Description

一种床板支撑结构及电动床 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种支撑结构,尤其涉及一种床板的支撑结构和一种电动床。
背景技术
目前电动床为规避床板、电机及支架横管互相干涉,通常采取以下方法:
1、如图1所示,在电机对应的床板处开孔,床板与电机支架间靠两个支撑轮支撑,两支撑轮横跨距离较大,这种情况下当床板负重时会产生较大的变形,床板与电机支架横管会有干涉风险,为避免干涉需要增加床板厚度来提高床板刚度,但这样会增加成本以及整床重量。
2、增加床板与电机支架间的距离,但这样会增加整床高度,降低装箱量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种床板支撑结构,以解决需要在电机的床板处开口增加其他床板厚度的问题。
一种床板支撑结构,包括:两个滑动杆、电机支架横杆、驱动电机、凵字形连接件、支撑滚轮、第一滚轮、第二滚轮、床框架;
所述床框架由两个横杆和数个纵杆围成一个矩形框体结构;
所述两个滑动杆分别对称设于所述电机支架横杆的两侧,三者呈“H”字形;
所述两个滑动杆的一端分别与所述床框架的两个横杆内侧铰接连接,另一端安装所述第一滚轮和所述第二滚轮;
所述凵字形连接件的水平边与所述电机支架横杆固定连接;
所述支撑滚轮分别设置于所述凵字形连接件的两竖直边外侧;
所述驱动电机的电机轴一端嵌入凵字形连接件的凹槽部分,并与所述两 个滚轮同轴活动连接,所述驱动电机的另一端与所述床框架的一纵杆内侧铰接连接。
进一步地,所述滑动杆的中间部分向上突起,使所述滑动杆的形状呈钝角V形,V字形开口朝向所述驱动电机。
进一步地,所述两个滑动杆相向侧各自设有可转动的所述第一滚轮与所述第二滚轮;所述第一滚轮与所述第二滚轮并排设置于所述滑动杆的一侧。
进一步地,一种电动床,包括:上述任意一种床板支撑结构、床板组件;所述床板组件设置于所述床框架之上;所述床板支撑结构设置于所述床板下方,用于支撑所述床板组件的运动。
进一步地,所述床板组件包括:多块依序铰接的床板。
本方案的有益效果是:通过在驱动电机的驱动轴两侧分别增加滚轮;并使两个滑动杆的支撑轮互相相向安装,减少两者的跨距,从而增加对床板的支撑力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图2所示,一种床板支撑结构,包括:两个滑动杆1、电机支架横杆2、凵字形连接件3、支撑滚轮4、驱动电机5、第一滚轮6、第二滚轮7、床框架9;所述床框架9由两个横杆和数个纵杆围成一个矩形框体结构;所述两个滑动杆1分别对称设于所述电机支架横杆2的两侧,三者呈“H”字形;所述两个滑动杆1的一端分别与所述床框架9的两个横杆内侧铰接连接, 另一端安装所述第一滚轮6和所述第二滚轮7;所述凵字形连接件3的底边与所述电机支架横杆2固定连接;实施例中,所述支撑滚轮4也采用两个,分别设置于所述凵字形连接件3的两竖直边外侧;所述驱动电机5的电机轴一端嵌入凵字形连接件3的凹槽部分,并与所述两个支撑滚轮4同轴活动连接,所述驱动电机5的另一端与所述床框架9的一纵杆内侧铰接连接。这种支撑滚轮4安装在驱动电机的机轴两侧,并配合所述第一滚轮6与第二滚轮7改进后的安装位置,起到支撑床板的作用,并使所述床板支撑结构可驱动床板相对床框架往复翻转,调整床板与床框架之间的夹角;床板不用为了避开与驱动电机的干涉而开孔,且由原来的两点支撑改为多点支撑,大大加强了床板刚度,优化了床板制作工艺,规避了床板与电机及支架横管干涉风险。
如图2所示,进一步地,所述滑动杆1的中间部分向上突起,使所述滑动杆1的形状呈钝角V形,V字形开口朝向所述驱动电机5。本实施例中,所述滑动杆1为两段长度不同的V字形,所述滑动杆1的凸出部分朝向床板;所述电机支架横杆连接于较短的一段,所述第一滚轮6与所述第二滚轮7安装于较长的一段上。所述床板支撑结构可驱动床板相对床框架往复翻转,调整床板与床框架之间的夹角,设置成两段不同长度的滑动杆,是为了更好地配合床板翻转的角度,使第一滚轮和第二滚轮更好的贴合床板,起到支撑作用。
进一步地,所述两个滑动杆1相向侧各自设有可转动的所述第一滚轮6与所述第二滚轮7;所述第一滚轮6与所述第二滚轮7并排设置于所述滑动杆1的一侧。所述第一滚轮6与所述第二滚轮7设置相向安装。背景技术中,所述第一滚轮6与所述第二滚轮7是分别设置于所述滑动杆1的外侧,不是如图2内的相向设置,是图1中的相反方向设置。本实施例中,如此设置所述第一滚轮6与所述第二滚轮7,可以使两个滑动杆1上滚轮之间的跨距更小,使两对滚轮对床板的支撑应力更为集中,增强对床板的支撑力。另外,还可适当缩短床板与电机支架横管间的距离,减少整床的高度,增加整床装箱量。
一种电动床,包括:上述任意一种床板支撑结构、床板组件8;所述床板支撑结构既可以用在床首,亦可用于床尾;分别驱动不同的折叠床板进行 往复翻转。所述实施例中仅显示用于一侧的床板支撑结构。所述床板组件8设置于所述床框架9之上,所述床板支撑结构用于驱动所述床板组件8的往复翻转。由原来床板组件8下两点支撑改为多点支撑;当床板组件8负重时可大大减小床板组件8的变形量;另外,可适当减小床板组件8的厚度,降低整床重量,降低运输和生产制造的成本。
进一步地,所述床板组件包括:多块依序铰接的床板。床板与床板之间铰接连接,在由驱动机构驱动翻转时,会受到床板支撑结构的支撑,使床板之间的互相连接能够更加稳定。

  1. 一种床板支撑结构,其特征在于,包括:两个滑动杆、电机支架横杆、驱动电机、凵字形连接件、支撑滚轮、第一滚轮、第二滚轮、床框架;
    所述床框架由两个横杆和数个纵杆围成一个矩形框体结构;
    所述两个滑动杆分别对称设于所述电机支架横杆的两侧,三者呈“H”字形;
    所述两个滑动杆的一端分别与所述床框架的两个横杆内侧铰接连接,另一端安装所述第一滚轮和所述第二滚轮;
    所述凵字形连接件的底边与所述电机支架横杆固定连接;
    所述支撑滚轮分别设置于所述凵字形连接件的两竖直边外侧;
    所述驱动电机的电机轴一端嵌入凵字形连接件的凹槽部分,并与所述两个滚轮同轴活动连接,所述驱动电机的另一端与所述床框架的一纵杆内侧铰接连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种床板支撑结构,其特征在于,所述滑动杆的中间部分向上突起,使所述滑动杆的形状呈钝角V形,V字形开口朝向所述驱动电机。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种床板支撑结构,其特征在于,所述两个滑动杆相向侧各自设有可转动的所述第一滚轮与所述第二滚轮;所述第一滚轮与所述第二滚轮并排设置于所述滑动杆的一侧。
  4. 一种电动床,其特征在于,包括:权利要求1~3任意一项所述的一种床板支撑结构、床板组件;所述床板组件设置于所述床框架之上,所述床板支撑结构用于驱动所述床板组件的往复翻转。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电动床,其特征在于,所述床板组件包括:多块依序铰接的床板。
