技术领域
本申请涉及洗涤技术领域,特别涉及一种分配器和洗涤电器。
背景技术
目前,在抽屉式洗碗机中,通常使用分配器来将洗涤用物质,如粉末,液体或片剂分配到洗碗机内,粉末,液体或片剂溶解以用来清洗餐具。在相关技术中,分配器的盖子通常是朝向洗涤收容腔的内部打开以便装载上述洗涤用物质。然而,由于洗涤收容腔内放置有餐具,盖子在打开的过程中,盖子占用的活动空间较大,可能会抵到餐具而导致盖子无法打开或完全打开,从而不能方便地实现洗涤用物质的装载。
发明内容
本申请提供一种分配器和洗涤电器。
本申请的实施方式的分配器用于洗涤电器,所述洗涤电器具有在装载餐具时顶部敞开的洗涤腔室,所述分配器用于安装于所述洗涤腔室的内壁,所述分配器包括:
本体,所述本体形成有收容腔,所述收容腔形成有位于所述本体的顶部的开口;和
活动设置在所述本体上的盖体,所述盖体能够在所述分配器的远离所述内壁的一侧与所述内壁之间的空间内活动以打开或关闭所述开口。
本申请实施方式的分配器中,分配器的盖体能够能够在分配器的远离内壁的一侧与内壁之间的空间内活动以打开或关闭位于本体顶部的开口,在装载洗涤用物质时,只需要通过盖体打开开口即可进行装载,并可通过盖体关闭开口。这样,盖体在的过程中占用的空间小,盖体不会向洗涤腔室内部的打开,从而使盖体打开开口时受到餐具的干扰较小,使分配器能够更加方便地实现洗涤剂的装载。
本申请实施方式的洗涤电器包括:
腔体,所述腔体形成有洗涤腔室;和
上述任一实施方式所述的分配器,所述分配器安装与所述洗涤腔室的内壁。
本申请实施方式的洗涤电器中,分配器的盖体能够能够在分配器的远离内壁的一侧与内壁之间的空间内活动以打开或关闭位于本体顶部的开口,在装载洗涤用物质时,只需要通过盖体打开开口即可进行装载,并可通过盖体关闭开口。这样,盖体在的过程中占用的空间小,盖体不会向洗涤腔室内部的打开,从而使盖体打开开口时受到餐具的干扰较小,使分配器能够更加方便地实现洗涤剂的装载。

请参阅图1,图1示出了本申请实施方式的一种洗涤电器1000的立体示意图。洗涤电器1000具有在装载餐具时顶部敞开的洗涤腔室201。由图1的示例中,洗涤电器1000为一种抽屉式洗涤电器。可以理解,在其它实施方式中,洗涤电器1000可以为水槽式洗涤电器等其它在装载餐具是具有顶部敞开的洗涤腔室的洗涤电器。下文以洗涤电器1000为抽屉式洗涤电器的示例做详细的描述。
本申请实施方式的洗涤电器1000包括腔体200和分配器100,腔体200形成有洗涤腔室201,分配器100用于安装在腔体200的内壁2011。
具体地,在本实施方式中,上述洗涤电器1000可为洗碗机(例如抽屉式洗碗机和水槽式洗碗机)和清洗机(例如抽屉式清洗机和水槽式清洗机)等洗涤电器1000。此外,通常地,请参阅图1,洗涤电器1000还包括壳体300,腔体200位于壳体300内。壳体300可采用金属材料制成,例如,可采用轻质铝材制成,这样壳体300的重量较轻。同时,腔体200也可采用金属材料或者采用耐热的塑料材料制成,只要能够保证其强度和耐热性即可。
在本文中,以洗涤电器1000为抽屉式洗碗机为例进行说明,在图1所示的实施方式中,洗涤电器1000为抽屉式洗碗机,腔体200可通过导轨(图未示出)与壳体300连接,腔体200能够相对于壳体300滑动以将腔体200滑出或者滑入壳体300内以打开或关闭洗涤腔室201,从而使得腔体200能够装载餐具以使的抽屉式洗碗机能够对餐具进行清洗(图1中的箭头A表示腔体200的滑动方向),抽屉式洗碗机在装载餐具时,洗涤腔室的顶部敞开。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,洗涤电器1000也可为水槽式洗碗机,在装载餐具时,水槽式洗碗机的洗涤腔室的顶部敞开。
请参阅图1和图1A,在图1和图1A的示例中,分配器100安装在与腔体200的滑动方向垂直的内壁2011上。可以理解,请参阅图1B,在其它实施方式中,分配器100也可安装在腔体200的滑动方向平行的内壁2011上,具体设置方式在此不作限制。
请参阅图2至图5,在本实施方式中,分配器100包括本体10、盖体20、底板30、联动结构40、驱动组件50和过滤件70。盖体20活动设置在本体10上(即盖体20与本体10活动连接)。底板31可活动地连接本体10,联动结构40用于连接盖体20和底板30,驱动组件50设置于本体10,过滤件70安装在本体10上。
需要说明的是,盖体20活动设置在本体10上可以是指盖体20滑动或者转动地设置本体10上。在本文中,以盖体20滑动地设置在本体10上为例做详细阐述。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,盖体20也可以是转动地设置在本体10上,例如,盖体20可设置为向上翻盖式。
请参阅图4,具体地,本体10包括收容腔体11、第一导引部12和安装板14,收容腔体11安装在安装板14。
收容腔体11形成有收容腔111,收容腔111形成有位于本体10顶部的开口110。收容腔111的底部形成有投放口1110,底板30能够在本体10围成的立体空间内活动以打开或关闭投放口1110。第一导引部12用于引导盖体20在本体10上滑动。本体10可采用塑料材料制成,在一个例子中,本体10可采用PP材料(polypropylene,聚丙烯)制成。可以理解的是,本体10可以一体成型结构也可以分体成型结构,具体在此不作限制。
需要说明的是,本体10所围成的空间是指能够完全容纳整个本体10的规则立体图形所形成的最小空间,例如能够完全容纳整个本体10的最小长方体或者正方体或者其它规则图形。
收容腔111可用于放置用于清洗餐具的洗涤剂,洗涤剂可为粉末状、液体或片状。也即是说,用户可通过滑动盖体20以打开收容腔111的开口110,然后通过开口110向收容腔111装载洗涤剂。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,开口110位于本体10的顶部可以理解为开口110的朝向向上,或者是开口110开设在收容腔体11的侧壁上,开口110的朝向侧壁外侧或者是开口110倾斜向上开设在收容腔体11的侧壁。
在图1和图2所示的示例中,腔体200的洗涤腔室201的顶部的开口的方向和分配器100的收容腔111的开口110的方向相同,两者的朝向均是朝上的。
请结合图3和图4,在本实施方式中,收容腔111包括并列设置的第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112。具体地,在图示的实施方式中,第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112沿盖体20的滑动方向排列(图3中的箭头B表示盖体的滑动方向)。开口110包括第一开口1101和第二开口1102,第一开口1101和第二开口1102均位于本体10的顶部。第一收容腔1111形成第一开口1101。第二收容腔1112形成第二开口1102。在本实施方式中,投放口1110包括形成于第一收容腔1111的底部的第一投放口1113和形成于第二收容腔1112的底部的第二投放口1114。
在图3的示例中,第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112均大致呈长方体状。第一开口1101和第二开口1102均大致呈矩形状。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112也可呈其它规则或者不规则的形状,第一开口1101和第二开口1102也可呈其它规则或者不规则的形状。
具体地,抽屉洗碗机对餐具的洗涤过程通常包括预洗阶段和主洗阶段,其中,在预洗阶段可用粉末状洗涤剂进行清洗,在主洗阶段可用片状洗涤剂进行清洗。在本实施方式中,第一收容腔1111可用于装载用于预洗阶段的粉末状洗涤剂,第二收容腔1112可用于装载用于主洗阶段的片状洗涤剂。也即是说,用户可通过第一开口1101向第一收容腔1111装载粉末状洗涤剂,可通过第二开口1102向第二收容腔1112装载片状洗涤剂。
请参阅1A、图1B和图2至图4,盖体20能够在分配器100的远离洗涤腔室201的内壁2011的一侧与内壁之间的空间A1内活动(滑动或者转动)以打开或关闭开口110(见图1A和图1B)。这样,盖体20的活动不会抵持洗涤腔室201的餐具而导致盖体20不能打开或关闭开口110。
请参阅图1A和图1B,优选地,在本实施方式中,盖体20能够在本体10所围成的立体空间A2内活动,或者是指盖体20能够在大于本体10所围成的空间A2的期望范围(例如,超出本体10所围成的空间A2但不会抵持到放置于洗涤腔室201内餐具)内活动。
需要说明的是,本体10所围成的空间A2为能够完全容纳整个本体10的规则立体图形所形成的最小空间,例如长方体或者正方体或者其它规则立体图形。
具体地,本实施方式中,盖体20是能够相对于本体10活动以打开和关闭第一开口1101和/或第二开口1102。在本实施方式中,盖体20是与本体10滑动连接的。盖体20能够在分配器100的远离洗涤腔室201的内壁2011的一侧与内壁之间的空间A1内任意滑动。在本实施方式中,以盖体20能够打开和关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102为例进行详细说明,可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,盖体20也可只是打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102中的一个,而另一个可通过其它方式打开,例如设置另外的盖体,具体在此不作限制。
可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,盖体20也可以是转动地设置在本体10上,例如,盖体20可设置为向上翻盖式。
此外,在图1和图1A示的实施方式中,分配器100安装在与腔体200的滑动方向垂直的内壁2011上。盖体20的滑动方向与腔体200的滑动方向垂直。可以理解,请参阅图1B,在其它实施方式中,分配器100也可安装在于腔体200的滑动方向平行的内壁2011上,在这样的实施方式中,盖体20的滑动方向与腔体200的滑动方向平行。
具体地,盖体20设有第二导引部21和凸起部24。第二导引部21用于与第一导引部12配合连接以导引盖体20与本体10的相对滑动。凸起部24用于被操作以带动盖体20相对于本体10滑动。这样,在用户需要滑动盖体20时,用户可通过推动凸起部24来带动盖体20在本体10上滑动以打开或者关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102。
具体地,请参阅图4,第一导引部12包括开设在安装板14上的第一滑槽121和开设在收容腔体11上的第二滑槽122,第一滑槽121和第二滑槽122均沿盖体20的滑动方向开设。第二滑槽121的延伸方向所在竖直面和第二滑槽122的延伸方向所在的竖直面不同,这样可以限定盖体20多个方向的自由度,以使盖体20滑动更加平稳。
本实施方式中,盖体20呈L型,盖体20包括横部22和竖部23,横部22位于本体10的顶部,横部22用于打开和关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102。凸起部24设于横部22。竖部23相对于横部22弯折且位于的一侧。第二导引部21包括形成在横部22上的第一凸部211和形成在竖部23上的第一凸部212,第一凸部211与第一滑槽121滑动配合,第一凸部212与第二滑槽122滑动配合,从而引导盖体20能够在本体10上滑动。
可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,也可是第一导引部12为凸部,第二导引部21为滑槽,或者是第一导引部12包括凸部和滑槽,第二导引部21也包括凸部和滑槽,具体设置方式在此不作限制,只需要能够实现盖体20和本体10的相对滑动即可。在本实施方式中,盖体20也可采用耐热的塑料材料制成,这样塑料容易成型且成本低,同时,盖体20的耐热性能较好,在一个例子中,本体10可采用PP材料(polypropylene,聚 丙烯)制成。
另外,在其它实施方式中,竖部23可以省略,以使盖体20的结构更加简单。
此外,在本实施方式中,盖体20是直接设置在本体10的顶部且盖体20通常采用刚性件,不可压缩和弯折。可以理解,在一些实施方式中,盖体20也可以为柔性件,盖体可压缩和弯折。在这样的实施方式中,可以在收容腔体11的一侧设置收卷机构,盖体20至少部分地收卷在收卷机构中。在需要关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102时,只需将盖体20从收卷机构中拉出,然后将使得拉动盖体20在本体10上滑动以第一开口1101和第二开口1102,在关闭后,可以将盖体20一端固定在本体10上以防止盖体20错误地被卷回至收卷机构中,在需要打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102时,只需要将盖体20的一端松开,收卷机构会自动将盖体20卷回以打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102。当然,盖体20也可弯折而不收卷。
请参阅图5至图8,底板30活动设置在本体10上,在盖体20完全打开开口110的情况下,收容腔111的底部由底板30关闭。
具体地,在本实施方式中,底板30包括第一底板31和第二底板32。第一底板31可活动地设置在第一收容腔1111的底部,第一底板31用于打开或关闭第一收容腔1111的底部。第二底板32可活动地设置在第二收容腔1112的底部,第二底板32用于打开和关闭第二收容腔1112的底部。
进一步地,请结合图9,在本实施方式中,投放口1110包括形成于第一收容腔1111的底部的第一投放口1113和形成于第二收容腔1112的底部的第二投放口1114。第一底板31被配置成在本体10围成的立体空间内活动以关闭或者打开第一投放口1113,第二底板32被配置成在本体10围成的立体空间内活动以关闭或者打开第二投放口1114。
具体地,第一底板31的活动可由联动结构40实现,第二底板32的活动可由驱动组件50实现。
在本实施方式中,在盖体20完全打开第一开口1101的情况下,第一投放口1113由第一底板31关闭。在盖体20关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102的情况下,第一底板31打开第一投放口1113,第二底板32关闭第二投放口1114。
请结合图7和图8,在本实施方式中,联动结构40连接盖体20和第一底板31,联动结构40被配置成在盖体20关闭第一开口1101的过程中驱动第一底板31活动以打开第一投放口1113。
联动结构40包括第一拨件41、第二拨件42和第一弹性件43。
第一拨件41连接盖体20,第二拨件42连接底板30,第一拨件41用于在盖体20关闭开口110的过程中动作于第二拨件42,以使底板30打开收容腔111的底部。
具体地,第一拨件41用于在盖体20关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102的过程中驱动第一底板31相对于本体10活动以打开第一收容腔1111底部的第一投放口1113。
第一弹性件43连接底板30,第一弹性件43用于给底板30施加弹性力以保持底板30关闭收容腔111的底部的趋势。第一弹性件43可以是弹簧等弹性元件。
具体地,在本实施方式中,第一弹性件43连接第一底板31,第一弹性件43用于给第一底板31施加弹性力以保持第一底板31关闭第一收容腔1111的底部的第一投放口1113的趋势。
也即是说,在盖体20打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102时,第一弹性件43可用于给第一底板31施加弹性力以使得第一底板31能够保持关闭第一收容腔1111的状态,在盖体20关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102的过程中,第一拨件41可用于抵靠第二拨件42以使得底板31能够克服第一弹性件43的弹性力逐渐打开第一收容腔1111底部的第一投放口1113。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,第一拨件41也可以是通过其它结构或者元部件动作于第二拨件42,从而使得底板能够克服第一弹性件43的弹性力逐渐打开第一收容腔1111底部的第一投放口1113。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,第一底板31相对于本体10活动以打开第一收容腔1111底部的第一投放口1113可以是指第一底板31能够在联动结构40的带动下相对于本体10转动以打开第一投放口1113或者是第一底板31能够相对于本体10滑动以打开第一投放口1113。也即是说,第一底板21可以是转动地设置于本体10,两者转动连接,也可以是滑动地设置于本体10,两者滑动连接。
具体地,请结合图5至图8,在一个例子中,第一底板31可转动地设置在第一收容腔1111的底部,也即是说,即第一底板31能够相对于本体10转动以打开或关闭第一投放口1113。
具体地,请参阅图6至图8,在这样的例子中第一底板31包括第一转轴部311,第一转轴部311与本体10转动连接,第一底板31能够通过第一转轴部311相对于本体10转动,第一转轴部311位于第一底板31的一侧。第一弹性件43套设于第一转轴部311并抵持本体10。第一拨件41为设置在盖体20上的第一抵持部411,第二拨件42为设置在第一底板31上的第二抵持部421。

请结合图7和图8,在盖体20关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102的过程中(图7中的箭头C表示盖体20打开第一开口1101是的滑动方向),首先,第一抵持部411逐 渐靠进第二抵持部421,随后第一抵持部和第二抵持部421相互抵靠,此时,盖体20在外力的作用下进一步滑动,第一抵持部411给第二抵持部421施加作用力,第二抵持部421在第一抵持部411的带动下转动,从而使得第一底板31克服第一弹性件43的弹性力后相对于本体10转动以打开第一收容腔1111的底部的投放口1113(图7中的箭头D表示第一底板31的转动方向),进而将第一收容腔1111内的粉状洗涤剂从上至下投放到腔体200的洗涤腔室201内以满足抽屉式洗碗机的预洗阶段的洗涤要求。
此外,请参阅图8,在第一底板31打开第一收容腔1111时,第一抵持部411和第二抵持部421仍相互抵持,且两者的为面接触,这样,第一抵持部411能够稳定地抵持第二抵持部421以使得第一底板31不会在第一弹性件43的作用下错误地转动以关闭第一收容腔1111的底部。
需要说明的是,由于预洗阶段是洗碗机最先开始的洗涤阶段,因此,在第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112装载完洗涤剂后,用户可通过盖体20关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102,在关闭的过程中,由于联动结构40的存在,盖体20会带动第一底板31打开第一收容腔1111的底部以直接对预洗阶段所需要的洗涤剂进行定量投放。
可以理解的是,在其它例子中,第一弹性件43也可以是用于在盖体20关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102是保持第一底板31打开第一收容腔1111底部的趋势,也即是说,在这样的例子中,在盖体20打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102的过程中,需要克服第一弹性件43的弹性力才能使得第一底板31关闭第一收容腔1111。
此外,在图6所示的实施方式中,第一转轴部311转动连接在第一收容腔1111的一侧,在第一底板31是绕收容腔1111的一侧旋转以打开第一投放口1113。可以理解,在其它实施方式中,第一转轴部311也可以是转动连接在第一收容腔1111的底部的中间位置,第一底板31转动时,一部分向第一收容腔1111内部转动,另一部分向第一收容腔1111外部转动,具体设置方式在此不作限制。
请参阅图9至图13,在本实施方式中,驱动组件50包括驱动件51、传动件52和第二弹性件53。驱动件51连接传动件52,传动件52连接底板30,驱动件51用于通过传动件52驱动底板30活动以使底板30关闭收容腔111的底部和打开收容腔111的底部。
具体地,在本实施方式中,传动件52连接第二底板32,第二弹性件53连接第二底板32。驱动件51用于通过传动件52驱动第二底板32活动以使第二底板32关闭第二收容腔1112的底部(即关闭第二投放口1114)和打开第二收容腔1112的底部(即打开第二投放口1114)。
第二弹性件53连接底板30,第二弹性件53用于给底板30施加弹性力以保持底板 30关闭收容腔111的底部的趋势,或保持底板30打开收容腔111的底部的趋势。
具体地,第二弹性件53可为弹簧等弹性元件,第二弹性件53套设在第二底板32的第二转轴部321且抵持本体10,第二弹性件53用于给第二底板32施加弹性力以保持底板31关闭第二收容腔1112的底部的第二投放口1114趋势。
驱动件51可以是电机或者是电磁阀等驱动装置。第二底板32包括第二转轴部321,第二底板32通过第二转轴部321与本体10可转动地连接。驱动件51可通过传动件52驱动第二底板32相对于本体10转动以打开第二收容腔1112的底部,即打开第二收容腔1112的第二投放口1114(图9为第二底板32打开第二投放口1114的状态示意图)。
也即是说,在驱动件51不动作的情况下,第二弹性件53给第二底板32施加弹性力以使得第二底板32能够保持关闭第二收容腔1112的第二投放口1114的状态,在驱动件51动作时,驱动件51能够通过传动件52给第二底板32施加作用力以使第二底板32能够克服第二弹性件53的弹性力以逐渐打开第二收容腔1112底部的第二投放口1114,以实现对片状洗涤剂的投放。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,第二底板31能够在驱动组件50的驱动下相对于本体10转动以打开第二投放口1114,也即是说,第二底板32转动地连接本体10。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,第二底板32也可以是滑动地连接本体10且能够在驱动组件的驱动下相对于本体10滑动以打开第二投放口1114,例如,可将通过齿轮齿条的方式通过驱动件51驱动第二底板32相对本体滑动以打开或关闭第二投放口1114,具体设置方式在此不作限制。在本实施方式中,主要以第二底板32转动连接本体10为例进行说明。
请参阅图10和图11,在一个例子中,驱动件51可包括电磁阀,电磁阀可包括可伸缩的顶杆,在电磁阀通电时,顶杆顶出,断电时,顶杆缩回。传动件52可包括传动杆,顶杆抵持传动杆,传动杆的一端与电磁阀的顶杆抵持,另一端与第二底板32的第二转轴312固定连接。因此,在需要打开第二收容腔1112的底部时,只需要给电磁阀通电,电磁阀的顶板顶出以使得传动杆转动,从而通过第二转轴321带动第二底板32转动以打开第二收容腔1112的底部以实现对抽屉式洗碗机的主洗阶段的片状洗涤剂的投放。
可以理解,在这样的例子中,由于第二弹性件53的存在,第二弹性件53会持续给第二底板32施加弹性力,因此,在第二底板32打开第二收容腔1112的底部时,电磁阀均需要一直处于通电状态从而使得第二底板32能够保持处于打开第二收容腔1112的底部的状态。
此外,还可以理解的是,在这样的例子中,第二弹性件53也可以是用于给第二底板32施加弹性力以保持第二底板32打开第二收容腔1112底部的第二投放口1114的趋 势。这样,在电磁阀断电时,第二弹性件53使得第二底板32保持打开第二收容腔1112底部第二投放口1114的状态。在需要装载洗涤剂时,需要给电磁阀通电以使得第二底板32关闭第二收容腔1112的底部,在需要投放洗涤剂时,则只要给电磁阀断电,第二底板32即可在第二弹性件53的作用下使得第二底板32打开第二收容腔1112的底部的第二投放口1114,具体设置方式可根据实际情况而定。
请参阅图12和图13,在另一个例子中,驱动件51可包括电磁阀,电磁阀包括顶杆,传动件52可包括杠杆结构521和连接杆522。杠杆结构521安装与本体10且能够在外力的作用下相对于本体10转动,杠杆结构521的一端抵持电磁阀的顶杆,另一端抵持连接杆522的一端,连接杆522的另一端抵持第二底板32。
具体地,在图12和图13所示的示例中,连接杆522沿竖直方向设置,在杠杆结构521的与第一底板31抵持的一端向上转动时,另一端向下转动,从而驱动连接杆522向下运动,进而驱动第二底板32克服第二弹性件53的弹性力以相对于本体10转动以打开第二收容腔1112底部的第二投放口1114。
请继续参阅图12和图13,在需要驱动第二底板32转动以打开第二收容腔1112底部的第二投放口1114进行洗涤剂的投放时,可给电磁阀通电,电磁阀的顶杆顶出,从而使得杠杆结构521的一端向上转动,另一端向下转动以驱动连接杆522向下移动,进而驱动第二底板32克服第二弹性件53的弹性力以相对于本体10转动以打开第二投放口1114,从而实现投放。
在需要使得第二底板32关闭第二收容腔1112的底部时,只需要给电磁阀断电,电磁阀的顶杆会缩回。此时,第二底板32在第二弹性件53的弹性力的作用下转回至关闭第二收容腔1112底部的第二投放口1114的状态。此时,连接杆522会在第二底板32的作用下向上运动并带动杠杆结构521的一端向上转动,从而使得杠杆结构521的另一端向下转动以抵持电磁阀的顶杆以便于电磁阀下一次动作时驱动杠杆结构521转动。
此外,在图12所示的例子中,为了引导连接杆522上下运动,在本体10上开设有引导槽13,连接杆522穿设引导槽13并抵持第二底板32。
另外,在图13所示的例子中,驱动组件50还可包括第三弹性件(图未示出),第三弹性件的第一端抵持连接杆522,另一端抵持本体10。在连接杆522在杠杆结构521的作用下向下运动时,连接杆522压缩第三弹性件。在电磁阀断电时,连接杆522除了在第二底板32的作用下向上运动之外,第三弹性件也对连接杆522的弹性力也可以用于连接杆522快速地向上运动以使第二底板32能够快速地关闭第二收容腔1112的底部。
此外,可以理解的是,在某些实施方式中,驱动件51也可为电机,电机的电机轴可通过传动件52与第二底板32的第二转轴321连接,电机转动时可通过传动件带动第 二底板32转动。在这样的实施方式中,传动件52可以是其它形式的传动结构,例如齿轮传动组件、带轮传动组件等等,具体传动方式在此不作限制,只需要能够保证电机工作时能够带动第二底板32转动即可。
需要说明的是,由于主洗阶段是洗碗机的洗涤时序中间的洗涤阶段,因此,上述驱动组件50主要是用于在主洗阶段开始时,驱动件51动作,从而过传动件52带动第二底板32转动以打开第二收容腔1112的底部的第二投放口1114以将装载在第二收容腔1112内的片状洗涤剂投放至洗涤腔室201内。
请参阅图2和图3,在本实施方式中,过滤件70位于收容腔111下方,也即是说,过滤件70位于第一投放口1113和第二投放口1114的下方。过滤件70围设底板30的活动范围,过滤件70用于在收容腔111的底部的投放口1110打开的情况下承载并过滤从收容腔111掉落的洗涤剂。
其中,过滤件70设置在底板30的活动范围外,也即是说,在底板30工作过程中,底板30不会与过滤件70的实体接触,底板30的活动均在过滤件70的过滤空间707内进行,不会与过滤件70的边缘接触,如此设置,在底板30活动过程中,过滤件70不会干涉底板30的活动,进而不会出现由于过滤件70与底板30接触导致底板30活动受阻的情况,提升分配器100的工作效率。
具体地,如前所述,在本实施方式中,收容腔111的包括第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112,第一收容腔1111用于装载用于抽屉式洗碗机的预洗阶段的粉状洗涤剂,第二收容腔1112用装载用于抽屉式洗碗机的主洗阶段的片状洗涤剂。也即是说,过滤件70用于在第二收容腔1112的底部的第二投放口1114打开的情况下承载并过滤从第二投放口1114掉落的洗涤剂,在本实施方式中,从第二收容腔1112掉落的洗涤剂为片状洗涤剂。
可以理解,如若分配器100中未设置过滤件70,片剂洗涤剂会掉落在洗涤腔室201的底部,通常情况下,抽屉式洗碗机的洗涤腔室201的底部设置有喷臂(图未示出)和过滤系统(图未示出)。由于片状洗涤剂溶解较为缓慢,因此,片状洗涤剂直接落入至洗涤腔室201内可能会影响抽屉式洗碗机的正常工作,例如,未溶解的片状洗涤剂直接落入洗涤腔室201内,可能会而干扰喷臂的转动甚至卡住喷臂,再例如,未溶解的片剂洗涤剂可能堵塞抽屉式洗碗机的过滤系统而影响抽屉式洗碗机的正常工作。
然而,在本实施方式中,在驱动组件50驱动第二底板32打开第二收容腔1112的底部的第二投放口1114时,过滤件70能够承接并过滤从第二收容腔1112掉落的片剂洗涤剂,进而防止片剂洗涤剂掉落在洗涤腔室201的底部。这样能够避免片状洗涤剂直接落入洗涤腔室201内从而对洗涤电器1000的洗涤系统的工作造成干扰,进而提升洗 涤电器1000的工作效率。例如,过滤件70的设置可以防止未溶解的片状洗涤剂直接落入洗涤腔室201内而干扰设置于洗涤腔室201内的喷臂的转动甚至卡住喷臂,再例如,也可以防止未溶解的片剂洗涤剂堵塞抽屉式洗碗机的过滤系统和排水系统而影响抽屉式洗碗机的正常工作。
进一步地,请参与图14至图16,收容腔体11凸设在安装板14上,过滤件70背离安装板14的侧面与收容腔体11背离安装板14的侧面平齐设置。也即是说,如图14所示,过滤件70也是凸设在安装板14上且与安装板14连接。
如此,在将碗具或者餐具放置在洗涤腔室201内时,碗具或者餐具会与过滤件70背离安装板14的侧面相抵靠,进而防止碗具或者餐具与收容腔体11下方的安装板14的内壁接触,防止出现碗具或者餐具与收容腔体11下方的安装板14的内壁接触影响第一底板31和第二底板32的转动,从而使得分配器100能够顺利地投放洗涤剂。
可以理解的是,过滤件70背离安装板14的侧面与收容腔体11背离安装板14的侧面不仅仅平齐设置,可以根据不同情况来设置过滤件70背离安装板14的侧面与收容腔体11背离安装板14的侧面之间的位置关系。在其它实施方式中,过滤件70背离安装板14的侧面与收容腔体11背离安装板14的侧面可以不平齐设置。例如,请参阅图15,在图示的示例中,过滤件70背离安装板14的侧面到安装板14的距离a1大于收容腔体11背离安装板14的侧面到安装板14的距离b1。又例如,请参阅图16,在图示的示例中,过滤件70背离安装板14的侧面到安装板14的距离a2小于于收容腔体11背离安装板14的侧面到安装板14的距离b2。在此不对过滤件70背离安装板14的侧面与收容腔体11背离安装板14的侧面之间的具体位置关系做限定。
进一步地,过滤件70可以采用不锈钢制成。不锈钢的硬度高并且耐腐蚀性强。过滤件70采用不锈钢制成能够提升过滤件70的使用年限并且有利于客户使用洗涤电器1000。不会经常出现因为过滤件70生锈或者是损坏需要更换过滤件70的情况,减少了更换过滤件70的次数,提升了用户的体验。可以理解的是,过滤件70不仅仅可以采用不锈钢制成。可以根据不同情况来设置过滤件70的具体材料。在此不对过滤件70的具体材料做限定。
请参阅17至图20,在本实施方式中,过滤件70包括底壁702和侧壁703。底壁702连接侧壁703。侧壁703与底壁702围成有过滤空间707,底壁702和侧壁703均形成有与过滤空间707连通的通孔701,通孔701的尺寸小于洗涤剂的尺寸。
需要说明的是,上述过滤件70所承载并过滤的洗涤剂为粉状洗涤剂或者片状洗涤剂。通孔701的尺寸小于洗涤剂的尺寸是指通孔701的尺寸小于粉状洗涤剂的尺寸或者片状洗涤剂的尺寸。
具体地,在本实施方式中,过滤件70的过滤空间707与第一投放口1113以及第二投放口1114对应,也即是说,从第一投放口1113投放的粉状洗涤剂和从第二投放口1114投放的片状洗涤剂都会经过过滤空间707。
在本实施方式中,通孔701的尺寸小于片状洗涤剂的尺寸且大于粉状洗涤剂的尺寸,因此,在第一底板31打开第一投放口1113进行粉状洗涤剂的投放时,粉状洗涤剂能够直接穿过通孔701而直接落入至洗涤腔室201内,从而为抽屉式洗碗机的预洗阶段提供洗涤剂。在进入主洗阶段时,第二底板32打开第二投放口1114进行片状洗涤剂的投放,由于片状洗涤剂的尺寸大于通孔702的尺寸,因此,片状洗涤剂会承载在过滤件70上而不会直接掉落至洗涤腔室201内以影响喷臂的转动或者堵塞过滤系统,片状洗涤剂可在喷臂喷出的水流的冲刷作用下溶解后通过通孔701流入洗涤腔室201内以满足主洗阶段的清洗要求。
可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,通孔701的尺寸也可以既小于片状洗涤剂的尺寸也小于粉洗涤剂的尺寸。在这样的实施方式中,在第一底板31打开第一投放口1113进行粉状洗涤剂的投放时,粉状洗涤剂会承载在过滤件70上,此时,粉状洗涤剂可在喷臂喷出的水流的作用下溶解后通过通孔流入洗涤腔室201内以满足预洗阶段的清洗要求。在进入主洗阶段时,进行片状洗涤剂的投放,其投放过程和溶解原理和上述实施方式相同,为了避免冗长,在此不作重复阐述。
此外,还可以理解的是,在本实施方式中,过滤件701也可的过滤空间707也可只与第二投放口1114相对应。也即是说,在第一底板31打开第一投放口1113时,第一收容腔1111内的粉状洗涤剂可直接落入至洗涤腔室201内,只有在第二底板1114打开第二投放口1114时,第二收容腔1112内的片状洗涤剂才或落入并承载在过滤件70上,具体设置方式在此不作限制。
另外,如图19至图22,在图示的示例中,底壁702包括有多根连接杆704,每根连接杆704连接相对立的两个侧壁703。相邻两根连接杆704间隔设置,通孔701形成于相邻两根连接杆704的间隔位置。通孔701的尺寸小于洗涤剂的尺寸指的是相邻两根连接杆704间隔的距离小于洗涤剂的宽度或者长度或者直径,也即是说,从收容腔111落下的洗涤剂不会立刻从通孔701落下。当然,多根连接杆704不仅仅可以按照图20所示去排列。例如,在其它实施方式中,多根连接杆704还可以按照图21所示来排列。又例如,在其它实施方式中,多根连接杆704还可以按照图22所示来排列。在此不对多根连接杆704的具体排列方式做限定。
在本实施方式中,过滤件70朝向安装板14的一侧设置有多个立柱705,每个立柱705上形成有螺孔7051,安装板14上设置有用于多个立柱705穿过的插孔706,在立柱 705插入插孔706时,螺丝穿过螺孔7051以使过滤件70固定在安装板14上。
当然,在其它实施方式中,过滤件70和安装板14不仅仅可以通过螺纹连接。可以根据不同情况来设置过滤件70和安装板14的具体连接方式。例如,在其它实施方式中,过滤件70可以粘接在安装板14上。在此不对过滤件70和安装板14的具体连接方式做限定。
此外,请参阅图23和图24,如前所述,在某些实施方式中,第一底板31也可以不是与本体10转动连接,而是可滑动地设置在第一收容腔1111的底部,也即是说,即第一底板31能够相对于本体10滑动以打开和关闭第一投放口1113。
请结合图23和图24,在这样的例子中,第一拨件41可为设置在盖体20两侧的第三抵持部412和第四抵持部413,第二拨件42可为设置在底板31上的第五抵持部422,第五抵持部422位于第三抵持部412和第四抵持部413之间。
具体地,请继续参阅23和图24,在盖体20完全打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102时,第一底板31关闭第一收容腔1111的底部的第一投放口1113(见图23),第三抵持部412抵持第五抵持部422。
请参阅图24,在需要关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102时,可滑动盖体20以关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102。在这个过程中,第四抵持部413逐渐靠近第五抵持部422,在第四抵持部413和第五抵持部422抵靠时,第四抵持部413会继续带动第五抵持部422运动以带动第一底板31相对于本体10滑动(第一底板31的滑动方向与盖体20的滑动方向相同),从而使得第一底板31打开第一收容腔1111的底部的第一投放口(见图24),以将第一收容腔1111内粉状洗涤剂投放到腔体200的洗涤腔室201内。
在投放完毕且需要进行下一次装载时,可滑动盖体20以打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102。在盖体20滑动的过程中,第三抵持部412逐渐靠近第五抵持部422,在第三抵持部412和第五抵持部422抵靠时,第三抵持部412会继续带动第五抵持部422运动以带动第一底板31相对于本体10滑动(第一底板31的滑动方向与盖体20的滑动方向相同),从而使得第一底板31逐渐关闭第一收容腔1111的底部的第一投放口1111(见图24)。在盖体20完全打开第一开口1101时,第一底板31完全关闭第一投放口1113,此时,用户可通过第一开口1101向第一收容腔1111内装载洗涤剂。
可以理解的是,在这样的例子中,联动结构40可不设置上述第一弹性件43。
此外,在这样的实施方式中,由于第一底板31是滑动设置在本体10的,因此,为了防止第一底板31滑动时与第二底板32干涉,第二收容腔1112的底部可以是关闭的,也即是说,在这样的实施方式中,分配器100可不设置第二底板32和驱动组件50,第 二收容腔1112的底部不开设第二投放口1114。
在这样的实施方式中,为了实现对第二收容腔1112内的片状洗涤剂的投放,可以在第二收容腔1112上开设进水通道60和出水通道61(见图25),进水通道60可连接抽屉式洗碗机的洗涤循环水路或者进水水路。在进入主洗阶段时,可通过进水通道60向第二收容腔1112进水,从而使得第二收容腔1112的内片状洗涤剂溶解,然后通过出水通道61流入至洗涤腔室201内以实现对片状洗涤剂的投放(图25中的虚线箭头表示第二收容腔1112内的水流流动方向)。
当然,可以理解的是,在这样的实施方式中,也可以采用驱动组件50驱动第二底板32转动以打开第二收容腔1112底部的第二投放口1114的方式来进行投放,只需要第一底板31滑动后打开第一收容腔1111时,不会干涉第二底板32的转动即可。例如,在一个例子中,可将联动结构40设置成在盖体10关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102时,第一底板31是沿第二底板32所在的反方向运动以打开第一收容腔1111的底部即可,这样,第一底板31不会阻碍第二底板32的转动,具体设置方式可根据实际情况进行设定。
下面,请结合图2、图55、图6以及图9,以第一底板31为转动打开第一收容腔1111底部的第一投放口1113,第二底板32是在驱动组件50的带动下转动以打开第二收容腔1112底部的第二投放口1114的实施方式对本申请实施方式的分配器100的工作原理进行介绍。
首先,在需要装载洗涤剂时,滑动盖体20打开第一开口1101和第二开口1102,此时,第一底板31在第一弹性件43的作用下关闭第一收容腔1111的底部的第一投放口1113,第二底板32在第二弹性件53的作用下关闭第二收容腔1112的底部的第二投放口1114(见图5)。这样,可将用于预洗阶段的粉状洗涤剂装载在第一收容腔1111内,将用于主洗阶段的片状洗涤剂装载在第二收容腔1112内。
随后,可滑动盖体20以关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102,在滑动的过程中,盖体20通过联动结构40带动第一底板31转动以打开第一收容腔1111的底部的第一投放口1113,从而实现粉状洗涤剂的投放(见图6)。此时,可将抽屉式洗碗机的腔体200推入壳体300内,进入预洗阶段。
在预洗阶段结束后进入主洗阶段,此时,驱动组件50的驱动件51动作,从而通过传动件52带动第二底板32转动以打开第二收容腔1112的底部的第二投放口1114(见图9),片状洗涤剂从第二收容腔1112底部的第二投放口1114落入至过滤件70内,在清洗过程中,抽屉式洗碗机的喷臂喷出的水流对过滤件70内的片状洗涤剂不断的冲刷以使其溶解,片状过滤剂溶解后通过过滤件70的通孔701流入至洗涤腔室201内以用 于主洗阶段。
此外,需要说明的是,第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112的体积是预先设置的,这样,用户在装载洗涤剂时,第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112可以对洗涤剂进行计量。第一收容腔1111的体积应设置成于每一次预洗阶段所要投放的洗涤剂的量的体积相等为宜,第二收容腔1112的体积应设置成大于用于每一次主洗阶段的片状洗涤剂的体积为宜。
另外,有上述可知,在本实施方式中,收容腔111的数量为两个,即包括第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112,底板30的数量为两个,即包括第一底板31和第二底板32。在本实施方式中,第一底板31是通过盖体20和联动结构40来带动以打开第一收容腔1111的底部的第一投放口1113,第二底板32是通过驱动组件50来带动以打开第二收容腔1112的底部的第二投放口1114。在这样的实施方式中盖体20是滑动设置在本体10上的。
可以理解的是,在其它实施方式,也可以是第一底板31是通过驱动组件50来带动,第二底板32是通过联动结构40来带动。可以理解,在这样的实施方式中,盖体20可以是滑动设置在本体10上,也可以是转动设置本体10上。

此外,还可以理解的是,在一些实施方式中,第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1112均也可以是装载一种洗涤剂,两个腔的功能一直,例如均装载有用于预洗阶段的粉状洗涤剂。在这样的实施方式中,可不设置驱动组件50来带动第二底板32,而是同第一底板31一样设置同样的联动结构来带动。也即是说,在这样的实施方式中,第二底板32也可通过联动结构连接盖体,盖体20关闭第一开口1101和第二开口1102时,盖体20也能够驱动第二底板32活动以打开第二投放口1114。
综上,本申请实施方式的分配器100用于本申请实施方式中洗涤电器1000,洗涤电器1000形成有洗涤腔室201,分配器100安装于洗涤腔室201的内壁2011。分配器100包括本体10和活动设置在本体10的盖体20。本体10形成有收容腔111,收容腔111形成有位于本体10的顶部的开口110,本体10包括收容腔体11,收容腔体11形成有收容腔111。盖体20能够在分配器100的远离内壁2011的一侧与内壁2011之间的空间A1内活动以打开或关闭开口110。
在本申请实施方式的分配器100和洗涤电器1000中,分配器100的盖体20能够能够在分配器100的远离内壁2011的一侧与内壁2011之间的空间A1内活动以打开或关 闭位于本体10顶部的开口110,在装载洗涤用物质时,只需要通过盖体20打开开口110即可进行装载,并可通过盖体20关闭开口110。这样,盖体20在的过程中占用的空间小,盖体20不会向洗涤腔室201内部的打开,从而使盖体20打开开口110时受到餐具的干扰较小,使分配器100能够更加方便地实现洗涤剂的装载。在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施方式”、“一些实施方式”、“示意性实施方式”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合实施方式或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本申请的至少一个实施方式或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施方式或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施方式或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种分配器,用于洗涤电器,所述洗涤电器具有在装载餐具时顶部敞开的洗涤腔室,其特征在于,所述分配器用于安装于所述洗涤腔室的内壁,所述分配器包括:
    本体,所述本体形成有收容腔,所述收容腔形成有位于所述本体的顶部的开口;和
    活动设置在所述本体上的盖体,所述盖体能够在所述分配器的远离所述内壁的一侧与所述内壁之间的空间内活动以打开或关闭所述开口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述收容腔包括并列设置的第一收容腔和第二收容腔,所述开口包括第一开口和第二开口,所述第一收容腔形成有位于所述本体的顶部的所述第一开口,所述第二收容腔形成有位于所述本体的顶部的所述第二开口,所述盖体能够相对所述本体活动以打开或关闭所述第一开口和所述第二开口中的至少一个。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述盖体滑动地设置在所述本体上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述盖体设有第一导引部,所述本体设有第二导引部,所述第一导引部与所述第二导引部配合连接以导引所述盖体与所述本体的相对滑动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述分配器包括活动设置在所述本体的底板,所述分配器包括驱动组件,所述驱动组件包括连接的驱动件和传动件,所述传动件连接所述底板,所述驱动件用于通过所述传动件驱动所述底板活动以使所述底板封闭所述收容腔的底部和开放所述收容腔的底部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件连接所述底板,所述第二弹性件用于给所述底板施加弹性力以保持所述底板封闭所述收容腔的底部的趋势,或保持所述底板开放所述收容腔的底部的趋势。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述盖体形成有凸起部,所述凸起部用于被操作以带动所述盖体相对于所述本体活动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述收容腔还形成有位于所述收容腔的底部的投放口,所述分配器还包括设置在所述本体的底板以及连接所述盖体和所述底板的联动结构,所述联动结构被配置成在所述盖体关闭所述开口的过程中驱动所述底板活动以打开所述投放口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述收容腔包括并列设置的第一收容腔和第二收容腔,所述开口包括第一开口和第二开口,所述第一收容腔形成有位于所述本体的顶部的所述第一开口,所述第二收容腔形成有位于所述本体的顶部的所述第二 开口,所述盖体能够相对所述本体活动以打开或关闭所述第一开口和所述第二开口;
    所述投放口包括形成于所述第一收容腔的底部的第一投放口和形成于所述第二收容腔的底部的第二投放口;
    所述底板包括活动设置在所述本体的第一底板和第二底板,所述联动结构连接所述盖体和所述第一底板,和/或连接所述盖体和所述第二底板,所述联动结构被配置成在所述盖体关闭所述第一开口的过程中驱动所述第一底板活动以打开所述第一投放口和/或驱动所述第二底板活动以打开所述第二投放口。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述联动结构包括第一拨件和第二拨件,所述第一拨件连接所述盖体,所述第二拨件连接所述底板,所述第一拨件用于在所述盖体关闭所述开口的过程中动作于所述第二拨件,以使所述底板打开所述投放口。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述联动结构包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件连接所述第二拨件并用于在所述盖体打开所述开口后,通过所述第二拨件保持所述底板关闭所述投放口的趋势。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述联动结构包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件连接所述底板并用于给所述底板施加弹性力以保持所述底板关闭所述收容腔的底部的趋势。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述收容腔包括并列设置的第一收容腔和第二收容腔,所述开口包括第一开口和第二开口,所述第一收容腔形成有位于所述本体的顶部的所述第一开口,所述第二收容腔形成有位于所述本体的顶部的所述第二开口,所述盖体能够相对所述本体活动以打开或关闭所述第一开口和所述第二开口;
    所述投放口包括形成于所述第一收容腔的底部的第一投放口和形成于所述第二收容腔的底部的第二投放口;
    所述底板包括活动设置在所述本体的第一底板和第二底板,所述联动结构连接所述盖体和所述第一底板,所述联动结构被配置成在所述盖体滑动关闭所述第一开口的过程中驱动所述第一底板活动以打开所述第一投放口;
    所述分配器还包括驱动组件,所述驱动组件包括连接的驱动件和传动件,所述传动件连接所述第二底板,所述驱动件用于通过所述传动件驱动所述第二底板活动以使所述底板打开或关闭所述第二投放口。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件连接所述底板,所述第二弹性件用于给所述底板施加弹性力以保持所述底板关闭所述第二投放口的趋势,或保持所述底板打开所述第二投放口的趋势。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述第二底板转动地设置在所述本体,所述驱动件用于通过所述传动件驱动所述第二底板转动以使所述第二底板打开或关闭所述第二投放口。
  16. 根据权利要求8所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述底板被配置为在所述本体围成的立体空间内活动以封闭或开放所述投放口。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述收容腔还形成有位于所述收容腔的底部的投放口,所述分配器包括与所述本体活动连接的底板和位于所述投放口下方的过滤件,所述底板用于打开或关闭所述投放口,所述过滤件围设所述底板的活动范围。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述过滤件包括:
    底壁;和
    连接所述底壁的侧壁,所述侧壁与所述底壁围成有过滤空间,所述底壁和所述侧壁均形成有与所述过滤空间连通的通孔。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述本体包括安装板和收容腔体,所述收容腔体连接在所述安装板上,所述收容腔体开设有所述收容腔,所述过滤件连接所述安装板。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述收容腔体背离所述安装板的侧面和所述过滤件背离所述安装板的侧面平齐设置。
  21. 一种洗涤电器,其特征在于,包括
    腔体,所述腔体形成有洗涤腔室;和
    权利要求1-20任一项所述的分配器,所述分配器安装于所述洗涤腔室的内壁。
