送料子模及翅片模具 技术领域
本申请涉及模具技术领域,例如涉及一种送料子模及翅片模具。
背景技术
空调行业的翅片型号复杂多变,客户对空调模具的要求也日益增多。翅片在生产过程中,通常要进行冲孔、引伸、翻边等多种工艺,一般一副模具只能运用于相同孔径的翅片生产中,通用性较差,特别是送料子模,送料指的尺寸应与加工孔尺寸适配,否则影响进料精度,而更换送料子模往往需要拆卸大模板。因而,设计一些可更换子模以适用不同孔径的模具,最大的难点就是在子模的变换上。
发明内容
本申请提供一种送料子模,实现多套孔径送料子模的便捷更换工作,以适用多型号产品送料。
本申请还提供一种通用性强、送料子模更换方便的翅片模具。
一种送料子模,包括送料托板及位于送料托板下方的多个送料指组件,送料指组件的下方设置有切换机构,切换机构包括顶压块、送料推块和调整螺杆,顶压块放置于送料推块上且抵靠于送料指组件上,送料推块的表面设置有锯齿状的凸部,顶压块的下表面上设置有与凸部适配的凹槽,调整螺杆设置为作用于送料推块上以改变送料推块的位置,在送料推块相对于顶压块顺着或逆着凸部齿向移动的情况下,顶压块设置为在被顶升或降下的情况下驱动送料指组件升起工作或降下不工作。
一种翅片模具,其包括上述的送料子模。

请参阅图1和图2所示,本实施例提供一种送料子模,包括送料托板1及位于送料托板1下方的多个送料指组件2,每个送料指组件2设置有对应尺寸的送料指21,送料指组件2的下方设置有切换机构3,由切换机构3选取与孔径匹配的送料指组件2进行送料。
切换机构3设置有顶压块31、送料推块32、调整螺杆33和底板34,顶压块31放置于送料推块32上且抵靠于送料指组件2上,送料推块32的表面设置有锯齿状的凸部321,顶压块31的下表面上设置有与凸部321适配的凹槽311,调整螺杆33作用于送料推块32上而改变送料推块32的位置,切换机构3的结构是,送料推块32于底板34上滑动,底板34上设置有仅允许顶压块31上下 移动的限位块35,底板34上设置有螺杆固定块36,调整螺杆33转动设置于螺杆固定块36上,送料推块32的端部设置有推动连接块37,调整螺杆33的一端设置与推动连接块37螺纹连接,另一端设置有螺杆旋钮38。当送料推块32相对于顶压块31顺着或逆着凸部321齿向移动时,顶压块31被顶升或降下,从而驱动送料指组件2升起工作或降下不工作。
送料指组件2包括送料指21、固定板22和盖板23,顶压块31作用于固定板22的底部,至少一个送料指21通过弹簧24浮动设置于固定板22的上表面,盖板23设置于固定板22的上方并对送料指21限位,当一个送料指21升高并穿过送料托板1时,该送料指21处于工作状态。
本实施例以适应双孔径设置两个送料指组件2为例说明,将其分为固定送料指组件2a和活动送料指组件2b,可以仅在活动送料指组件2b的下方设置切换机构3,驱动切换机构3,当活动送料指组件2b高于固定送料指组件2a时,由活动送料指组件2b进行送料;当活动送料指组件2b低于固定送料指组件2a时,由固定送料指组件2a进行送料。
另外,送料托板1的上方设置有依靠自重压覆料片的送料压板4,送料托板1上竖立有导杆5,送料压板4由导杆5导向,以保持送料过程中料片平整,无拱起情况,以顺畅进行送料。送料托板1的上方设置有压料块6,压料块6与送料托板1之间形成恰好使料片通过的固定间隙,固定间隙根据实际料片厚度调整。
本实施例还提供一种翅片模具,包括上述的送料子模。
综上,上述的送料子模及翅片模具采用切换机构以控制一个送料指组件工作或不工作,从而能够根据需要选择相应孔径的送料指进行送料,送料子模更换方便、快速,降低了成本,提高了模具通用性。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种送料子模,包括送料托板及位于所述送料托板下方的多个送料指组件,所述送料指组件的下方设置有切换机构,所述切换机构包括顶压块、送料推块和调整螺杆,所述顶压块放置于所述送料推块上且抵靠于所述送料指组件上,所述送料推块的表面设置有锯齿状的凸部,所述顶压块的下表面上设置有与所述凸部适配的凹槽,所述调整螺杆设置为作用于所述送料推块上以改变所述送料推块的位置,在所述送料推块相对于所述顶压块顺着或逆着所述凸部齿向移动的情况下,所述顶压块设置为在被顶升或降下的情况下驱动所述送料指组件升起工作或降下不工作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的送料子模,其中,所述切换机构还包括底板,所述送料推块设置为于所述底板上滑动,所述底板上设置有仅允许所述顶压块上下移动的限位块,所述底板上还设置有螺杆固定块,所述调整螺杆转动设置于所述螺杆固定块上,所述送料推块的端部设置有推动连接块,所述调整螺杆的一端设置与所述推动连接块螺纹连接,另一端设置有螺杆旋钮。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的送料子模,其中,所述送料指组件的数量为两个,两个送料指组件分别为固定送料指组件和活动送料指组件,所述活动送料指组件的下方设置有所述切换机构,在驱动所述切换机构,且所述活动送料指组件高于所述固定送料指组件的情况下,由所述活动送料指组件进行送料;在驱动所述切换机构,且所述活动送料指组件低于所述固定送料指组件的情况下,由所述固定送料指组件进行送料。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的送料子模,其中,所述送料指组件包括至少一个送料指、固定板和盖板,所述顶压块设置为作用于所述固定板的底部,所述至少一个送料指通过弹簧浮动设置于所述固定板的上表面,所述盖板设置于所述固定板的上方并对所述送料指限位。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的送料子模,其中,每个送料指组件设置有对应尺寸的送料指,在一个送料指升高并穿过所述送料托板的情况下,所述一个送料指处于工作状态。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的送料子模,其中,所述送料托板的上方设置有依靠自重压覆料片的送料压板,所述送料托板上竖立有导杆,所述送料压板设置为由所述导杆导向。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的送料子模,其中,所述送料托板的上方设置有压料块,所述压料块与所述送料托板之间形成使料片通过的固定间隙。
  8. 一种翅片模具,包括权利要求1至7中任一项所述的送料子模。
