根据本发明的第三方面,提供了一种制造根据上述方案中任意一项所述的复合板材的方法,所述方法包括:
设置至少两层板材,并将所述至少两层板材彼此附接以形成板材主体,述板材主体具有相对的一对平行边缘,所述板材主体在所述一对平行边缘处的厚度小于在所述板材的中间位置处的厚度;
设置边框,所述边框能够围绕所述板材主体并和所述板材主体的各边缘接合,其中,所述边框的和所述板材主体的所述一对平行边缘对应的位置设置有朝向所述板材主体开口、并沿所述平行边缘的延伸方向延伸的凹槽,并且所述凹槽的开口尺寸和所述板材在所述一对平行边缘处的厚度相一致;
将所述板材主体的所述一对平行边缘插入所述边框的对应的凹槽,并沿所述平行边缘的延伸方向使所述板材主体相对于所述边框滑动直至所述板材主体和所述边框装配在一起。
在一种实施方式中,设置所述边框的步骤包括设置多个梁的步骤和将所述多个梁连接成框架的步骤,其中设置梁的步骤包括:
设置矩形的坯料板,所述坯料板具有沿长度方向延伸的一对第一边缘和沿宽度方向延伸的一对第二边缘;
将所述一对第一边缘连接在一起,以使所述坯料板形成一个筒状结构;
将所述筒装结构塑形,以使所述筒装结构包括中空的梁主体部分和从所述主体部分向上延伸的梁延伸部分,其中所述梁延伸部分由彼此紧贴并在远离所述梁主体部分的末端相连的两个壁共同构成;
将所述梁延伸部分相对于所述梁主体部分弯折以在所述梁延伸部分和所述梁主体部分之间限定朝一侧开口的所述凹槽。

现在参考附图,详细描述本发明的具体实施方式。这里所描述的仅仅是根据本发明的优选实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在所述优选实施方式的基础上想到能够实现本发明的其他方式,所述其他方式同样落入本发明的范围。
本发明提供一种复合板材、包括该复合板材的家具和复合板材 的制造方法。图1-图9示出了根据本发明的一些优选实施方式。
图1-图6示出了根据本发明的一种复合板材300,该复合板材300例如可以用作图7-图9中所示的桌子340的桌板。或者,图1-图6中所示的复合板材300也可以用作箱板、床板等其他家具部件。
首先需要说明的是,本发明所提到的方向术语、位置术语均可以参照图1-图9所示的实施方式进行理解。本发明所提到的方向术语、位置术语均为各部件的相对的方向、位置,而并非绝对的方向、位置。例如,在实施部分中提到的“横向方向”为附图中所示的D1方向,“纵向方向”为附图中所示的D2方向,厚度方向为既垂直于横向方向D1又垂直于纵向方向D2的方向。
首先参考图1-图3。根据本发明的一个优选实施方式的复合板材300包括板材主体100和边框200。板材主体100为大致矩形板状结构,其具有一对纵向边缘102和一对横向边缘。边框200围绕板材主体100并能够和板材主体100的各边缘接合,边框200为一个矩形框架结构并包括一对边缘纵向梁201、一个前端横向梁202以及一个中间纵向梁203。板材主体100的一对纵向边缘102能够和边框200接合,从而使得板材主体100能够从边框200的接收开口204处进入和边框200接合的位置,并继续沿纵向方向D2相对于边框200滑动至和边框200完全接合的位置。
板材主体100和边框200的详细设置方式在图4-图6中示出。首先参考图4和图5,板材主体100包括彼此附接的两层板材,在其他实施方式中可以包括三层或以上的板材。需要说明的是,本发明提到的“顶层板材”和“底层板材”仅相对于一对相互附接的板材而言,例如在一个包含四层板材的实施方式中,若研究其自上至下数的第二层和第三层板材,那么也可以将该第二层板材称为顶层板材,将该第三层板材称为底层板材。也就是说,在顶层板材的顶侧依然可以有其他板材,在底层板材的底侧也依然可以有其他板材。
继续参考图6,板材主体100在一对纵向边缘处的厚度(即在图6中的沿D1-方向位于末端处的厚度)小于在板材主体100的中间位 置处的厚度。边框200的和板材主体100的一对纵向边缘102对应的位置设置有朝向板材主体100开口、并沿平行边缘的延伸方向延伸的凹槽201b,并且凹槽201b201高度和板材主体100在一对纵向边缘102处的厚度相一致。换句话说,凹槽201b形成在边框200的一对边缘纵向梁201上。板材主体100的一对纵向边缘102能够插入边框200的对应的凹槽201b,并使板材主体100相对于边框200沿纵向方向D2滑动,以使板材主体100和边框200装配在一起。虽然在本实施方式中,板材主体100的和边框200配合的一对平行边缘为其纵向边缘,但在其他未示出的实施方式中,“一对平行边缘”也可以为横向边缘或不规则形状中的一对平行边缘。
本实施方式中给出了板材主体100和边框200的一些优选实施方式。
对于板材主体100的设置,例如参考图4和图5,至少两层板材包括彼此接触的顶层板材110和底层板材120。
继续参考图5和图6,在本实施方式中,底层板材120为瓦楞板材,瓦楞板材包括平板状的底层板材120本体和从底层板材120本体向上凹入的下端敞开的突出部,突出部形成为截圆锥形,截圆锥形的顶表面和顶层板材110的底表面紧密贴合。即,对于底层板材120自身来说,其顶壁122的下方敞开,底壁121的上方也敞开,顶壁122用于和顶层板材110贴合,顶壁122和底壁121之间有连接壁123。对于突出部所对应的截圆锥形,连接壁123构成各个截圆锥形的侧面,底层板材120的顶壁122构成各个截圆锥形的顶面,各个截圆锥形的底部敞开。底层板材120的底壁121构成底层板材120的主体。
不同于底层板材120,顶层板材110包括形成为平板结构的顶壁主体和从顶壁主体向下并朝向凹槽201b延伸出的顶壁延伸部,顶壁延伸部的在D1-方向上的末端形成为延伸平板101。参考图6,在板材主体100的纵向边缘102处,底层板材120本体和延伸平板101紧密贴合从而共同适配在凹槽201b中。
可以看到,在本实施方式中,在板材主体100的除了一对纵向边缘102以外的中间位置处(参考图5),顶层板材110的顶壁和底层板材120的底壁之间存在间隙。在板材主体100的一对纵向边缘102处(参考图6),顶层板材110和底层板材120为彼此紧密贴合在一起的两层平板结构,顶层板材110的末端101和底层板材120的末端为紧密贴合的两平板,板材主体100的一对纵向边缘102处的部分和底层板材120的底壁在同一平面内。同样优选地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,板材主体100的一对纵向边缘102处的部分和顶层板材110的顶壁在同一平面内。
可以看到,在本实施方式中,顶层板材110和底层板材120在板材主体100的一对纵向边缘102处的结构均不同于其在板材主体100的除了纵向边缘102以外的中间部分处的结构。但在其他未示出的实施方式中,顶层板材可以为简单的平板,即其在板材主体的纵向边缘处的结构和其他位置处的结构相同,而底层板材在板材主体的一对纵向边缘处的结构不同于其在板材主体的除了纵向边缘以外的中间部分处的结构;或者,底层板材可以为简单的平板,即其在板材主体的纵向边缘处的结构和其他位置处的结构相同,而顶层板材在板材主体的一对纵向边缘处的结构不同于其在板材主体的除了纵向边缘以外的中间部分处的结构。可以理解,只要能够保证至少两层板材所构成的板材主体在一对纵向边缘处的厚度小于在板材的中间位置处的厚度即可。
对于边框200的优选设置,主要参考图6。边框200包括中空的边框主体201a和位于边框主体201a顶部的限定凹槽201b的凹槽201b部。边框主体201a由其顶壁2014、底壁2012、外侧壁2013、内侧壁2011共同限定出截面为矩形的中空部分。顶壁2014在其和外侧壁2013的交界位置延伸出一段延伸壁2014a,外侧壁2013在其和顶壁2014的交界位置延伸出一段延伸壁2013a,顶壁2014的延伸壁2014a和外侧壁2013的延伸壁2013a贴合在一起并自交界位置起朝向板材主体100延伸从而在边框主体201a的上方形成凹槽201b 部,并且,顶壁2014的延伸壁2014a和外侧壁2013的延伸壁2013a在远离交界位置的末端连接在一起。在制造边框200时,可以将边框主体201a的顶壁2014和外侧壁2013的交界位置处将其二者聚合并形成这样的彼此贴合的延伸壁结构。在本实施方式中,边框主体201a向下突出于板材主体100,边框主体201a的底侧面(即其底壁2012的底侧面)低于板材的底侧面。
优选地,边框200还可以设置用于安装一沿横向方向D1延伸的枢轴的枢轴部205。
优选地,板材主体100的至少两层板材均是由吸塑成型的方式制成的。对于每一层板材的吸塑成型的方法包括以下步骤:将边框放置到形状与边框的形状相匹配的模具的顶部上,其中边框的外缘上形成有突出部,突出部沿成形板材的延伸方向向外突出并且向外突出于模具;将塑料坯料板放置到安装有边框的模具的顶表面上,并沿垂直于板材延伸方向的方向施加吸力,从而利用吸塑工艺使塑料坯料板成型,使得塑料坯料板包覆在边框和模具上;使模具沿垂直于板材延伸方向的方向移动以脱离边框和塑料坯料板;对塑料坯料板剪切修边,以保证修边后的塑料坯料板至少包覆边框的突出部的朝外表面,从而确保将边框嵌置在修边后的塑料坯料板内。
优选地,模具的底部边缘处设置有围绕模具本体的台阶,边框被构造为能够围绕模具的本体适配地安置在台阶上。
图7-图9示出了包括图1-图6中所示的复合板材300的桌子340。桌子340为可折叠式桌子340,包括桌板和支腿400,其桌板包括能够绕轴线X相对于彼此枢转并折叠的桌板单元,每一个桌板单元由一个复合板材300制成。支腿400被构造为能够折叠至平行地贴合桌板单元的底表面并随桌板单元一同相对于另一桌板单元折叠。
在需要将桌子340折叠收纳时,可以首先将四个支腿400折叠至平行地贴合桌板单元的底表面并能够随桌板单元一同相对于另一桌板单元折叠的状态,此时如图8所示;之后,将两个桌板单元相对于彼此绕枢轴部205折叠枢转至如图9所示的状态。
本发明的优选实施方式还提供了制造根据图1-6中所示的复合板材的方法。该方法包括:设置至少两层板材,并将至少两层板材彼此附接以形成板材主体,述板材主体具有相对的一对纵向边缘,板材主体在一对纵向边缘处的厚度小于在板材的中间位置处的厚度;设置边框,边框能够围绕板材主体并和板材主体的各边缘接合,其中,边框的和板材主体的一对纵向边缘对应的位置设置有朝向板材主体开口、并沿纵向边缘的延伸方向延伸的凹槽,并且凹槽的高度和板材在一对纵向边缘处的厚度相一致;将板材主体的一对纵向边缘插入边框的对应的凹槽,并沿纵向边缘的延伸方向使板材主体相对于边框滑动直至板材主体和边框装配在一起。
其中,可参考图6,设置边框的步骤包括设置多个梁的步骤和将多个梁连接成框架的步骤,其中设置梁的步骤包括:设置矩形的坯料板,坯料板具有沿长度方向延伸的一对第一边缘和沿宽度方向延伸的一对第二边缘;将一对第一边缘连接在一起,以使坯料板形成一个筒装结构;将筒装结构塑形,以使筒装结构包括中空的梁主体部分和从主体部分向上延伸的梁延伸部分,其中梁延伸部分由彼此紧贴并在远离梁主体部分的末端相连的两个壁共同构成;将梁延伸部分相对于梁主体部分弯折以在梁延伸部分和梁主体部分之间限定朝一侧开口的凹槽。
本发明所提供的复合板材,不仅具有较为优选的厚度,并且重量相比于同等厚度的板材也较轻。因而本发明所提供的复合板材能够兼具稳定性好、不易弯折破损、轻质便携等优点。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种复合板材,所述复合板材(300)包括:
    板材主体(100),所述板材主体包括彼此附接的至少两层板材并具有相对的一对平行边缘(102),其中所述板材主体在所述一对平行边缘处的厚度小于在所述板材主体的中间位置处的厚度;
    边框(200),所述边框围绕所述板材主体并能够和所述板材主体的对应边缘接合,其中,所述边框的和所述板材主体的所述一对平行边缘对应的部分形成有朝向所述板材主体开口、并沿所述平行边缘的延伸方向延伸的凹槽(201b),
    其中,所述凹槽的开口的尺寸和所述板材主体在所述一对平行边缘处的厚度相一致,使得所述板材主体的所述一对平行边缘能够插入所述边框的对应的凹槽,并且能够在所述凹槽中沿所述平行边缘的延伸方向滑动,从而将所述板材主体和所述边框装配在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的复合板材,其特征在于,所述至少两层板材包括彼此贴合的顶层板材(110)和底层板材(120),所述顶层板材和/或所述底层板材在所述板材主体的一对平行边缘处的结构不同于其在所述板材主体的除了所述平行边缘以外的其他部分处的结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的复合板材,其特征在于,所述顶层板材和所述底层板材被构造为:
    在所述板材主体的除了所述一对平行边缘以外的位置处,所述顶层板材的顶壁和所述底层板材的底壁彼此间隔开;
    在所述板材主体的所述一对平行边缘处,所述顶层板材和所述底层板材为彼此紧密贴合在一起的叠层结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的复合板材,其特征在于,所述板材主体的所述一对平行边缘的底面和所述底层板材的底壁在同一平面内;或者
    所述板材主体的所述一对平行边缘的顶面和所述顶层板材的顶 壁在同一平面内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的复合板材,其特征在于,所述底层板材为瓦楞板材,所述瓦楞板材包括平板状的本体部分和从所述本体部分向上突起且朝下敞开的突出部;并且
    所述顶层板材包括呈扁平状的顶壁主体和从所述顶壁主体倾斜向下朝向所述凹槽延伸出的顶壁延伸部(101),所述顶壁延伸部的末端形成为延长的舌状部,
    其中,在所述板材主体的所述平行边缘处,所述底层板材本体和所述舌状部紧密贴合,从而共同适配在所述凹槽中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的复合板材,其特征在于,所述突出部形成为截头圆锥形,所述截头圆锥形的顶表面和所述顶壁主体的底表面紧密贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的复合板材,其特征在于,所述边框包括中空的边框主体(201a)和位于所述边框主体顶部的限定凹槽的弯折部,所述边框主体整体向下突出于所述板材主体。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的复合板材,其特征在于,所述边框主体由其顶壁(2014)、底壁(2012)、外侧壁(2013)、内侧壁(2011)共同限定出截面为矩形的中空部分,所述顶壁和所述外侧壁在其相交位置处贴合在一起并朝向所述板材主体弯折,从而在所述边框主体的上方形成所述弯折部,并且,所述顶壁和所述外侧壁的弯折部的末端形成为一体。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的复合板材,其特征在于,所述至少两层板材均由吸塑成型制成。
  10. 一种家具,其特征在于,所述家具包括根据权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的复合板材。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的家具,其特征在于,所述家具为桌子(340),所述桌子包括桌板和支腿(400),所述桌板包括所述复合板材。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的家具,其特征在于,所述桌板包括 至少两个相对于彼此可折叠的桌板单元,所述桌板单元由所述复合板材构成。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的家具,其特征在于,所述支腿被构造为能够折叠至平行地贴合在所述桌板单元的底表面并随所述桌板单元一同相对于另一桌板单元折叠。
  14. 一种制造根据权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的复合板材的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    设置至少两层板材,并将所述至少两层板材彼此附接以形成板材主体,述板材主体具有相对的一对平行边缘,所述板材主体在所述一对平行边缘处的厚度小于在所述板材的中间位置处的厚度;
    设置边框,所述边框能够围绕所述板材主体并和所述板材主体的各边缘接合,其中,所述边框的和所述板材主体的所述一对平行边缘对应的位置设置有朝向所述板材主体开口、并沿所述平行边缘的延伸方向延伸的凹槽,并且所述凹槽的开口尺寸和所述板材在所述一对平行边缘处的厚度相一致;
    将所述板材主体的所述一对平行边缘插入所述边框的对应的凹槽,并沿所述平行边缘的延伸方向使所述板材主体相对于所述边框滑动直至所述板材主体和所述边框装配在一起。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,设置所述边框的步骤包括设置多个梁的步骤和将所述多个梁连接成框架的步骤,其中设置梁的步骤包括:
    设置矩形的坯料板,所述坯料板具有沿长度方向延伸的一对第一边缘和沿宽度方向延伸的一对第二边缘;
    将所述一对第一边缘连接在一起,以使所述坯料板形成一个筒状结构;
    将所述筒装结构塑形,以使所述筒装结构包括中空的梁主体部分和从所述主体部分向上延伸的梁延伸部分,其中所述梁延伸部分由彼此紧贴并在远离所述梁主体部分的末端相连的两个壁共同构成;
    将所述梁延伸部分相对于所述梁主体部分弯折以在所述梁延伸部分和所述梁主体部分之间限定朝一侧开口的所述凹槽。
