- 一种制造根据权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的复合板材的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:设置至少两层板材,并将所述至少两层板材彼此附接以形成板材主体,述板材主体具有相对的一对平行边缘,所述板材主体在所述一对平行边缘处的厚度小于在所述板材的中间位置处的厚度;设置边框,所述边框能够围绕所述板材主体并和所述板材主体的各边缘接合,其中,所述边框的和所述板材主体的所述一对平行边缘对应的位置设置有朝向所述板材主体开口、并沿所述平行边缘的延伸方向延伸的凹槽,并且所述凹槽的开口尺寸和所述板材在所述一对平行边缘处的厚度相一致;将所述板材主体的所述一对平行边缘插入所述边框的对应的凹槽,并沿所述平行边缘的延伸方向使所述板材主体相对于所述边框滑动直至所述板材主体和所述边框装配在一起。
- 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,设置所述边框的步骤包括设置多个梁的步骤和将所述多个梁连接成框架的步骤,其中设置梁的步骤包括:设置矩形的坯料板,所述坯料板具有沿长度方向延伸的一对第一边缘和沿宽度方向延伸的一对第二边缘;将所述一对第一边缘连接在一起,以使所述坯料板形成一个筒状结构;将所述筒装结构塑形,以使所述筒装结构包括中空的梁主体部分和从所述主体部分向上延伸的梁延伸部分,其中所述梁延伸部分由彼此紧贴并在远离所述梁主体部分的末端相连的两个壁共同构成;将所述梁延伸部分相对于所述梁主体部分弯折以在所述梁延伸部分和所述梁主体部分之间限定朝一侧开口的所述凹槽。
