L'invention concerne une poche capable d'obtenir à la fois une augmentation de volume et une forme presque cylindrique dans un état suspendu. Une poche (1) est pourvue : d'un sac d'emballage (100) comprenant une feuille de surface avant (101), une feuille de surface arrière (102), une feuille de surface inférieure et une feuille de surface supérieure (104) ; une bande de suspension (200) qui relie une partie inférieure de la feuille de surface avant (101) et une partie inférieure de la feuille de surface arrière (102) et qui est utilisée pour suspendre le sac d'emballage (100) dans une position dans laquelle la feuille de surface supérieure (104) est tournée vers le bas ; et un bec verseur (300) fixé au sac d'emballage (100). La feuille de surface inférieure comporte une partie pliée. Le sac d'emballage (100) comporte une paire de parties d'étanchéité latérales (110), une paire de parties d'étanchéité inférieure (120) et une paire de parties d'étanchéité supérieures (130). La longueur de suspension de la bande de suspension (200) est égale à une ou plusieurs fois la distance entre une partie centrale dans le sens de la largeur d'une partie de bord à l'intérieur de la partie d'étanchéité inférieure (120) et la partie pliée.
