- 一种制备电池(100)的方法,其特征在于,包括:提供电池单体(20),所述电池单体设置有泄压机构(213),所述泄压机构(213)用于在所述电池单体(20)的内部压力或温度达到阈值时致动以泄放所述内部压力;提供汇流部件(12),用于与所述电池单体(20)电连接;提供电气腔(11a),用于容纳所述电池单体(20)和所述汇流部件(12);提供收集腔(11b),用于在所述泄压机构(213)致动时收集来自所述电池单体(20)的排放物;提供密封结构(215),设置于所述泄压机构(213)与所述电气腔(11a)的壁之间形成的气流通道中,用于阻止所述泄压机构(213)致动时所述排放物到达所述汇流部件(12)。
- 一种制备电池(100)的装置,其特征在于,包括:提供模块,用于:提供电池单体(20),所述电池单体设置有泄压机构(213),所述泄压机构(213)用于在所述电池单体(20)的内部压力或温度达到阈值时致动以泄放所述内部压力;提供汇流部件(12),用于与所述电池单体(20)电连接;提供电气腔(11a),用于容纳所述电池单体(20)和所述汇流部件(12);提供收集腔(11b),用于在所述泄压机构(213)致动时收集来自所述电池单体(20)的排放物;提供密封结构(215),设置于所述泄压机构(213)与所述电气腔(11a)的壁之间形成的气流通道中,用于阻止所述泄压机构(213)致动时所述排放物到达所述汇流部件(12)。
