背景技术
洗衣机中通常会设置锁定洗涤筒的定位单元,在洗衣机停转后、洗涤筒被定位单元锁定定位,避免洗衣机停止运行后洗涤筒转动。目前的定位单元通常包括可伸缩的定位杆,洗涤筒上固定定位槽,通过定位杆伸入定位槽内实现对洗涤筒的锁定定位。但定位单元中往往缺少检测装置,即无法保证定位槽位于设定的锁定位置时才使定位杆伸出。当定位槽未位于设定的锁定位置时,定位杆伸出将可能导致定位杆碰触到洗涤筒的其他位置结构,可能导致定位杆、或者洗涤筒上的结构受损。
洗衣机中除定位单元外还通常包括门锁单元,门锁单元用以锁定或解锁机门。实际在使用洗衣机时,洗涤筒被锁定在设定的位置后才可进行解锁机门的操作,即实际上锁定洗涤筒与解锁机门的动作之间存在逻辑关系。而目前洗衣机中门锁单元与洗涤筒的定位单元之间缺少连接关系,故无法通过门锁单元与定位单元的连通、控制门锁单元与定位单元实现锁定洗涤筒与解锁机门动作之间的逻辑关系。
综上所述,目前缺少一种衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元,能够保证洗涤筒被准确地锁定在预设的位置。并且目前需要一种衣物处理设备,可实现定位单元与门锁单元之间的连接,使门锁单元与定位单元实现锁定洗涤筒与解锁机门之间的逻辑关系。
鉴于以上问题,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元,可准确保证洗涤筒锁定定位在预设的位置。本发明的发明目的还在于提供一种衣物处理设备,可实现洗涤筒被锁定在预设位置后才控制机门解锁的动作逻辑关系。

进一步地,衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元、门锁单元之间的具体连接方式可为:衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元中的检测装置检测到定位杆插接入插接槽内,衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元向门锁单元发送信号,门锁单元控制解锁机门;或者连接装置包括与插接入定位槽和/或插接槽内的定位杆相联动的连杆,连杆与门锁单元的解锁机门的结构相触发连接。
采用上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1)本发明提供的衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元,检测定位槽位于预设的锁定位置后才控制定位杆插接入定位槽内,进而可实现将洗涤筒准确地锁定在预设的位置。并且本发明的衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元通过磁铁与霍尔传感器相互感应检测定位槽的位置,通过较常见的磁体、霍尔传感器便可准确实现对定位槽的定位。
2)本发明的控制装置中还包括开关、调速器,进而可实现对定位杆是否运动、定位杆运动过程中的速度的控制。这样不仅可保证洗涤筒停转到预设的位置后才进行对洗涤筒的锁定,并且可以调整洗涤筒锁定过程中定位杆的移动速度。
3)本发明的对衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元被布置在洗涤筒上空间较大的外筒底端,设置位置比较合理。并且通常洗涤筒的机门端需要设置门锁单元,这样将定位单元设置在与机门相对的外筒的底端,门锁单元、定位单元分设在洗涤筒的两端上,避免两者相邻设置时占用的空间较大、导致空间紧张的情况。
4)本发明将定位槽设置在洗涤筒底的三角支撑结构上,三角支撑结构的强度较高,故可保证定位槽的强度。并且本发明在三角支撑结构处设置定位环,定位环中设置限位槽,使得通过限位槽限定定位杆的运动轨迹,保证定位杆按照设定的轨迹对洗涤筒进行锁定。本发明还在限位槽的底端面上设置检测元件,检测元件可检测定位杆是否接触底端面,即检测定位杆是否开始插接入插接槽内;在检测到定位杆开始向插接槽内插接时,降低定位单元的电机15的转速,进而保证定位杆稳定地插接入插接槽内。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元,所述衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元用以定位锁定洗涤筒。比如,当洗衣机完成洗涤后,需要打开机门取出衣物的过程中,衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元可控制洗涤筒锁定定位在预设的位置。衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元中通常包括定位装置1,定位装置1的内部设置可伸缩的定位杆2,定位杆2可伸出与洗涤筒上固定的定位槽3相插接定位。即通过定位杆2伸出与洗涤筒上的定位槽3的插接配合,使得洗涤筒被定位锁定。
而目前的衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元中缺乏检测装置,无法保证洗涤筒的定位槽3移动至设定的锁定位置后,才控制定位杆2伸入定位槽3内。定位杆2往往只会沿直线运动,当洗涤筒的定位槽3未移动至设定的锁定位置时,对衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元控制定位杆2伸出的话,定位杆2将会与洗涤筒壁相抵触,可能导致定位杆2和/或洗涤筒壁被损伤。
故本实施例提供的对衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元,内部包括检测装置,控制定位杆2移动的控制装置,并且检测装置与控制装置之间信号通讯连通、即检测装置与控制装置可相通信。当检测装置检测到洗涤筒停转到设定的位置后才对洗涤筒进行锁定。定位槽3将会随洗涤筒共同旋转,一旦洗涤筒停转,定位槽3将会随洗涤筒停止在某位置处。如果洗涤筒转动至预设的位置停 转时,定位槽3也会位于设定的锁定位置。此时,利用检测装置检测定位槽3的位置,便可判断洗涤筒是否位于设定的锁定位置。本实施例根据上述的原理,将检测装置设置为检测定位槽3所处位置的装置,检测装置向控制装置发送信号,此时,控制装置控制定位杆2插接入定位槽3内。即本实施例的衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元中,通过检测装置与控制装置的设置,使得当定位槽3位于设定的锁定位置时,才控制定位杆2伸入,保证了定位杆2可正常伸入定位槽3内。
具体如图2中所示,检测装置包括设置在定位槽3内的磁铁4,检测磁铁4位置的霍尔传感器。霍尔传感器设置在固定的位置,比如霍尔传感器可固定在洗衣机的外壳和/或外筒14上。当定位槽3随洗涤筒一起旋转时,定位槽3中的磁铁4的位置发生变化,霍尔传感器可通过检测磁体4位置的变化而得出定位槽3所处的位置,进而判断定位槽3是否移动至设定的锁定位置。检测装置的霍尔传感器可与控制装置之间信号通讯连通,即控制装置可通过霍尔传感器检测得出定位槽3是否位于设定的锁定位置。本实施例中检测装置、控制装置的设置,使得当定位槽3随洗涤筒移动至预设的锁定位置时,定位杆2才会对应伸出并插接入定位槽3中,保证了定位杆2正常地插接入定位槽3中、并且保证洗涤筒被锁定在预设的位置。
实施例2
本实施例在实施例1的基础上,提供了一种衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元。本实施例提供的衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元具有与实施例1的衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元相同的结构。本实施例提供的对衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元将定位槽3设置在洗涤筒与机门相对的底端。洗涤筒的前端一般设置机门,机门处通常需要设置用以锁定和解锁机门的门锁单元,导致 机门处的空间比较紧张,故本实施例提出将定位槽3设置在洗涤筒与机门相对的底端,并将定位装置1设置在洗涤筒外端套设的外筒14的底端部、与洗涤筒上设置的定位槽3相对的位置,如图1、2中所示。
具体地,如图3、4中所示,洗涤筒的底端包括类似于三角形的三角支撑结构5,即洗涤筒的底端由三角支撑结构5组成,此三角支撑结构5用以支撑洗涤筒,故三角支撑结构5的强度较高,本实施例提出将定位装置1固定在三角支撑结构5上,可利用强度较高的三角支撑结构5保证定位装置1的稳定固定。如图3、4中所示,定位槽3设置在三角支撑结构5上,定位装置1设置在外筒14上,与三角支撑结构5的定位槽3相对的位置。

门锁单元12用以锁定、解锁机门,而定位单元用以将洗涤筒锁定定位在设定的位置。实际在使用洗衣机时,必须先保证洗涤筒被锁定在设定的位置后才可进行打开机门的操作。这样保证在打开机门的过程中,洗涤筒始终锁定在设定的位置,防止在开、关机门的过程中洗涤筒转动,进而影响之后洗涤筒的正常运行的情况。并且保证洗涤筒在锁定后才可进行打开机门的操作,还可保证进行开、关机门的操作过程中洗涤筒停止运行,避免在开、关机门的过程中洗涤筒的运行带来安全隐患。综上所述,洗涤筒的锁定与开、关机门的操作之间存在逻辑上的先、后顺序。故本实施例提出衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元、门锁单元12之间通过控制信号和/或连接装置相连接。通过定位单元、门锁单 元12的连接,使得可在定位单元将洗涤筒锁定在预设的位置后才控制门锁单元12对机门进行解锁。即衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元与门锁单元12之间的连接关系,使得两者可通过连接关系实现上述的逻辑顺序。
如前所述,定位单元中的检测装置中包括检测定位杆2是否插接入插接槽9内的定位杆检测元件,当定位杆检测元件检测到定位杆2插接入插接槽9内时,即定位杆2完成对洗涤筒的锁定定位后;定位单元向门锁单元12发送信号,门锁单元12控制解锁机门。这样操作,可保证定位杆2完成对洗涤筒的锁定定位后,门锁单元12才控制解锁机门;通过两者之间的信号连接,保证洗涤筒先被锁定在设定的位置后才可解锁机门。
或者连接装置包括与定位单元的定位杆2相联动的连杆13,连杆13与门锁单元12的解锁机门的结构相连接。即通过连杆13的机械结构,直接将定位杆2与门锁单元12解锁机门的结构相连接,进而通过机械结构的连接,实现洗涤筒先被锁定在设定的位置后才可解锁机门的逻辑关系。比如定位杆2插接入定位槽3和/或插接槽9后,定位杆2将带动连杆13运动。定位杆2可与连杆13之间通过螺纹连接带动运动,比如定位杆2上设置螺纹,连杆13上相应设置与定位杆2上的螺纹相啮合配合的螺纹。连杆13可相应设置在定位杆2插接入定位槽3和/或插接槽9内后、与位于设定位置的定位杆2相对应的位置。这样使得定位杆2对洗涤筒完成定位锁定后,定位杆2将会带动连杆13运动。而连杆13设置为又与门锁单元12相连接,比如可将连杆13设置为可触发门锁单元12解锁机门的结构,连杆13设置为可伸入门锁单元12中,并且与门锁单元12中的结构相接触触发、触发门锁单元12解锁机门。比如门锁单元12中可设置相应解锁机门的锁舌,连杆13可设置为可相应触发锁舌运动的结构,进而通过连杆13的运动可使门锁单元12解锁机门。本实施例还提供了通过连杆13的机械结 构,使定位杆2与门锁单元12之间机械结构相连的方案,进而通过连杆13的机械结构使定位单元、门锁单元12可实现先将洗涤筒锁定而后可解锁机门的逻辑关系。
本实施例提供的衣物处理设备,将门锁单元12、定位单元分别设置在洗涤筒的不同端部,避免门锁单元12、定位单元设置在洗涤筒中相邻的位置时导致该处位置空间紧张的情况。并且门锁单元12、定位单元虽分开设置,但两者之间或通过信号、或通过机械结构相连接,使门锁单元12、定位单元之间通过连接关系可实现先锁定洗涤筒后解锁机门的逻辑关系。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元,其特征在于,包括
    定位装置(1),设置可向洗涤筒伸缩的定位杆(2);
    定位槽(3),设于洗涤筒上,与伸出的定位杆(2)相插接定位;
    检测装置,检测定位槽(3)所处位置;
    控制装置,控制定位杆(2)的伸缩;
    检测装置与控制装置之间信号通讯相连,检测装置检测定位槽(3)位于设定的锁定位置,控制装置控制定位杆(2)伸出至插入定位槽(3)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元,其特征在于,检测装置包括设置在定位槽(3)内的磁铁(4),检测磁铁(4)位置的霍尔传感器;
    检测装置的霍尔传感器可与控制装置之间信号连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元,其特征在于,定位装置(1)包括驱动定位杆(2)伸出的电机(15);
    控制装置包括控制定位杆(2)伸出的开关,控制电机(15)转速的调速器;
    检测装置检测定位槽(3)位于设定的锁定位置,检测装置向控制装置发射信号,控制装置的开关控制定位杆(2)伸出,控制装置的调速器调节定位杆(2)伸出过程中电机15的速度。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元,其特征在于,洗涤筒与机门相对的筒底外侧设置定位槽(3),定位装置(1)设置在洗涤筒外套设的外筒(14)底端、与定位槽(3)相对的位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元,其特征在于,洗涤筒的筒底包括三角支撑结构(5),定位槽(3)设置在三角支撑结构(5)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元,其特征在于,洗涤筒的筒底外侧固定定位环(8),定位环(8)固定在三角支撑结构(5)上,或者定位环(8)与三角形支撑结构(5)一体设置;
    定位环(7)靠近外筒(14)的端部设置向其内部凹陷的限位槽(8),定位杆(2)可伸向定位环(7)、限位内嵌在限位槽(8)内;
    限位槽(8)与三角支撑结构(5)的定位槽(3)相对的位置设置插接槽(9),定位杆(2)通过定位槽(3)插接入插接槽(9)内。
  7. 根据权利要求所5述的一种衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元,其特征在于,限位槽(8)一端具有供定位杆(2)伸入的开口(10),限位槽(8)具有与开口(10)相对的、向内凹陷的底端面(11);
    底端面(11)上设置检测元件,检测元件可检测定位杆(2)与底端面(11)是否相接触;
    检测元件检测定位杆(2)与底端面(11)相接触,控制装置的调速器控制电机(15)降低转速。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元,其特征在于,检测装置包括检测定位杆(2)插接入定位环(7)的插接槽(9)内的定位杆检测元件。
  9. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-7任一项所述的衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元;
    还包括门锁单元(12),设置在洗涤筒的前端部机门处,锁定或解锁机门;
    衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元、门锁单元(12)之间通过控制信号和/或连接装置相连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元中的检测装置检测到定位杆(2)插接入插接槽(9)内,
    衣物处理设备的洗涤筒的定位单元向门锁单元(12)发送信号,门锁单元(12)控制解锁机门;
    或者连接装置包括与插接入定位槽(3)和/或插接槽(9)内的定位杆(2)相联动的连杆(13),连杆(13)与门锁单元(12)的解锁机门的结构相触发连接。
