  • Patent Document 1 in a hydraulic brake system including a cylinder device having a front chamber in front of a pressurizing piston and a rear chamber behind the pressurizing piston, the presence or absence of fluid leakage in the brake system is determined based on the hydraulic pressure in the rear chamber. It is described that the Specifically, the state in which the value ⁇ P obtained by subtracting the actual rear hydraulic pressure from the target rear hydraulic pressure is greater than the first abnormality determination threshold value ⁇ Pth continues for the first abnormality determination time T1 or longer, and then the actual rear hydraulic pressure Ps increases. When it increases above the set gradient and the subtracted value ⁇ P becomes smaller than the restoration determination threshold value ⁇ p, it is determined that the pressurizing piston has bottomed due to leakage of hydraulic fluid from the front chamber.

Description

マスタリザーバRVは、マスタシリンダCM(特に、前輪、後輪マスタ室Rmf、Rmr)に接続されている。
第1、第2マスタばねDP、DSによって、第1、第2マスタピストンNP、NSは、後退方向Hb(マスタ室Rmの体積が増加する方向であり、前進方向Haとは逆方向)に押圧されている。
蓄圧用流体ポンプQA(「第1流体ポンプ」ともいう)は、蓄圧用の電気モータMA(「第1電気モータ」ともいう)によって駆動され、マスタリザーバRVから制動液BFを汲み上げる。
 サーボ圧Puとマスタ圧Pmとの関係は、サーボ室Ruの受圧面積ru(第1マスタピストンNPのつば部の面積であり、「サーボ面積」ともいう)と、マスタ室Rmの受圧面積rm(第2マスタピストンNSの端面の面積であり、「マスタ面積」ともいう)との関係で定まる。
即ち、非制動時には、「Pmf=Pmr=Pp=Pu=Po=Pn=0」の状態である。
 制動時には、制動操作量Ba(シミュレータ圧Pb、操作変位Sp、操作力Fpのうちの少なくとも1つ)に基づいて、増圧弁UZ、及び、減圧弁UGが制御され、パイロット室Rpの液圧Pp(パイロット圧)が増加される。
還流用流体ポンプQB(第2流体ポンプ)は、還流用の電気モータMB(第2電気モータ)によって駆動される。
マスタ圧Pm(マスタ室Rmの液圧)は、第1調圧ユニットYA(特に、サーボ圧Pu)によって供給される。
 インレット弁UIは、分岐された連絡路HS(即ち、連絡路HSの分岐部に対してホイールシリンダCWに近い側)に設けられる。
ここで、制動操作量Ba(制動操作部材BPの操作の程度を表す状態量の総称)は、制動操作量センサBAによって検出される。
 ステップS160では、要求圧Ps(結果、ホイール圧Pw)が低液圧領域を外れた状況における、目標圧Pt(=Ptf、Ptr)、及び、目標差圧Qt(=Qtf、Qtr)が演算される。
前輪制動系統BKfにボトミングが発生している場合には、前輪目標圧Ptf(目標値)に代えて前輪マスタ圧Pmf(前輪マスタ圧センサPMfの検出値であり、実際値)が用いられる。
 時点u1にて、前輪目標差圧Qtf(結果、前輪実差圧mQf)が、領域判定圧ps(予め設定された所定の定数)に到達する。
これにより、前輪マスタ圧Pmfを増加する程度(実差圧)mQf(即ち、前輪マスタ圧Pmfと前輪調整圧Pqfとの実際の差)が大きく調整される。
これにより、後輪マスタ圧Pmrを増加する度合い(実差圧)mQr(即ち、後輪マスタ圧PmrとPqrとの実際の差)が大きく調整される。
