当然,在实际使用中,可以采用封堵装置将排水口4封堵,以防止容纳在容纳腔内的洗涤用品漏出,而在需要清洗时并在清洗完成后,可以将封堵装置拆卸下,将清洗水从排水口4排出。比如,进一步地,该洗涤用品容纳盒包括设置在排水口4上的密封排水装置,其中,密封排水装置能够密封排水口4。
密封排水装置可以为自动排水装置,比如水泵,例如,水泵的排水管穿过排水口4伸入到容纳腔内,在清洗完成后,启动水泵将清洗水抽出,此时,排水口4的位置可以形成在任何位置处;
或者,进一步地,为了降低成本,便于清洗水排出,排水口4形成在容纳腔2的最低位置处。此时,密封排水装置可以为阀,比如开关阀,排水口和开关阀可以设置在容纳腔的底壁上,这样,在清洗完成后,用户可以手动开启阀,比如可以将手伸入到容纳腔内开启阀,从而清洗水通过阀排出。
或者,为了更进一步降低成本,并简化结构,如图2所示的,密封排水装置为密封塞5,其中,密封塞5可拆卸地和排水口4装配。这样,在清洗完成后,用户将手穿过盒体1的敞开的上部伸入到容纳腔2内,将密封塞5拔出,并在清洗水排放完后,再将密封塞5塞入到排水口4内。
当然,应当理解的是,本发明的洗涤用品容纳盒中,容纳腔2的数量可以根据实际需求来设定,比如,容纳腔2可以为一个,或者,盒体1形成有多个相互隔离的容纳腔2,比如图2中所示的两个,以容纳洗涤液和柔顺剂,其中,每个容纳腔2形成有各自的排出口3和排水口4。
另外,如图1所示的,盒体1的敞开上部盖合有盒盖6,其中,盒盖6形成有与容纳腔2对应的敞开口7。这样,通过盒盖7,可以避免外部杂质进入到容纳腔内,当然,在实际使用中,用户可以通过敞开口7向容纳腔2内补充洗涤用品,并在补充完成后,敞开口7是被封盖的。
进一步地,如上所述的,在设置有盒盖7的情形下,用户可以将盒盖7取下并可以将手伸入到容纳腔2内,或者,在密封排水装置为密封塞5的情形下,敞开口7的尺寸大小设置为允许用户的手穿过敞开口7以拆装密封塞5。这样,在清洗时,用户可以不用讲盒盖7取下,而可以直接将手通过敞开口7伸入到容纳腔2内进行清洗,并可以拆装密封塞5。
另外,如图1所示的,由于在实际使用中,容纳腔2是处于封盖状态的,因此,为了便于容纳腔2内的洗涤用品顺畅的根据所需排出,优选地,盒盖6上设置有与容纳腔2对应连通的单向透气装置8。这样,在抽取容纳腔2内的洗涤用品时,容纳腔2内的压力下降,此时,单向透气装置8将在内外压差下开启,使得外部的空气能够补入到容纳腔2内,以基本保持内外压差,便于容纳腔2内的洗涤用品能够被轻松抽取。当长期储存时,单向透气装置8比如单向阀可以隔绝容纳腔2和外界空气,确保洗涤剂和柔顺剂长期保存不变质。另外,可以确保搬运和倾斜洗衣机时容纳腔2内的洗涤用品不外漏,更安全。
另外,如图2和3所示的,容纳腔2内设置有浮球杆9,浮球杆9上可滑动地设置有能够随容纳腔2内的洗涤用品液面升降而浮动的浮球10。这样,用户可以根据浮球10的升降来判断容纳腔2内的洗涤用品的量,从而能够及时向容纳腔2内补充洗涤用品。
当然,浮球杆9的长度可以适当的选择,以防止浮球10脱落,比如,浮球杆9的前段可以和盒盖的内表面接触,这样,可以防止浮球10上浮越过浮球杆9而脱离;
或者,如图3所示的,盒盖6上形成有限位柱11,限位柱11的前端面 和浮球杆9接触。当浮球10上浮到接触限位柱11时,将被限位柱11阻挡而无法继续上浮,这样,可以不用讲浮球杆9做的过长,从而便于用户将手伸入到容纳腔内进行全方位的清洗。
另外,如图3所示的,盒体1上设置有液位传感器12,液位传感器12可以设置在盒体1的外表面上,浮球10随洗涤用品液面下降到与液位传感器12之间的距离达到感应区间时,液位传感器12将发出感应信号。这样,用户可以根据感应信号而产生的提示音或者闪光来知晓容纳腔2内洗涤用品已用完或者即将用完,从而可以及时添加洗涤用品。
另外,如图2和图3所示的,盒体1形成有用于将水和洗涤用品混合的冲洗室13,其中,冲洗室13的室壁上形成有进水口14和排液口15。这样,进水口14可以连通进水阀,进水阀可以将水接到冲洗室13中,冲洗室13是洗涤液和水汇合溶解的空间,然后再将充分溶解混合的混合液从连接到排液口15的外桶进水管流进洗衣桶中对衣物洗涤。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示的,冲洗室13的室壁上形成有用于与排水口4连通的进液口23,这样,容纳腔2内的清洗水可以排入到冲洗室13内,然后再可以通过洗衣机的排水系统排出。排水口4可以通过管路和进液口23连接,该管路可以为外接的水管,或者可以为一体形成在盒体上,比如盒体的底壁内的通道。
当然,排水口4可以连接有其他管路,使得清洗水能够直接排出到外部。
另外,如图1和2所示的,冲洗室13的上部敞开,其中,冲洗室13的敞开上部通过投放泵组件16密封盖合。这样,可以充分利用投放泵组件16密封盖合冲洗室13。投放泵组件16用于将容纳腔2内的洗涤用品根据所需泵入到冲洗室13内以与水混合。
该投放泵组件16可以包括驱动电机和活塞泵,比如可以分别将洗涤剂和柔顺剂从各自的容纳腔内抽送到冲洗室中。
此外,本发明提供一种清洗装置,如图4所示的,该清洗装置包括顶盖17、盖组件18和根据以上任意所述的洗涤用品容纳盒,其中,洗涤用品容纳盒固定设置在顶盖17下方,顶盖17上形成有洗涤用品投放敞口21,盖组件18能够可拆卸地密封设置在洗涤用品容纳盒上并能够盖合和打开洗涤用品投放敞口21。
这样,如上所述的,需要清洗时,可以不用将洗涤用品容纳盒,用户便可以便捷地清洗洗涤用品容纳盒,并在冲洗完成后可以通过排水口将清洗水从容纳腔内排出。
当然,盖组件18可以为塞体,该塞体可以盖合在洗涤用品投放敞口21中以密封容纳腔2的敞开的上部或者密封盒盖上的敞开口7。该塞体也可以取下,以添加洗涤用品或者便于用户清洗容纳腔2。
或者,另一种情形中,如图4和5所示的,盖组件18包括翻盖19和盖座20,其中,盖座20上形成有洗涤用品投放口22,盖座20位于洗涤用品投放敞口21内并可拆卸地密封设置在洗涤用品容纳盒上,比如,盖座20可以通过密封圈24并通过螺钉或者卡接结构固定安装在盒体的上部或者盒盖上,而翻盖19可转动地连接在顶盖17上并能够翻转以盖合和打开洗涤用品投放敞口21。这样,用户需要添加洗涤用品时,翻开翻盖19,即可通过洗涤用品投放口22添加洗涤用品,并在添加完成后,洗涤用品投放口22能够封盖容纳腔2。而当需要清洗时,用户可以将盖座20拆卸,如图6所示的,漏出盒体的敞开的上部或者盒盖的敞开口7,此时,用于可以加入水,并将手和擦拭布或者刷子伸入到容纳腔2内进行全面充分的清洗,并在清洗完成后,比如可以将密封塞5拔出,以将清洗水排出,比如可以通过进液口23排入到冲洗室13内。
进一步地,该清洗装置可以为洗衣机或者洗碗机。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不 限于此。在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,包括各个具体技术特征以任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。但这些简单变型和组合同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容,均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种洗涤用品容纳盒,包括盒体(1),其特征在于,所述盒体(1)形成有上部敞开的用于容纳洗涤用品的容纳腔(2),其中,所述容纳腔(2)的腔壁上形成有用于排出洗涤用品的排出口(3)和用于排出清洗水的排水口(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤用品容纳盒,其特征在于,所述洗涤用品容纳盒包括设置在所述排水口(4)上的密封排水装置,其中,所述密封排水装置能够密封所述排水口(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤用品容纳盒,其特征在于,所述排水口(4)形成在所述容纳腔(2)的最低位置处。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗涤用品容纳盒,其特征在于,所述密封排水装置为密封塞(5),其中,所述密封塞(5)可拆卸地和所述排水口(4)装配。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤用品容纳盒,其特征在于,所述盒体(1)形成有多个相互隔离的所述容纳腔(2),其中,每个所述容纳腔(2)形成有各自的所述排出口(3)和所述排水口(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的洗涤用品容纳盒,其特征在于,所述盒体(1)的敞开上部盖合有盒盖(6),其中,所述盒盖(6)形成有与所述容纳腔(2)对应的敞开口(7)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗涤用品容纳盒,其特征在于,在所述密封 排水装置为密封塞(5)的情形下,所述敞开口(7)的尺寸大小设置为允许用户的手穿过所述敞开口(7)以拆装所述密封塞(5)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的洗涤用品容纳盒,其特征在于,所述盒盖(6)上设置有与所述容纳腔(2)对应连通的单向透气装置(8)。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的洗涤用品容纳盒,其特征在于,所述容纳腔(2)内设置有浮球杆(9),所述浮球杆(9)上可滑动地设置有能够随所述容纳腔(2)内的洗涤用品液面升降而浮动的浮球(10)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗涤用品容纳盒,其特征在于,所述盒盖(6)上形成有限位柱(11),所述限位柱(11)的前端面和所述浮球杆(9)接触。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的洗涤用品容纳盒,其特征在于,所述盒体(1)上设置有液位传感器(12),所述浮球(10)随洗涤用品液面下降到与所述液位传感器(12)之间的距离达到感应区间时,所述液位传感器(12)将发出感应信号。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤用品容纳盒,其特征在于,所述盒体(1)形成有用于将水和洗涤用品混合的冲洗室(13),其中,所述冲洗室(13)的室壁上形成有进水口(14)和排液口(15)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的洗涤用品容纳盒,其特征在于,所述冲洗室(13)的室壁上形成有用于与所述排水口(4)连通的进液口(23)。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的洗涤用品容纳盒,其特征在于,所述冲洗室(13)的上部敞开,其中,所述冲洗室(13)的敞开上部通过投放泵组件(16)密封盖合。
  15. 一种清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗装置包括顶盖(17)、盖组件(18)和根据权利要求1-14中任意一项所述的洗涤用品容纳盒,其中,
    所述洗涤用品容纳盒固定设置在所述顶盖(17)下方,
    所述顶盖(17)上形成有洗涤用品投放敞口(21),
    所述盖组件(18)能够可拆卸地密封设置在所述洗涤用品容纳盒上并能够盖合和打开所述洗涤用品投放敞口(21)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述盖组件(18)包括翻盖(19)和盖座(20),其中,
    所述盖座(20)上形成有洗涤用品投放口(22),所述盖座(20)位于所述洗涤用品投放敞口(21)内并可拆卸地密封设置在所述洗涤用品容纳盒上,
    所述翻盖(19)可转动地连接在所述顶盖(17)上并能够翻转以盖合和打开所述洗涤用品投放敞口(21)。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗装置为洗衣机或者洗碗机。
