Abstract
Description
基材に接着層を介して厚みがそれぞれ45μm厚、80μm厚、100μm厚であるフェライト焼結板が貼り付けられ、フェライト焼結板の表面に保護層を備えており、フェライト焼結板が予め小片に分割された構造のNi-Zn系フェライトシートを準備した。各フェライトシートを金型を用いて、外径19.9mm、内径5.8mmのリング状に打ち抜いた。その後、リング状のサンプルにレーザを用いてフェライト焼結板の2分の1の深さ程度までの溝を形成したものを実施例とし、溝を形成していないものを比較例として2種類準備した。溝はリングの中央を通る平面視直線状とした。
透磁率の測定は、インピーダンスアナライザE4991A(Keysight Technologies製)を用いた。リング状のサンプルを装置治具に入れ、折り曲げる前の透磁率を測定した。
リング状のサンプルを装置治具から取り出し、金属治具の直角に沿ってリング状のサンプルを折り曲げた。溝が形成されているリング状のサンプルについては、溝に沿って直角に曲げた。溝が形成されていないリング状のサンプルについては、リングの中央を通る平面視直線上で直角に曲げた。
折り曲げたリング状のサンプルをそのまま装置治具に入れ、折り曲げた後の透磁率を測定した。

Claims (6)
- 基材と、
前記基材の表面に接着層を介して設けられたフェライト焼結板と、
前記フェライト焼結板の表面に設けられた保護層とを備え、
前記保護層には、少なくとも前記フェライト焼結板にまで延び、且つ前記基材の前記接着層と接しない面にまでは延びていない少なくとも1つの溝が設けられていることを特徴とするフェライトシート。 - 前記溝は、前記フェライト焼結板の厚さ方向の少なくとも3分の1にまで延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフェライトシート。
- 前記溝を起点に折り曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフェライトシート。
- 前記溝を起点に折り曲げられている部分は、略直角に折り曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフェライトシート。
- 請求項1~4のいずれかのフェライトシートと、
前記フェライトシートの表面に設けられた導電材からなるコイルとを備えていることを特徴とするアンテナ装置。 - 請求項1~4のいずれかのフェライトシートと、
前記フェライトシートの表面に設けられた導電材からなるコイルとを備えていることを特徴とする非接触給電装置。
