随着科技水平的提高,清洁设备越来越智能化。洗地机作为既可以收集脏污、又可以对待清洁表面进行湿清洁,其市场占有率提高。目前,市场上的洗地机大多采用滚刷形式,即将清洁液喷洒到滚刷后,滚刷旋转对待清洁表面进行清洗,而滚刷腔内设置有刮条,将脏污从滚刷上刮出后被抽吸气流抽吸到回收箱内。
目前,洗地机存在一个问题是地面有留有水渍和一些没有被收集到回收箱内的脏污,需要用户单独清理。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供了一种具有清洁头,可以有效地对清洁过的表面进行二次清洁,使表面更加干净。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种清洁头,包括
壳体,适于在待清洁表面移动;
清洁件,设置于所述壳体,其配置成对所述待清洁表面进行清洁;
第一滚刷,设置于所述壳体限定的第一腔室内且绕第一旋转轴线旋转,所述第一滚刷的表面设置有擦拭件,所述擦拭件用于对经所述清洁件清洁过的待清洁表面再一次进行清洁;
刮条,设置于所述壳体,与所述擦拭件过盈配合,其中,所述刮条用于刮除附着到所述擦拭件的至少部分脏污,以防止所述至少部分脏污进入所述第一腔室。
可选地,所述第一滚刷在工作时沿顺时针方向运动,沿前进方向所述刮条设置于所述第一旋转轴线的前方。
可选地,沿垂直方向上所述刮条低于所述第一旋转轴线。
可选地,所述清洁件包括清洁滚刷,所述清洁滚刷设置于所述壳体限定的第二腔室内且绕第二旋转轴线旋转。
可选地,所述刮条配置成将未被所述清洁件清理掉的脏污至少部分地保持在所述清洁件和所述第一滚刷之间。
可选地,所述第二腔室与位于所述清洁头的第一回收箱连通,所述清洁滚刷将待清洁表面上的至少部分脏污推进所述第一回收箱。
根据本发明的第二方面,本发明提供了一种清洁头,包括
壳体,其限定有第一腔室;
第一滚刷,设置于所述第一腔室内且绕第一旋转轴线旋转,所述第一滚刷配置成对已经过湿式清洁的待清洁表面再一次进行清洁;
刮条,与所述第一滚刷的表面过盈配合,用于刮除附着到所述第一滚刷的至少部分脏污,以防止所述至少部分脏污进入所述第一腔室;
其中,所述第一腔室内设置有凸起,所述凸起用于将所述第一滚刷上的部分脏污刮掉,使其保持在所述第一腔室内。
可选地,所述清洁头还包括用于所述清洁表面进行湿式清洁的清洁件,沿所述清洁头前进方向所述清洁件设置于所述第一滚刷的前方,所述清洁件包括清洁滚刷,所述清洁滚刷设置于所述壳体限定的第二腔室内且绕第二旋转轴线旋转,沿所述清洁头移动方向所述清洁滚刷和第一滚刷分别设置于壳体的两端,且所述清洁滚刷和所述第一滚刷沿相反方向运动。
可选地,所述第一滚刷在工作时沿顺时针方向运动,沿所述清洁头前进方向所述刮条设置于所述第一旋转轴线的前方,沿垂直方向上所述刮条低于所述第一旋转轴线。
可选地,所述清洁头还包括盖板,所述盖板与壳体共同形成所述第一腔室,所述凸起设置于所述盖板朝向所述第一滚刷的一侧。
可选地,在垂直方向上所述凸起高于所述第一旋转轴线。
根据本发明的第三方面,提供了一种表面清洁设备,其特征在于,包括
主机和与所述主机相连的上述的清洁头,
其中,所述主机或所述清洁头设置有用于产生沿抽吸管道流动的抽吸气流的抽真空组件,所述抽吸管道与设置于所述清洁头上的吸嘴流体连通。
根据本发明的第四方面,提供了一种表面清洁设备,包括,
主机和与所述主机枢转连接的清洁头,其中,所述清洁头包括:
壳体,适于在待清洁表面移动,其限定有第一腔室;
清洁滚刷,设置于所述壳体,其配置成对所述待清洁表面进行清洁;
第一滚刷,设置于所述第一腔室内且绕第一旋转轴线旋转,所述第一滚刷的表面设置有擦拭件,所述擦拭件用于对经所述清洁滚刷清洁过的待清洁表面再一次进行清洁;
刮条,设置于所述壳体,与所述擦拭件过盈配合,其中,所述刮条用于刮除附着到所述擦拭件的至少部分脏污,以防止所述至少部分脏污进入所述第一腔室。
可选地,所述表面清洁设备还包括清洁液供给系统,用于将所述清洁液喷洒到待清洁表面或/和所述清洁滚刷。
可选地,所述表面清洁设备还包括用于产生沿抽吸管道流动的抽吸气流的抽真空组件,所述抽吸管道与设置于所述清洁头上的吸嘴流体连通。
本发明提供了一种清洁头及表面清洁设备,表面清洁设备中的清洁头包括 适于在待清洁表面移动的壳体,壳体上设置有清洁件,其配置成对待清洁表面进行清洁。清洁头还包括第一滚刷,设置于壳体限定的第一腔室内且绕第一旋转轴线旋转,第一滚刷的表面设置有擦拭件,擦拭件用于对经清洁件清洁过的待清洁表面再一次进行清洁。壳体设置于刮条,与擦拭件过盈配合,其中,刮条用于刮除附着到擦拭件的至少部分脏污,以防止至少部分脏污进入第一腔室。采用这种结构,可以有效对地面的水渍进行擦干处理,同时防止遗漏在待清洁表面的脏污进入第一腔室后不能得到及时处理。

需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示,则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

参考图1-4,图1为本发明一实施例中的清洁头的结构示意图。图2为图1所示清洁头拆掉盖板后的结构示意图。图3为本发明一实施例中清洁头的壳体的结构示意图。图4为图1所示清洁头另一角度的结构示意图。如图所示的清洁头2,其包括适于在待清洁表面移动壳体23,壳体23内限定有空间用于安装各零部件,为了方便壳体23移动,壳体23的底壁231设置有滚轮236(参考图 4),滚轮236可以为单向轮,还可以为万向轮,也可以是两种轮子的组合。壳体23上设置有清洁件21,其配置成对待清洁表面进行清洁。清洁件21可以为抽吸口24、水平擦拭件222或滚刷等具有清洁功能的清洁结构。当清洁件21为抽吸口24时,通过抽吸口24将脏污抽吸到回收箱内,抽吸口24可以形成在壳体23上,还可以与壳体23分离,还可以相对于壳体23运动。当清洁件21为水平擦拭件222时,水平擦拭件222可以是往复运动的,还可以是旋转运动的,或者是其他可以实现的形式,此处不做限制。参考图2和图3,当擦拭件222为滚刷时,清洁滚刷可以安装到壳体23限定的第二腔室211内且绕第二旋转轴线212旋转。清洁滚刷可以由驱动电机直接或者间接驱动,在一个具体的实施例中,当清洁件21采用滚刷时,清洁滚刷可采用电机通过传动结构进行驱动,具体的传动结构此处不再详述。在其他的实施例中,不同的擦拭件222之间可以组合,例如,清洁头2上既可以有抽吸口24,还可以设置水平擦拭件222或者滚刷,关于组合方式,这里不做限定。
为了实现湿清洁,清洁头2上一般都是设置有喷嘴(图中未示出),喷嘴与清洁液供给系统连通,清洁液供给系统为清洁设备中比较常见的供给系统,这里不再详述,清洁液供给系统可以设置在清洁头2上,还可以设置在设备的其他位置,此处不做限制。喷嘴既可以喷射到清洁件21上,还可以朝向待清洁表面,或者同时喷向待清洁表面和清洁件21。
参考图5和6,图5为图1所示清洁头沿B方向的示意性截面图。图6为本发明一个实施例中清洁头的局部示意图。同时参考图1-4,为了保证湿清洁过后的地面更加干燥和干净,清洁头2上还设置有第一滚刷22,设置于壳体23限定的第一腔室221内且绕第一旋转轴线223旋转。第一滚刷22可以通过电机直接或者间接驱动旋转,还可以通过清洁头2在表面运动时滚轮236或者其他结构 的运动来带动第一滚刷22转动,除此之外,还可以采用其他常见的驱动结构,例如风动滚刷等。当然,可以理解的是,当清洁件21为清洁滚刷时,清洁滚刷和第一滚刷22可采用同一个电机通过传动结构进行驱动,传动结构可以为常见的机械结构,这里不再详述。清洁滚刷设置于第二腔室211内,沿清洁头2行进方向,清洁滚刷设置于第一滚刷22的前方。清洁滚刷和第一滚刷22旋转方向可以相同或者相反。在图中所示实施例中,清洁滚刷和第一滚刷22旋转方向相反,在正常工作时,清洁滚刷沿逆时针方向旋转,第一滚刷22沿顺时针方向旋转。第一滚刷22的表面设置有擦拭件222,擦拭件222用于对经清洁件21清洁过的待清洁表面再一次进行清洁。这一个实施例中,擦拭件222为具有吸水性能的绒毛结构,当然,擦拭件222还可以为海绵结构或类似于海绵的结构。这样,可以有效将残留到地面的水渍吸到擦拭件222上,尽可能的保证地面的干燥。在清洁的过程中,由于吸力或一些其他原因,会有一些残留的脏污被遗漏在待清洁表面。这些残留的脏污会被第一滚刷22卷起,随着滚刷的转动,有的可能脏污会被卡到腔室内。因此,在第一滚刷22周围设置一个刮条224,参考图5和图6,具体地,刮条224可拆卸的安装在壳体23上,刮条224的上端设置有挡片,防止刮条224弯折。当然,刮条224还可以与壳体23一体成型,刮条224与擦拭件222过盈配合,其中,刮条224用于刮除附着到擦拭件222的至少部分脏污(包括固体颗粒和部分吸附到擦试件上液体),以防止至少部分脏污进入第一腔室221,同时可以保持擦试件的清洁度。参考图7-8,图7为一个实施例中清洁头沿前进方向行走的示意图。图7所示内容为清洁头向前工作的过程中,刮条将第一滚刷上的脏污刮落。图8为一个实施例中清洁头沿前进方向行走的另一个示意图。图8所示的内容为将脏污携带至待清洁表面的A位置,使其跟着清洁头一起移动,而不至于被遗漏。具体地,第一滚刷22顺时针 转动,刮条224用于即将附着到第一滚刷22表面的至少部分脏污刮除,至少部分脏污被刮掉后朝向地面掉落,这掉落的过程中,滚刷前进的慢,脏污就会落到地上,滚刷前进的快,这部分脏污可能会再次附着到第一滚刷22的表面,这样,在清洁头2前进的过程中,将遗漏的脏污推着向前走,而不被卡入腔室内,换句话说,也即是没有被清洁件21清理掉的脏污始终保持在清洁件21和第一滚刷22之间。参考图9-10,图9为一个实施例中清洁头沿后退方向行走的示意图。图9内所示的内容为当清洁头向后运动时,被刮条刮掉的脏污遗留在地面,不会随着清洁头向后运动。图10为一个实施例中清洁头沿后退方向行走的另一个示意图。图10中展示的内容是当清洁头向后移动时,清洁件经过A区域时,会将遗留在地面上的脏污回收到回收箱内。清洁滚刷的后面一般会设置有刮板,用于在前进的过程中将脏污铲起,配合清洁滚刷将脏污回收。在清洁头向后运动的过程中,刮板会将后面的脏污刮走,影响清洁功能,因此,刮板可以设置成在清洁头向后运动的过程中,刮板向上抬起或者收起,以方便清洁滚刷对后面的脏污进行回收。
在一个具体的实施例中,为了防止从第一滚刷22上脱落的脏污遗留在待清洁表面,第一滚刷22在工作时沿顺时针方向运动,沿前进方向刮条224设置于第一旋转轴线223的前方,沿垂直方向上刮条224低于第一旋转轴线223。这样设置,刮条224离地面的距离较低,被刮掉的脏污会很快掉落到地面,然后被第一滚刷22重新卷起,再次经过刮条224时被刮下,重复掉落-卷起-刮除的动作,将未被清洁件21清理掉的脏污至少部分地保持在清洁件21和第一滚刷22之间。将脏污携带着向前走,同时保证脏污不会卡到第一腔室221内。
参考图6,清洁头2还包括盖板225,盖板225可与壳体23共同形成第一腔室221,拆下盖板225后,可以将第一滚刷22从此处取出,盖板225朝向第 一滚刷22的一侧设置有向下的凸起226,该凸起226与第一滚刷22的擦拭件222过盈配合,将擦拭件222上残留的脏污刮掉,使其保持在第一腔体内。
在一个实施例中,清洁头2上可以设置有回收脏污的第一回收箱,第二腔室211与位于清洁头2的第一回收箱连通,清洁滚刷将待清洁表面上的至少部分脏污推进第一回收箱。进一步地,清洁滚刷的周围还可以设置有刮板之类的结构,可以将附着到清洁滚刷的脏污刮到第一回收箱内。
在另一个实施例中,清洁头2上还可以设置有抽真空组件,来产生抽吸气流,将脏污回收到回收箱内,抽真空组件一般包括电机和风扇,通过抽吸管道与清洁头2上的吸嘴连通。
清洁头2可以连接到普通手柄、手持吸尘器上,还可以应用到立式吸尘器、卧室吸尘器或者扫地机器人等清洁类产品上,此处不做限制。
参考图11,图11为一个实施例中表面清洁设备的结构示意图。图11所示的表面清洁设备100和包括主机1和与主机1相连的清洁头2,清洁头2可以是上述任一实施例中做描述的清洁头2,主机1包括用于产生沿抽吸管道流动的抽吸气流的抽真空组件(抽吸源),抽真空组件包括电机和风扇,抽吸管道与设置于清洁头2上的吸嘴流体连通。在本实施例中,抽吸管道中可以设置有回收箱,脏污通过抽吸气流通过吸嘴被回收到回收箱内。
继续参考图11,同时参考其他视图,本发明公开了一种表面清洁设备100,其包括适于在地面运动的清洁头2和与清洁头2枢转连接的主机1,主机1上设置有手柄,用于可通过手柄控制清洁装置的运行方向。表面清洁设备100还包括清洁液供给系统和流体回收系统,清洁液供给系统用于将清洁液喷洒到待清洁表面或/和擦拭结构上,流体回收系统用于将待清洁表面的脏污和被污染的清洁液回收到回收箱内。流体回收系统包括用于产生沿抽吸管道流动的抽吸气流的抽真空组件,抽吸管道与设置于清洁头2上的吸嘴流体连通。清洁头2包括壳体23和滚刷,壳体23适于在待清洁表面移动,其限定有第一腔室221。滚刷 包括清洁滚刷和第一滚刷22,两者可均设置于壳体23,其配置成对待清洁表面进行清洁。清洁滚刷设置于第二腔室211内,沿清洁头2行进方向,清洁滚刷设置于第一滚刷22的前方。清洁滚刷和第一滚刷22旋转方向相反,在正常工作时,清洁滚刷沿逆时针方向旋转,第一滚刷22沿顺时针方向旋转。第一滚刷22设置于第一腔室221内且绕第一旋转轴线223旋转,第一滚刷22的表面设置有擦拭件222,擦拭件222用于对经清洁滚刷清洁过的待清洁表面再一次进行清洁。清洁头2还包括设置于壳体23刮条224,刮条224与擦拭件222过盈配合,其中,刮条224用于刮除附着到擦拭件222的至少部分脏污,以防止至少部分脏污进入第一腔室221。刮条224的具体安装方式和位置可以参见上述实施例中刮条224的描述,这里不再赘述。在使用表面清洁设备时,开机后,清洁液供给系统向地面和/或清洁滚刷供应清洁液,同时用户向前推动设备,清洁滚刷(前滚刷)对地面进行清洁,脏污被抽吸气流回收到回收箱中,由于第一滚刷22没有清洁液供应且在清洁滚刷的后方,第一滚刷22(后滚刷)对清洁后的地面进行擦干,一些没有被回收到回收箱内的脏污被第一滚刷22携带着向前运动,一部分脏污在第一滚刷22和地面之间被携带着向前走。这些脏污不会被遗漏在已经清理过得地面,当用户向后拉动表面清洁设备时,遗留在地面的脏污会静止不动,被向后运动的清洁滚刷卷起,然后被抽吸气流回收到回收箱内。可以确保地面即干燥又没有脏污。
本发明还提供了一种清洁头,包括壳体,其限定有第一腔室内;
第一滚刷,设置于所述第一腔室内且绕第一旋转轴线旋转,所述第一滚刷配置成对已经过湿式清洁的待清洁表面再一次进行清洁;
刮条,与所述第一滚刷的表面过盈配合,用于刮除附着到所述第一滚刷的至少部分脏污,以防止所述至少部分脏污进入所述第一腔室。
在一个实施例中,所述清洁头还包括用于所述清洁表面进行湿式清洁的清洁件,沿所述清洁头前进方向所述清洁件设置于所述第一滚刷的前方。
在一个实施例中,所述刮条配置成将未被所述清洁件清理掉的脏污至少部分地保持在所述清洁件和所述第一滚刷之间。
在一个实施例中,所述第一滚刷在工作时沿顺时针方向运动,沿所述清洁头前进方向所述刮条设置于所述第一旋转轴线的前方,沿垂直方向上所述刮条低于所述第一旋转轴线。
在一个实施例中,所述清洁件包括清洁滚刷,所述清洁滚刷设置于所述壳体限定的第二腔室内且绕第二旋转轴线旋转,沿所述清洁头移动方向所述清洁滚刷和第一滚刷分别设置于壳体的两端,且所述清洁滚刷和所述第一滚刷沿相反方向运动。
在一个实施例中,所述清洁头还包括设置于所述壳体的第一回收箱,所述第二腔室与所述第一回收箱连通,所述清洁滚刷将待清洁表面上的至少部分脏污推进所述第一回收箱。
在一个实施例中,所述刮条设置于所述壳体的底壁。
在一个实施例中,所述刮条和所述壳体一体成型。

  1. 一种清洁头(2),其特征在于,包括
    壳体(23),适于在待清洁表面移动;
    清洁件(21),设置于所述壳体(23),其配置成对所述待清洁表面进行清洁;
    第一滚刷(22),设置于所述壳体(23)限定的第一腔室(221)内且绕第一旋转轴线(223)旋转,所述第一滚刷(22)的表面设置有擦拭件(222),所述擦拭件(222)用于对经所述清洁件(21)清洁过的待清洁表面再一次进行清洁;
    刮条(224),设置于所述壳体(23),与所述擦拭件(222)过盈配合,其中,所述刮条(224)用于刮除附着到所述擦拭件(222)的至少部分脏污,以防止所述至少部分脏污进入所述第一腔室(221)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的清洁头(2),其特征在于,
    所述第一滚刷(22)在工作时沿顺时针方向运动,沿前进方向所述刮条(224)设置于所述第一旋转轴线(223)的前方。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的清洁头(2),其特征在于,
    沿垂直方向上所述刮条(224)低于所述第一旋转轴线(223)。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的清洁头(2),其特征在于,
    所述清洁件(21)包括清洁滚刷,所述清洁滚刷设置于所述壳体(23)限定的第二腔室(221)内且绕第二旋转轴线旋转。

    所述刮条(224)配置成将未被所述清洁件(21)清理掉的脏污至少部分地保持在所述清洁件(21)和所述第一滚刷(22)之间。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的清洁头(2),其特征在于,
    所述第二腔室(221)与位于所述清洁头(2)的第一回收箱连通,所述清洁滚刷将待清洁表面上的至少部分脏污推进所述第一回收箱。
  7. 一种清洁头(2),其特征在于,包括
    壳体(23),其限定有第一腔室(221);
    第一滚刷(22),设置于所述第一腔室(221)内且绕第一旋转轴线(223)旋转,所述第一滚刷(22)配置成对已经过湿式清洁的待清洁表面再一次进行清洁;
    刮条(224),与所述第一滚刷(22)的表面过盈配合,用于刮除附着到所述第一滚刷(22)的至少部分脏污,以防止所述至少部分脏污进入所述第一腔室(221);
    其中,所述第一腔室(221)内设置有凸起(226),所述凸起(226)用于将所述第一滚刷(22)上的部分脏污刮掉,使其保持在所述第一腔室(221)内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的清洁头(2),其特征在于,
    所述清洁头(2)还包括用于所述清洁表面进行湿式清洁的清洁件(21),沿所述清洁头(2)前进方向所述清洁件(21)设置于所述第一滚刷(22)的前方,所述清洁件(21)包括清洁滚刷,所述清洁滚刷设置于所述壳体(23)限定的第二腔室(221)内且绕第二旋转轴线旋转,沿所述清洁头(2)移动方向所述清洁滚刷和第一滚刷(22)分别设置于壳体(23)的两端,且所述清洁滚刷和所述第一滚刷(22)沿相反方向运动。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的清洁头(2),其特征在于,
    所述第一滚刷(22)在工作时沿顺时针方向运动,沿所述清洁头(2)前进方向所述刮条(224)设置于所述第一旋转轴线(223)的前方,沿垂直方向上所述刮条(224)低于所述第一旋转轴线(223)。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的清洁头(2),其特征在于,
    所述清洁头(2)还包括盖板(225),所述盖板(225)与壳体(23)共同形成所述第一腔室(221),所述凸起(226)设置于所述盖板(225)朝向所述第一滚刷(22)的一侧。

    在垂直方向上所述凸起(226)高于所述第一旋转轴线(223)。
  12. 一种表面清洁设备(100),其特征在于,包括
    主机(1)和与所述主机(1)相连的如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的清洁头(2),

    主机(1)和与所述主机(1)枢转连接的清洁头(2),其中,所述清洁头(2)包括:
    壳体(23),适于在待清洁表面移动,其限定有第一腔室(221);
    清洁滚刷,设置于所述壳体(23),其配置成对所述待清洁表面进行清洁;
    第一滚刷(22),设置于所述第一腔室(221)内且绕第一旋转轴线(223)旋转,所述第一滚刷(22)的表面设置有擦拭件(222),所述擦拭件(222)用于对经所述清洁滚刷清洁过的待清洁表面再一次进行清洁;
    刮条(224),设置于所述壳体(23),与所述擦拭件(222)过盈配合,其中,所述刮条(224)用于刮除附着到所述擦拭件(222)的至少部分脏污,以防止所述至少部分脏污进入所述第一腔室(221)。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的表面清洁设备(100),其特征在于,
    所述表面清洁设备(100)还包括清洁液供给系统,用于将所述清洁液喷洒到待清洁表面或/和所述清洁滚刷。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的表面清洁设备(100),其特征在于,
    所述表面清洁设备(100)还包括用于产生沿抽吸管道流动的抽吸气流的抽真空组件,所述抽吸管道与设置于所述清洁头(2)上的吸嘴流体连通。
