一种快速切换规格的包装机 技术领域
本发明属于包装设备领域,具体涉及一种快速切换规格的包装机。
背景技术
中国陶瓷产业已连续多年高速发展,市场竞争日趋激烈,企业利润逐年下降,控制和降低成本或提高自动化设备的效率成为了越来越多企业的提升竞争力的选择。在这种情况下,企业采取的措施都是通过控制和降低成本来提高竞争力,所以提高自动化设备生产效率的就成为的决定企业是否取得竞争胜利的关键。在陶瓷自动化设备的生产过程中,各个环节是否高速、有效的运行决定生产效率的高低。市场上现有瓷砖类型多,且市场需求的个性化定制趋势也较为明显,导致瓷砖生产规格切换频率高,但切换规格的方式基本依赖人工,采用手动装拆螺丝,效率低,手动调整也不方便且精度低,调整时暂停生产的时间长,由此还会造成设备、人员和场地的浪费。而且在包装机的成型装置中,纸箱的四边都需要进行折边,常用的方式为,其中一组对边的折边件长度大于最长的纸箱长度,这一组对边在折边时,整个边都可以接触到,调整规格时,这一组对边的折边件也无需进行长度的调节。而另一组对边的折边件受到空间限制,长度只能小于生产中的纸箱长度,避免与另一组折边件干涉,这样,为了适应不同的规格且保证好的折边效果,常采用的方式为,将这另一组对边的折边件长度缩短,采用多组折边件同时折边,在需要切换规格时,手动调整多组折边件的间距并适当增减折边件的数量,以此来达到较好的折边效果,但是折边机构一般处于输送皮带中间,调整时较为不便,又手动调整时准确性较差,调整更费时。本发明专利就是针对这一问题进行设计,主要解决成型装置在纸箱包装过程中对各个侧边的折边尺寸的调整问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种快速切换规格的包装机,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种快速切换规格的包装机,包括:
整形放角装置,所述整形放角装置设置在包装机机架的前半部,所述整形放角装置包括取角移动机架、设置在取角移动机架上的进砖输送机构、左右拍齐组件、前后拍齐组件;
抱砖抱角装置,所述抱砖抱角装置通过移砖机架安装在整形放角装置上方,所述抱砖 抱角装置包括设置在所述移砖机架上的抱砖抱角升降机构、设置在所述移砖机架上的平移机构、设置在所述抱砖抱角升降机构的下方的抱砖夹机构、设置在所述砖夹横梁组件上并连接抱砖夹机构的长度调整机构;
成型装置,所述成型装置设置在所述整形放角装置的后端侧,所述成型装置包括包括安装在包装机机架上的折纸机架主体、安装在折纸机架主体上的折纸横向机架、设置在折纸横向机架上的左右折边组件、安装在所述折纸机架主体长度方向前后两侧的前后折边组件、设置在折纸横向机架上的折小边组件;
纸仓装置,所述纸仓装置设置在所述成型装置的一侧,所述纸仓装置包括纸仓支架、设置在所述纸仓支架上的挡板组件、设置在所述纸仓支架上端的桁架上的吸盘组件、安装在所述纸仓支架上的吸盘升降驱动装置;
取送纸装置,所述取送纸装置设置在所述成型装置的上方;所述取送纸装置将纸仓装置中的纸箱夹取后放置在所述成型装置中。
优选的,所述进砖输送机构包括设置在所述左取角移动机架的左进砖输送机构和设置在右取角移动机架上的右进砖输送机构,所述左进砖输送机构和右进砖输送机构将瓷砖从取角移动机架的前端输送至后端;所述左右拍齐组件包括设置在所述左取角移动机架上的左侧边拍齐组件和设置在所述右取角移动机架上的右侧边拍齐组件,所述左侧边拍齐组件置于所述左进砖输送机构的外侧,所述右侧边拍齐组件置于所述左进砖输送机构的外侧;所述前后拍齐组件包括设置在所述左取角移动机架前端的前左侧边拍齐装置和设置在左取角移动机架后端的后左侧边拍齐装置、设置在右取角移动机架前端的前右侧边拍齐装置和设置在右取角移动机架后端的后右侧边拍齐装置,所述前左侧边拍齐装置和后左侧边拍齐装置均设置在所述左进砖输送机构的内侧,所述前右侧边拍齐装置和后右侧边拍齐装置均设置在所述右进砖输送机构的内侧。
优选的,所述抱砖抱角装置还包括夹紧包角机构,所述夹紧包角机构安装在所述抱砖夹机构上并随所述抱砖夹机构一起运动,所述夹紧包角机构用于夹紧所述瓷砖垛边角上的包角。
优选的,所述折纸横向机架包括设置在所述折纸机架主体宽度方向左侧的左折纸横向机架和设置在所述折纸机架主体宽度方向右侧的右折纸横向机架,所述左折纸横向机架和所述右折纸横向机架可沿所述折纸机架主体的宽度方向移动,以调节所述左折纸横向机架和所述右折纸横向机架之间的距离;所述左右折边组件包括设置在所述左折纸横向机架上的左折边部件和设置在所述右折纸横向机架上的右折边部件,所述左折边部件和所述右折 边部件分别用于对纸箱的左侧边和右侧边进行折边;所述前后折边组件包括安装在所述折纸机架主体长度方向前侧的前折边部件和安装在所述折纸机架主体长度方向后侧的后折边部件,所述前折边部件和所述后折边部件可沿所述折纸机架主体的长度方向移动,以调节所述前折边部件和所述后折边部件之间的距离,所述左折边部件和所述右折边部件分别用于对纸箱的前侧边和后侧边进行折边;所述折小边组件包括设置在所述左折纸横向机架长度方向前侧的左前折小边组件、设置在所述左折纸横向机架长度方向后侧的左后折小边组件、设置在所述右折纸横向机架长度方向前侧的右前折小边组件、设置在所述右折纸横向机架长度方向后侧的右后折小边组件,所述折小边组件用于对纸箱的左侧边和右侧边上的小边进行折边。
优选的,所述纸仓支架包括入口侧和与入口侧相对设置的出口侧,纸箱从所述入口侧进入所述纸仓支架中;所述吸盘组件包括吸盘安装架和安装在所述吸盘安装架上的固定吸盘组和移动吸盘组,所述固定吸盘组相对于所述吸盘安装架保持不动,所述移动吸盘组可相对于所述吸盘安装架移动,所述吸盘组件用于吸取所述挡板组件中的纸箱;所述吸盘升降驱动装置安装在所述纸仓支架上且与所述吸盘安装架连接,所述吸盘升降驱动装置用于驱动所述吸盘组件做升降运动。
优选的,所述取送纸装置包括:两个平行设置的取纸横梁;皮带传动机构,所述皮带传动机构安装在所述取纸横梁上;取纸杆,所述取纸杆设置两个所述取纸横梁之间,所述皮带传动机构带动所述取纸杆在所述取纸杆在所述取纸横梁上移动;取纸夹,所述取纸夹安装在所述取纸杆上,所述取纸夹沿所述取纸杆的长度方向间隔设置。
优选的,所述左侧边拍齐组件和所述右侧边拍齐组件均包括两组拍齐装置,所述左侧边拍齐组件包括设置在靠近所述左取角移动机架前端位置的左前拍齐装置和设置在靠近左取角移动机架后端位置的左后拍齐装置,所述右侧边拍齐组件包括设置在靠近所述右取角移动机架前端位置的右前拍齐装置和设置在靠近所述右取角移动机架后端位置右后拍齐装置;所述左前拍齐装置和所述前左侧边拍齐装置通过前左取角安装板滑动设置在所述左取角移动机架上,所述前左取角安装板在驱动装置的驱动下沿所述左取角移动机架的长度方向移动;所述右前拍齐装置和所述前右侧边拍齐装置通过前右取角安装板滑动设置在所述右取角移动机架上,所述前右取角安装板在驱动装置的驱动下沿所述右取角移动机架的长度方向移动。

优选的,所述前折边部件包括滑动安装在折纸机架主体前端的前折边安装座、在所述前折边安装座上可升降运动的升降组件、安装在所述升降组件上的前折边推出组件和与所述前折边推出组件连接的前调宽装置、与所述前调宽装置连接的前剪叉机构,所述前折边推出组件推动所述前剪叉机构进行纸箱前侧边的折边,所述调宽装置用于调节所述前剪叉机构在左折纸横向机架和右折纸横向机架之间的宽度;所述后折边部件包括滑动安装在折纸机架主体后端的后折边安装座、在所述后折边安装座上可升降运动的升降组件、安装在所述升降组件上的后折边推出组件和与所述后折边推出组件连接的后调宽装置、与所述后调宽装置连接的后剪叉机构,所述后折边推出组件推动所述后剪叉机构进行纸箱前侧边的折边,所述后调宽装置用于调节所述后剪叉机构在左折纸横向机架和右折纸横向机架之间的宽度。
优选的,所述挡板组件包括:设置在所述纸仓支架长度方向两端的左挡板和右挡板、以及设置在所述纸仓支架宽度方向两端的前挡板和后挡板,所述左挡板设置在所述纸仓支架出口侧,所述右挡板设置在所述纸仓支架的入口侧,所述纸箱设置在所述左挡板、右挡板、前挡板和后挡板围成的纸箱放置区;所述前挡板通过前挡板移动装置安装在所述纸仓支架上,所述前挡板可在所述纸仓支架上沿纸仓支架的宽度方向移动以调节前挡板和后挡板之间的距离;所述后挡板通过后挡板移动装置安装在所述纸仓支架上,所述后挡板可在所述纸仓支架上沿纸仓支架的宽度方向移动以调节前挡板和后挡板之间的距离。
有益效果:
本发明的包装机的整形放角装置在调整规格时,宽度方向以左进砖输送机构和右进砖输送机构连线的中心为基准,对称调整左取角移动机架和右取角移动机架的位置,长度方向调整以取角移动机架的后端侧为基准不动,一侧不动只对长度方向另一侧进行调整,且顶升、拍齐、取放角、托包角装置通过前左取角安装板和前右取角安装板共用同一个调整机构,这样的调整方式,单侧不动比两侧同时调整的加工和装配精度要求低一些,减少调整的复杂程度并节约调整机构的成本,也可以缩短小规格瓷砖的移砖装置行走行程。进砖 输送机构的机架两侧,分别固定有基准侧的顶升、拍齐、取放角、托包角装置,只需要在宽度方向和输送带同步调整,长度方向不需要调整。本申请只需要布置一个调节宽度的电机、两个调节长度的调节电机共三个调整用电机就可以实现所有装置的自动调整。抱砖抱角装置通过抱砖抱角升降机构、夹紧包角机构、抱砖夹机构、长度调整机构、平移机构对瓷砖抱砖抱角装置的高度、长度和宽度方向的自动调整,以适应不同尺寸的瓷砖垛,抱砖抱角升降机构由双升降气缸串联带动,在整形放角工位走两个气缸的行程,节省升降时间,在成型工位走其中一个气缸的行程,另一个气缸不动作,配合实现成型动作,抱砖抱角升降机构带动夹紧包角机构、抱砖夹机构、长度调整机构一起升降。成型装置通过设置左折边部件、右折边部件、左前折小边组件、左后折小边组件、右前折小边组件、右后折小边组件、前折边部件、后折边部件、折边顶升组件实现瓷砖包装过程中自动调整规格。前折边部件和后折边部件中的调宽调整块中的丝杆螺母带动剪叉机构中的一个铰链点运动,从而实现整个剪叉机构的自动伸缩,剪叉机构的前端下方安装多个折边件,折边件在剪叉机构的带动下,实现折边件的自动均布调整,通过调整整个剪叉机构的长度,用来适应不同宽度瓷砖垛的折边,且剪叉机构的折边点是均布的,不会出现中间折不到位的情况。

如图2所示,所述整形放角装置4安装在包装机机架上,所述整形放角装置4包括取角移动机架、进砖输送机构、左右拍齐组件、前后拍齐组件;所述取角移动机架包括横跨在所述包装机机架左右宽度两侧的左取角移动机架41和右取角移动机架42,所述左取角移动机架41和右取角移动机架42可沿所述包装机机架的宽度方向移动;所述左取角移动机架41和右取角移动机架42通过驱动电机和丝杠进行驱动,所述左取角移动机架41和右取角移动机架42的底部设置套设在丝杆上的丝杆螺母座,左取角移动机架41和右取角移动机架42可以分别用一组驱动电机和丝杠进行驱动;也可以将驱动左取角移动机架41的丝杆和驱动右取角移动机架42的丝杆通过联轴器连接,然后用一个驱动电机同时驱动左取角移动机架41和右取角移动机架42移动。

所述左侧边拍齐组件和所述右侧边拍齐组件均包括两组拍齐装置,所述左侧边拍齐组件包括设置在靠近所述左取角移动机架41前端位置的左前拍齐装置431和设置在靠近左取角移动机架41后端位置的左后拍齐装置432,所述右侧边拍齐组件包括设置在靠近所述右取角移动机架42前端位置的右前拍齐装置441和设置在靠近所述右取角移动机架42后端位置右后拍齐装置442。
所述左前拍齐装置431和所述前左侧边拍齐装置451通过前左取角安装板43滑动设置在所述左取角移动机架41上,所述前左取角安装板43在驱动装置的驱动下沿所述左取角移动机架41的长度方向移动;所述右前拍齐装置441和所述前右侧边拍齐装置461通过前右取角安装板44滑动设置在所述右取角移动机架42上,所述前右取角安装板44在驱动装置的驱动下沿所述右取角移动机架42的长度方向移动。
所述驱动装置包括驱动电机和与所述驱动电机输出端连接的丝杆,所述前左取角安装板43和所述前右取角安装板44的底部或侧边上均设置与所述丝杆连接的丝杆螺母安装座。所述整形放角装置4还包括用于顶升瓷砖垛的顶升组件,所述顶升组件包括设置在靠近所述左取角移动机架41前端位置的左前顶升装置471、设置在靠近所述左取角移动机架41后端位置的左后顶升装置472、设置在靠近所述右取角移动机架42前端位置的右前顶升装置481、设置在靠近所述右取角移动机架42后端位置的右后顶升装置482。
所述左前顶升装置471通过左前顶升安装板安装在所述前左取角安装板43上,所述右前顶升装置481通过右前顶升安装板安装在所述前右取角安装板44上。所述左前顶升装置 471、左后顶升装置472、右前顶升装置481、右后顶升装置482均包括顶升气缸和安装在顶升气缸输出端的顶升板,通过顶升气缸推动顶升板对瓷砖垛进行顶升。所述左前拍齐装置431、左后拍齐装置432、右前拍齐装置441和右后拍齐装置442均包括拍齐驱动气缸和与所述拍齐驱动气缸输出端连接拍齐滚轮。
如图4所示,所述前左侧边拍齐装置451包括安装在所述前左取角安装板43上的前左侧边拍齐安装板、安装在所述前左侧边拍齐安装板上的左摆动气缸、与所述前左侧边拍齐安装板铰接的前左拍齐转臂、安装在所述前左拍齐转臂上的前左拍齐滚轮,所述左摆动气缸的伸缩轴与所述前左拍齐转臂连接,以使左摆动气缸驱动前左拍齐转臂上的前左拍齐滚轮在所述前左侧边拍齐安装板上摆动;所述前右侧边拍齐装置461包括安装在所述前右取角安装板44上的前右侧边拍齐安装板4611、安装在所述前右侧边拍齐安装板4611上的右摆动气缸4612、与所述前右侧边拍齐安装板4611铰接的前右拍齐转臂4613、安装在所述前右拍齐转臂4613上的前右拍齐滚轮4614,所述右摆动气缸4612的伸缩轴与所述前右拍齐转臂4613连接,以使右摆动气缸4612驱动前右拍齐转臂4613上的前右拍齐滚轮4614在所述前右侧边拍齐安装板4611上摆动。
左前拍齐装置431、左后拍齐装置432中的拍齐驱动气缸推动拍齐滚轮朝着瓷砖垛的左侧边至右侧边的方向移动,右前拍齐装置441、右后拍齐装置442中的拍齐驱动气缸推动拍齐滚轮朝着瓷砖垛的右侧边至左侧边的方向移动;所述前左侧边拍齐装置451和前右侧边拍齐装置461中的摆动气缸均沿所述取角移动机架的高度方向设置,前左拍齐转臂包括与左摆动气缸的伸缩轴连接的第一左转臂和与所述左拍齐滚轮连接的第二左转臂;所述前右拍齐转臂4613包括与右摆动气缸4612的伸缩轴连接的第一右转臂和与所述右拍齐滚轮连接的第二右转臂,所述左摆动气缸可驱动所述前左拍齐滚轮由水平方向摆动至竖直方向,所述右摆动气缸4612可驱动所述前右拍齐滚轮4614由水平方向摆动至竖直方向,所述前左拍齐滚轮和前右拍齐滚轮4614处于水平方向时,便于瓷砖从取角移动机架的前端输送至后端,不会阻挡瓷砖的输送,当瓷砖输送到位后,前左拍齐滚轮和前右拍齐滚轮4614摆动至竖直方向,从而抵接在瓷砖垛的前侧边,从而完成对瓷砖垛前侧边的拍齐工序。
如图3所示,后左侧边拍齐装置452包括设置在所述左取角移动机架41上的气缸安装座、设置在气缸安装座上的纵向驱动气缸4621、与纵向驱动气缸4621的伸缩轴连接的后左拍齐滚轮安装杆、以及安装在所述后左拍齐滚轮安装杆上的拍齐滚轮,所述后左侧边拍齐装置452中的纵向驱动气缸4621推动后左拍齐滚轮安装杆和拍齐滚轮朝着瓷砖垛的后侧边至前侧边的方向移动,后右侧边拍齐装置462包括设置在所述右取角移动机架42上的气缸 安装座、设置在气缸安装座上的纵向驱动气缸4621、与纵向驱动气缸4621的伸缩轴连接的后右拍齐滚轮安装杆4622、以及安装在所述后右拍齐滚轮安装杆4622上的拍齐滚轮。
所述整形放角装置4还包括取放角机构,所述取放角机构用于将包角输送至所述瓷砖垛的四个边角并包裹所述瓷砖垛的边角,所述取放角机构包括设置在所述左取角移动机架41前端的左前取放角机构491、设置在左取角移动机架41后端的左后取放角机构492、设置在所述右取角移动机架42前端的右前取放角机构493和设置在所述右取角移动机架42后端的右后取放角机构494。
如图5所示,所述左前取放角机构491安装在所述前左取角安装板43上,所述右前取放角机构493安装在所述前右取角安装板44上。所述左前取放角机构491、左后取放角机构492、右前取放角机构493、右后取放角机构494均包括用于放置包角的包角槽4911、包角推送装置4913、驱动所述包角推送装置4913转动的旋转驱动装置4912,包角槽4911通过螺纹件安装在包角槽4911安装座上,可以快速拆卸下来,所述包角推送装置4913包括安装在所述旋转驱动装置4912上的包角推送气缸49131、连接在包角气缸输出端的吸盘叉固定座49132、安装在所述吸盘叉固定座49132上的吸盘架49133、装配在吸盘架49133上的若干个用于吸附包角的吸盘,所述旋转驱动装置4912用于驱动所述包角推送气缸49131转动从而使吸盘架49133转动至所述包角槽4911的出口处用于吸取包角,进而将包角槽4911中的包角通过包角推送气缸49131向前推送至所述瓷砖垛的边角处用于包覆瓷砖垛的边角。
所述旋转驱动装置4912旋转推送气缸、与旋转推送气缸连接并安装在所述包角推送气缸49131底部的包角推送气缸49131安装板、固定所述旋转推送气缸的安装板、设置在所述安装板上的轴承安装座,所述包角推送气缸49131安装板的底部通过旋转轴与轴承安装座中的轴承连接,以使所述旋转推送气缸能够推动包角推送气缸49131安装板上的包角推送气缸49131进行转动。左前取放角机构491中的固定所述旋转推送气缸的安装板安装在前左取角安装板43上,右前取放角机构493中的固定所述旋转推送气缸的安装板安装在右左取角安装板上,左后取放角机构492中的固定所述旋转推送气缸的安装板安装在左取角移动机架41上,右前取放角机构493中的固定所述旋转推送气缸的安装板安装在右取角移动机架42上。
整形放角装置工作原理:通过进砖输送机构将瓷砖垛输送至整形放角装置4中,分布在输送带两内侧的顶升组件顶起瓷砖剁,使其脱离皮带面,分布在输送带两外侧的左右拍齐组件、左进砖输送机构和右进砖输送机构中间的前后拍齐组件共同拍齐瓷砖垛,等待各 个拍齐装置复位后,分布在输送带两外侧的取放角机构中的取放角机构送出包角至瓷砖垛四角。在瓷砖垛下方、输送带两外侧布置有托包角装置,托包角装置主要是在包装一些小规格瓷片时使用,小规格瓷片的包角较小,在下方安装托包角装置,便于移砖装置动作时可以无阻碍的夹住包角。若需要托包角,则等取放角机构复位后,抱砖抱角装置下降,抱住瓷砖垛并夹紧位于瓷砖垛四角的包角,若不需托包角,则无需等吸取包角机构复位,抱砖抱角装置可直接下降,抱住瓷砖垛并夹紧位于瓷砖垛四角的包角,移砖装置上升,同时吸取包角机构复位。
如图6-11所示,所述抱砖抱角升降机构52设置在所述移砖机架51上;所述平移机构53构设置在所述移砖机架51上并连接所述抱砖抱角升降机构52,所述平移机构53用于驱动所述抱砖抱角升降机构52沿所述移砖机架51的长度方向运动;所述抱砖夹机构54设置在所述抱砖抱角升降机构52的下方,所述抱砖夹机构54通过砖夹横梁组件57与抱砖抱角升降机构52连接,所述抱砖抱角升降机构52驱动所述抱砖夹机构54做升降运动,所述抱砖夹机构54用于夹持瓷砖垛两个相对的侧边,所述抱砖夹机构54包括至少两个相对设置的夹砖组件;所述长度调整机构55设置在所述砖夹横梁组件57上并连接抱砖夹机构54,所述长度调整机构55用于驱动所述抱砖夹机构54在所述砖夹横梁组件57上沿长度方向运动。
所述抱砖抱角升降机构52包括安装在所述移砖机架51上的支承板521、设置在所述支承板521上的抱砖升降驱动装置、设置在所述抱砖升降驱动装置一侧或两侧的提升竖梁523,所述砖夹横梁组件57设置在所述抱砖升降驱动装置的下方,所述抱砖升降驱动装置的输出端与所述砖夹横梁组件57连接。所述多级升降气缸包括一级升降气缸5221和二级升降气缸5222,所述一级升降气缸5221通过一级气缸安装座安装在所述支承板521的底部,所述二级升降气缸5222通过设置在其顶部的二级气缸安装座与所述一级升降气缸5221的伸缩轴连接,所述一级气缸安装座和所述二级气缸安装座的两侧与所述提升竖梁523通过滑块和滑轨进行滑动连接。这样设置可以使抱砖抱角装置5运动至整形放角工位一和成型装置工位二时,可以下降不同的高度,由于这两个工位需要的下降高度不同,因此抱砖抱角装置5中的抱砖升降驱动装置采用至少两个升降气缸串联,在整形放角工位,两个升降气缸同时作用,可以实现大的运动行程,又能缩短时间,在成型装置工位,只需要作用其中的一个气缸,另一个气缸保持收回状态不动。
如图10所示,所述平移机构53包括设置在所述移砖机架51长度方向一端的平移驱动电机531、与所述平移驱动电机531输出端连接的平移主动轮532、设置在所述移砖机架51 长度方向另一端的平移从动轮533、连接所述平移主动轮532和平移从动轮533的传送带,所述支承板521与所述传送带中的一侧皮带固定连接,所述支承板521与所述移砖机架51上端面的滑轨通过滑块滑动连接。这样设置可以使平移驱动电机531驱动所述支承板521上的抱砖升降驱动装置在所述移砖机架51沿长度方向移动,从而使抱砖升降驱动装置下方的抱砖夹机构54和包角夹紧机构将瓷砖垛夹紧后从整形放角工位移动至成型装置工位。
如图8所示,所述长度调整机构55包括设置在砖夹横梁组件57上的长度调整电机551、与所述长度调整电机551输出端连接的主动齿轮552、与主动齿轮552配合的从动齿条553,所述从动齿条553滑动安装在所述砖夹横梁组件57上,所述夹砖组件安装在所述从动齿条553的底部。
所述夹砖横梁组件包括夹砖横梁和设置在所述夹砖横梁上的提升横梁571,所述提升横梁571与所述多级升降气缸中的末端升降气缸的伸缩轴通过连接板连接,所述提升横梁571设置在所述砖夹横梁的中部,从而使所述抱砖升降驱动装置的输出点与砖夹横梁长度方向的中心点重合。
如图7所示,所述抱砖夹机构54包括两个分别设置在夹砖横梁组件前端和后端的夹砖组件,每个夹砖组件与一个长度调整机构55连接,所述夹砖组件包括与所述夹砖横梁组件中的夹砖横梁滑动连接的夹手上板541、安装在所述夹手上板541的夹砖调宽装置542、与所述夹砖调宽装置542连接的夹紧座、安装在所述夹紧座上的夹紧板。两组夹砖组件和两个长度调整电机551分别设置在提升横梁571的两侧。
所述夹砖调宽装置542包括沿所述移砖机架51宽度方向设置在所述夹手上板541左右两侧的左夹砖调宽气缸5421和右夹砖调宽气缸5425、与所述左夹砖调宽气缸5421的输出端连接的左夹砖调整块5422、与所述右夹砖调宽气缸5425的输出端连接的右夹砖调整块5426,所述夹紧座包括与所述左夹砖调整块5422固定的左夹紧座5423和与所述右夹砖调整块5426固定的右夹紧座5427,所述夹紧板包括设置在所述左夹紧座5423上的左夹紧板5424和设置在所述右夹紧座5427上的右夹紧板5428。所述左夹紧座5423安装在左夹砖调整块5422的底部,所述右夹紧座5427安装在右夹砖调整块5426的底部,所述左夹紧板5424包括与所述左夹紧座5423的垂直侧壁连接的左夹紧侧壁和与左夹紧侧壁垂直的左夹紧底壁,所述右夹紧板5428包括与所述右夹紧座5427的垂直侧壁连接的右夹紧侧壁和与右夹紧侧壁垂直的右夹紧底壁,所述左夹紧侧壁和右夹紧侧壁能够夹紧瓷砖垛的侧边,左夹紧底壁和右夹紧底壁能够承托瓷砖垛的底部,所述左夹紧侧壁和右夹紧侧壁上均设置夹砖胶片作为缓冲垫。所述左夹砖调宽气缸5421和右夹砖调宽气缸5425通过气缸安装座安装在夹手 上板541的底部,两个气缸安装座之间还设置有多个导轴用于起到导向作用。
所述抱砖抱角装置5还包括夹紧包角机构56,所述夹紧包角机构56安装在所述抱砖夹机构54上并随所述抱砖夹机构54一起运动,所述夹紧包角机构56用于夹紧所述瓷砖垛边角上的包角。所述夹紧包角机构56包括设置在所述左夹砖调整块5422上的左夹包角宽度调整板561、安装在所述左夹包角宽度调整板561上的左夹包角宽度驱动装置、与所述左夹包角宽度驱动装置连接的左导块562、与所述左导块562连接的左压角盘563、设置在所述右夹砖调整块5426上的右夹包角宽度调整板565、安装在所述右夹包角宽度调整板565上的右夹包角宽度驱动装置、与所述右夹包角宽度驱动装置连接的右导块566、与所述右导块566连接的右压角盘567。
左夹包角宽度驱动装置包括安装在所述左夹包角宽度调整板561两端的宽度调整座5691、设置在其中一个宽度调整座5691上的宽度调整驱动电机569、与宽度调整驱动电机569输出端连接的传动丝杆,左导块562通过丝杆螺母与所述传动丝杆连接;右夹包角宽度驱动装置包括安装在所述右夹包角宽度调整板565两端的宽度调整座5691、设置在其中一个宽度调整座5691上的宽度调整驱动电机569、与宽度调整驱动电机569输出端连接的传动丝杆,右导块566通过丝杆螺母与所述传动丝杆连接;在所述左导块562的底部还设置左压角块564,所述左压角块564上设置通孔,所述左压角盘563的上端壁与所述左压角块564的上端面固接,所述左压角盘563的侧壁上设置与左压角块564的通孔连接的延伸轴,所述延伸轴上套设有压缩弹簧5671,所述压缩弹簧5671的一端抵接在所述左压角盘563的侧壁上,另一端抵接在所述左压角块564上的通孔底壁上;同时在所述右导块566的底部还设置右压角块568,所述右压角块568上设置通孔,所述右压角盘567的上端壁与所述右压角块568的上端面固接,所述右压角盘567的侧壁上设置与右压角块568的通孔连接的延伸轴,所述延伸轴上套设有压缩弹簧5671,所述压缩弹簧5671的一端抵接在所述右压角盘567的侧壁上,另一端抵接在所述右压角块568上的通孔底壁上,压缩弹簧5671可以使左压角盘563和右压角盘567在夹紧瓷砖垛边角上的包角时起到缓冲作用,所述左压角盘563和右压角盘567的侧壁外侧还通过压紧板压紧设置至少一个垫胶条。
抱砖抱角装置5工作原理:本发明的抱砖抱角装置5主要是实现将瓷砖垛和包角一起抱起,从整形放角工位一夹紧抱起到成型装置工位二放下的往复动作,抱砖抱角装置5的平移机构53由导轨和同步带实现长度方向的运输。在进行抱砖抱角动作时,由两对主动齿轮552和从动齿条553、双长度调整电机551和导轨组成的长度调整机构55进行瓷砖垛长度方向的抱紧动作,同时这个长度调整机构55也可以实现自动调整规格。夹紧包角机构56 安装在抱砖夹上,跟随抱砖夹一起动作,完成抱角动作。
如图12-20所示,所述成型装置1用于对纸箱进行折边完成对瓷砖垛的包装,包括:折纸机架主体10、折纸横向机架、左右折边组件、前后折边组件、折小边组件和出砖输送组件。如图12-14所示,所述折纸机架主体10为所述成型装置1中的部件提供安装位置;所述折纸横向机架包括设置在所述折纸机架主体10宽度方向左侧的左折纸横向机架11和设置在所述折纸机架主体10宽度方向右侧的右折纸横向机架12,所述左折纸横向机架11和所述右折纸横向机架12可沿所述折纸机架主体10的宽度方向移动,以调节所述左折纸横向机架11和所述右折纸横向机架12之间的距离;所述左右折边组件包括设置在所述左折纸横向机架11上的左折边部件13和设置在所述右折纸横向机架12上的右折边部件14,所述左折边部件13和所述右折边部件14分别用于对纸箱的左侧边和右侧边进行折边;所述前后折边组件包括安装在所述折纸机架主体10长度方向前侧的前折边部件15和安装在所述折纸机架主体10长度方向后侧的后折边部件16,所述前折边部件15和所述后折边部件16可沿所述折纸机架主体10的长度方向移动,以调节所述前折边部件15和所述后折边部件16之间的距离,所述左折边部件13和所述右折边部件14分别用于对纸箱的前侧边和后侧边进行折边;所述前折边部件15和所述后折边部件16设置在所述左折纸横向机架11和右折纸横向机架12之间。
所述左折纸横向机架11和所述右折纸横向机架12之间通过横向机架驱动装置1141连接,所述横向机架驱动装置1141设置至少两个,所述横向机架驱动装置1141包括横向机架减速机、横向机架传动轴,所述左折纸横向机架11通过左横向机架丝杆螺母座安装在所述横向机架传动轴的一端,所述右折纸横向机架12通过右横向机架丝杆螺母座安装在所述横向机架传动轴的另一端,所述横向机架传动轴可以为一根传动丝杆也可以为两个分别与左折纸横向机架11和所述右折纸横向机架12的传动丝杆。
所述横向机架传动轴包括左横向机架传动轴、右横向机架传动轴和连接二者的联轴器,所述左横向机架传动轴的一端与所述横向机架减速机的输出端连接,所述左横向机架传动轴的另一端与所述联轴器的一端连接,所述右横向机架传动轴的一端与所述联轴器的另一端连接,从而使所述左横向机架传动轴作为主动轴,将动力传递至所述右横向机架传动轴上,所述左折纸横向机架11通过左横向机架丝杆螺母座与所述左横向机架传动轴装配,所述右折纸横向机架12通过右横向机架丝杆螺母座与所述右横向机架传动轴装配,通过横向机架减速机的正转和反转来实现左折纸横向机架11和所述右折纸横向机架12之间的间距的调整。
所述出砖输送组件包括设置在所述左折纸横向机架11上的左出砖输送机构114和设置在所述右折纸横向机架12上的右出砖输送机构124,所述左出砖输送机构114和所述右出砖输送机构124用于驱动所述纸箱沿折纸机架主体10的长度方向运动。所述左出砖输送机构114包括设置在左折纸横向机架11前端的左出砖输送电机、与左出砖传送电机连接的主动轮、设置在所述左折纸横向机架11后端的从动轮、设置在所述主动轮和从动轮上的左出砖传送带,所述左出砖传送带沿所述左折纸横向机架11的长度方向设置;所述右出砖输送机构124包括设置在右折纸横向机架12前端的右出砖输送电机、与右出砖传送电机连接的主动轮、设置在所述右折纸横向机架12后端的从动轮、设置在所述主动轮和从动轮上的右出砖传送带,所述右出砖传送带沿所述右折纸横向机架12的长度方向设置;所述左出砖传送带和右出砖传送带共同输送纸箱和瓷砖垛从所述折纸机架主体10的前端输送至后端。
如图12所示,所述成型装置1还包括折边顶升组件,所述折边顶升组件包括设置在所述左折纸横向机架11上的左顶升组件113、设置在所述右折纸横向机架12上的右顶升组件123、设置在所述前折边部件15上的前顶升组件17和设置在后折边部件16上的后顶升组件18,所述顶升组件用于顶升所述纸箱和瓷砖垛。左顶升组件113、右顶升组件123、前顶升组件17、后顶升组件18呈菱形分布,所述左顶升组件113设置在所述左折纸横向机架11沿长度方向的中间位置,所述右顶升组件123设置在所述右折纸横向机架12的中间位置,由于所述前折边部件15和所述后折边部件16设置在所述左折纸横向机架11和右折纸横向机架12之间。
所述左顶升组件113、右顶升组件123、前顶升组件17、后顶升组件18均包括气缸安装座、顶升气缸和顶升垫板,所述左顶升组件113、右顶升组件123、前顶升组件17、后顶升组件18分别通过所述气缸安装座安装在左折纸横向机架11、右折纸横向机架12、前折边部件15和后折边部件16上,顶升垫板直接或通过顶升托板安装在顶升气缸的输出轴上,顶升垫板用于承托纸箱的底部。
所述左折边部件13包括安装在所述左折纸横向机架11上的左折边升降驱动装置135、与所述左折边升降驱动装置135配合的左折纸升降架131、安装在左折纸升降架131上的左折边横向推动气缸132、与所述左折边横向推动气缸132连接的左折纸板133,所述左折边升降驱动装置135驱动所述左折纸升降架131做升降运动,所述左折边横向推动气缸132推动所述左折纸板133沿所述折纸机架主体10的宽度方向运动;
如图15和16所示,所述右折边部件14包括安装在所述右折纸横向机架12上的右折边升降驱动装置145、与所述右折边升降驱动装置145配合的右折纸升降架141、安装在 右折纸升降架141上的右折边横向推动气缸142、与所述右折边横向推动气缸142连接的右折纸板143,所述右折边升降驱动装置145驱动所述右折纸升降架141做升降运动,所述右折边横向推动气缸142推动所述右折纸板143沿所述折纸机架主体10的宽度方向运动。
左折边升降驱动装置135包括左折边升降电机、与左折边升降电机输出端连接的左折耳连接轴、安装在所述左折耳连接轴上的若干个齿轮,齿轮为圆柱齿轮,所述左折纸升降架131上设置与所述齿轮啮合的齿条,左折边升降电机驱动所述左折耳连接轴转动,从而带动所述左折耳连接轴上齿轮转动,齿轮带动左折纸升降架131做升降运动;右折边升降驱动装置145结构与左折边升降驱动装置135相同。

所述折小边组件包括设置在所述左折纸横向机架11长度方向前侧的左前折小边组件111、设置在所述左折纸横向机架11长度方向后侧的左后折小边组件112、设置在所述右折纸横向机架12长度方向前侧的右前折小边组件121、设置在所述右折纸横向机架12长度方向后侧的右后折小边组件122,所述折小边组件用于对纸箱的左侧边和右侧边上的小边进行折边。所述左前折小边组件111和左后折小边组件112可沿所述左折纸横向机架11的长度方向移动,以调节所述左前折小边组件111和所述左后折小边组件112之间的距离,所述右前折小边组件121和右后折小边组件122可沿所述右折纸横向机架12的长度方向移动,以调节所述右前折小边组件121和所述右后折小边组件122之间的距离。所述左前折小边组件111、左后折小边组件112通过左折耳驱动装置的驱动在所述左折纸横向机架11沿长度方向移动,所述左折耳驱动装置包括左折耳驱动电机和与所述左折耳驱动电机连接的左折耳驱动丝杆,所述左前折小边组件111包括与左折耳驱动丝杆连接的左前折耳气缸安装座、安装在所述左前折耳气缸安装座上的左前折耳横向气缸和与左前折耳横向气缸连接的左前折边弯板,所述左前折边弯板与所述左前折耳横向气缸通过一个过渡连接板连接,所述左前折边弯板铰接在过渡连接板上;所述左后折小边组件112包括与左折耳驱动丝杆连接的 左后折耳气缸安装座、安装在所述左后折耳气缸安装座上的左后折耳横向气缸和与左后折耳横向气缸连接的左后折边弯板。
如图15、16和18所示,所述右前折小边组件121、右后折小边组件122通过右折耳驱动装置的驱动在所述右折纸横向机架12沿长度方向移动,所述右折耳驱动装置包括右折耳驱动电机1215和与所述右折耳驱动电机1215连接的右折耳驱动丝杆1216,所述右前折小边组件121包括与右折耳驱动丝杆1216连接的右前折耳气缸安装座1211、安装在所述右前折耳气缸安装座1211上的右前折耳横向气缸1212和与右前折耳横向气缸1212连接的右前折边弯板1213,右后折小边组件122包括与右折耳驱动丝杆1216连接的右后折耳气缸安装座1221、安装在所述右后折耳气缸安装座1221上的右后折耳横向气缸1222和与右后折耳横向气缸1222连接的右后折边弯板1223。

所述前折边部件15和所述后折边部件16分别通过前折边纵向驱动装置151和所述后折边纵向驱动装置1611来调节二者之间的间距,前折边部件15和所述后折边部件16的结构相同,具体的,所述前折边纵向驱动装置151和所述后折边纵向驱动装置1611均包括驱动电机和传动丝杠,所述前折边安装座通过丝杆螺母与所述前折边纵向驱动装置151的传动丝杠装配,所述后折边安装座161通过丝杆螺母与后折边纵向驱动装置1611的传动丝杠装配,同时前折边安装座和后折边安装座161通过滑块与折纸机架主体10上的滑轨滑动连接。
所述前折边安装座上的升降组件包括安装在前折边安装座上的前折边驱动电机、与前折边驱动电机连接的驱动齿轮、前折边升降架,所述前折边升降架上设置与驱动齿轮配合 的齿条和与所述前折边安装座上的滑块配合滑动的滑轨,以使所述前折边驱动电机在驱动所述前折边升降架在升降过程中能够稳定升降;所述后折边安装座161上的升降组件包括安装在后折边安装座161上的后折边驱动电机1622、与后折边驱动电机1622连接的驱动齿轮、后折边升降架1621,所述后折边升降架1621上设置与驱动齿轮配合的齿条和与所述后折边安装座161上的滑块配合滑动的滑轨,以使所述后折边驱动电机1622在驱动所述后折边升降架1621在升降过程中能够稳定升降。
所述后折边推出组件包括设置在所述后折边升降架1621上的后折边推出安装座、设置在所述后折边推出安装座上的后折边推出气缸163、与所述后折边推出气缸163输出端连接后折边过渡板164,所述后折边过渡板164用于安装所述后调宽装置,所述后调宽装置包括固定在所述后折边过渡板164的后调宽驱动电机165、后调宽传动丝杆1651、与所述后调宽传动丝杆1651装配的后调宽调整块169,所述后调宽驱动电机165驱动所述后调宽传动丝杠转动,从而带动所述后调整块在所述后调宽传动丝杠上移动,所述前折边推出组件的结构与后折边推出组件的结构相同。

成型装置包装原理如下:在包装机中,取纸装置带着纸箱就位,通过移砖装置着瓷砖 垛和包角运动至成型装置1上方,成型装置1中的顶升组件上升进行接砖,此时瓷砖垛置于所述纸箱上方,移砖装置下降后松开抱砖夹进行放砖,接到瓷砖垛的顶升组件下降,在下降过程中,成型装置1两侧的左右折边组件会自动折起纸箱的左侧边和右侧边,完成对左侧边和右侧边的一次折边,瓷砖垛落到出砖输送组件上,布置在四角处的折小边组件进行折小边,前后折边组件向上运动,折纸箱的前侧边和后侧边,与此同时,折小边装置复位,前后折边组件向上运动到位后,向内折完成对前侧边和后侧边的二次折边,完成前后两边的成型,接着,左右折边组件运动,将左右两边向内折,完成对左侧边和右侧边的二次折边,进而完成整个瓷砖垛的成型,完成成型后,前后折边组件复位,出砖输送组件输送出砖,此时,左右折边组件保持,避免成型的瓷砖垛纸箱松开,等完全出砖后,包装动作完成,机构复位。
如图21-24所示,纸仓装置3包括:纸仓支架31、挡板组件、吸盘组件33和吸盘升降驱动装置34,所述纸仓支架31包括入口侧311和与入口侧311相对设置的出口侧312,纸箱从所述入口侧311进入所述纸仓支架31中;所述挡板组件设置在所述纸仓支架31上,所述纸箱至于所述挡板组件中;所述吸盘组件33设置在所述纸仓支架31上端的桁架313上,所述吸盘组件33包括吸盘安装架331和安装在所述吸盘安装架331上的固定吸盘组332和移动吸盘组333,所述固定吸盘组332相对于所述吸盘安装架331保持不动,所述移动吸盘组333可相对于所述吸盘安装架331移动,所述吸盘组件33用于吸取所述挡板组件中的纸箱;所述吸盘升降驱动装置34安装在所述纸仓支架31上且与所述吸盘安装架331连接,所述吸盘升降驱动装置34用于驱动所述吸盘组件33做升降运动。所述桁架313上还设置与所述吸盘安装架331连接的导轴,所述吸盘升降驱动装置34为气缸,所述吸盘升降驱动装置34可驱动吸盘安装架331在导轴上座升降运动。
所述挡板组件包括:设置在所述纸仓支架31长度方向两端的左挡板321和右挡板322、以及设置在所述纸仓支架31宽度方向两端的前挡板323和后挡板324,所述左挡板321设置在所述纸仓支架31出口侧312,所述右挡板322设置在所述纸仓支架31的入口侧311,所述纸箱设置在所述左挡板321、右挡板322、前挡板323和后挡板324围成的纸箱放置区。
如图24所示,所述左挡板321固定在所述纸仓支架31上,所述右挡板322通过右挡板移动装置安装在所述纸仓支架31上,所述右挡板322可在所述纸仓支架31上沿纸仓支架31的长度方向移动以调节左挡板321和右挡板322之间的距离。所述右挡板移动装置包括安装在所述纸仓支架31上的右挡板导轴3222、安装在所述右挡板导轴3222上的右挡板轴座3223、与所述右挡板轴座3223连接的所述右挡板连接板3221,所述右挡板322与所 述右挡板连接板3221连接。
所述右挡板轴座3223可以在所述右挡板导轴3222上滑动,所述右挡板轴座3223上设置螺纹孔,通过带螺纹的调节把手3224穿过所述螺纹孔使调节把手3224的端部紧紧抵接在右挡板导轴3222上,从而实现右挡板轴座3223和右挡板322的位置调整后,将右挡板轴座3223固定在右挡板导轴3222上。所述右挡板322与所述右挡板连接板3221通过销轴铰接,所述销轴包括固定销轴3225和自锁分度销轴3226,所述固定销轴3225和自锁分度销轴3226设置在所述右挡板连接板3221的上半部,所述右挡板322的下半部与所述右挡板轴座3223连接,所述自锁分度销轴3226可插拔连接在所述右挡板322和右挡板连接板3221上,所述固定销轴3225固定在所述右挡板322和右挡板连接板3221上。使自锁分度销轴3226从所述右挡板322和所述右挡板连接板3221上拔下后,右挡板322可绕着固定销轴3225相对于右挡板连接板3221相对转动。右挡板322在旋转到特定位置可以自动锁紧,单手即可完成操作,解锁只需要轻拉自锁分度销轴3226把手,操作简便。左挡板321挡住纸箱的左侧端,保证每一次取纸夹可以在同一位置夹到纸箱。前档纸和后挡板324可以以纸仓支架31中心来对称调节,通过手动或电机驱动均可实现对前挡板323和后挡板324的位置调整,从而使支仓装置适应不同尺寸的纸箱。
所述前挡板323通过前挡板323移动装置安装在所述纸仓支架31上,所述前挡板323可在所述纸仓支架31上沿纸仓支架31的宽度方向移动以调节前挡板323和后挡板324之间的距离;所述后挡板324通过后挡板324移动装置安装在所述纸仓支架31上,所述后挡板324可在所述纸仓支架31上沿纸仓支架31的宽度方向移动以调节前挡板323和后挡板324之间的距离。所述前挡板323和所述后挡板324在调节过程中,以所述纸仓支架31的中心为调节基准同时调节,保证所述前挡板323和所述后挡板324之间的对称中心以及二者之间的纸箱中心与纸仓支架31中心保持一致,进一步确保纸箱放置的同心度。
如图23所示,所述前挡板移动装置包括设置在所述纸仓支架31前端部的前挡板传动丝杆3231和驱动所述前挡板传动丝杆3231转动的丝杆驱动装置,所述前挡板323上设置与所述前挡板传动丝杆3231配合的前挡板丝杆螺母座;所述后挡板移动装置包括设置在所述纸仓支架31后端部的后挡板传动丝杆3241和驱动所述后挡板传动丝杆3241转动的丝杆驱动装置,所述后挡板324上设置与所述后挡板传动丝杆3241配合的后挡板丝杆螺母座。
所述丝杆驱动装置为手动丝杆调节盘或丝杆驱动电机。所述前挡板323传动丝杆和后挡板324传动丝杆可以用两个丝杆驱动装置分别驱动。所述纸仓支架31上还设置导轴,且所述导轴穿设在所述前挡板323和后挡板324上为其滑动提供支撑。在所述前挡板323传 动丝杆和后挡板324传动丝杆的两侧均设置有导轴。
如图22所示,所述固定吸盘组332包括设置至少一组,每组上所述固定吸盘组332包括若干个均匀间隔设置的固定吸盘。所述固定吸盘组332包括设置在靠近所述左挡板321的左固定吸盘组3321、设置在所述吸盘安装架331中间区域的中间固定吸盘组3322和设置在靠近所述右挡板322的右固定吸盘组3323,这样设置可以保证对纸箱进行多点吸取,保证吸取纸箱过程中的稳定性。
所述移动吸盘组333包括移动吸盘安装管3333、设置在所述移动吸盘安装管3333上的若干组移动吸盘、固定在所述吸盘安装架331上的移动吸盘轴座3331、套设在移动吸盘轴座3331上的移动吸盘安装导轴3332,所述移动吸盘安装导轴3332的一端与所述移动吸盘安装架331固定连接,所述移动吸盘安装导轴3332在所述移动吸盘轴座3331上移动。所述移动吸盘安装导轴3332和所述移动吸盘轴座3331通过调节把手3224固定,所述移动吸盘轴座3331上设置螺纹孔,通过带螺纹的调节把手3224穿过所述螺纹孔使调节把手3224的端部紧紧抵接在移动吸盘安装导轴3332上,从而实现移动吸盘安装导轴3332带动移动吸盘安装管3333和移动吸盘的位置调整后,将移动吸盘安装导轴3332固定在移动吸盘轴座3331上。
如图25-26所示,取送纸装置2包括:两个平行设置的取纸横梁21、皮带传动机构23、取纸杆22和取纸夹24;所述皮带传动机构23安装在所述取纸横梁21上;所述取纸杆22横跨设置两个所述取纸横梁21之间,所述皮带传动机构23带动所述取纸杆22在所述取纸杆22在所述取纸横梁21上移动;所述取纸夹24安装在所述取纸杆22上,所述取纸夹24沿所述取纸杆22的长度方向间隔设置。取送纸装置2通过设置在取纸横梁21上的取纸安装板211固定在瓷砖包装机的机架上。
两个取纸横梁21上均设置取纸传动机构,所述取纸杆22的两端分别与两个取纸横梁21上的取纸传动皮带233通过纸杆固定座25连接,所述取纸横梁21上设置与所述取纸滑动块滑动连接的取纸滑轨。以使所述取纸杆22能够通过取纸滑动块在所述取纸横梁21上更为顺畅的移动。所述皮带传动机构23包括设置在所述取纸横梁21一端的取纸主动轮231、设置在所述取纸横梁21另一端的取纸从动轮232、绕在所述取纸主动轮231和取纸从动轮232上的取纸传动皮带233、驱动所述取纸主动轮231转动的取纸驱动电机234。
所述取纸杆22通过纸杆固定座25与所述取纸传动皮带233中的一侧皮带固定,所述纸杆固定座25与所述取纸横梁21通过取纸滑动块滑动连接。所述纸杆固定座25包括第一安装座251和第二安装座252,所述第一安装座251设置在所述取纸传动皮带233中一侧皮 带的内侧,所述第二安装座252设置在所述取纸传动皮带233中的一侧皮带的外侧,所述第一安装座251和第二安装座252通过螺钉固定连接。
所述纸杆固定座25上设置取纸感应板222,所述取纸横梁21上设置取纸接近开关,所述取纸感应板222在所述纸杆固定座25的带动下经过所述取纸接近开关,使所述取纸接近开关能够感应到所述取纸杆22的位置。所述取纸接近开关包括设置在靠近所述取纸从动轮232的前端接近开关212和设置在靠近所述取纸主动轮231的后端接近开关213。所述前端接近开关212和后端接近开关213用于感应取纸杆22的位置,从而对取纸杆22的移动进行限位,当取纸感应板222移动到前端接近开关212位置处时,所述前端接近开关212感应到取纸感应板222,然后发出动作命令,停止取纸驱动电机234工作,然后取纸夹24开始从纸仓装置中夹取纸箱;当取纸夹24夹取到纸箱后,取纸驱动电机234开始驱动取纸杆22朝向后端接近开关213的方向移动,当取纸感应板222移动到后端接近开关213处时,则取纸驱动电机234停止工作,同时取纸夹24松开纸箱将纸箱放置在瓷砖包装机中的成型装置中。
所述取纸驱动电机234通过取纸电机安装座固定在所述取纸横梁21上,所述取纸驱动电机234的输出端与所述取纸主动轮231连接。所述取纸从动轮232通过取纸从动安装板安装在所述取纸横梁21上。所述取纸夹24通过纸夹延长板221与所述取纸杆22连接,这样设置可以延长所述取纸夹24的安装距离。本实施例的取送纸装置2通过将取纸夹24固定在取纸杆22上,取纸杆22带着取纸夹24运动至纸仓装置与成型装置紧贴的一侧,夹住纸箱,从而使取纸杆22带着取纸夹24和纸箱反向运动,直到纸箱位于瓷砖打包机的成型装置的输送带中间。
所述左挡板321上端设置若干个取纸托纸架3211,所述取纸托纸架3211的上端面为水平面且上端面的高度高于左挡板321上端面的高度,所述取纸托纸架3211用于取送纸装置夹取从纸仓装置3中的吸盘组件33上夹取纸箱并移动过程中,对纸箱起到承托和过渡作用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种快速切换规格的包装机,其特征在于,包括:
    整形放角装置,整形放角装置设置在包装机机架的前半部,所述整形放角装置(4)包括取角移动机架、设置在取角移动机架上的进砖输送机构、左右拍齐组件、前后拍齐组件;
    抱砖抱角装置,所述抱砖抱角装置通过移砖机架(51)安装在整形放角装置上方,所述抱砖抱角装置包括设置在所述移砖机架(51)上的抱砖抱角升降机构、设置在所述移砖机架(51)上的平移机构(53)、设置在所述抱砖抱角升降机构(52)的下方的抱砖夹机构(54)、设置在砖夹横梁组件(57)上并连接抱砖夹机构(54)的长度调整机构(55);
    成型装置,所述成型装置设置在所述整形放角装置的后端侧,所述成型装置包括(1)包括安装在包装机机架上的折纸机架主体(10)、安装在折纸机架主体(10)上的折纸横向机架、设置在折纸横向机架上的左右折边组件、安装在所述折纸机架主体(10)长度方向前后两侧的前后折边组件、设置在折纸横向机架上的折小边组件;
    纸仓装置,所述纸仓装置设置在所述成型装置的一侧,所述纸仓装置(3)包括纸仓支架(31)、设置在所述纸仓支架(31)上的挡板组件、设置在所述纸仓支架(31)上端的桁架(313)上的吸盘组件(33)、安装在所述纸仓支架(31)上的吸盘升降驱动装置(34);
    取送纸装置,所述取送纸装置设置在所述成型装置的上方;所述取送纸装置将纸仓装置中的纸箱夹取后放置在所述成型装置中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述取角移动机架包括横跨在所述包装机机架左右宽度两侧的左取角移动机架(41)和右取角移动机架(42),所述进砖输送机构包括设置在所述左取角移动机架(41)上的左进砖输送机构和设置在右取角移动机架(42)上的右进砖输送机构,所述左进砖输送机构和右进砖输送机构将瓷砖从取角移动机架的前端输送至后端;所述左右拍齐组件包括设置在所述左取角移动机架(41)上的左侧边拍齐组件和设置在所述右取角移动机架(42)上的右侧边拍齐组件,所述左侧边拍齐组件置于所述左进砖输送机构的外侧,所述右侧边拍齐组件置于所述左进砖输送机构的外侧;所述前后拍齐组件包括设置在所述左取角移动机架(41)前端的前左侧边拍齐装置(451)和设置在左取角移动机架(41)后端的后左侧边拍齐装置(452)、设置在右取角移动机架(42)前端的前右侧边拍齐装置(461)和设置在右取角移动机架(42)后端的后右侧边拍齐装置(462),所述前左侧边拍齐装置(451)和后左侧边拍齐装置(452)均设置在所述左进砖输送机构的内侧,所述前右侧边拍齐装置(461)和后右侧边拍齐装置(462)均设置在所述右进砖输送机构的内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述抱砖抱角装置(5)还包括夹紧包角机构(56),所述夹紧包角机构(56)安装在所述抱砖夹机构(54)上并随所述抱砖夹机构(54)一起 运动,所述夹紧包角机构(56)用于夹紧瓷砖垛边角上的包角。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述折纸横向机架包括设置在所述折纸机架主体(10)宽度方向左侧的左折纸横向机架(11)和设置在所述折纸机架主体(10)宽度方向右侧的右折纸横向机架(12),所述左折纸横向机架(11)和所述右折纸横向机架(12)可沿所述折纸机架主体(10)的宽度方向移动,以调节所述左折纸横向机架(11)和所述右折纸横向机架(12)之间的距离;
    所述左右折边组件包括设置在所述左折纸横向机架(11)上的左折边部件(13)和设置在所述右折纸横向机架(12)上的右折边部件(14),所述左折边部件(13)和所述右折边部件(14)分别用于对纸箱的左侧边和右侧边进行折边;
    所述前后折边组件包括安装在所述折纸机架主体(10)长度方向前侧的前折边部件(15)和安装在所述折纸机架主体(10)长度方向后侧的后折边部件(16),所述前折边部件(15)和所述后折边部件(16)可沿所述折纸机架主体(10)的长度方向移动,以调节所述前折边部件(15)和所述后折边部件(16)之间的距离,所述左折边部件(13)和所述右折边部件(14)分别用于对纸箱的前侧边和后侧边进行折边;
    所述折小边组件包括设置在所述左折纸横向机架(11)长度方向前侧的左前折小边组件(111)、设置在所述左折纸横向机架(11)长度方向后侧的左后折小边组件(112)、设置在所述右折纸横向机架(12)长度方向前侧的右前折小边组件(121)、设置在所述右折纸横向机架(12)长度方向后侧的右后折小边组件(122),所述折小边组件用于对纸箱的左侧边和右侧边上的小边进行折边。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述纸仓支架(31)包括入口侧(311)和与入口侧(311)相对设置的出口侧(312),纸箱从所述入口侧(311)进入所述纸仓支架(31)中;所述吸盘组件(33)包括吸盘安装架(331)和安装在所述吸盘安装架(331)上的固定吸盘组(332)和移动吸盘组(333),所述固定吸盘组(332)相对于所述吸盘安装架(331)保持不动,所述移动吸盘组(333)可相对于所述吸盘安装架(331)移动,所述吸盘组件(33)用于吸取所述挡板组件中的纸箱;所述吸盘升降驱动装置(34)安装在所述纸仓支架(31)上且与所述吸盘安装架(331)连接,所述吸盘升降驱动装置(34)用于驱动所述吸盘组件(33)做升降运动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述取送纸装置(2)包括:
    两个平行设置的取纸横梁(21);
    皮带传动机构(23),所述皮带传动机构(23)安装在所述取纸横梁(21)上;
    取纸杆(22),所述取纸杆(22)设置两个所述取纸横梁(21)之间,所述皮带传动机构 (23)带动所述取纸杆(22)在所述取纸杆(22)在所述取纸横梁(21)上移动;
    取纸夹(24),所述取纸夹(24)安装在所述取纸杆(22)上,所述取纸夹(24)沿所述取纸杆(22)的长度方向间隔设置。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述左侧边拍齐组件和所述右侧边拍齐组件均包括两组拍齐装置,所述左侧边拍齐组件包括设置在靠近所述左取角移动机架(41)前端位置的左前拍齐装置(431)和设置在靠近左取角移动机架(41)后端位置的左后拍齐装置(432),所述右侧边拍齐组件包括设置在靠近所述右取角移动机架(42)前端位置的右前拍齐装置(441)和设置在靠近所述右取角移动机架(42)后端位置右后拍齐装置(442);所述左前拍齐装置(431)和所述前左侧边拍齐装置(451)通过前左取角安装板(43)滑动设置在所述左取角移动机架(41)上,所述前左取角安装板(43)在驱动装置的驱动下沿所述左取角移动机架(41)的长度方向移动;所述右前拍齐装置(441)和所述前右侧边拍齐装置(461)通过前右取角安装板(44)滑动设置在所述右取角移动机架(42)上,所述前右取角安装板(44)在驱动装置的驱动下沿所述右取角移动机架(42)的长度方向移动。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述抱砖抱角升降机构(52)包括安装在所述移砖机架(51)上的支承板(521)、设置在所述支承板(521)上的抱砖升降驱动装置、设置在所述抱砖升降驱动装置一侧或两侧的提升竖梁(523),所述砖夹横梁组件(57)设置在所述抱砖升降驱动装置的下方,所述抱砖升降驱动装置的输出端与所述砖夹横梁组件(57)连接;述抱砖升降驱动装置为多级升降气缸,所述多级升降气缸包括一级升降气缸(5221)和二级升降气缸(5222),所述一级升降气缸(5221)通过一级气缸安装座安装在所述支承板(521)的底部,所述二级升降气缸(5222)通过设置在其顶部的二级气缸安装座与所述一级升降气缸(5221)的伸缩轴连接,所述一级气缸安装座和所述二级气缸安装座的两侧与所述提升竖梁(523)通过滑块和滑轨进行滑动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述前折边部件(15)包括滑动安装在折纸机架主体(10)前端的前折边安装座、在所述前折边安装座上可升降运动的升降组件、安装在所述升降组件上的前折边推出组件和与所述前折边推出组件连接的前调宽装置、与所述前调宽装置连接的前剪叉机构,所述前折边推出组件推动所述前剪叉机构进行纸箱前侧边的折边,所述调宽装置用于调节所述前剪叉机构在左折纸横向机架(11)和右折纸横向机架(12)之间的宽度;所述后折边部件(16)包括滑动安装在折纸机架主体(10)后端的后折边安装座(161)、在所述后折边安装座(161)上可升降运动的升降组件、安装在所述升降组件上的后折边推出组件和与所述后折边推出组件连接的后调宽装置、与所述后调宽装置连接的后剪 叉机构(168),所述后折边推出组件推动所述后剪叉机构(168)进行纸箱前侧边的折边,所述后调宽装置用于调节所述后剪叉机构(168)在左折纸横向机架(11)和右折纸横向机架(12)之间的宽度。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的包装机,其特征在于,所述挡板组件包括:设置在所述纸仓支架(31)长度方向两端的左挡板(321)和右挡板(332)、以及设置在所述纸仓支架(31)宽度方向两端的前挡板(323)和后挡板(324),所述左挡板(321)设置在所述纸仓支架(31)出口侧(312),所述右挡板(332)设置在所述纸仓支架(31)的入口侧(311),所述纸箱设置在所述左挡板(321)、右挡板(332)、前挡板(323)和后挡板(324)围成的纸箱放置区;
    所述前挡板(323)通过前挡板移动装置安装在所述纸仓支架(31)上,所述前挡板(323)可在所述纸仓支架(31)上沿纸仓支架(31)的宽度方向移动以调节前挡板(323)和后挡板(324)之间的距离;所述后挡板(324)通过后挡板移动装置安装在所述纸仓支架(31)上,所述后挡板(324)可在所述纸仓支架(31)上沿纸仓支架(31)的宽度方向移动以调节前挡板(323)和后挡板(324)之间的距离。
