Claims (17)
- 隣接する第1電池セル(201)と第2電池セル(202)とを含む複数の電池セル(20)であって、前記第1電池セル(201)は、圧力解放機構(213)を含み、前記圧力解放機構(213)は、前記第1電池セル(201)の第1壁(2011)上に設置され、前記圧力解放機構(213)は、前記第1電池セル(201)の内部圧力又は温度が閾値に達する時に前記内部圧力を解放するように作動するために用いられる複数の電池セル(20)と、
消火媒体を収容し、且つ前記圧力解放機構(213)が作動する時に、前記第1壁(2011)に前記消火媒体を排出するために用いられる消火パイプライン(13)と、
第1方向に沿って前記第1壁(2011)から突出し、前記第1方向が前記第1壁(2011)に垂直な方向であり、前記第1電池セル(201)から前記第2電池セル(202)への前記消火パイプライン(13)から排出された前記消火媒体の流れを遮断するために用いられる遮断部材(14)と、を含むことを特徴とする、電池。 - 前記遮断部材(14)の一部は、前記第1電池セル(201)の第2壁と前記第2電池セル(202)の第2壁との間に挟まれ、前記第1電池セル(201)の第2壁と前記第2電池セル(202)の第2壁の両方は、前記第1壁(2011)に垂直であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記遮断部材(14)の一部は、前記第1電池セル(201)の第2壁及び/又は前記第2電池セル(202)の第2壁にコネクタで付着接続されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記遮断部材(14)の前記第1方向に沿った両端は、それぞれ前記第1電池セル(201)の電極アセンブリの対応する端部を超えて延在し、及び/又は、前記遮断部材(14)の前記第1方向に沿った両端は、それぞれ前記第2電池セル(202)の電極アセンブリの対応する端部を超えて延在することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の電池。
- 前記電池は、
前記第1電池セル(201)の第2壁と前記第2電池セル(202)の第2壁との間に挟まれ、前記遮断部材(14)の前記第1方向に沿った側に位置し、且つ前記遮断部材(14)の端部に当接する隔離部材(15)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の電池。 - 前記隔離部材(15)の前記第1方向に沿った両端は、それぞれ前記第1電池セル(201)の電極アセンブリの対応する端部を超えて延在し、及び/又は、前記隔離部材(15)の前記第1方向に沿った両端は、それぞれ前記第2電池セル(202)の電極アセンブリの対応する端部を超えて延在することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池。
- 前記遮断部材(14)の融点は、前記隔離部材(15)の融点よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の電池。
- 前記遮断部材(14)の融点は、500℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池。
- 前記遮断部材(14)の硬度は、前記隔離部材(15)の硬度よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項5~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記複数の電池セル(20)のうちの第1電池セルグループ及び第2電池セルグループは、第2方向に沿って並列に設置され、前記第2方向は、前記第1方向に垂直であり、前記第1電池セルグループには、第3方向に沿って並列に設置された少なくとも2つの前記第1電池セル(201)が含まれ、前記第2電池セルグループには、第3方向に沿って並列に設置された少なくとも2つの前記第2電池セル(202)が含まれ、前記第3方向は、前記第1方向及び前記第2方向に垂直であることを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記第1電池セル(201)の第2壁の面積は、前記第1電池セル(201)の第3壁の表面の面積よりも小さく、前記第2電池セル(202)の第2壁の面積は、前記第2電池セル(202)の第3壁の表面の面積よりも小さく、前記第1電池セル(201)の第2壁と前記第2電池セル(202)の第2壁の両方は、前記第2方向に垂直であり、前記第1電池セル(201)の第3壁と前記第2電池セル(202)の第3壁の両方は、前記第3方向に垂直であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電池。
- 前記第1電池セル(201)の第1電極端子(2141)は、前記第1電池セル(201)の第1壁(2011)に設置され、前記第1方向に沿って前記第1電池セル(201)の第1壁(2011)から突出し、
前記第2電池セル(202)の第2電極端子(2142)は、前記第2電池セル(202)の第1壁(2021)に設置され、前記第1方向に沿って前記第2電池セル(202)の第1壁(2021)から突出し、
前記第1電極端子(2141)と前記第2電極端子(2142)は、極性が逆であり、且つ前記第2方向に沿って隣接して設置されることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の電池。 - 前記遮断部材(14)は、前記第1方向に沿って前記第1電極端子(2141)及び/又は前記第2電極端子(2142)から突出することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電池。
- 前記電池は、
前記第1電池セル(201)の第1電極端子(2141)を接続するために用いられる第1バス部材(121)であって、前記遮断部材(14)は、前記第1方向に沿って第1バス部材から突出し、又は第1バス部材と面一である第1バス部材(121)、及び/又は
前記第2電池セル(202)の第2電極端子(2142)を接続するために用いられる第2バス部材(122)であって、前記遮断部材(14)は、前記第1方向に沿って第2バス部材から突出し、又は第2バス部材と面一である第2バス部材(122)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の電池。 - 請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の電池を含む電気デバイス。
- 複数の電池セルを提供するステップであって、前記複数の電池セルは、隣接する第1電池セル及び第2電池セルを含み、前記第1電池セルは、圧力解放機構を含み、前記圧力解放機構は、前記第1電池セルの第1壁上に設置され、前記圧力解放機構は、前記第1電池セルの内部圧力又は温度が閾値に達する時に前記内部圧力を解放するように作動するために用いられるステップと、
消火パイプラインを提供するステップであって、前記消火パイプラインは、消火媒体を収容し、且つ前記圧力解放機構が作動する時に、前記第1壁に前記消火媒体を排出するために用いられるステップと、
遮断部材を提供するステップであって、前記遮断部材は、第1方向に沿って前記第1壁から突出し、前記第1方向が前記第1壁に垂直な方向であり、前記遮断部材は、前記第1電池セルから前記第2電池セルへの前記消火パイプラインから排出された前記消火媒体の流れを遮断するために用いられるステップと、を含む、電池を製造するための方法。 - 提供モジュールを含み、
前記提供モジュールは、
隣接する第1電池セル及び第2電池セルを含む複数の電池セルであって、前記第1電池セルが圧力解放機構を含み、前記圧力解放機構が前記第1電池セルの第1壁上に設置され、前記圧力解放機構が前記第1電池セルの内部圧力又は温度が閾値に達する時に前記内部圧力を解放するように作動するために用いられる複数の電池セルと、
消火媒体を収容し、且つ前記圧力解放機構が作動する時に、前記第1壁に前記消火媒体を排出するために用いられる消火パイプラインと、
第1方向に沿って前記第1壁から突出し、前記第1方向が前記第1壁に垂直な方向であり、前記第1電池セルから前記第2電池セルへの前記消火パイプラインから排出された前記消火媒体の流れを遮断するために用いられる遮断部材と、に用いられる、電池を製造するためのデバイス。
