拟提出一种具有一定厚度、稳定幸好但同时重量较轻的板材,用于家居用品。然而这样的板材由于其内部具有一定的空心体积,因而不方便生产制造。所以,在提出这样的新型板材的同时,还需要研究优化其生产加工过程。
因此,需要提供一种家居用品及其制造方法,以至少部分地解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种家居用品及其制造方法。本发明提供的家居用品包括由至少两层板材叠置而成的复合板材,该复合板材具有一定的厚度、稳定性和坐卧踏舒适度较好,同时重量也较轻。另外,本发明还提供了制造该复合板材的方法,该方法工艺流程清晰,给出了制造上述复合板材的工艺指导,通过上述方法能够得到兼具稳定性、舒适度和轻质特征的复合板材以及具有该复合板材的家具。进一步地,对于这种复合板材来说,其面板的吸塑成型、底板的吸塑成型以及面板和底板热塑为一体可以同时进行,节省了加工工序、使得加工得到的复合板材具有更好的一体性、结构更为均匀稳定。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种家居用品,包括复合板材,所述复合板材包括:
面板,所述面板包括板状的面板主体;
底板,所述底板包括位于所述面板主体的底侧、并和所述面板主体间隔开一定距离地相对设置的板状的底板主体,以及和从所述底板主体朝向所述面板主体突出的多个支撑凸起,
其中,所述面板和所述底板的周向边缘通过热塑成形而成为一体,并且,每一个所述支撑凸起的顶壁的至少一部分也通过热塑成形和所述面板主体形成为一体。
在一种实施方式中,所述面板包括从所述面板主体的周向边缘朝向所述底板延伸的面板侧围部分,所述底板包括从所述底板主体的周向边缘朝向与所述面板侧围部分的延伸方向相同的方向延伸的底板侧围部分,所述面板侧围部分和所述底板侧围部分的彼此贴合的部分通过热塑成型而形成一体式侧边;或者
所述面板包括从所述面板主体的周向边缘朝向所述底板延伸的面板侧围部分,所述底板包括从所述底板主体的周向边缘朝向所述面板延伸的底板侧围部分,所述面板侧围部分和所述底板侧围部分的彼此贴合的部分通过热塑成型而形成一体式侧边;或者
所述底板包括从所述底板主体的周向边缘朝向所述面板延伸的底板侧围部分,所述底板侧围部分和所述面板主体的周向边缘的彼此贴合的部分通过热塑成型而形成一体式侧边;或者
所述面板包括从所述面板主体的周向边缘朝向所述底板延伸的面板侧围部分,所述面板侧围部分和所述底板主体的周向边缘的彼此贴合的部分通过热塑成型而形成一体式侧边。
在一种实施方式中,所述家居用品还包括用于支撑所述复合板材的加强结构,所述加强结构至少部分地支撑在所述底板的底侧。
在一种实施方式中,所述加强结构包括位于所述复合板材的周向边缘处的一圈支撑框架,所述加强框架包括框架主体和形成在所述框架主体的边缘的接合段,所述接合段和所述一体式侧边适配。
在一种实施方式中,所述接合段为台阶状,台阶状接合段支撑在所述一体式侧边的底侧;或者
所述接合段包括向顶侧开口以用于接收所述一体式侧边的凹槽。
在一种实施方式中,所述加强结构包括位于所述复合板材的中心位置、或以中间位置为对称中心地排布的支撑管。
在一种实施方式中,所述复合板材的底部具有朝向底侧开口的凹陷部分,所述加强结构至少部分地嵌入至所述复合板材的凹陷部分。
在一种实施方式中,所述加强结构的加强结构主体嵌入所述凹陷部分,所述加强结构还包括位于所述加强结构主体的外侧以用于接合所述一体式侧边的凹槽。
在一种实施方式中,所述家居用品还包括固定框,所述固定框上设置有开口,所述家居用品的板材的边缘能够插入所述开口从而使所述板材安装至所述固定框;并且/或者所述板材的边缘为卷边结构。
在一种实施方式中,所述板材为单板吸塑而成的板材。
在一种实施方式中,所述家居用品为凳子,所述复合板材至少部分地构成所述凳子的座位部;或者
所述家居用品为桌子,所述复合板材至少部分地构成所述桌子的桌板,并且,所述桌板边缘设置有用作加强结构的桌板框;或者
所述家居用品为椅子,所述复合板材至少部分地构成所述椅子的座位部,其中,所述椅子设置有用于加强所述复合板材的加强结构,所述椅子还包括具有开口的靠背框,所述椅子的靠背部的顶部边缘插入所述开口;或者
所述家居用品为梯子,所述复合板材至少部分地构成所述梯子的台阶踏板,所述梯子还包括用于支撑所述台阶踏板的加强结构。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种制造根据上述方案中任意一项所述的家居用品的方法,所述方法包括制造复合板材的步骤, 其中,制造所述复合板材的步骤包括如下步骤:
将面板坯料和底板坯料加热;
将面板坯料置于面板模具的顶侧、将底板坯料置于底板模具的底侧,并通过吸塑工艺分别令所述面板坯料、所述底板坯料合模成型;
将所述面板坯料、底板坯料热塑固定在一起。
在一种实施方式中,在所述通过吸塑工艺令所述面板坯料、所述底板坯料合模成型的步骤中:
所述面板坯料和所述底板坯料之间安装有压料框以将其二者间隔开;或者
在吸塑过程中向面板坯料和底板坯料之间充气以使得二者之间存在间隙。
在一种实施方式中,通过吸塑工艺令面板坯料、底板坯料合模成型的步骤和将面板坯料底板坯料热塑固定在一起的步骤同时进行;或者
在通过吸塑工艺令面板坯料、底板坯料合模成型的步骤之后对所述面板坯料、底板坯料二次加热以使其固定在一起。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图,详细描述本发明的具体实施方式。这里所描述 的仅仅是根据本发明的优选实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在所述优选实施方式的基础上想到能够实现本发明的其他方式,所述其他方式同样落入本发明的范围。
本发明提供一种家居用品和制造该家居用品的方法。图1-图17示出了根据本发明的一些优选实施方式。首先需要说明的是,本发明所提到的方向术语、位置术语均可以参照图1-图4所示的实施方式进行理解。本发明所提到的方向术语、位置术语均为各部件的相对的方向、位置,而并非绝对的方向、位置。例如,部件的“顶部”、“顶侧”可以被理解为是在家居用品被正确置于水平面上且处于使用状态时,该部件的顶部、顶侧;部件的“底部”、“底侧”可以被理解为是在家居用品被正确置于水平面上且处于使用状态时,该部件的底部、底侧。
图1-图4示出了根据本发明的一种家居用品,该家居用品例如为高脚凳100,该高脚凳特别地可以为吧台凳。该高脚凳100也可以具有较短的支腿从而用作普通高度的凳,或者儿童凳。高脚凳100包括支腿以及座位部10,座位部10至少部分地由复合板材构成。图2A为座位部10的复合板材的顶表面示意图,图2B为座位部10的复合板材的底表面示意图。图3A和图3B为图2A的截面图,其中清楚地示出复合板材的构成和具体形态。
参考图3A和图3B,复合板材包括面板12和底板13。面板12包括平板状的面板主体122以及从面板主体122的周向边缘向底侧伸出的一圈面板侧围部分123。面板主体122的顶部具有多个阵列排布的防滑块或防滑凹陷121。底板13位于面板主体122的底侧。所述底板13包括平板状的底板主体133、从所述底板主体133朝向顶侧突出的多个支撑凸起135,以及从所述底板主体133的周向边缘向底侧伸出的一圈底板侧围部分134。底板主体133的底部具有螺钉孔132。从图3A中可见,多个支撑凸起135构成大致蜂窝状结构。
面板12和底板13之间通过热塑而固定为一体。其中,面板12和底板13的由热塑而粘合为一体的部分分别形成在侧围底部和支撑 凸起135的顶部。例如,参考图3B,面板侧围部分123的底部和底板侧围部分134通过热塑而固定为一体并形成一体式侧边14,使得面板12和底板13在一体式侧边14处接合。同时,每一个所述支撑凸起135的顶壁和所述面板主体122通过热塑而固定为一体。进一步地,所述支撑凸起135的顶壁和所述面板主体122通过热塑而粘合为一体的部分称为顶部粘合部分15,对于每一个所述支撑凸起135,所述顶部粘合部分15围绕该支撑凸起135的顶部中心设置,所述顶部中心构成下沉的凹陷部135a。顶部粘合部分15、凹陷部135a以及面板主体122共同限定出一个小的空腔。
可见,在本实施方式的复合板材中,其具有一定的厚度,该厚度例如可以为面板侧围部分123的高度。另一方面,由于支撑凸起135、以及一体式侧边14、顶部粘合部分15的设置,使得复合板材具有较好的强度和稳定性,在使用中不容易变形、不容易塌陷,部件之间也不容易彼此脱离。再一方面,复合板材内设置有较多的空腔结构,例如由支撑凸起135的侧壁、面板主体122、面板侧围部分123和底板主体133共同限定的空腔;由顶部粘合部分15、凹陷部135a以及面板主体122共同限定出的小的空腔;以及由支撑凸起135的侧围和顶壁限定的空腔(该空腔的底部具有开口),这些空腔的设置使得复合板材整体具有较轻的重量,方便储存和运输。
图4示出了复合板材以及位于复合板材底侧的加强结构,加强结构至少部分地支撑在底板13的底侧。加强结构例如为两个长条形筋板161,每一个长条形筋板161的截面可以为L形。加强结构通过螺丝162等紧固件固定在复合板材的底部。
图5-图6D示出了根据本发明的另一种优选实施方式,在该优选实施方式中还包含了多种可能的结构变形。
在本实施方式中,家居用品可以为一种折叠桌200,该折叠桌200具有两个相对于彼此可折叠的桌板20,每一个桌板20可以包括一块复合板材。或者,折叠桌也可以为其他类型的桌子,该桌子可以仅具有一块复合板材或具有多块不可相对于彼此折叠的复合板 材。折叠桌还具有位于所述复合板材的边缘处的一圈加强框架,以用作加强结构。图6A和图6D示出了几种复合板材的构型以及和加强框架配合的几种可能的实施方式。在图6A-图6D中,复合板材都包括通过热塑而固定为一体的面板和底板。
首先参考图6A,所述面板22包括平板状的面板主体222从所述面板主体222的边缘向底侧伸出的一圈面板侧围部分223,所述底板23包括底板主体233、从底板主体233向顶侧突出的多个支撑凸起235以及从所述底板主体233的边缘向底侧伸出的一圈底板侧围部分,所述面板侧围部分233和所述底板侧围部分通过热塑而固定为一体并形成一体式侧边24。底板23的支撑凸起235的顶壁为平板式结构,支撑凸起235的顶壁和面板主体222贴合在一起。
在图6A中,加强框架包括框架主体261和形成在所述框架主体261的边缘的接合段262,所述接合段262和所述一体式侧边224适配。进一步地,所述接合段262为台阶结构,所述台阶结构支撑在所述一体式侧边24的底侧,并使得框架主体261的外侧面和一体式侧边24的内侧面贴合。加强框架的截面大致为空心的矩形,其外侧底端可以通过挤压成型获得台阶结构。也就是说,本实施方式的接合段262可以为从框架主体261的侧面的最底部伸出的一个薄边。复合板材可以通过焊接或用紧固件连接的方式和加强框架的接合段接合。
参考图6B,所述面板22包括平板状的面板主体、从所述面板主体的边缘向底侧伸出的一圈面板侧围部分223,所述底板23包括平板状的底板主体和从所述底板主体的边缘向底侧伸出的一圈底板侧围部分,所述面板侧围部分223和所述底板侧围部分通过热塑而固定为一体并形成一体式侧边24。底板22的支撑凸起的顶壁为平板式结构,支撑凸起的顶壁和面板主体贴合在一起。
在图6B中,加强框架包括框架主体261和形成在所述框架主体261的边缘的接合段262,所述接合段262和所述一体式侧边24适配。进一步地,所述接合段262为台阶结构。例如,框架的截面大 致为空心的L形轮廓,该L形轮廓的折角处构成台阶结构。可见,在本实施方式中,台阶结构也具有一定的厚度。复合板材可以通过焊接或用紧固件连接的方式和加强框架的接合段接合。
参考图6C,所述面板22包括平板式的面板主体和从所述面板主体的边缘向底侧伸出的一圈面板侧围部分223,所述底板23包括底板主体233从所述底板主体233的边缘向顶侧伸出的一圈底板侧围部分234,所述面板侧围部分223和所述底板侧围部分234通过热塑而固定为一体并形成一体式侧边24。底板23的支撑凸起的顶壁为平板式结构,支撑凸起的顶壁和面板主体贴合在一起。
在图6C中,加强框架26的顶部和复合板材适配。加强框架26形成为一个空心且截面为矩形的结构,该矩形的结构不具有延伸出来的边沿或台阶。加强框架26的顶部支撑复合板材,具体地加强框架26的顶壁支撑底板主体233。复合板材可以通过焊接或用紧固件连接的方式和加强框架26接合。
参考图6D,所述底板23包括底板主体233从所述底板主体233的边缘向顶侧伸出的一圈底板侧围部分234,所述面板22和所述底板侧围部分234通过热塑而固定为一体并形成一体式侧边24。底板23的支撑凸起的顶壁为平板式结构,支撑凸起的顶壁和面板主体贴合在一起。
在图6D中,加强框架26的顶部和复合板材适配。加强框架26形成为一个空心且截面为矩形的结构,该矩形的结构不具有延伸出来的边沿或台阶。加强框架26的顶部支撑复合板材,具体地加强框架的顶部支撑底板主体233。复合板材可以通过焊接或用紧固件连接的方式和加强框架26接合。
图7-图11B示出了根据本发明的再一种实施方式。在该实施方式中,家居用品为一种椅子300,该椅子300例如为可折叠椅或不可折叠椅。椅子包括座位部302和靠背部301。
参考图8-图9B,椅子300具包括具有开口303a的靠背框303(固定框的一种示例),靠背框303和椅子的支腿可以为一体,开 口303a在靠背框上沿构成靠背部303的管材延伸。构成靠背部301的板材的顶壁具有插件301a,以用于插入靠背框303的开口303a,插件301a上可以设置小凸起,以避免插件301a从开口303a脱离。构成靠背部301的板材的底壁为向上卷起的卷边301b,该卷边301b对外暴露。在一些实施方式中,靠背部301可以由本发明的复合板材构成。
参考图10-图11B,椅子的座位部302由复合板材构成。椅子包括用于加强复合板材的加强结构304。复合板材包括底板33和面板32,所述面板32包括平板状的面板主体从所述面板主体的边缘向底侧伸出的一圈面板侧围部分323,所述面板侧围部分323和所述底板33通过热塑而固定为一体并形成一体式侧边34。优选地,底板33和一体式侧边34之间(即底板主体的最边缘位置处)构成向顶部凹入的凹陷部分,即,凹陷部分具有朝向底侧的开口。加强结构304至少部分地嵌入该凹陷部分。加强结构304例如包括加强管304a。所述加强结构304还包括位于所述加强管304a的边缘并向顶侧开口的凹槽304b以用于接收一体式侧边34。
图12-图14B示出了根据本发明的又一种实施方式。该实施方式中的家居用品为一种梯子400,梯子400的台阶踏板40至少部分地由复合板材构成。
参考图13A和图13B,复合板材包括面板42和底板43。所述面板42包括平板状的面板主体和从所述面板主体的边缘向底侧伸出的一圈面板侧围部分423,面板主体的顶部设置有若干呈阵列排布的防滑块424。底板43包括底板主体和所述底板包括从所述底板主体的边缘向底侧伸出的一圈底板侧围部分。所述面板侧围部分423和所述底板侧围部分通过热塑而固定为一体以形成一体式侧边44。
梯子400还包括用于支撑所述复合板材的加强结构,所述加强结构包括位于所述复合板材的边缘处的一圈加强框架46,所述加强框架46包括框架主体461和形成在所述框架主体461的边缘的接合段462,所述接合段462和所述一体式侧边44适配。具体地,所述 接合段462包括向顶侧开口以用于接收所述一体式侧边44的凹槽。
参考图14A和图14B,所述加强结构还包括位于所述复合板材的中心位置、或靠近中心位置处的支撑管47。例如支撑管47可以以所述中心位置为对称中心而对称设置。从图14B中还能够看出,底板43包括从所述底板主体朝向顶侧突出的多个支撑凸起435,所述面板42和所述底板43的边缘处通过热塑而固定为一体、并且,每一个所述支撑凸起的顶壁和所述面板主体通过热塑而固定为一体。
特别地,对于上述各实施方式中的复合板材,其面板的吸塑成型、底板的吸塑成型以及面板和底板热塑为一体可以同时进行,节省了加工工序、使得加工得到的复合板材具有更好的一体性、结构更为均匀稳定。
本发明还提供一种制造上述实施方式的家居用品的方法,该方法包括制造复合板材的步骤。制造复合板材的步骤将结合图15-图17中的制造设备进行描述。
首先参考图15-图16,在步骤S1中,首先将面板坯料52和底板坯料51分别置于加热装置61处,使其被加热从而具有一定的塑形。在步骤S2和S3中,将被加热后的底板坯料51置于底板吸塑模62下方,将被加热后的面板坯料52置于面板吸塑模63上方,以使得面板坯料52、底板坯料51分别合模成型。在底板坯料51和面板坯料52之间放置一压料框64以避免在该步骤中面板坯料52和底板坯料51被热塑为一体。从图15中可以看到,底板吸塑膜62具有朝下伸出的多个凸起部分,经由底板吸塑膜62吸塑而成的底板将具有朝向面板伸出的多个支撑凸起。
将面板坯料52、底板坯料51分别吸塑成型之后,进入步骤S4,步骤S4中对面板坯料52、底板坯料51分别加热,例如可以在面板坯料52、底板坯料51之间放置一加热装置61,该加热装置61同时对面板坯料52、底板坯料51进行加热。再次加热之后,进入步骤S5,将面板坯料52、底板坯料51叠置,使得二者被热塑为一体。
图17示出了另一种制备复合板材的装置和方法。参考图17,在 步骤S1中,首先将面板坯料52和底板坯料51分别置于加热装置61处,使其被加热从而具有一定的塑形。之后进入步骤S2和S3,在步骤S2和S3中,面板坯料52和底板坯料51直接叠置,并分别由面板吸塑膜63和底板吸塑模62吸塑成型,同时面板坯料52和底板坯料51其二者也由于热塑性而固定为一体。也就是说,在该方法中,面板坯料52、底板坯料51的吸塑成型和热塑为一体的步骤是同时发生的。为了避免面板坯料52和底板坯料51的过度粘合(过度粘合例如包括面板的面板主体和底板的底板主体被贴合在一起),在步骤S3中,通过充气管53和充气管65向面板坯料52和底板坯料51之间充气,使得面板和底板仅能够在预定位置处粘合在一起。该预定位置,例如为底板的支撑凸起和面板主体之间的粘合,以及面板侧围部分和底板侧围部分之间的粘合。由于具有充气管,使得面板主体和底板主体之间依然是间隔开的,该复合板材依然具有理想的厚度、稳定性和重量。
本发明提供的家居用品包括由至少两层板材叠置而成的复合板材,该复合板材具有一定的厚度、稳定性和坐卧踏舒适度较好,同时重量也较轻。另外,本发明还提供了制造该复合板材的方法,该方法工艺流程清晰,给出了制造上述复合板材的工艺指导,通过上述方法能够得到兼具稳定性、舒适度和轻质特征的复合板材以及具有该复合板材的家具。进一步地,对于这种复合板材来说,其面板的吸塑成型、底板的吸塑成型以及面板和底板热塑为一体可以同时进行,节省了加工工序、使得加工得到的复合板材具有更好的一体性、结构更为均匀稳定。

    其中,所述面板(12)和所述底板(13)分别通过吸塑成型,并且,所述面板(12)和所述底板(13)的周向边缘通过热塑成形而成为一体,并且,每一个所述支撑凸起(135)的顶壁的至少一部分也通过热塑成形和所述面板主体(122)形成为一体。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的家居用品,其特征在于,所述加强结构包括位于所述复合板材的周向边缘处的一圈支撑框架,所述加强框架包括框架主体(261、304a、461)和形成在所述框架主体的边缘的接合段(262、304b、462),所述接合段(262、304b、462)和所述一体式侧边(24)适配。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的家居用品,其特征在于,所述接合段(262)为台阶状,台阶状接合段支撑在所述一体式侧边的底侧;或者
    所述接合段(304b、462)包括向顶侧开口以用于接收所述一体式侧边(34、44)的凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的家居用品,其特征在于,所述加强结构包括位于所述复合板材的中心位置、或以中间位置为对称中心地排布的支撑管(47)。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的家居用品,其特征在于,所述复合板材的底部具有朝向底侧开口的凹陷部分,所述加强结构至少部分地嵌入至所述复合板材的凹陷部分。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的家居用品,其特征在于,所述加强结构(304)的加强结构主体(304a)嵌入所述凹陷部分,所述加强结构还包括位于所述加强结构主体(304a)的外侧以用于接合所述一体式侧边(34)的凹槽(304b)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的家居用品,其特征在于,所述家居用品还包括固定框(303),所述固定框(303)上设置有开口(303a),所述家居用品的板材的边缘能够插入所述开口(303a)从而使所述板材安装至所述固定框;并且/或者所述板材的边缘为卷边结构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的家居用品,其特征在于,所述板材为单板吸塑而成的板材。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任意一项所述的家居用品,其特征在于,所述面板的吸塑成型、所述底板的吸塑成型以及所述面板和所述底板热塑为一体同时进行。
  12. 根据权利要求1-10中任意一项所述的家居用品,其特征在于,所述家居用品为凳子,所述复合板材至少部分地构成所述凳子的座位部;或者
    所述家居用品为桌子,所述复合板材至少部分地构成所述桌子的桌板,并且,所述桌板边缘设置有用作加强结构的桌板框;或者
    所述家居用品为椅子,所述复合板材至少部分地构成所述椅子的座位部,其中,所述椅子设置有用于加强所述复合板材的加强结构,所述椅子还包括具有开口的靠背框,所述椅子的靠背部的顶部边缘插入所述开口;或者
    所述家居用品为梯子,所述复合板材至少部分地构成所述梯子的台阶踏板,所述梯子还包括用于支撑所述台阶踏板的加强结构。
  13. 一种制造根据权利要求1-12中任意一项所述的家居用品的方法,所述方法包括制造复合板材的步骤,其中,制造所述复合板材的步骤包括如下步骤:
    将面板坯料(52)和底板坯料(51)加热;
    将面板坯料(52)置于面板模具(63)的顶侧、将底板坯料(51)置于底板模具(62)的底侧,并通过吸塑工艺分别令所述面板坯料、所述底板坯料合模成型;
    将所述面板坯料、底板坯料热塑固定在一起。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述通过吸塑工艺令所述面板坯料、所述底板坯料合模成型的步骤中:
    所述面板坯料和所述底板坯料之间安装有压料框(64)以将其二者间隔开;或者
    在吸塑过程中向面板坯料和底板坯料之间充气以使得二者之间存在间隙。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,通过吸塑工艺 令面板坯料、底板坯料合模成型的步骤和将面板坯料底板坯料热塑固定在一起的步骤同时进行;或者
    在通过吸塑工艺令面板坯料、底板坯料合模成型的步骤之后对所述面板坯料、底板坯料二次加热以使其固定在一起。
