4)包括与所述容积可变容器(3)连接的接头(421),所述接头(421)与所述流道(401)连通,所述接头(421)内插入部分所述容积可变容器(3)前后的容量变化量为第二体积,所述第二体积小于所述第一体积。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的处理剂投放装置,其中,所述流道(401)的个数为至少两个,至少两个所述流道(401)隔绝设置,每个所述流道(401)与一个所述容积可变容器(3)连通。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的处理剂投放装置,其中,所述连接模块(4)包括密封连接的第一连接件(41)和第二连接件(42),所述第一连接件(41)上形 成有所述连接管(411)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的处理剂投放装置,其中,所述处理剂盒(1)包括盒本体(11)和盒盖(12),所述盒盖(12)上设有进水孔(1201)和与所述进水孔(1201)连通的多个喷孔(1202),所述喷孔(1202)设置为喷出经所述进水孔(1201)流入所述盒盖(12)内的水,并将所述抽取装置(6)抽出的处理剂冲入所述盒本体(11)内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的处理剂投放装置,其中,所述容积可变容器(3)包括筒体(31)和可滑动设置在所述筒体(31)内的活塞(34),所述活塞(34)将所述筒体(31)的腔室分割为隔绝的连通腔室和所述处理剂腔室(37),所述筒体(31)的第一端设有与所述处理剂腔室(37)连通的处理剂出口,所述筒体(31)的第二端设有连通所述连通腔室和外界环境的连通口,所述活塞设置为当所述抽取装置(6)抽取所述处理剂腔室内的处理剂时,能够朝向所述处理剂出口的方向移动,以使所述处理剂腔室(37)的体积随所述处理剂的减少而减小。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的处理剂投放装置,其中,所述容积可变容器(3)包括安装固定结构(32)和设置在所述安装固定结构(32)内的袋装处理剂(33),所述安装固定结构(32)可拆卸安装在所述放置槽(20)内且设置为支撑所述袋装处理剂(33),所述袋装处理剂(33)的外接口(330)与所述流道(401)连通。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的处理剂投放装置,其中,所述容积可变容器(3)包括容纳筒(35)和设置在容纳筒(35)内且形状可变的塑料膜(36),所述塑料膜(36)沿所述容纳筒(35)的长度方向延伸且所述塑料膜(36)四周与所述容纳筒(35)的内壁密封连接,所述塑料膜(36)将所述容纳筒(35)的容纳腔室分为隔绝的所述处理剂腔室(37)和连通腔室,所述处理剂腔室(37)的出口与所述流道(401)连通,所述容纳筒(35)上设有连通所述连通腔室和外界环境的连通口。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的处理剂投放装置,其中,所述连接模块(4)、所述负压传感器(5)及所述抽取装置(6)设置在所述处理剂盒(1)的外侧。
  13. 一种洗衣机,包括如权利要求1-12任一项所述的带有容积可变容器的处理剂投放装置。
