Description

一种轮毂装饰中心盖、设备及轮毂装饰盖的使用方法 技术领域
本发明属于汽车零部件领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种轮毂装饰中心盖、设备及轮毂装饰盖的使用方法。
背景技术
目前市场上的使用轮毂盖都是从轮毂正面安装,通过轮毂盖上面的卡件弹性勾住轮毂中心孔内壁。但由于卡件的弹性不稳定,因此首先需要通过卡件变形进入中心孔,然后需要将卡件恢复弹性固定。
该种安装方式不是永久固定。该种安装存在较大的安全隐患。当轮毂跳动过大时,轮毂盖容易弹出来。因此该种安装方式还需要设有弹簧圈来保持卡件的压力。安装过程是单向的,安装好后,轮毂盖是和轮毂严丝合缝。该种安装方式存在安装容易,但是拆卸麻烦的问题。拆卸时需要先把汽车顶起来,然后把轮毂螺丝全部拆下来,再把轮胎轮毂一起拆下来,最后才能从轮毂反面用工具把轮毂盖捅下来,拆卸过程中容易导致轮毂盖的损坏。如果不想拆轮毂,只能使用尖锐的工具,在轮毂盖和轮毂中心孔中间的细小缝隙撬开,该种拆卸方式会损伤轮毂表面。
因此,市场需要有安装和更换过程均简单方便,且不会对轮毂造成损伤的轮毂盖。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轮毂装饰中心盖、设备及轮毂装饰盖的使用方法,旨在解决现有技术中轮毂盖的更换过程繁琐的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:提供一种轮毂装饰中心盖,包括:
支架卡爪,包括用于在外力作用下与轮毂中心孔连接固定的卡爪件;
主盖体,与所述支架卡爪可拆卸连接;所述主盖体用于在与所述支架卡爪的连接过程中对所述卡爪件施加外力。
优选地,所述支架卡爪还包括与所述卡爪件连接的支架体;所述支架体上设有用于与所述主盖体适配的连接孔。

步骤二、将主盖体插入支架卡爪的连接孔中;
步骤三、旋转所述主盖体,使得所述主盖体压迫卡爪件并产生膨胀向外的作用力,利用该作用力将所述主盖体、所述支架卡爪一起与所述轮毂中心孔连接固定。

使用时,先将支架卡爪2安装到轮毂中心孔中,并使卡爪件21与轮毂中心孔连接;然后将主盖体1与支架卡爪2连接。主盖体1在与支架卡爪2的连接过程中对卡爪件21施加外力,使得主盖体1与支架卡爪2一起与轮毂中心孔连接固定。拆卸时,只需要依次拆下主盖体1和支架卡爪2即可。

主盖体1与支架卡爪2的连接过程中,主盖体1的螺纹部12会压迫卡爪件21并产生膨胀向外的推力,使得卡爪件21牢牢的钩住轮毂中心孔内壁的凸起处。
主盖体1通过旋转螺纹,进而挤压支架卡爪2的方式将该轮毂盖固定在轮毂中心孔上。
当需要拆下该轮毂装饰盖时,不需要拆下轮毂,只要将主盖体1旋下,然后将支架卡爪2取下即可。
本发明还提供一种设备,其特征在于:包括如上文任一实施例所述的一种轮毂装饰中心盖。该设备包括但不局限于轮毂、使用轮毂的设备。本发明提供的设备与现有技术相比含有的优点包含但不局限于上文所述该种轮毂装饰盖与现有技术相比所具有的优点,不再进行赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种轮毂装饰中心盖,其特征在于,包括:
    支架卡爪(2),包括用于在外力作用下与轮毂中心孔连接固定的卡爪件(21);
    主盖体(1),与所述支架卡爪(2)可拆卸连接;所述主盖体(1)用于在与所述支架卡爪(2)的连接过程中对所述卡爪件(21)施加外力。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种轮毂装饰中心盖,其特征在于:所述支架卡爪(2)还包括与所述卡爪件(21)连接的支架体(22);所述支架体(22)上设有用于与所述主盖体(1)适配的连接孔(221)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种轮毂装饰中心盖,其特征在于,所述卡爪件(21)设有若干根;所述卡爪件(21)沿所述连接孔(221)的周向间隔设置。
  4. 如权利要求2-3任一项所述的一种轮毂装饰中心盖,其特征在于:所述卡爪件(21)包括:
    连接部(211),一端与所述支架体(22)连接;
    卡接部(212),与所述连接部(211)的另一端连接;所述卡接部(212)的内壁面倾斜设置;所述卡接部(212)内壁面与所述连接孔(221)中心轴线的直线距离大小由连接位置至底端逐渐减小。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种轮毂装饰中心盖,其特征在于:所述主盖体(1)包括:
    盖体部(11);
    螺纹部(12),与所述盖体部(11)连接,所述螺纹部(12)与所述卡爪件(21)螺纹连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种轮毂装饰中心盖,其特征在于:还包括套设在所述卡爪件(21)外的防滑件(4)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种轮毂装饰中心盖,其特征在于:所述盖体部 (11)与所述螺纹部(12)连接的端面设有缓冲圈(3)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种轮毂装饰中心盖,其特征在于:所述支架体(22)用于与所述防滑件(4)接触的端面设有防滑块(222);或/和
    所述盖体部(11)与所述螺纹部(12)连接的端面设有用于限位所述缓冲圈(3)的凹槽;或/和
    所述卡爪件(21)设有四根;或/和
    所述螺纹部(12)外侧面依序设有光滑段和螺纹段。
  9. 一种设备,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种轮毂装饰中心盖。
  10. 一种轮毂装饰中心盖的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤一、将支架卡爪(2)安装到轮毂中心孔中,使所述支架卡爪(2)与所述轮毂中心孔连接;
    步骤二、将主盖体(1)插入支架卡爪(2)的连接孔(211)中;
    步骤三、旋转所述主盖体(1),使得所述主盖体(1)压迫卡爪件(21)并产生膨胀向外的作用力,利用该作用力将所述主盖体(1)、所述支架卡爪(2)一起与所述轮毂中心孔连接固定。
