常规塑料管道内衬入钢管的方式是利用缩径机缩径,同时,靠缩径机自身电机带动塑料管道直接内衬入钢管中。由于塑料管道缩径完之后并没有受到任何外力作用,离开缩径机滚轮后,会快速回弹。此时强行将其衬入钢管内部,芯管和钢管内壁会发生较强摩擦,致使芯管外壁受损。此时,芯管和钢管之间就会存在间隙。当芯管内部产生负压时,间隙内的空气极易将芯管压扁,导致复合管失效。
发明内容
针对上述问题情况,本发明提供一种内衬过程对内衬芯管无损的内衬设备及方法,利用牵引头,在缩径内衬全程与内衬管头尾两端连接,持续提供较为稳定的轴向应力。保证内衬芯管在完成缩径后,持续受到小于其屈服应力的较为稳定的轴向应力,维持缩径状态,防止发生回弹。此时内衬芯管外径略小于钢管内径,可以极其顺利的衬入钢管内部,不会发生明显摩擦,可有效防止内衬芯管外表面磨损,进而导致复合管失效。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:

(1)选用合适长度的钢管,将钢管放在支撑件上,并通过两端的夹具将钢管固定;
(2)选择合适缩径量的缩径模块,将选择好的缩径模块安装在设备机架上;
(3)将内衬管两端固定连接在两侧的牵引头上;
(4)卷扬机两端牵引钢索分别从左右两个方向伸出,左端牵引钢索经过数个固定导轮转向后与左侧牵引头连接,右端牵引钢索经过数个导轮转向后穿过铜管、多级缩径模块后与右侧牵引头连接,从而卷扬机通过牵引钢索将左右牵引头连接起来,从而对内衬管形成牵引力;
(5)盖上防护罩,启动卷扬机,牵引钢索拉动牵引头向前移动,进而带动内衬管移动,内衬管通过缩径模块后发生缩径变形,进入到钢管的内腔内;
(6)通过通过无线拉力传感器连接的显示装置,根据实时显示内衬管所受牵引力的大小,调节活动导轮部分的液压杆,实现活动导轮位置的调节,通过调节该活动导轮相对位置,改变整条牵引钢索的张紧情况,使得作用在内衬管轴向方向上的应力维持在材料屈服应力以内一个安全范围中,维持内衬管的缩径状态,进而控制作用在内衬管上轴向应力的大小;
(7)当内衬管两端全部牵引至钢管内部时,停止卷扬机运行,并收缩液压杆,放松钢索,释放作用在内衬管轴向上的应力,静置时间8h,待内衬管自然回弹之后,将其放置于80℃恒温烘箱,促使其二次回弹,回弹时间为8h,内衬管实现充分回弹,利用内衬管自身的回弹性,使穿衬于钢管内的内衬管紧紧地粘贴在钢管内壁上,即完成内衬塑料管的钢管制备。

本发明公开了一种内衬过程对内衬芯管无损的内衬设备及方法,可实现塑料管道快速衬入钢管,同时在内衬过程中保持内衬管轴向应力,避免其快速回弹后与钢管内壁产生摩擦,磨损表面,造成复合管芯管压扁失效。
(1)采用内衬管前后双连接的方式,可以有效控制过程中,内衬管轴向应力大小,在不损坏内衬管的前提下,维持其缩径状态。
(2)钢管出口处设有一个可调节导轮,通过液压杆调节导轮相对位置,进而控制钢索张紧程度,最终实现对轴向应力的控制。
(3)无线拉力传感器,外接显示装置,可以实时显示监测拉力大小,便于控制。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

如图1所示,一种内衬过程对内衬芯管无损的内衬设备,包括设备机架1、多级缩径模块2、牵引装置、固定装置、导轮组以及防护罩9,内衬管6、多级缩径模块2以及钢管7的中心线在同一直线上,内衬管6两端连接牵引头4设置在设备机架的一端,多级缩径模块2设置在设备机架的中部位置,钢管7固定在固定装置上设置在设备机架的另一端,牵引钢索5通过各个导轮导向后穿过钢管和缩径模块连接在牵引头上,由卷扬机3提供牵引力带动内衬管完成内衬钢管操作。
其中,设备机架1,是用于承载设备的主体,整体为钢结构,由多个长方体结构的独立机架组成,各独立机架之间通过卡扣连接,每个独立机架底部设有滚轮12,方便机架移动,所述滚轮12设有抱死装置,选定位置后用于固定机架,防止滑动。
如图2所示,多级缩径模块2设置在设备机架1上,用于对内衬管6进行缩径,多级缩径模块2由三个独立缩径模块构成,每个缩径模块主体为正方形钢架21,上下左右四边各设有一个缩径滚轮22,缩径滚轮22可通过一个调距螺丝23调节相对位置,进而实现对缩径量的控制,所述三个独立缩径模块并列设置在设备机架1中部位置,根据内衬管尺寸 及缩径量要求,逐级递减,实现内衬管缩径。
牵引装置主体由卷扬机3、牵引头4和牵引钢索5构成,用于对所述内衬管6提供持续的牵引力,完成内衬钢管7的操作,牵引钢索缠绕在卷扬机3收线盘内,其收线方式并非一端固定,而是牵引钢索在收线盘缠绕一定圈数之后,两端钢索分别从左右两个方向伸出。此时,运转卷扬机后,一端钢索会收入卷扬机收线盘,另一边的钢索则会被引出收线盘。钢索经过设定在机架不同位置的导轮组之后,利用专用牵引头,与内衬芯管左右两端连接。头部位置的牵引头外侧还连接有一个无线拉力传感器,外接显示装置,可实时显示内衬过程中该段钢索的拉力大小。
如图3所示,其中的牵引头4包括牵引外体41、牵引内椎体42以及螺纹连接头43,所述牵引外体41为中空的锥形结构,内部具有与所述牵引内锥体42相配合的锥形内槽,牵引外体41的顶部中央具有螺纹通孔44,牵引内椎体42的顶部中央具有螺纹槽45,螺纹连接头43穿过螺纹通孔44与螺纹槽45连接。
固定装置设置在设备机架1上,用于对钢管7进行固定;固定装置由限位夹具10和一个支撑件11组成,本实施例中限位夹具10为两个,分别设置在钢管7两端,通过转动连接螺纹的把手实现开合,现有技术中具有锁合固定功能的夹具都可适用于本发明。支撑件11整体呈“Y”形,设置在两个限位夹具10中间,通过螺纹调节高度,用以支撑钢管。
参考图1和图4,所述导轮组,分别设置在机架各位置,引导牵引钢索5的传动,减少抖动,保持内衬过程的稳定,包括一个活动导轮8和若干固定导轮,所述活动导轮8设置在机架头部,钢管7出口位置处;活动导轮8固定在一根轴承13中部位置(该部分结构在图1中未画出,参照图4所示),独立转动,不受轴承影响,轴承13两端分别插入一个“回”字型限位装置14,所述限位装置14设置在轴承钢架上,内外两端分别设有穿过轴承的限位螺母15,轴承13是圆形的,两端车有螺纹,连接时,从一端来看,先旋转进一个限位螺母,然后轴承插入“回”字型限位器中,在外侧再拧一颗限位螺母。以此进行限位,保证轴承只能前后在限位装置内运动。
所述轴承13双肩位置分别与两个液压杆16连接,液压杆下端固定在轴承钢架一端,通过液压装置提供动力,通过调节液压杆,实现活动导轮8位置的调节,通过调节活动导轮8相对位置,从而改变牵引钢索的张紧情况,进而控制作用在内衬管上轴向应力的大小。此处控制应力大小是为了维持内衬管的缩径状态,如果此时撤掉应力,则内衬管会瞬间回弹,无法衬入钢管;如果应力过大,超过该材料的屈服应力,则会导致内衬管发生塑性形变,无法回复原装。液压杆设置方向同钢索运动方向,功能为伸缩,效果是带动轴承前后运 动,调整钢索张紧度。
防护罩9,设置在钢管7的进出口两端,起保护作用,主体为钢结构,两侧分别设有一个由亚克力板构成的观察窗口,用以观察内衬情况。
本发明一种内衬过程对内衬芯管无损的内衬方法,采用上述内衬设备进行,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用合适长度的钢管7,将钢管7放在支撑件11上,并通过两端的夹具10将钢管固定;
(2)选择合适缩径量的缩径模块2,将选择好的缩径模块2安装在设备机架1上;
(3)将内衬管6两端固定连接在两侧的牵引头4上,具体在连接时,牵引外体41和牵引内锥体42之间存在间隙,内衬管6插入到该间隙中,螺纹连接头43穿过螺纹通孔44连接在螺纹槽45上,通过螺纹之间牵引力从而使的内衬管6紧密连接在牵引外体41和牵引内锥体42中,进而实现内衬管6与牵引头4的固定;
(4)卷扬机两端牵引钢索5分别从左右两个方向伸出,左端牵引钢索经过数个固定导轮转向后与左侧牵引头连接,右端牵引钢索经过数个滚轮转向后穿过铜管7、多级缩径模块2后与右侧牵引头连接,从而卷扬机3通过牵引钢索5将左右牵引头连接起来,从而对内衬管6形成牵引力;
(5)盖上防护罩,启动卷扬机9,牵引钢索5拉动牵引头向前移动,进而带动内衬管6移动,内衬管6通过缩径模块后发生缩径变形,逐步进入到钢管的内腔内;
(6)通过无线拉力传感器连接的显示装置,根据实时显示内衬管所受牵引力的大小,调节活动导轮部分的液压杆,实现导轮位置的调节,通过调节该活动导轮8相对位置,改变整条牵引钢索的张紧情况,进而控制作用在内衬管上轴向应力的大小;
(7)当内衬管两端全部牵引至钢管内部时,停止卷扬机运行,并收缩液压杆,放松钢索,释放作用在内衬管轴向上的应力,静置时间8h,待内衬管自然回弹之后,将其放置于80℃恒温烘箱,促使其二次回弹,回弹时间为8h,内衬管实现充分回弹,利用内衬管自身的回弹性,使穿衬于钢管内的内衬管紧紧地粘贴在钢管内壁上,即完成内衬塑料管的钢管制备。
本发明提供的一种内衬过程对内衬芯管无损的内衬设备及方法,利用牵引头,在缩径内衬全程与内衬管头尾两端连接,持续提供较为稳定的轴向应力。保证内衬芯管在完成缩径后,持续受到小于其屈服应力的较为稳定的轴向应力,维持缩径状态,防止发生回弹。此时内衬芯管外径小于钢管内径,可以极其顺利的衬入钢管内部,不会发生明显摩擦,可有效防止内衬芯管外表面磨损,进而导致复合管失效,本发明工艺操作方便快捷,效果好,适合 工业推广应用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种内衬过程对内衬芯管无损的内衬设备,包括设备机架(1)、多级缩径模块(2)、牵引装置、固定装置、导轮组以及防护罩(9),其特征在于:
    所述设备机架(1),用于承载设备的主体;
    所述多级缩径模块(2)设置在设备机架(1)中部位置,用于对内衬管(6)进行缩径;
    所述牵引装置,主体由卷扬机(3)、牵引头(4)和牵引钢索(5)构成,用于对所述内衬管(6)提供持续稳定的轴向牵引力,完成内衬钢管(7)的操作;
    所述固定装置,设置在设备机架(1)上,用于对钢管(7)进行固定;
    所述导轮组,分别设置在设备机架不同位置,引导牵引钢索(5)的传动,减少抖动,保持内衬过程的稳定,包括一个活动导轮(8)和若干固定导轮,所述活动导轮(8)设置在钢管(7)出口位置处;
    所述防护罩(9),设置在钢管(7)的进出口两端,起保护作用;
    所述内衬管(6)、多级缩径模块(2)以及钢管(7)的中心线在同一直线上,内衬管(6)两端连接牵引头(4)设置在设备机架的一端,多级缩径模块(2)设置在设备机架的中部位置,钢管(7)固定在固定装置上设置在设备机架的相对另一端,牵引钢索(5)连接卷扬机(3)通过各个导轮导向后穿过钢管(7)和多级缩径模块(2)连接在牵引头上,由卷扬机(3)提供牵引力带动内衬管完成内衬钢管操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内衬过程对内衬芯管无损的内衬设备,其特征在于,还包括一个无线拉力传感器,连接在靠近钢管一端牵引头外侧,无线拉力传感器外接显示装置,实时显示内衬过程中牵引钢索的轴向拉力大小。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内衬过程对内衬芯管无损的内衬设备,其特征在于,所述设备机架(1)整体为钢结构,由多个长方体结构的独立机架组成,各独立机架之间通过卡扣连接,每个独立机架底部设有滚轮(12),方便机架移动,所述滚轮(12)设有抱死装置,选定位置后用于固定机架,防止滑动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内衬过程对内衬芯管无损的内衬设备,其特征在于,所述多级缩径模块(2)由三个独立缩径模块构成,每个缩径模块主体为正方形钢架(21),上下左右四边各设有一个缩径滚轮(22),缩径滚轮(22)通过一个调距螺丝(23)调节相对位置,实现对缩径量的控制,所述三个独立缩径模块并列设置在设备机架(1)中部位置,根据内衬管尺寸及缩径量要求,逐级递减,实现内衬管缩径。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内衬过程对内衬芯管无损的内衬设备,其特征在于,牵引装置主体由卷扬机(3)、牵引头(4)和牵引钢索(5)构成,所述牵引钢索(5)缠绕在卷扬 机(3)收线盘内,牵引钢索(5)在收线盘缠绕一定圈数之后,两端牵引钢索(5)分别从左右两个方向伸出,牵引钢索经过设定在设备机架不同位置的导轮组之后,利用专用牵引头,与内衬芯管左右两端的牵引头连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种内衬过程对内衬芯管无损的内衬设备,其特征在于,所述牵引头(4)包括牵引外体(41)、牵引内椎体(42)以及螺纹连接头(43),所述牵引外体(41)为中空的锥形结构,内部具有与所述牵引内锥体(42)相配合的锥形内槽,牵引外体(41)的顶部中央具有螺纹通孔(44),牵引内椎体(42)的顶部中央具有螺纹槽(45),螺纹连接头(43)穿过螺纹通孔(44)与螺纹槽(45)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内衬过程对内衬芯管无损的内衬设备,其特征在于,固定装置由限位夹具(10)和一个支撑件(11)组成,所述限位夹具(10)设置在钢管(7)两端,通过转动连接螺纹的把手实现开合,支撑件(11)整体呈“Y”形,设置在两个限位夹具(10)中间,通过螺纹调节高度,用以支撑钢管。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内衬过程对内衬芯管无损的内衬设备,其特征在于,所述活动导轮(8)固定在一根轴承(13)中部位置,独立转动,不受轴承影响,双肩位置分别与两个液压杆(16)连接,所述轴承(13)两端分别插入一个“回”字型限位装置(14),所述限位装置(14)内外两端分别设有穿过轴承的限位螺母(15),用以限制轴承(13)位置,保证液压杆(16)前后推动时,轴承(13)垂直于限位装置运动,通过调节液压杆,实现活动导轮(8)相对位置的调节,从而改变牵引钢索的张紧情况,进而控制作用在内衬管上轴向应力的大小。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种内衬过程对内衬芯管无损的内衬设备,其特征在于,所述防护罩(9)分别设置在钢管(7)进出口位置,主体为钢结构,两侧分别设有一个由亚克力板构成的观察窗口,用以观察内衬情况。
  10. 一种内衬过程对内衬芯管无损的内衬方法,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-9任意一项所述的内衬设备进行,包括如下步骤:
    (1)选用合适长度的钢管(7),将钢管(7)放在支撑件(11)上,并通过两端的夹具(10)将钢管固定;
    (2)选择合适缩径量的缩径模块(2),将选择好的缩径模块(2)安装在设备机架(1)上;
    (3)将内衬管(6)两端固定连接在两侧的牵引头(4)上;
    (4)卷扬机(3)两端牵引钢索(5)分别从左右两个方向伸出,左端牵引钢索经过数个固 定导轮转向后与左侧牵引头连接,右端牵引钢索经过数个滚轮转向后穿过铜管(7)、多级缩径模块(2)后与右侧牵引头连接,卷扬机(3)通过牵引钢索(5)将左右牵引头(4)连接起来,从而对内衬管(6)形成持续稳定的轴向牵引力;
    (5)盖上防护罩,启动卷扬机(9),牵引钢索(5)拉动牵引头向前移动,进而带动内衬管(6)移动,内衬管(6)通过缩径模块后发生缩径变形,逐步进入到钢管的内腔内;
    (6)通过无线拉力传感器连接的显示装置,根据实时显示内衬管所受牵引力的大小,调节活动导轮部分的液压杆,实现活动导轮位置的调节,通过调节该活动导轮(8)相对位置,改变整条牵引钢索的张紧情况,使得作用在内衬管轴向方向上的应力维持在材料屈服应力以内一个安全范围中,维持内衬管的缩径状态,进而控制作用在内衬管上轴向应力的大小;
    (7)当内衬管(6)两端全部牵引至钢管(7)内部时,停止卷扬机(3)运行,并收缩液压杆,放松钢索,释放作用在内衬管轴向上的应力,静置时间8h,待内衬管自然回弹之后,将其放置于80℃恒温烘箱,促使其二次回弹,回弹时间为8h,内衬管实现充分回弹,利用内衬管(6)自身的回弹性,使穿衬于钢管(7)内的内衬管紧紧地粘贴在钢管(7)内壁上,即完成内衬塑料管的钢管制备。
