请参阅图1,图1示出了本申请实施方式的一种洗涤电器1000的立体示意图。由图1的示例中,洗涤电器1000为一种抽屉式洗涤电器。可以理解,在其它实施方式中,洗涤电器1000可以为下拉门式洗涤电器等其它具有结构的洗涤电器。下文以洗涤电器1000为抽屉式洗涤电器的示例做详细的描述。
本申请实施方式的洗涤电器1000包括腔体200和分配器100,腔体200形成有洗涤腔室201,分配器100安装在腔体200的内壁2011。
具体地,在本实施方式中,上述洗涤电器1000可为洗碗机(例如抽屉式洗碗机)和清洗机(例如抽屉式清洗机)等洗涤电器1000。此外,通常地,请参阅图1,洗涤电器1000还包括壳体300,腔体200位于壳体300内。壳体300可采用金属材料制成,例如,可采用轻质铝材制成,这样壳体300的重量较轻。同时,腔体200也可采用金属材料或者采用耐热的塑料材料制成,只要能够保证其强度和耐热性即可。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,分配器100是安装在洗涤腔室201的内壁2011上。可以理解的,在其它实施方式中,分配器100也可以是作为单独部件单独放置在洗涤腔室201内,例如,可将分配器100可拆卸地安装在洗碗机的碗篮等承载篮上,其安装位于以不被餐具阻挡盖体20打开为宜。在本文中,以分配器100安装在洗涤腔室201的内壁2011(如图1所示)为例进行说明。
在本申请的实施方式中,主要以洗涤电器1000为抽屉式洗碗机为例进行说明,在图1所示的实施方式中,洗涤电器1000为抽屉式洗碗机,腔体200可通过导轨(图未示出)与壳体300连接,腔体200能够相对于壳体300滑动以将腔体200滑出或者滑入壳体300内以打开或关闭洗涤腔室201,从而使得腔体200能够装载餐具以使的抽屉式洗碗机能够对餐具进行清洗(图1中的箭头A表示腔体200的滑动方向)。
可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,洗涤电器1000也可为下其它类型的洗碗机,例如下拉门式的洗碗机,具体在此不作限制。需要注意的是,在洗涤电器1000为下拉 门式洗碗机的实施方式中,分配器100不是安装在门体的内壁而是安装在洗涤腔室201的内壁2011。
在图1的示例中,分配器100安装在与腔体200的滑动方向垂直的内壁2011上。可以理解,在其它实施方式中,分配器100也可安装在腔体200的滑动方向平行的内壁2011上。
请参阅图2至图6,在本实施方式中,分配器100包括本体10、盖体20、底板30、和驱动组件40。盖体20与本体10滑动连接。底板30可活动地连接本体10,驱动组件40连接盖体20和底板30。需要说明的是,盖体20活动设置在本体10上可以是指盖体20滑动或者转动地设置本体10上。在本文中,以盖体20滑动地设置在本体10上为例做详细阐述。可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,盖体20也可以是转动地设置在本体10上,例如,盖体20可设置为向上翻盖式。
请参阅图4,具体地,本体10包括收容腔体11、第一导引部12和安装板14,收容腔体11安装在安装板14。收容腔体11连接在安装板14上。
收容腔体11开设有收容腔111,收容腔111形成有位于本体10顶部的开口110。第一导引部12用于引导盖体20在本体10上滑动。本体10可采用塑料材料制成,在一个例子中,本体10可采用PP材料(polypropylene,聚丙烯)制成。可以理解的是,本体10可以一体成型结构也可以分体成型结构,具体在此不作限制。
收容腔111可用于放置用于清洗餐具的洗涤剂,洗涤剂可为粉末状、液体或片状。也即是说,用户可通过滑动盖体20以打开收容腔111的开口110,然后通过开口110向收容腔111装载洗涤剂。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,开口110位于本体10的顶部可以理解为开口110的朝向向上,或者是开口110开设在收容腔体11的侧壁上,开口110的朝向侧壁外侧或者是开口110倾斜向上开设在收容腔体11的侧壁。
在图1和图2所示的示例中,腔体200的洗涤腔室201的开口110的方向和分配器100的收容腔111的开口110的方向相同,两者的朝向均是朝上的。
请结合图3和图4,在本实施方式中,收容腔111包括第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112,第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112并列设置。具体地,第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112沿盖体20的滑动方向排列(图3中的箭头B表示盖体的滑动方向)。开口110包括第一开口1101和第二开口1102,第一开口1101和第二开口1102均位于本体10的顶部。第一收容腔1111形成第一开口1101。第二收容腔1112形成第二开口 1102。
在图3的示例中,第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112均大致呈长方体状。第一开口1101和第二开口1102均大致呈矩形状。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112也可呈其它规则或者不规则的形状,第一开口1101和第二开口1102也可呈其它规则或者不规则的形状。
具体地,抽屉洗碗机对餐具的洗涤过程通常包括预洗阶段和主洗阶段,其中,在预洗阶段可用粉末状洗涤剂进行清洗,在主洗阶段可用片状洗涤剂进行清洗。在本实施方式中,第一收容腔1111可用于装载用于预洗阶段的粉末状洗涤剂,第二收容腔1112可用于装载用于主洗阶段的片状洗涤剂。也即是说,用户可通过第一开口1101向第一收容腔1111装载粉末状洗涤剂,可通过第二开口1102向第二收容腔1112装载片状洗涤剂。
请参阅图2至图4,盖体20能够在本体10上滑动以打开或关闭开口110。具体地,盖体20能够相对于本体10滑动以打开或关闭第一开口1101和打开或关闭第二开口1102。在本实施方式中,以盖体20能够打开或关闭第一开口1101和打开或关闭第二开口1102为例进行详细说明,可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,盖体20也可只是打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102中的一个,而另一个可通过其它方式打开,例如设置另外的盖体,具体在此不作限制。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,“盖体20的能够在本体10上滑动”是指盖体20能够在本体10所围成的立体空间内任意平移滑动,或者是指盖体20能够在大于本体10所围成的空间的期望范围(例如,超出本体10所围成的空间但不会抵持到放置于洗涤腔室201内餐具)内任意平移滑动。需要说明的是,本体10所围成的立体空间为能够完全容纳整个本体10的规则立体图形所形成的最小空间,例如长方体或者正方体或者其它规则图形。
此外,在图1示的实施方式中,分配器100安装在与腔体200的滑动方向垂直的内壁2011上。盖体20的滑动方向与腔体200的滑动方向垂直。可以理解,在其它实施方式中,分配器100也可安装在于腔体200的滑动方向平行的内壁2011上,在这样的实施方式中,盖体20的滑动方向与腔体200的滑动方向平行。
具体地,盖体20设有第二导引部21和凸起部24。第二导引部21用于与第一导引部12配合连接以导引盖体20与本体10的相对滑动。凸起部24用于被操作以带动盖体20相对于本体10滑动。这样,在用户需要滑动盖体20时,用户可通过推动凸起部24 来带动盖体20在本体10上滑动以打开或者关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102。
具体地,请参阅图4,第一导引部12包括开设在安装板14上的第一滑槽121和开设在收容腔体11上的第二滑槽122,第一滑槽121和第二滑槽122均沿盖体20的滑动方向开设。第二滑槽121的延伸方向所在竖直面和第二滑槽122的延伸方向所在的竖直面不同,这样可以限定盖体20多个方向的自由度,以使盖体20滑动更加平稳。
本实施方式中,盖体20呈L型,盖体20包括横折部22和竖折部23,横折部22位于本体10的顶部,横折部22用于打开或关闭第一开口1101和打开或关闭第二开口1102。凸起部24设于横折部22。竖折部23相对于横折部22弯折且位于的一侧。第二导引部21包括形成在横折部22上的第一凸部211和形成在竖折部23上的第一凸部212,第一凸部211与第一滑槽121滑动配合,第一凸部212与第二滑槽122滑动配合,从而引导盖体20能够在本体10上滑动。
可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,也可是第一导引部12为凸部,第二导引部21为滑槽,或者是第一导引部12包括凸部和滑槽,第二导引部21也包括凸部和滑槽,具体设置方式在此不作限制,只需要能够实现盖体20和本体10的相对滑动即可。在本实施方式中,盖体20也可采用耐热的塑料材料制成,这样塑料容易成型且成本低,同时,盖体20的耐热性能较好,在一个例子中,本体10可采用PP材料(polypropylene,聚丙烯)制成。
另外,在其它实施方式中,竖折部23可以省略,以使盖体20的结构更加简单。
此外,在本实施方式中,盖体20是直接设置在本体10的顶部且盖体20通常采用刚性件,不可压缩和弯折。可以理解,在一些实施方式中,盖体20也可以为柔性件,盖体可压缩和弯折。在这样的实施方式中,可以在收容腔体11的一侧设置收卷机构,盖体20至少部分地收卷在收卷机构中。在需要关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102时,只需将盖体20从收卷机构中拉出,然后将使得拉动盖体20在本体10上滑动以第一开口1101和第二开口1102,在关闭后,可以将盖体20一端固定在本体10上以防止盖体20错误地被卷回至收卷机构中,在需要打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102时,只需要将盖体20的一端松开,收卷机构会自动将盖体20卷回以打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102。当然,盖体20也可弯折而不收卷。
进一步地,请参阅图3至图5,本体10形成有连通第二收容腔1112的进水通道60和位于本体10顶部的出水通道61,出水通道61连通开口110,出水通道61用于将从进水通道60注入收容腔111中并从开口110溢出的液体排出至分配器100外。
其中,安装板14开设有进水通道60,也即是说,进水通道60形成在安装板14上。
具体地,收容腔体11包括连接安装板14的第一板112和连接第一板112的第二板113,第二板113与安装板14相对设置,其中,第二板113、第一板112和安装板14共同限定出开口110,第一板112的顶部高于第二板113的顶部以限定出出水通道61。
第一板112的顶部高于第二板113的顶部,如此设置,能够防止第一收容腔1111内的水和第二收容腔1112内的水相互交换,也即是说,在通过进水通道60将水送入第一收容腔1111内时,如若第一板112的顶部的高度小于第二板113顶部的高度,第一收容腔1111内的水会从第一板112流入第二收容腔1112,而不是从第二板113流入洗涤电器1000的洗涤腔室201。因此,将第一板112的顶部高于第二板113的顶部,能够防止第一收容腔1111内的水流入第二收容腔1112。
其中,在本实施方式中,第一板112与安装板14垂直设置。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,第一板112与安装板14不仅仅可以垂直设置。可以根据不同情况来设置第一板112和安装板14的具体位置关系。在此不对第一板112与安装板14的具体位置关系做限定。
进一步地,第一板112远离安装板14的一端凸出于第二板113,如此便于将水导引至需要的位置,也即是说,从第二板113流出的水不会流向第二板113的两边。
其中,进水通道60和出水通道61的数量相匹配,也即是说,一个进水通道60对应有一个出水通道61。具体的进水通道60和出水通道61的数量在以下举例说明。
在一个例子中,请结合图4、图6和图7,分配器100包括活动设置在本体10的底板30,在盖体20完全打开开口110的情况下,第一收容腔1111的底部由底板30封闭,在盖体20完全关闭开口110的情况下,第一收容腔1111的底部由底板30打开,也即是说,底板30可活动地设置在第一收容腔1111的底部,底板30用于打开或关闭第一收容腔1111的底部。此时,第二收容腔1112的底部为封闭状态,也即是说,第二收容腔1112的底部不设置有底板30。
在这样的例子中,进水通道60和出水通道61的数量为1个,且进水通道60位于第二收容腔1112内,出水通道61与第二开口1102连通,如此,第一收容腔1111内的洗涤剂能够通过底板30排出至分配器100外,第二收容腔1112内的洗涤剂能够通过进水通道60通水至第二收容腔1112内,然后第二收容腔1112内的水溶解第二收容腔1112内的洗涤剂,当第二收容腔112内的水的高度高于第二开口1102的高度时,第二收容腔1112内混有洗涤剂的水能够通过第二开口1102排出至分配器100外。
请结合图7,在本实施方式中,第一收容腔1111的底部形成有投放口1113。底板30用于打开或关闭投放口1113。
请结合图7至图9,在本实施方式中,驱动组件40连接底板30和盖体20,驱动组件40被配置成在盖体20关闭开口110的过程中驱动底板30活动以打开第一收容腔1111的底部。
驱动组件40包括第一拨件41、第二拨件42和第一弹性件43。
第一拨件41连接盖体20,第二拨件42连接底板30,第一拨件41用于在盖体20关闭开口110的过程中抵靠第二拨件42,以使底板30逐渐开放第一收容腔1111的底部。
具体地,第一拨件41用于在盖体关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102的过程中驱动底板30相对于本体10活动以逐渐开放第一收容腔1111底部的投放口1113。
第一弹性件43连接底板30,第一弹性件43用于给底板30施加弹性力以保持底板30封闭收容腔111的底部的趋势。第一弹性件43可以是弹簧等弹性元件。
具体地,在本实施方式中,第一弹性件43连接底板30,第一弹性件43用于给底板30施加弹性力以保持底板30封闭第一收容腔1111的底部的投放口1113的趋势。
也即是说,在盖体20打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102时,第一弹性件43可用于给底板30施加弹性力以使得底板30能够保持封闭第一收容腔1111的状态,在盖体20关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102的过程中,第一拨件41可用于抵靠第二拨件42以使得底板30能够克服第一弹性件43的弹性力逐渐开放第一收容腔1111底部的投放口1113。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,底板30相对于本体10活动以打开第一收容腔1111底部的投放口1113可以是指底板30能够相对于本体10转动以打开投放口1113或者是底板30能够相对于本体10滑动以打开投放口1113。
具体地,请结合图7,在一个例子中,底板30可转动地设置在第一收容腔1111的底部,也即是说,即底板30能够相对于本体10转动以打开或关闭投放口1113。
请结合图7至图9,底板30包括第一转轴部311,第一转轴部311与本体10转动连接,底板30能够通过第一转轴部311相对于本体10转动,第一弹性件43套设与第一转轴部311并抵持的本体10。第一拨件41为设置在盖体20上的第一抵持部411,第二拨件42为设置在底板30上的第二抵持部421。
请结合图7至图9,在这样的例子中,在盖体20完全打开第一开口1101时,第一 抵持部411与第二抵持部421分离,底板30在第一弹性件43的弹性力的作用下封闭第一收容腔1111的底部的投放口1113。
请结合图8至图9,在盖体20关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102的过程中(图7中的箭头C表示盖体20打开第一开口1101是的滑动方向),首先,第一抵持部411逐渐靠进第二抵持部421,随后第一抵持部和第二抵持部421相互抵靠,此时,盖体20在外力的作用下进一步滑动,第一抵持部411给第二抵持部421施加作用力,第二抵持部421在第一抵持部411的带动下转动,从而使得底板30克服第一弹性件43的弹性力后相对于本体10转动以打开第一收容腔1111的底部的投放口1113(图7中的箭头D表示底板30的转动方向),进而将第一收容腔1111内的粉状洗涤剂从上至下投放到腔体200的洗涤腔室201内以满足抽屉式洗碗机的预洗阶段的洗涤要求。
此外,请参阅9,在底板30打开第一收容腔1111时,第一抵持部411和第二抵持部421仍相互抵持,且两者的为面接触,这样,第一抵持部411能够稳定地抵持第二抵持部421以使得底板30不会在第一弹性件43的作用下错误地转动以关闭第一收容腔1111的底部。
需要说明的是,由于预洗阶段是洗碗机最先开始的洗涤阶段,因此,在第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112装载完洗涤剂后,用户可通过盖体20关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102,在关闭的过程中,由于驱动组件40的存在,盖体20会带动底板30打开第一收容腔1111的底部以直接对预洗阶段所需要的洗涤剂进行定量投放。
可以理解的是,在其它例子中,第一弹性件43也可以是用于在盖体20关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102是保持底板30打开第一收容腔1111底部的趋势,也即是说,在这样的例子中,在盖体20打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102的过程中,需要克服第一弹性件43的弹性力才能使得底板30关闭第一收容腔1111。
此外,在图7所示的实施方式中,第一转轴部311转动连接在第一收容腔1111的一侧,在底板30是绕第一收容腔1111的一侧旋转以打开投放口1113。可以理解,在其它实施方式中,第一转轴部311也可以是转动连接在第一收容腔1111的底部的中间位置,底板30转动时,一部分向第一收容腔1111内部转动,另一部分向第一收容腔1111外部转动,具体设置方式在此不作限制。
此外,请参阅图10和图11,如前,在某些实施方式中,底板30也可以不是与本体10转动连接,而是可滑动地设置在第一收容腔1111的底部,也即是说,即底板30能够相对于本体10滑动以打开或关闭投放口1113。
在这样的例子中,第一拨件41可为设置在盖体20两侧的第三抵持部412和第四抵持部413,第二拨件42可为设置在底板30上的第五抵持部422,第五抵持部422位于第三抵持部412和第四抵持部413之间。
具体地,请继续参阅图10和图11,在盖体20完全打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102时,底板30关闭第一收容腔1111的底部的投放口1113(见图10),第三抵持部412抵持第五抵持部422。
请参阅图11,在需要关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102时,可滑动盖体20以关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102。在这个过程中,第四抵持部413逐渐靠近第五抵持部422,在第四抵持部413和第五抵持部422抵靠时,第四抵持部413会继续带动第五抵持部422运动以带动底板30相对于本体10滑动(底板30的滑动方向与盖体20的滑动方向相同),从而使得底板30打开第一收容腔1111的底部的投放口1113(见图11),以将第一收容腔1111内粉状洗涤剂投放到腔体200的洗涤腔室201内。
在投放完毕且需要进行下一次装载时,可滑动盖体20以打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102。在盖体20滑动的过程中,第三抵持部412逐渐靠近第五抵持部422,在第三抵持部412和第五抵持部422抵靠时,第三抵持部412会继续带动第五抵持部422运动以带动底板30相对于本体10滑动(底板30的滑动方向与盖体20的滑动方向相同),从而使得底板30逐渐关闭第一收容腔1111的底部的投放口1113(见图11)。在盖体20完全打开第一开口1101时,底板30完全封闭投放口1113,此时,用户可通过第一开口1101向第一收容腔1111内装载洗涤剂。
可以理解的是,在这样的例子中,联动机构40可不设置上述第一弹性件43。
例如,在一个例子中,可将驱动组件40设置成在盖体20关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102时,底板30是沿所在的反方向运动以打开第一收容腔1111的底部即可,具体设置方式可根据实际情况进行设定。
下面,请结合图6和图7,以第一收容腔1111的底部设置底板30,第二收容腔1112底部为封闭时候为例,对本申请的分配器100的工作原理进行介绍。
首先,在需要装载洗涤剂时,滑动盖体20打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102,此时,底板30在第一弹性件43的作用下封闭第一收容腔1111的底部。这样,可将用于预洗阶段的粉状洗涤剂装载在第一收容腔1111内,将用于主洗阶段的片状洗涤剂装载在第二收容腔1112内。
随后,可滑动盖体20以关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102,在滑动的过程中, 盖体20通过驱动组件40带动底板30转动以打开第一收容腔1111的底部的投放口1113,从而实现粉状洗涤剂的投放。此时,可将抽屉式洗碗机的腔体200推入壳体300内,进入预洗阶段。
在预洗阶段结束后进入主洗阶段,此时,将外部水通过进水通道60送入第二收容腔1112,当水进入第二收容腔1112后能够与对第二收容腔1112内的洗涤剂进行溶解以使得第二收容腔1112内的水和洗涤剂充分融合,当第二收容腔1112内的水高过第二开口1102时候,由于出水通道60与第二开口1102是连通的,第二收容腔1112内的水会从第二开口1102溢出然后顺着出水通道61进入洗涤电器1000的洗涤腔室201内以用于主洗阶段。
在另一个例子中,第一收容腔1111内的底板30和投放口1113可以省略,也即是说,第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112的底部均为封闭状态。
在这样的例子中,进水通道60和出水通道61的数量为2个,2个进水通道60和2个出水通道61在第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112内一一对应设置,也即是说,第一收容腔1111内设置有1个进水通道60和1个出水通道61,第二收容腔1112内同样设置有1个进水通道60和1个出水通道61。
此时第一收容腔1111的底部和第二收容腔1112的底部均为封闭状态,也即是说,第一收容腔1111的底部和第二收容腔1112的底部均未设置底板30和投放口1113。
请参阅图5(图5中的虚线箭头表示第二收容腔1112内的水流流动方向,其中第一收容腔1111内的水流流动方向与第二收容腔1112内的水流流动方向相同)。在这样的例子中,水分别通过第一收容腔1111内的进水通道60和第二收容腔1112内的进水通道60进入第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112,此时,第一收容腔1111内和第二收容腔1112内均充满水,第一收容腔1111内和第二收容腔1112内的水会对第一收容腔1111内和第二收容腔1112内的洗涤剂进行溶解,当第一收容腔1111内和第二收容腔1112内的水的高过第一开口1101和第二开口1102时候,第一收容腔1111内和第二收容腔1112内的水会分别从第一开口1101和第二开口1102溢出,进而流进洗涤电器1000的洗涤腔室201。
下面,请结合图3和图12,以第一收容腔1111的底部和第二收容腔1112的底部均为封闭时候为例,对本申请分配器的工作原理进行介绍。
首先,在需要装载洗涤剂时,滑动盖体20打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102,这样,可将用于预洗阶段的片状或者粉状洗涤剂装载在第一收容腔1111内,将用于主 洗阶段的片状或者粉状洗涤剂装载在第二收容腔1112内。
随后,可滑动盖体20以关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102,在盖体20关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102之后,将外部水通过进水通道60送入第一收容腔1111,当水进入第一收容腔1111后能够与对第一收容腔1111内的洗涤剂进行溶解以使得第一收容腔1111内的水和洗涤剂充分融合,第一收容腔1111内的水高过第一开口1101时候,由于出水通道60与第一开口1101是连通的,第一收容腔1111内的水会从第一开口1101溢出然后顺着出水通道61进入洗涤电器1000的洗涤腔室201内以用于预洗阶段。
在预洗阶段结束后进入主洗阶段,此时,将外部水通过进水通道60送入第二收容腔1112,当水进入第二收容腔1112后能够与对第二收容腔1112内的洗涤剂进行溶解以使得第二收容腔1112内的水和洗涤剂充分融合,第二收容腔1112内的水高过第二开口1102时候,由于出水通道60与第二开口1102是连通的,第二收容腔1112内的水会从第二开口1102溢出然后顺着出水通道60进入洗涤电器1000的洗涤腔室201内以用于主洗阶段。
此外,在上述的不同例子中,需要说明的是,第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112的体积是预先设置的,这样,用户在装载洗涤剂时,第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112可以对洗涤剂进行计量。第一收容腔1111的体积应设置成于每一次预洗阶段所要投放的洗涤剂的量的体积相等为宜,第二收容腔1112的体积应设置成大于用于每一次主洗阶段的片状洗涤剂的体积为宜。
进一步地,在收容腔111的底部为封闭状态时候,收容腔体11形成有位于收容腔111的底部的排水孔1114,也即是说,在第一收容腔1111的底部为封闭状态时,第一收容腔1111的底部设置有排水孔1114,在第二收容腔1112的底部为封闭状态时,第二收容腔1112的底部设置有排水孔1114。
由于在收容腔111内部的水的高度高于开口110的高度时候,收容腔111内的水会从开口110溢出至洗涤电器1000的洗涤腔室201,也即是说,在收容腔111内部的水的高度低于开口110的高度时候,收容腔111内的水不会从开口110溢出,此时,收容腔111内会残留大量的水,通过排水孔1114的设置,收容腔111内低于开口110的水能够通过排水孔1114流出收容腔111,能够防止收容腔111内残留混有洗涤剂的水,如此能够使得收容腔111内的混有洗涤剂的水能够充分流入洗涤腔室201,进而提升洗涤电器1000的洗涤效率并且能够防止收容腔111内残留有混有洗涤剂的水。
其中,排水孔1114可以为圆形。当然,在其它实施方式中,排水孔1114不仅仅可 以为圆形。可以根据不同情况来设置排水孔1114的具体形状。例如,排水孔1114还可以为三角形、矩形等。在此不对排水孔1114的具体形状做限定。
具体地,收容腔111的底面朝向排水孔1114向下倾斜。
在收容腔111的底面为平直时,收容腔111内的水可能不会充分进入排水孔1114,进而导致收容腔111内残留水,在收容腔111的底面朝向排水孔1114向下倾斜时,也即是说,收容腔111的底面具有一个倾斜面,并且,倾斜面沿着排水孔1114倾斜,如此,收容腔111内的水能够沿着倾斜面进入排水孔1114,进而使得收容腔111内的水能够充分进入排水孔1114以进入洗涤电器1000的洗涤腔室201,并且能够防止洗涤腔室201内残留有水。
综上,本申请实施方式的分配器100包括本体10和盖体20,本体10形成有收容腔111和连通收容腔111的进水通道60,收容腔111形成有位于本体10的顶部的开口,开口110用于投放洗涤剂,开口110还用于将从进水通道60注入收容腔111中的液体溢出以使液体排出至分配器100外。盖体20被配置为选择性地打开或关闭开口110。
在本申请实施方式的分配器100中,分配器100的进水通道60和收容腔111的设置,使得水能够从进水通道60流入收容腔111,并且开口110位于本体10的顶部,如此,收容腔111内的水不容易流出至分配器100外,进而使得收容腔111内有足够的水来溶解洗涤剂,使得洗涤剂能够与水充分融合,然后从开口100溢出至分配器100外,结构简单并且易于实现。
实施例二:
本实施例二的洗涤电器1000的特征与实施例一的洗涤电器的特征基本相同,实施例一的洗涤电器解释说明适用于实施例二的洗涤电器,为了避免冗余,以下对实施例二的洗涤电器与实施例一的洗涤电器的不同点做进一步详细描述,其他部分请参考实施例一的洗涤电器的相同或类似的部分。实施例一的洗涤电器的特征与实施例二的特征在不矛盾的情况下可以相互组合。
请参阅图2至图4,盖体20能够在本体10上滑动以打开或关闭开口110。具体地,盖体20能够在本体10滑动上以打开或关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102中的至少一个。或者说,盖体20被配置为选择性地打开或关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102中的至少一个。
在本实施方式中,以盖体20能够打开或关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102为例进行详细说明,可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,盖体20也可只是打开第一开口1101 和第二开口1102中的一个,而另一个可通过其它方式打开,例如设置另外的盖体,具体在此不作限制。本实施方式中,盖体20设置在收容腔体11。
请结合图7、图13和图14,驱动组件40设置在本体10,驱动组件40用于驱动底板30活动以使底板30封闭和打开投放口。
具体地,驱动组件40包括驱动件41和传动件42,传动件42连接底板30,驱动件41用于通过传动件42驱动底板30活动以使底板30封闭和打开投放口1113。
驱动组件40用于驱动底板30活动以开放投放口1113。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,底板30被配置成在本体10围成的立体空间内活动以封闭或者打开投放口1113指底板30能够在驱动组件40的带动下相对于本体10转动以打开投放口1113或者是底板30能够相对于本体10滑动以打开投放口1113。也即是说,底板30转动或滑动地连接本体10。在本实施方式中,主要以底板30转动地连接本体10为例进行说明。
具体地,请结合图6至图7,在一个例子中,底板30可转动地设置在第一收容腔1111的底部,也即是说,即底板30能够相对于本体10转动以打开或关闭投放口1113。
请参阅图6和图7、图13和图14,驱动组件40可以是电磁阀或者电机是等驱动装置。底板30包括转轴311,底板30通过转轴311转动地连接本体10,转轴311位于底板30的一侧。传动件42连接转轴311。驱动件41用于通过传动件42驱动转轴311转动以使底板30转动。
也即是说,驱动件41可通过传动件42驱动底板30相对于本体10转动以打开第一收容腔1111的底部的投放口1113(图7为底板30打开投放口1113的状态示意图)。
具体地,请参阅图13和图14,在一个例子中,驱动件41为电磁阀,具体地,电磁阀可包括可伸缩的顶杆,在电磁阀通电时,顶杆顶出,断电时,顶杆缩回。传动件42包括传动杆,顶杆抵持传动杆,传动杆的一端与电磁阀的顶杆抵持,另一端与底板30的转轴311固定连接。
在需要打开第一收容腔1111的底部的投放口1113时,只需要给电磁阀通电,电磁阀的顶板顶出以使得传动杆转动,从而通过转轴311带动底板30转动以打开第一收容腔1111的底部以实现对抽屉式洗碗机的预洗阶段的粉状洗涤剂的投放。
在这样的例子中,预洗阶段可不需要人工进行投放,可以直接在开始洗涤的过程中自动进行洗涤剂的投放,投放操作简单可靠,提高了用户体验。
此外,可以理解的是,在这样的实施方式中,驱动组件40还可包括弹性件43,弹 性件43连接底板30,弹性件43用于给底板30施加弹性力以保持底板30封闭第一收容腔1111的底部的投放口1113的趋势。具体辅,弹性件43可套设在转轴311上并抵持本体10。弹性件43可以是弹簧等弹性元件。
也即是说,在电磁阀不动作时,弹性件43可用于给底板30施加弹性力以使得底板30能够保持封闭第一收容腔1111的状态,在电磁阀通电动作时,顶杆驱动传动件42以带动底板30转动以使得底板30能够克服弹性件43的弹性力逐渐开放第一收容腔1111底部的投放口1113。
需要注意的是,在这样的例子中,由于弹性件43的存在,弹性件43会持续给底板30施加弹性力,因此,在底板30打开第一收容腔1111的底部时,电磁阀均需要一直处于通电状态从而使得底板30能够保持处于打开第一收容腔1111的底部的状态。
可以理解的是,在这样的例子中,弹性件43也可以是用于给底板30施加弹性力以保持底板30开放第一收容腔1111底部的投放口1113的趋势。这样,在电磁阀断电时,弹性件43使得底板30保持开放第一收容腔1111底部投放口1113的状态。在需要装载洗涤剂时,需要给电磁阀通电以使得底板30关闭投放口1113,在需要投放洗涤剂时,则只要给电磁阀断电,底板30即可在弹性件43的作用下使得底板30开放投放口1113,具体设置方式可根据实际情况而定。
此外,可以理解的是,在某些实施方式中,驱动件41也可为电机,电机的电机轴可通过传动件42与底板30的转轴311连接,电机转动时可通过传动件带动底板30转动。在这样的实施方式中,传动件42可以是其他形式的传动结构,例如齿轮传动组件、带轮传动组件等等,具体传动方式在此不作限制,只需要能够保证电机工作时能够带动底板30转动即可。
需要说明的是,由于预洗阶段是洗碗机最先开始的洗涤阶段,因此,在第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112装载完洗涤剂后,可通过驱动组件40驱动底板30打开第一收容腔1111的底部以直接对预洗阶段所需要的洗涤剂进行定量的自动投放。
此外,在图6所示的实施方式中,转轴311是位于底板30的一侧,在底板30是绕收容腔1111的一侧旋转以打开投放口1113。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,转轴311也可以是底板的中间位置,底板30转动时,一部分向第一收容腔1111内部转动,另一部分想第一收容腔1111外部转动,具体设置方式在此不作限制。
此外,可以理解的是,在一些实施方式中,底板30也可以是滑动地设置在本体10,驱动件41用于通过传动件42驱动底板30相对于本体10滑动以使底板30封闭和打开 投放口1113。
在这样的实施方式中,传动件42可采用齿轮齿条的传动方式或者是丝杠螺母的方式进行传动,例如,在底板30上设置齿条部,然后通过齿轮与其啮合,然后通过电机驱动齿轮转动以驱动齿条部移动以带动底板30相对于本体10移动。具体设置方式在此不作限制。
综上,本申请实施方式的分配器100包括本体10、盖体20、底板30和驱动组件40。本体10形成有第一收容腔1111、第二收容腔1112和进水通道60。
第二收容腔1112和第二收容腔1112并列设置。第一收容腔1111形成有位于本体10的顶部的第一开口1101和位于第一收容腔1111的底部的投放口1113,第二收容腔1112形成有位于本体10的顶部的第二开口1102。进水通道60连通第二收容腔1112。第二开口1102用于将从进水通道60注入第二收容腔1112中的液体溢出的液体以排出至分配器100外。盖体20被配置为选择性地打开或关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102中的至少一个。
底板30活动地设置在本体10。驱动组件40连接底板30。驱动组件40用于驱动底板30活动以使底板30封闭和打开投放口1113。
在本申请实施方式的分配器100中,驱动组件40可以驱动底板30打开投放口1113以使第一收容腔1111内的洗涤剂投放,从而投放第一收容腔1111内的洗涤剂实现自动化控制,操作简单,提高了用户体验。另外,第二收容腔1112内可以容置足量的水以溶解位于第二收容腔1112内的洗涤剂,避免固体状的洗涤剂落入洗涤电器1000的洗涤腔室201而影响洗涤电器1000正常工作。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施方式”、“一些实施方式”、“示意性实施方式”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合实施方式或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本申请的至少一个实施方式或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施方式或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施方式或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (20)
- 一种分配器,用于洗涤电器,其特征在于,包括:本体,所述本体形成有收容腔和连通所述收容腔的进水通道,所述收容腔形成有位于所述本体的顶部的开口,所述开口用于投放洗涤剂,所述开口还用于将从所述进水通道注入所述收容腔中的液体溢出以使所述液体排出至所述分配器外;和盖体,所述盖体被配置为选择性地打开或关闭所述开口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述本体形成有连通所述开口的出水通道,所述出水通道用于将从所述进水通道注入所述收容腔中并从所述开口溢出的液体排出至所述分配器外。
- 根据权利要求2所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述本体包括安装板和收容腔体,所述收容腔体连接在所述安装板上,所述收容腔体开设有所述收容腔及所述出水通道,所述安装板开设有所述进水通道,所述盖体设置在所述收容腔体。
- 根据权利要求3所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述收容腔体形成有位于所述收容腔的底部的排水孔。
- 根据权利要求4所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述收容腔的底面朝向所述排水孔向下倾斜。
- 根据权利要求3所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述收容腔体包括连接所述安装板的第一板和连接所述第一板的第二板,所述第二板与所述安装板相对设置,所述第一板的顶部高于所述第二板的顶部以限定出所述出水通道。
- 根据权利要求6所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述第一板远离所述安装板的一端凸出于所述第二板。
- 根据权利要求5所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述收容腔包括并列设置的第一收容腔和第二收容腔,所述开口包括第一开口和第二开口,所述第一收容腔形成有位于所述本体的顶部的所述第一开口,所述第二收容腔形成有位于所述本体的顶部的所述第二开口,所述进水通道连通第一收容腔和所述第二收容腔中的至少一个。
- 根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述盖体滑动地设置在所述本体上,所述盖体能够在所述本体上滑动以打开或关闭所述开口。
- 根据权利要求8所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述分配器包括底板和连接所述底板的驱动组件,所述第一收容腔形成有位于所述本体的顶部的第一开口和位于所述第一收容腔的底部的投放口,所述底板活动地设置在所述本体,所述驱动组件用于驱动所 述底板活动以使所述底板封闭和打开所述投放口。
- 根据权利要求10所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括驱动件和传动件,所述传动件连接所述底板,所述驱动件用于通过所述传动件驱动所述底板活动以使所述底板封闭和打开所述投放口。
- 根据权利要求11所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述底板通过转轴转动地设置在所述本体,所述传动件连接所述转轴,所述驱动件用于通过所述传动件驱动转轴转动以使所述转轴所述底板转动。
- 根据权利要求11所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述底板滑动地设置在所述本体,所述驱动件用于通过所述传动件驱动所述底板相对于所述本体滑动以使所述底板封闭和打开所述投放口。
- 根据权利要求11所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括弹性件,所述弹性件连接所述传动件,所述弹性件用于通过所述传动件保持所述底板封闭所述投放口的趋势,或保持所述底板开放所述投放口的趋势。
- 根据权利要求8所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述分配器包括用于连接所述盖体和所述底板的驱动组件,所述驱动组件被配置成在所述盖体关闭所述第一开口和所述第二开口的过程中驱动所述底板活动以打开所述投放口。
- 根据权利要求15所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括第一拨件和第二拨件,所述第一拨件连接所述盖体,所述第二板件连接所述底板,所述第一拨件用于在所述盖体关闭所述第一开口的过程中抵靠所述第二拨件,以使所述底板开放所述投放口。
- 根据权利要求16所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件连接所述第二拨件并用于通过所述第二拨件保持所述底板封闭所述投放口的趋势。
- 根据权利要求15所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述盖体滑动地设置在所述本体以选择性地打开或关闭所述第一开口和所述第二开口中的至少一个。
- 根据权利要求15所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述底板滑动地设置在所述本体,所述驱动组件被配置成在所述盖体关闭所述第一开口和第二开口的过程中驱动所述底板滑动以开放所述投放口。
- 一种洗涤电器,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-19任一项所述的分配器。
