背景技术
随着服装行业的逐渐发展,衣物面料的使用也越趋轻薄以及昂贵,拉链作为辅料产品结合在衣物上时,由于拉链的拉头、拉片本身为金属材质以及在形体上属于多面体结构,因此在洗涤时,特别是随衣物在洗衣机里面晃动回转碰撞洗衣槽时,一是容易让拉头与拉片本身造成磨损,使外观上受到破坏不美观,二是容易刮伤面料。
技术问题
本申请实施例的目的之一在于:提供一种拉链防刮结构及拉链防刮套件,旨在解决洗衣时,拉头和拉片易磨损,且面料容易被拉链刮伤的问题。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例采用的技术方案是:
第一方面,提供了一种拉链防刮结构,用于保护拉链头,所述拉链头包括拉头以及转动连接于所述拉头的拉片,拉链防刮结构包括用于遮挡所述拉链头的盖片本体、用于防止所述盖片本体晃动的限位结构以及用于与所述拉链头卡接的卡接结构,所述限位结构和所述卡接结构均连接于所述盖片本体的用于面向所述拉链头一侧,所述卡接结构卡接于所述拉链头的背向所述盖片本体一侧。
在一个实施例中,所述拉头包括下层板、上层板以及连接所述下层板和所述上层板的分隔芯,所述分隔芯将所述下层板和所述上层板之间的空间分隔为两个供锁合链穿过的拉锁腔;所述限位结构包括分别插入两个所述拉锁腔的两个第一插入部。
在一个实施例中,所述盖片本体包括用于遮挡所述上层板的顶面的顶盖以及用于遮挡所述拉头的侧面的侧盖,所述侧盖由所述顶盖的一端朝向所述拉头延伸而成,所述第一插入部连接于所述侧盖上。

本申请实施例提供的拉链防刮结构的有益效果在于:拉链防刮结构包括盖片本体、限位结构和卡接结构,盖片本体用于遮挡在拉链头的至少一侧,卡接结构卡接在拉链头的背向盖片本体一侧,使盖片本体被稳定安装于拉链头上,而且通过限位结构对盖片本体进行限位,可以防止盖片本体相对拉链头晃动。如此,采用该拉链防刮结构,可以稳定地安装于拉链头上,对拉链头进行保护,从而防止拉链头磨损,也可以防止拉链头刮伤衣物。
本申请实施例提供的拉链防刮套件的有益效果在于:使用上述的拉链防刮结构,盖片本体用于遮挡在拉链头的至少一侧,卡接结构卡接在拉链头的背向盖片本体一侧,使盖片本体被稳定安装于拉链头上,而且通过限位结构对盖片本体进行限位,可以防止盖片本体相对拉链头晃动。如此,采用该拉链防刮结构,可以稳定地安装于拉链头上,对拉链头进行保护,从而防止拉链头磨损,也可以防止拉链头刮伤衣物。

为了说明本申请所提供的技术方案,以下结合具体附图及实施例进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,图1为拉链的立体结构图。拉链包括两个可锁合的锁合链2,还包括拉链头1,拉链头1拉动时,可以使两个锁合链2打开或者锁合。
请参阅图2及图3,图2和图3分别为拉链头1的立体结构图和主视图。拉链头1包括拉头11和拉片12,拉头11用于使两个锁合链2打开或者锁合,拉片12转动连接于拉头11上。在需要拉动拉头11时,可以使拉片12相对拉头11转动,方便用户对拉片12操作,拉头11移动到预定位置时,可将拉片12相对拉头11转动至贴近拉头11,防止拉片12刮伤穿衣者。
其中,拉头11包括下层板112、上层板111、分隔芯113和环帽114,下层板112和上层板111间隔设置,分隔芯113连接下层板112和上层板111,且分隔芯113将下层板112和上层板111之间的空间分为两个拉锁腔1130,两个锁合链2分别位于两个拉锁腔1130内。在打开拉链时,拉头11运动,分隔芯113将两个锁合链2逐渐分离;在闭合拉链时,拉头11运动,逐渐将经过分隔芯113的两个锁合链2相互锁紧。环帽114固定于上层板111的远离下层板112一侧,环帽114的两端均固定于下层板112上,使环帽114和下层板112围合形成转轴孔1140,拉片12的头部具有装配孔120,拉片12和环帽114通过转轴孔1140和装配孔120相互转动连接。需要说明的是,拉片12的头部为与拉头11连接的一端。为了方便拉片12的自由旋转,在拉片12的头部穿过转轴孔1140后,装配孔120仍有剩余空间。
需要说明的是,在本申请中,自下层板112至上层板111的方向为向上,自上层板111至下层板112的方向为向下,垂直于上下方向且垂直于拉头11运动方向的方向为左右方向,拉头11运动方向为前后方向。
现对本申请实施例提供的拉链防刮结构3进行说明。拉链防刮结构3用于保护拉链头1,具有拉链的衣物在手洗或者机洗时,容易产生磨损,影响衣物的外观,而且拉链上的拉链头1还容易刮伤衣物,因此拉链防刮结构3可以对拉链头1和衣物起到保护作用。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图4及图5,拉链防刮结构3包括盖片本体31、限位结构32和卡接结构33,盖片本体31用于遮挡拉链头1,防止拉链头1与洗衣筒、衣服等物体碰撞。限位结构32和卡接结构33均与盖片本体31连接,且均连接在盖片本体31的面向拉链头1一侧。具体而言,卡接结构33卡接在拉链头1的背向盖片本体31一侧,这样,可以通过盖片本体31和卡接结构33的共同作用,将拉链防刮结构3安装固定在拉链头1上。限位结构32用于对盖片本体31进行限位,防止盖片本体31相对拉链头1晃动。通过限位结构32和卡接结构33共同作用,可以使拉链防刮结构3能够更稳定地安装于拉链头1上,拉链防刮结构3和拉链头1一同使用时,拉链防刮结构3不容易掉落。
上述实施例中的拉链防刮结构3,包括盖片本体31、限位结构32和卡接结构33,盖片本体31用于遮挡在拉链头1的至少一侧,卡接结构33卡接在拉链头1的背向盖片本体31一侧,使盖片本体31被稳定安装于拉链头1上,而且通过限位结构32对盖片本体31进行限位,可以防止盖片本体31相对拉链头1晃动。如此,采用该拉链防刮结构3,可以稳定地安装于拉链头1上,对拉链头1进行保护,从而防止拉链头1磨损,也可以防止拉链头1刮伤衣物。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,限位结构32和卡接结构33可为同一结构,即该结构既能够与拉链头1卡接,又能够与拉链头1之间相互限位,且该实施例中的拉链防刮结构3更加简单。在本申请的其他实施例中,限位结构32和卡接结构33也可为两个不同的结构。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图2至图5,限位结构32包括两个第一插入部321,第一插入部321插入拉锁腔1130设置。具体地,分隔芯113的两侧均具有拉锁腔1130,第一插入部321插入拉锁腔1130后,在上层板111的限制下,可以防止拉链防刮结构3从拉链头1的顶部向上翻。而且,当两个第一插入部321之间的距离与分隔芯113的宽度相适配时,还可以防止盖片本体31左右晃动。
可选地,盖片本体31包括顶盖311和侧盖312,顶盖311用于遮挡上层板111的顶面(上层板111的背向下层板112一面),侧盖312用于遮挡拉头11的侧面(与上层板111的顶面垂直的表面),侧盖312所遮挡的拉头11的侧面为分隔芯113所靠近的侧面,该面结构复杂,而且具有拉锁腔1130的开口,因此,使用侧盖312遮挡可以更好的防止拉头11磨损。另外,在侧盖312的遮挡下,可以限制盖片本体31相对拉头11向后运动(第一插入部321的插入方向),可进一步对拉链防刮结构3进行限位。
其中,侧盖312由顶盖311的一端朝向拉头11延伸而成,侧盖312可与顶盖311相互垂直设置。请参阅图4,侧盖312与顶盖311平滑连接;请参阅图5,侧盖312与顶盖311不平滑连接,且侧盖312的宽度可大于顶盖311的宽度,可以对拉头11的侧面形成更多的遮挡。
第一插入部321连接于侧盖312,第一插入部321可呈长条形,第一插入部321的长度方向可与顶盖311的长度方向平行,使第一插入部321能够顺利插入拉锁腔1130中。
第一插入部321面向分隔芯113的侧壁为限位壁,分隔芯113的两侧壁与两个限位壁相抵接时,可以实现对盖片本体31的左右限位,两个限位壁以分隔芯113的中轴面对称设置,分隔芯113的中轴面与第一插入部321的插入方向平行设置。在其中一个实施例中,两个限位壁相互平行,可以将分隔芯113夹持在两个限位壁之间。在另一个实施例中,在第一插入部321的插入方向上,两个限位壁之间的距离逐渐缩小,使两个限位壁呈八字形,八字形开口较小的一端更靠近盖片本体31的中心设置。这样,在两个第一插入部321插入拉锁腔1130之后,由于八字形一端的开口较小,因此可以对分隔芯113夹持的更紧,也更不容易从分隔芯113上脱落。
可选地,限位壁与分隔芯113的中轴面之间的夹角A为3º至10º,如3º、4º、6º、9º等。当限位壁与分隔芯113的中轴面之间的夹角过小时,甚至限位壁与分隔线的中轴面相互平行,则两个限位壁则无法形成八字形,无法限制第一插入部321朝其拔出方向脱落。当限位壁与分隔芯113的中轴面之间的夹角过大时,两个限位壁之间的最短距离过小(八字形的开口端过小),可能导致分隔芯113无法进入两个限位壁之间,因此将限位壁与分隔芯113的中轴面之间的夹角A设置为3º至10º。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图2至图5,限位结构32包括两个抵接条332,两个抵接条332均抵接于上层板111,两个抵接条332分别位于环帽114的相对两侧。两个抵接条332的作用在于:一是使得盖片本体1能够稳定地位于拉头11的外侧,拉头11的表面并不平整,通过抵接条332可以使盖片本体1与上层板111的表面之间形成一定的空间;二是环帽114被夹设于两个抵接条332之间,如此,可以进一步防止拉链防刮结构3左右晃动。可选地,抵接条332设置于顶盖311的面向上层板111一侧。
可选地,请参阅图3及图6,两个抵接条332的相邻侧面之间的距离为L1,即两个抵接条332之间的间隙宽度为L1,而环帽114的宽度为L2,L1≤L2,使得环帽114进入两个抵接条332之间时,两个抵接条332均受到环帽114的挤压,从而能够使抵接条332和环帽114之间的配合更紧密,使拉链防刮结构3晃动的可能性更小。需要说明的是,两个抵接条332的相邻侧面之间的距离可等距设置,也可渐变设置,相应地,环帽114在各处的宽度也可等距设置,或者渐变设置,只要两个抵接条332的相邻侧面之间的距离与环帽114的宽度相适配即可。
可选地,请参阅图3及图6,抵接条332的长度为L3,环帽114的长度为L4,L3>0.3L4,如L3=0.4L4、L3=0.5L4、L3=0.55L4等。当L3>0.3L4时,可以保证抵接条332的侧壁与环帽114的侧壁有足够的接触面积,防止两者的接触面积过小而无法实现对抵接条332的限位。反之,当L3<0.3L4时,则抵接条332的侧壁和环帽114的侧壁之间的接触面积过小,无法实现对抵接条332限位的功能。
在其中一个实施例中,请参阅图6,两个抵接条332的长度相等,则两个抵接条332的长度L3均大于0.3L4。在另一个实施例中,请参阅图7,两个抵接条332的长度不相等,两个抵接条332的长度分别为L31和L32,同时满足L31>0.3L4、L32>0.3L4,以保证抵接条332的侧壁与环帽114的侧壁有足够的接触面积。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图2至图5,抵接条332的面向环帽114一侧朝向环帽114延伸形成有止挡部323,止挡部323插入至环帽114的内部,即插入至转轴孔1140的内部。从抵接条332的纵切面上看,抵接条332和止挡部323共同呈L形,止挡部323的作用在于可以抵接在环帽114的面向上层板111的一侧,使得止挡部323能够防止抵接条332向上翻动,对抵接条332及盖片本体31有进一步地限位作用。其中,每个抵接条332上均相应形成有止挡部323,两个止挡部323对称设置,可以更好地对抵接条332和盖片本体31进行限位。
可选地,止挡部323与环帽114内的拉片12相抵接。在环帽114内没有止挡部323时,拉片12可相对环帽114自由转动,而且转轴处具有较大的活动空间。当止挡部323与环帽114内的拉片12相抵接时,对拉片12的头部具有限制作用,使拉片12的头部相对固定,从而使拉片12在没有外力作用下,不会相对环帽114转动。如此,在拉链防刮结构3安装于拉链头1上时,拉片12不能随意转动,可以防止拉片12转动后导致拉链防刮结构3翘起。可选地,转轴孔1140的长度与环帽114内的拉片12长度之差可与止挡部323的长度相等,使止挡部323刚好能够插入环帽114,且能够将拉片12抵紧。
可选地,请参阅图3及图6,抵接条332的长度为L3,抵接条332的远离拉片12一端与止挡部323的远离拉片12一端之间的距离为L5。换言之,抵接条332靠近侧盖312的一端与止挡部323靠近侧盖312的一端之间的距离为L5。其中,L5≧0.5L3。当L5≧0.5L3时,止挡部323距离侧盖312较远,距离拉片12较近,使得止挡部323插入环帽114时,能够与环帽114内的拉片12相抵接;当L5<0.5L3时,止挡部323距离侧盖312较近,距离拉片12较远,止挡部323插入环帽114时,则无法与环帽114内的拉片12相抵接。
在其中一个实施例中,请参阅图6,两个抵接条332的长度均为L3,其中一个抵接条332靠近侧盖312的一端和与其相邻的止挡部323的靠近侧盖312一端之间的距离为L5,另一个抵接条332靠近侧盖312的一端和与其相邻的止挡部323的靠近侧盖312一端之间的距离也为L5,则满足L5≧0.5L3。在另一个实施例中,请参阅图7,其中一个抵接条332的长度为L31,该抵接条332靠近侧盖312的一端和与其相邻的止挡部323的靠近侧盖312一端之间的距离为L51;另一个抵接条332的长度为L32,该抵接条332靠近侧盖312的一端和与其相邻的止挡部323的靠近侧盖312一端之间的距离为L52,则满足L51≧0.5L31、L52≧0.5L32,使止挡部323与环帽114内的拉片12相抵接。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图2至图5,拉片12开设有装配孔120,且拉片12通过装配孔120转动连接于环帽114。卡接结构33包括第二插入部333,在拉片12贴近拉头11时,第二插入部333插入装配孔120中,且第二插入部333远离盖片本体31的一端具有倒钩结构,倒钩结构卡接于拉链头1。如此,通过设置第二插入部333和倒钩结构,不仅可以使拉链防刮结构3能够卡接在拉链头1上,还可以限制拉片12的转动,使拉片12之中贴近拉头11设置,防止在洗衣过程中,拉片12旋转。
在其中一个实施例中,倒钩结构包括第一倒钩331,第一倒钩331卡接于拉头11背向盖片本体31的一侧。具体地,第一倒钩331卡接于下层板112的底侧,第一倒钩331的具体形状此处不作限定,只要能够伸入装配孔120并卡接于下层板112即可。
在另一个实施例中,倒钩结构包括第二倒钩332,第二倒钩332卡接于拉片12背向盖片本体31的一侧。具体地,第二倒钩332卡接于拉片12的底侧,第二倒钩332的具体形状此处不作限定,只要能够伸入装配孔120并卡接于拉片12即可。
可选地,第二插入部333的两侧均开设有避让槽3330,在第二插入部333插入装配孔120后,拉头11在装配孔120内壁处的两侧分别伸入避让槽3330中,从而通过避让槽3330实现对第二插入部333的限位。避让槽3330呈U形,避让槽3330的相对两侧壁分别抵接于拉片12的顶侧和底侧。避让槽3330与拉片12的背向盖片本体31的一侧相抵接的内壁处形成上述的第二倒钩332。第二倒钩332的数量可为两个,分别抵接于拉头11在装配孔120处的相对两侧。
在又一个实施例中,倒钩结构包括第一倒钩331和第二倒钩332,第一倒钩331卡接于拉头11,第二倒钩332卡接于拉片12,通过同时设置第一倒钩331和第二倒钩332,可以使拉链防刮结构3更稳定地卡接在拉链头1上。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,拉链防刮结构3包括盖片本体31、限位结构32和卡接结构33,限位结构32至少包括两个第一插入部321,卡接结构33为第二插入部333和第一倒钩331,也可为第二插入部333和第二倒钩332,也可为第二插入部333、第一倒钩331和第二倒钩332。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图6及图7,盖片本体31的长度为L6,拉头11的长度为L7,则L7<L6<2L7。L6过小,如L6<L7时,盖片本体31无法完全覆盖拉头11,导致拉头11部分裸露;L6过大,如L6>2L7时,会导致盖片本体31过长,甚至超出拉片12的范围,盖片本体31过长会导致使用不变。因此,为了能够完全覆盖拉头11的上表面,而且能够部分覆盖拉片12,则设置为L7<L6;为了防止盖片本体31过长,则设置为L6<2L7。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图6及图7,盖片本体31的最大宽度为L8,拉头11的最大宽度为L9,L8>L9。为了保证盖片本体31能够在宽度方向上完全覆盖拉头11,因此设置为L8>L9。可选地,在拉头11的任一横截面上,盖片本体31均能够完全覆盖拉头11,使得拉头11的上表面被完全覆盖。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,拉链防刮结构3一体成型设置,即盖片本体31、限位结构32和卡接结构33均一体成型设置,使其加工简单,为一片式结构,可以直接安装至拉链头1上。例如,拉链防刮结构3由塑料制成,可一体注塑成型。拉链防刮结构3由塑料制成时,在与拉链头1卡接时,能够产生一定量的塑性变形,使拉链防刮结构3更容易卡接在拉链头1上。
本申请还提供一种拉链防刮套件,请参阅图8,拉链防刮套件包括上述任一实施例中的拉链防刮结构3,还包括拉链头1,拉链防刮结构3卡接在拉链头1上,可以拉链头1形成保护,防止拉链头1磨损和拉链头1刮伤衣物。
本申请提供的拉链防刮套件,采用了上述的拉链防刮结构3,拉链防刮结构3包括盖片本体31、限位结构32和卡接结构33,盖片本体31用于遮挡在拉链头1的至少一侧,卡接结构33卡接在拉链头1的背向盖片本体31一侧,使盖片本体31被稳定安装于拉链头1上,而且通过限位结构32对盖片本体31进行限位,可以防止盖片本体31相对拉链头1晃动。如此,采用该拉链防刮结构3,可以稳定地安装于拉链头1上,对拉链头1进行保护,从而防止拉链头1磨损,也可以防止拉链头1刮伤衣物。
可选地,拉链防刮套件还可包括两个锁合链2,两个锁合链2均与拉链头1连接,在拉链头1运动时,两个锁合链2打开或者锁合。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种拉链防刮结构,用于保护拉链头,所述拉链头包括拉头以及转动连接于所述拉头的拉片,其特征在于,包括用于遮挡所述拉链头的盖片本体、用于防止所述盖片本体晃动的限位结构以及用于与所述拉链头卡接的卡接结构,所述限位结构和所述卡接结构均连接于所述盖片本体的用于面向所述拉链头一侧,所述卡接结构卡接于所述拉链头的背向所述盖片本体一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,所述拉头包括下层板、上层板以及连接所述下层板和所述上层板的分隔芯,所述分隔芯将所述下层板和所述上层板之间的空间分隔为两个供锁合链穿过的拉锁腔;所述限位结构包括分别插入两个所述拉锁腔的两个第一插入部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,所述盖片本体包括用于遮挡所述上层板的顶面的顶盖以及用于遮挡所述拉头的侧面的侧盖,所述侧盖由所述顶盖的一端朝向所述拉头延伸而成,所述第一插入部连接于所述侧盖上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,所述第一插入部面向所述分隔芯的侧壁为限位壁,两个所述限位壁之间的距离沿所述第一插入部的插入方向逐渐缩小,使两个所述限位壁呈八字形。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,两个所述限位壁以所述分隔芯的中轴面对称设置,所述限位壁与所述中轴面之间的夹角为3º至10º。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,所述拉头的上层板上具有环帽,所述拉片转动连接于所述环帽;所述限位结构包括两个抵接于所述上层板的抵接条,两个所述抵接条分别设于所述环帽的相对两侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,两个所述抵接条的相邻侧面之间的距离为L1,所述环帽的宽度为L2,L1≤L2。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,所述抵接条的长度为L3,所述环帽的长度为L4,L3>0.3L4。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,所述抵接条的面向所述环帽一侧朝向所述环帽延伸形成有止挡部,所述止挡部伸入所述环帽的内部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,所述拉片与所述环帽连接的一端为所述拉片的头部,所述拉片的头部位于所述环帽内,且所述止挡部与所述环帽内的所述拉片相抵接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,所述抵接条的长度为L3,所述抵接条的远离所述拉片一端与所述止挡部的远离所述拉片一端之间的距离为L5,L5≧0.5L3。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,所述拉片在其与所述拉头的转动连接处具有装配孔,所述卡接结构包括伸入所述装配孔的第二插入部,所述第二插入部的远离所述盖片本体一端具有卡接于所述拉链头的倒钩结构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,所述倒钩结构包括卡接于所述拉头背向所述盖片本体一侧的第一倒钩;和/或,所述倒钩结构包括卡接于所述拉片背向所述盖片本体一侧的第二倒钩。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,所述第二插入部的两侧均开设有避让槽,使所述拉头位于所述装配孔处的两侧壁分别插入所述避让槽中,所述避让槽的用于与所述拉片背向所述盖片本体一侧相抵接的内壁形成所述第二倒钩。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14任一项所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,所述盖片本体的长度为L6,所述拉头的长度为L7,L7<L6<2L7。
  16. 根据权利要求1-14任一项所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,所述盖片本体的最大宽度为L8,所述拉头的最大宽度为L9,L8>L9。
  17. 根据权利要求1-14任一项所述的拉链防刮结构,其特征在于,所述拉链防刮结构一体成型设置。
  18. 拉链防刮套件,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-17任一项所述的拉链防刮结构,还包括拉链头,所述拉链防刮结构卡接于所述拉链头上。
