如图1所示,本发明实施例一提供一种可拆卸船桨。图1为实施例一的整体结构立体图,所述可拆卸船桨包括主桨杆10,第一可拆卸桨杆20,第二可拆卸桨杆30,桨叶部40,桨把部50,主桨杆10和第一可拆卸桨杆20通过第一连接部60连接、主桨杆10和第二可拆卸桨杆30通过第二连接部70连接。
实施例一
请参考图1及图2,主桨杆10为具有水滴状横截面及一定壁厚的中空杆,第一可拆卸桨杆20、第二可拆卸桨杆30为横截面形状与主桨杆10相同,并具有一定壁厚的中空杆,且第一可拆卸桨杆20、第二可拆卸桨杆30的外壁径向周长稍小于主桨杆10的内壁径向周长,第一可拆卸桨杆20、第二可拆卸桨杆30可进入主桨杆10内并贴合主桨杆10的内壁沿主桨杆10轴向移动,主桨杆10的横截面形状示于图2。
请参考图1、图3至图6,第一连接部60包括用于连接主桨杆10的封闭套环61,用于紧固第一可拆卸桨杆20的紧固装置和用于限位第一可拆卸桨杆20的限位装置。
具体的,封闭套环61固定连接于主桨杆10朝向第一可拆卸桨杆20一端的外沿;
具体的,紧固装置包括非封闭套环62,非封闭套环62至少有一部分与封闭套环61连为一体。
具体的,紧固装置包括位于非封闭套环62开缝处的两侧的第一突出部621和第二突出部622,第一突出部621上和第二突出部622上设置有供螺杆穿过的螺孔。
具体的,第一连接部60包括紧固限位片63;
具体的,紧固装置还包括间隔地设置于紧固限位片63一端的第一凸轮状凸起631、第二凸轮状凸起632,第一凸轮状凸起631和第二凸轮状凸起632之间的间隔被设置为可容纳紧固螺丝64的螺丝头,第一凸轮状突起631、第二凸轮状突起632和紧固螺丝64的螺丝头上均有可供转轴66穿过的转轴孔。
优选的,紧固限位片63远离第一凸轮状突起631和第二凸轮状突起632一端的边沿处设置有凹槽634。
具体的,限位装置包括位于紧固限位片63上远离第一凸轮状突起631和第二凸轮状突起632一端的第一限位块633。
具体的,限位装置还包括位于第一可拆卸桨杆20上朝向主桨杆10一端的第一限位孔21、位于非封闭套环62上的第二限位孔623;
具体的,第一限位孔21和第二限位孔623具有相同的开口形状,第一限位块633被设置为和第一限位孔21、第二限位孔623的开口形状相匹配以进入并牢固地卡住第一限位孔21、第二限位孔623。
图3-图5分别展示了封闭套环61、非封闭套环62、紧固限位片63、紧固螺丝64、螺母65、转轴66的详细结构。
下面结合图6,详细地说明第一连接部60对第一可拆卸桨杆20进行紧固限位的过程:封闭套环61通过胶粘等方式固定连接于主桨杆10朝向第一可拆卸桨杆20一端的外沿处,使得非封闭套环62位于突出主桨杆10外沿的位置;第一可拆卸桨杆20进入非封闭套环62内并进一步进入主桨杆10,适当调整第一可拆卸桨杆20进入主桨杆10的长度,使得第一限位孔21对齐第二限位孔623;转轴66依次穿过第一凸轮状突起631、紧固螺丝64的螺丝头和第二凸轮状突起632上的转轴孔,使得紧固限位片63可以绕转轴66相对于紧固螺丝64转动;将紧固螺丝64的螺杆依次穿过第一突出部621、第二突出部622上的螺孔并套上螺母65,拧动螺母65使得非封闭套环62的开缝逐渐收紧从而实现对第一可拆卸桨杆20的预紧固;此时将紧固限位片63设置有第一限位块633的一端朝向第二限位孔623转动,第一凸轮状突起631和第二凸轮状突起632随着转动向下压第一突出部621,同时由于第一凸轮状突起631、紧固螺丝64、第二凸轮状突起632通过转轴66连接,紧固螺丝64带动螺母65进而带动第二突出部622上提,进一步紧固住第一可拆卸桨杆20;随着紧固限位片63的转动,第一限位块633依次进入第二限位孔623、第一限位孔21并卡住,实现了对第一可拆卸桨杆20的限位。
通过设置主桨杆10、第一可拆卸桨杆20的横截面为水滴状,使得第一可拆卸桨杆20进入主桨杆10后无法转动,从而实现了良好的防转效果;通过所述紧固装置中第一突出部621、第二突出部622、紧固螺丝64和螺母65的配合实现对第一可拆卸桨杆20的预紧固,进一步通过旋转紧 固限位片63使第一凸轮状突起631和第二凸轮状突起632下压第一突出部621并通过转轴66带动螺母64、螺丝65,从而上提第二突出部622,使得非封闭套环62的开缝进一步收紧,从而实现了对第一可拆卸桨杆20良好的紧固;通过第一限位块633进入第二限位孔623和第一限位孔21并卡住,实现了对第一可拆卸桨杆20良好的限位。相对于现有技术中可拆卸船桨的连接装置,第一连接部60可在防止第一可拆卸桨杆20与主桨杆10相对转动的基础上实现良好的紧固限位效果;同时水滴状的桨杆截面形状使得桨杆更加贴合手部的握持,可以实现良好的防滑效果。通过设置凹槽634,可以在进行解除第一连接部60对第一可拆卸桨杆20的紧固限位操作时,便于手指伸进紧固限位片63。
具体的,如图7所示,第二可拆卸桨杆30可进入主桨杆10并调节进入长度,第二连接部70一端固定连接于主桨杆10朝向第二可拆卸桨杆30一端的外沿处,另一端对第二可拆卸桨杆30进行紧固,从而实现了调节桨杆整体长度并对第二可拆卸桨杆30进行防转紧固的效果。
具体的,如图8所示,第一可拆卸桨杆20与桨叶部40可拆卸地连接,第一可拆卸桨杆20朝向桨叶部40的一端设置有限位孔第三限位孔22,桨叶部40朝向第一可拆卸桨杆20的一端具有与第一可拆卸桨杆20的横截面形状相同的横截面形状,其外壁的径向周长稍小于第一可拆卸桨杆20的内壁径向周长,桨叶部40朝向第一可拆卸桨杆20的一端设置有形状与第三限位孔22匹配的第一弹性限位片42,通过下压弹性限位片使其进入第一可拆卸桨杆20,在限位孔位置弹起从而对桨叶部40进行限位,再次下压第一弹性限位片42使其脱离第三限位孔22,可拔出桨叶部40;
如图9所示,第二可拆卸桨杆30与桨把部50可拆卸地连接,第二可拆卸桨杆30朝向桨把部50的一端设置有第四限位孔32,桨把部50朝向第二可拆卸桨杆30的一端具有与第二可拆卸桨杆30的横截面形状相同的横截面形状,其外壁径向周长稍小于第二可拆卸桨杆30的内壁径向周长,桨把部50朝向第二可拆卸桨杆30的一端设置有形状与第四限位孔32匹配的第二弹性限位片52,通过下压第二弹性限位片52使其进入第二可拆卸桨杆30,在第四限位孔32位置弹起从而对桨把部50进行限位,再次下压第二弹性限位片52使其脱离第四限位孔32,可拔出桨把部50。
优选的,第三限位孔22对称设置于第一可拆卸桨杆20上径向曲率最小的两侧,且开口形状相同,第一弹性限位片42对称设置于桨叶部40上径向曲率最小的两侧;
优选的,第四限位孔32对称设置于第二可拆卸桨杆30上径向曲率最小的两侧,且开口形状相同,第二弹性限位片52对称设置于桨把部50上径向曲率最小的两侧。
实施例二
图10给出了本发明实施例二的整体结构立体图。
优选的,第一可拆卸桨杆20和第二可拆卸桨杆30的横截面具有相同的内壁径向周长,第三限位孔22和第四限位孔32具有相同的开口形状,从而在本实施例中,可将桨把部50替换为桨叶部40,使本实施例的可拆卸船桨变为双桨叶形式。
以上对本发明的具体实施方式作了详细介绍,对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可拆卸船桨,包括主桨杆(10)、第一可拆卸桨杆(20)、第二可拆卸桨杆(30)、桨叶部(40)、桨把部(50),所述主桨杆(10)和所述第一可拆卸桨杆(20)通过第一连接部(60)连接,所述主桨杆(10)和所述第二可拆卸桨杆(30)通过第二连接部(70)连接,其特征在于:
    所述主桨杆(10)为具有水滴状横截面及一定壁厚的中空杆,所述第一可拆卸桨杆(20)、所述第二可拆卸桨杆(30)为横截面形状与所述主桨杆(10)相同,并具有一定壁厚的中空杆,且所述第一可拆卸桨杆(20)、所述第二可拆卸桨杆(30)的外壁径向周长稍小于所述主桨杆(10)的内壁径向周长,所述第一可拆卸桨杆(20)、所述第二可拆卸桨杆(30)可进入所述主桨杆(10)内并贴合所述主桨杆(10)的内壁沿所述主桨杆(10)轴向移动;
    所述第一连接部(60)包括用于连接所述主桨杆(10)的封闭套环(61)、用于紧固所述第一可拆卸桨杆(20)的紧固装置和用于限位所述第一可拆卸桨杆(20)的限位装置;
    所述封闭套环(61)固定连接于所述主桨杆(10)朝向所述第一可拆卸桨杆(20)一端的外沿。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸船桨,其特征在于:
    所述紧固装置包括非封闭套环(62),所述非封闭套环(62)至少有一部分与所述封闭套环(61)连为一体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可拆卸船桨,其特征在于:
    所述紧固装置包括位于所述非封闭套环(62)开缝处的两侧的第一突出部(621)和第二突出部(622),且所述第一突出部(621)和所述第二突出部(622)上设置有供螺杆穿过的螺孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可拆卸船桨,其特征在于:
    所述第一连接部(60)包括紧固限位片(63);
    所述紧固装置还包括间隔地设置于所述紧固限位片(63)一端的第一凸轮状凸起(631)、第二凸轮状凸起(632),所述第一凸轮状凸起(631)和所述第二凸轮状凸起(632)之间的所述间隔被设置为可容纳紧固螺丝(64)的螺丝头,所述第一凸轮状突起(631)、所述第二凸轮状突起(632)和所述紧固螺丝(64)的螺丝头上均有可供转轴穿过的转轴孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可拆卸船桨,其特征在于:
    所述紧固限位片(63)远离所述第一凸轮状突起(631)和所述第二凸轮状突起(632)一端的边沿处设置有凹槽(634)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸船桨,其特征在于:
    所述第一连接部(60)包括紧固限位片(63),所述紧固限位片(63)上包括第一凸轮状凸起(631),第二凸轮状凸起(632);
    所述限位装置包括位于所述紧固限位片(63)上远离所述第一凸轮状突起(631)和所述第二凸轮状突起(632)一端的第一限位块(633)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可拆卸船桨,其特征在于:
    所述限位装置还包括位于所述第一可拆卸桨杆(20)上朝向所述主桨杆(10)一端的第一限位孔(21)、位于所述非封闭套环(62)上的第二限位孔(623);
    所述第一限位孔(21)和所述第二限位孔(623)具有相同的开口形状,所述第一限位块(633)被设置为和所述第一限位孔(21)、所述第二限位孔(623)的开口形状相匹配以进入并牢固地卡住 所述第一限位孔(21)、所述第二限位孔(623)。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任何一项所述的可拆卸船桨,其特征在于:
    所述第一可拆卸桨杆(20)朝向所述桨叶部(40)的一端设置有第三限位孔(22),所述桨叶部(40)朝向所述第一可拆卸桨杆(20)的一端具有与所述第一可拆卸桨杆(20)的横截面形状相同的横截面形状,其外壁径向周长稍小于所述第一可拆卸桨杆(20)的内壁径向周长,所述桨叶部(40)朝向所述第一可拆卸桨杆(20)的一端设置有形状与所述第三限位孔(22)匹配的第一弹性限位片(42),所述第一弹性限位片(42)可弹性地压入所述桨叶部(40);
    所述第二可拆卸桨杆(30)朝向所述桨把部(50)的一端设置有第四限位孔(32),所述桨把部(50)朝向所述第二可拆卸桨杆(30)的一端具有与所述第二可拆卸桨杆(30)的横截面形状相同的横截面形状,其外壁径向周长稍小于所述第二可拆卸桨杆(30)的内壁径向周长,所述桨把部(50)朝向所述第二可拆卸桨杆(30)的一端设置有形状与所述第四限位孔(32)匹配的第二弹性限位片(52),所述第二弹性限位片(52)可弹性地压入所述桨把部(50)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可拆卸船桨,其特征在于:
    所述第三限位孔(22)对称设置于所述第一可拆卸桨杆(20)上径向曲率最小的两侧,且开口形状相同,所述第一弹性限位片(42)对称设置于所述桨叶部(40)上径向曲率最小的两侧;
    所述第四限位孔(32)对称设置于所述第二可拆卸桨杆(30)上径向曲率最小的两侧,且开口形状相同,所述第二弹性限位片(52)对称设置于所述桨把部(50)上径向曲率最小的两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可拆卸船桨,其特征在于:
    所述第一可拆卸桨杆(20)和所述第二可拆卸桨杆(30)具有相同的内壁径向周长,所述第三限位孔(22)和所述第四限位孔(32)具有相同的开口形状。
