本发明涉及农药制备技术领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种5-氨基酮戊酸酯化物、用途和农药组合物。
5-氨基酮戊酸(5-ALA)是生物内源性物质,是动物血红蛋白和植物叶绿素生物合成的前体物质,广泛应用于医药领域,作为光敏剂可用于各种癌症的治疗,其应用于农药领域最早的报道见于美国的《芝加哥通讯》,在光照下一定浓度的5-ALA可以高效的杀死田间杂草,除此之外其对苍蝇、蟑螂等多种害虫发生造成痉挛和死亡的现象,其后也有很多文献对其光氧化作用杀死病虫害的内容进行报道,但是一直未见含有5-ALA的农药的上市。
经过研究后发现,其根本原因是由于5-ALA稳定性和脂溶性较差,需要较大浓度才能产生杀死病虫害的效果,而5-ALA价格较高,难以大范围使用,不具备制备农药的价值。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述缺陷和问题,本发明提供一种5-氨基酮戊酸酯化物、用途和农药组合物。

一种5-氨基酮戊酸酯化物,其结构式为:
所述5-氨基酮戊酸酯化物由3个5-ALA与对应的丙三醇衍生物通过浓硫酸缩合而成,其中R1为甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、正戊基、异戊基、新戊基一种或多种。
上述技术方案中,所述5-氨基酮戊酸酯化物为盐酸盐、硫酸盐、磷酸盐。
上述技术方案中,所述R1为甲基并成盐酸盐时,形成化合物2-甲基丙烷-1,2,3-三(5-氨基酮戊酸酯),其结构式为:
本发明公开一种5-氨基酮戊酸酯化物用途,在5-氨基酮戊酸酯化物较低的用量下,试验数据表明最低可达80μg/ml,适用于对多种病虫害杀灭,病虫害包括水稻纹枯病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、玉米小斑病菌、油菜菌核病菌、番茄灰霉病菌、葡萄白腐病菌、瓜类炭疽病菌、苹果轮纹病菌、柑橘绿霉病菌、马铃薯晚疫病菌、对苍蝇、蟑螂等。
本发明公开一种包括5-氨基酮戊酸酯化物的农药组合物,包括重量比为1:60—60:15的氨基酮戊酸酯化物和氟噻虫砜;
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述重量份称取各组分;
(2)将所述各组分混合,搅拌均匀,制成各种农药剂型。
上述技术方案中,所述农药组合物有效成分5-氨基酮戊酸酯化物和氟噻虫砜的重量之和占组合物总重量的百分比为1%-90%,其余为农药载体。
上述技术方案中,所述农药载体选自乳化剂、溶剂、分散剂、崩解剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、填料、粘结剂、染料或水中的任一种或一种以上以任意比例所组成的混合物。
上述技术方案中,所述农药剂型包括乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、种子处理剂、膏剂或气雾剂中的任意一种。其中制备这些农药剂型的方法为本领域普通技术人员所习知。
上述技术方案中,所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、磺基琥珀酸酯,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯基酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚或烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚中的任意一种或几种以任意比组成的混合物;所述溶剂为二甲苯、生物柴油、甲苯、柴油、甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇、正丁醇、异丙醇、松节油、溶剂油、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜或水中的一种或几种以任意比组成的混合物。
上述技术方案中,所述分散剂为聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚或甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种;所述湿润剂为烷基硫酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钙、萘磺酸盐、 拉开粉BX、湿润渗透剂F、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、皂角粉、蚕沙或无患子粉中的一种或几种;所述崩解剂为膨润土、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化铝、柠檬酸、丁二酸或碳酸氢钠中的一种或几种;所述增稠剂为黄原胶、羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、硅酸铝镁或聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种。
上述技术方案中,所述防腐剂为甲醛、苯甲酸或苯甲酸钠中一种或几种;所述稳定剂为柠檬酸钠或间苯二酚;所述防冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、尿素或无机盐类中的一种或几种;所述消泡剂为硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物或C8-10脂肪醇中的一种或几种;所述填料为高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、白炭黑、淀粉或轻质碳酸钙中的一种或几种。
上述技术方案中,所述粘结剂为多糖类高分子化合物、聚丙烯接枝共聚物、黄原酸胶、微生物粘质物、纤维素衍生物、羧甲基纤维素钠、乙基纤维素,海藻类、琼脂、松香、石蜡、明胶、果胶、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮及多元醇聚合物水溶性合成品、无机粘结剂、粘土、水玻璃或石膏中一种或几种;所述染料为玫瑰红、品红、大红黄、兰、紫色中的一种;所述水为蒸馏水、软化水、天然水或去离子水中的任一种。
本发明还公开所述农药组合物用途,适用于在制备预防和杀灭包括水稻、蔬菜、果树的线虫病害药物中。
本发明以5-ALA为基础结构开发的具有农药成药性的化合物结构,并提供了该结构的具体制备方式,同时还提供了该化合物在农药中应用的实施方 案,克服了5-ALA稳定性和脂溶性较差,需要较大浓度才能产生杀死病虫害的弊病,其技术方案适合工业化生产。
下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
作为实施例所示的一种5-氨基酮戊酸酯化物实施例如下:
实施例1、2-甲基丙烷-1,2,3-三(5-氨基酮戊酸酯)盐酸盐的合成
在反应容器中加入1000ml甲醇,搅拌下加入2-甲基丙三醇10g、5-氨基酮戊酸16g,升温至60℃搅拌均匀后,缓慢滴加20ml浓硫酸,保温2小时,浓缩至小体积,加600ml二氯甲烷溶解后,加500ml水快速搅拌20分钟后,分取二氯甲烷层,加300g无水硫酸镁,搅拌30分钟,静置过夜。过滤,取滤液,搅拌下滴加浓盐酸30ml,搅拌2小时,用氢氧化钠调节pH值至中性,浓缩至小体积,析晶干燥得2-甲基丙烷-1,2,3-三(5-氨基酮戊酸酯)13g。
实施例2、农药组合物悬浮剂的制备
按以下重量称取各组分:2-甲基丙烷-1,2,3-三(5-氨基酮戊酸酯)盐酸盐1Kg,氟噻虫砜32Kg,烷基磺酸钠1Kg,烷基萘磺酸缩聚物钠盐4Kg,黄原胶0.2Kg,乙二醇4Kg,水56.8Kg;以水为介质,将其余各组分加入到砂磨釜中,进行研细制成2-甲基丙烷-1,2,3-三(5-氨基酮戊酸酯)盐酸盐和氟噻虫砜复配的悬浮剂。
实施例3、农药组合物水分散剂的制备
按照以下重量称取各组分:2-甲基丙烷-1,2,3-三(5-氨基酮戊酸酯)盐酸盐5Kg,氟噻虫砜15Kg,萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物10Kg,正丁基萘磺酸钠3Kg,高岭土77Kg;将原药和粉状载体、湿润分散剂进行混合粉碎,再加水捏合后,加入造粒机进行造粒,然后再经干燥、筛分(按筛网范围)即得2-甲基丙烷-1,2,3-三(5-氨基酮戊酸酯)盐酸盐和氟噻虫砜复配的水分散粒剂。
实施例44、单用氟噻虫砜和使用农药组合物对干尖线虫防治效果表
线虫死亡率=线虫死亡率/供试线虫数×100%
从以上结果可以看出,加入2-甲基丙烷-1,2,3-三(5-氨基酮戊酸酯)盐酸盐后,可有效提高氟噻虫砜对线虫的防治效果,有效减少氟噻虫砜的使用量。

Claims (5)
- 一种5-氨基酮戊酸酯化的用途,其特征在于:将权利要求1-2的一种5-氨基酮戊酸酯化用于对多种病虫害杀灭,病虫害包括水稻纹枯病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、玉米小斑病菌、油菜菌核病菌、番茄灰霉病菌、葡萄白腐病菌、瓜类炭疽病菌、苹果轮纹病菌、柑橘绿霉病菌、马铃薯晚疫病菌、对苍蝇、蟑螂。
- 一种包括5-氨基酮戊酸酯化物的农药组合物,其特征在于:包括权利要求1和2所述的5-氨基酮戊酸酯化物,农药组合物包括重量比为1:60— 60:15的5-氨基酮戊酸酯化物和氟噻虫砜;制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)按所述重量份称取各组分;(2)将所述各组分混合,搅拌均匀,制成各种农药剂型。;
