但是,现有技术中的顶开式滚筒洗衣机,需要用户对外筒盖和内筒盖分别进行操作,使外筒盖和内筒盖被分别地打开或关闭。外筒盖和内筒盖的上述操作步骤繁琐,给用户的使用带来了不便,用户体验较差。
相应地,本领域需要一种新的顶开式滚筒洗衣机来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有的顶开式滚筒洗衣机的外筒盖和内筒盖开启操作复杂的问题,本发明提供了一种用于顶开式衣物处理设备的开关盖系统,所述顶开式衣物处理设备包括箱体、设置在所述箱体内的外筒和枢转地设置在所述外筒内的内筒,所述内筒上设置有内筒盖,所述开关盖系统包括开盖系统和/或关盖系统。
在上述开关盖系统的优选技术方案中,所述开盖系统包括开盖锁,所述开盖锁设置在所述箱体或所述外筒上,所述开盖锁设置有第一锁舌,所述第一锁舌伸出时能够与设置在所述内筒盖上的开盖按键相抵并因此使所述内筒盖打开。
在上述开关盖系统的优选技术方案中,所述开盖锁还设置有第二锁舌,所述第二锁舌伸出时能够与所述内筒盖相抵,进而使所述第一锁舌能够与所述开盖按键相抵。
在上述开关盖系统的优选技术方案中,所述内筒盖上设置有止挡件,所述内筒盖借助所述止挡件与所述第二锁舌相抵。
在上述开关盖系统的优选技术方案中,所述箱体内设置有驱动电机,所述驱动电机与所述内筒驱动连接,用于驱动所述内筒转动到所述止挡件与所述第二锁舌对准的位置。

在上述顶开式衣物处理设备的优选技术方案中,所述顶开式衣物处理设备是洗衣机、干衣机或洗干一体机。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过在箱体或外筒上设置开盖锁,使该开盖锁的第一锁舌伸出时能够与内筒盖上的开盖按键相抵,并随着第一锁舌的进一步伸出能够按下开盖按键,使内筒盖被解锁。解锁的内筒盖能够在自身复位弹簧的作用下,自动打开。因此,当本发明的开盖系统应用到顶开式滚筒洗衣机时,能够使洗衣机的内筒盖自动解锁打开,优选地在用户打开外筒盖的同时 或之后,内筒盖自动打开。因此,本发明的开盖系统减少了用户手动开启内筒盖的操作,优化了用户的使用体验。
优选地,开盖锁还设置有第二锁舌,内筒盖上设置有止挡件。当洗衣机完成洗涤任务之后,内筒先被定位锁定位至内筒盖与外筒盖相对准的位置。然后,使定位锁的锁舌缩回,使内筒在驱动电机的驱动下转动,并使第二锁舌伸出。当内筒转动到第二锁舌与止挡件相抵的位置时,使内筒停止转动。使第一锁舌伸出将内筒盖解锁打开。在内筒盖被解锁打开之后,使第一锁舌和第二锁舌都缩回。再次使内筒转动到内筒盖与外筒盖对准的位置,并通过定位锁将内筒进行锁定。最后打开上盖和外筒盖,外筒盖被打开之后,内筒盖在自身复位弹簧的作用下自动打开。

如图1所示,本发明的顶开式滚筒洗衣机主要包括依次由外至内的箱体(图中未示出)、外筒1和内筒2。其中箱体的顶部设置有上盖(图中未示出),外筒1的顶部在与上盖对准的位置处设置有外筒盖(图中未示出),内筒2的周向在与外筒盖对应的位置处设置有内筒盖。当内筒盖转动到内筒2的顶部时,上盖、外筒盖和内筒盖对准,用户可以将上盖、外筒盖和内筒盖打开,向内筒2内投放衣物或者从内筒2内将衣物取出。
进一步,如图1所示地,内筒盖包括对开式的第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22,并且第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22在被关闭之后能够彼此锁紧。其中,第一内筒盖21与内筒2之间设置有第一复位弹簧(图中未标示),第一复位弹簧用于使第一内筒盖21从关闭状态自动打开。第二内筒盖22与内筒2之间设置有第二复位弹簧(图中未标示),第二复位弹簧用于使第二内筒盖22从关闭状态自动打开。
进一步,虽然图中并未示出,但是第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22之间具有联动机构,通过该联动机构第一内筒盖21和第二内筒 盖22能够被同步地打开或关闭。由于实现第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22同步打开和同步关闭的联动机构是顶开式滚筒洗衣机中较为常见的机构,所以此处不再做过多说明。
如图1和图2所示,第一内筒盖21上设置有开盖按键211。当开盖按键211被按下时,彼此锁紧的第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22能够被解除锁定。第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22在被解除锁定之后,通过第一复位弹簧和第二复位弹簧的作用下能够自动打开。
继续参阅图1,本发明的顶开式滚筒洗衣机还包括皮带轮3、皮带4和驱动电机5。该皮带轮3设置在外筒1的外侧并与内筒2同轴固定。驱动电机5设置在箱体内,本领域技术人员可根据需要将驱动电机5固定到箱体上或外筒1上。驱动电机5的输出轴通过皮带4与皮带轮3驱动连接,以便驱动电机5转动时能够通过皮带4驱动皮带轮3转动,进而驱动内桶2转动。
进一步,虽然图中并未示处,但是本发明的顶开式滚筒洗衣机还包括定位锁,该定位锁设置在外筒上。当内筒2转动到内筒盖与外筒盖对准的位置时,定位锁的锁舌伸出后能够卡进设置在皮带轮3上的锁槽内,从而将内筒2和皮带轮3一同锁定到当前位置。
继续参阅图1,本发明的顶开式滚筒洗衣机还包括开关盖系统,该开关盖系统包括开盖系统和关盖系统中的至少一个。其中,开盖系统主要包括开盖锁6,该开盖锁6用于使第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22在洗衣机洗涤结束之后自动打开。关盖系统主要包括关盖锁7,该关盖锁7用于使第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22在洗衣机洗涤开始之前自动关闭。
下面结合图1至图4来对本发明的开盖系统进行详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的开盖锁6设置在外筒1上,且临近外筒口设置。或者本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将开盖锁6设置在箱体上。进一步,本发明的开盖系统还包括设置在第一内筒盖21上的第一止挡件212。该第一止挡件212与开盖锁6协作,共同使关闭状态下的第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22自动打开。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,本发明的第一止挡件212可以是任何可行的结构,例如,钩子、板状结构、柱状结构等。
如图3和图4所示,本发明的开盖锁6主要包括开盖锁体(图中未标示)、作为第一锁舌的开盖锁舌61、作为第二锁舌的开盖定位锁舌62和驱动构件(图中未示出)。其中,开盖锁舌61和开盖定位锁舌62沿自身轴线方向可滑动地连接到开盖锁体上。驱动构件用于驱动开盖锁舌61和开盖定位锁舌62沿自身轴线方向滑动。优选地,开盖定位锁舌62具有两个,并分置于开盖锁舌61的两侧,用于防止开盖定位锁舌62与第一止挡件212相抵时,第一内筒盖21发生变形。与之相对应地,第一止挡件212也设置有两个。当开盖定位锁舌62伸出时,第一止挡件212随着内筒2的转动能够与开盖定位锁舌62相抵。当第一止挡件212与开盖定位锁舌62相抵时,开盖锁舌61伸出后能够正好与开盖按键211相抵。需要说明的是,在保证开盖锁舌61能够与开盖按键211相抵的前提下,开盖定位锁舌62的数量不仅限于图4中所示的两个,其还可以是任意数量,例如,一个、三个、四个等。进一步,在保证开盖锁舌61能够与开盖按键211相抵的前提下,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,省去开盖定位锁舌62和第一止挡件212的设置,例如,在内筒2上设置角度传感器,通过该角度传感器使内筒2准确地转动到开盖按键2与开盖锁舌61相对准的位置。
虽然图中并未示出,但是本发明的开盖系统还包括控制器,该控制器用于控制定位锁、驱动电机5和开盖锁6的动作。
下面结合图5来对本发明的开盖系统打开内筒盖的主要步骤进行说明。
如步骤S11所示的,当洗衣机洗涤作业完成之后,控制器控制驱动电机5使皮带轮3转动到锁槽与定位锁的锁舌对准的位置,然后使定位锁的锁舌插进锁槽中,将内筒2锁定到内筒盖与外筒盖对准的位置。
如步骤S12所示的,在定位锁将皮带轮3锁定之后(例如间隔5秒之后),控制器控制驱动电机5使皮带轮3带动内筒2反转,并且使开盖锁6的开盖定位锁舌62伸出。
如步骤S13所示的,当第一内筒盖21上的第一止挡件212与伸出后的开盖定位锁舌62相抵时,控制器使驱动电机5停止转动,从而使内筒2也停止转动。进一步,控制器使开盖锁6的开盖锁舌61伸出。 或者,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使开盖锁舌61在开盖定位锁舌62伸出的同时伸出。
如步骤S14所示的,开盖锁舌61随着伸出能够与第一内筒盖21上的开盖按键211相抵,并将开盖按键211按下,从而使第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22被解锁。在第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22被解锁之后,控制器使开盖锁舌61和开盖定位锁舌62缩回,使驱动电机52驱动内筒2正转。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22被解锁之后,第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22的自由端在第一复位弹簧和第二复位弹簧的作用下,会顶紧外筒1的内壁或外筒盖的内侧。
如步骤S15所示的,当内筒2再次转动到内筒盖与外筒盖对准的位置时,控制器使驱动电机5停止转动,并使定位锁的锁舌插进皮带轮3上的锁槽内将内筒2和皮带轮3进行锁定。
因此,通过本发明的开盖系统减少了用户手动开启内筒盖的操作,优化了用户的使用体验。
需要说明的是,与步骤S13相对应地,开盖锁6内设置有传感器,用于检测开盖定位锁舌62是否与第一止挡件212相抵。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,该传感器可以是任何可行的传感器,例如设置在开盖定位锁舌62底端的压力传感器、设置在开盖定位锁舌62顶端的接近开关、能够被第一止挡件212触动的开关等。
此外,还需要说明的是,与步骤S14相对应地,开盖锁舌61的伸出行程被设置为开盖锁舌61被完全伸出后能够刚好将开盖按键211按下,使第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22被解锁。并且在开盖锁舌61被完全伸出之后,控制器使开盖锁舌61缩回。
进一步,为了防止开盖锁舌61和开盖定位锁舌62的磨损,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,在开盖锁舌61和开盖定位锁舌62的自由端分别设置滚轮,使开盖锁舌61和开盖定位锁舌62分别通过各自的滚轮与开盖按键211和第一止挡件212相抵。
下面结合图1、图2、图6和图7来对本发明的关盖系统进行详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的关盖锁7设置在外筒1上,且临近外筒口设置。或者本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将关盖锁7设 置在箱体上。进一步,本发明的关盖系统还包括设置在第二内筒盖22上的第二止挡件221。该第二止挡件221与关盖锁7协作,共同使打开状态下的第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22自动关闭。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,本发明的第二止挡件221可以是任何可行的结构,例如,钩子、板状结构、柱状结构等。

下面结合图5来对本发明的关盖系统关闭内筒盖的主要步骤进行说明。
如步骤S21所示的,控制器控制定位锁使锁舌从皮带轮3上的锁槽内缩回,并控制驱动电机5使皮带轮3带动内筒2正转,并且使关盖锁7的关盖定位锁舌72伸出。
如步骤S22所示的,当第二内筒盖22上的第二止挡件221与伸出后的关盖定位锁舌72相抵时,控制器使驱动电机5停止转动,从而使内筒2也停止转动。进一步,控制器使关盖锁7的关盖锁舌71伸出。 或者,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使关盖锁舌71在关盖定位锁舌72伸出的同时伸出。
如步骤S23所示的,关盖锁舌71随着伸出能够将第二内筒盖22关闭,由于第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22之间具有联动机构,所以在第二内筒盖22被关闭的同时,第一内筒盖21也被关闭。在第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22被关闭之后,控制器使关盖锁舌71和关盖定位锁舌72缩回。
如步骤S24所示的,在完成步骤S23之后,控制器使洗衣机开始洗涤作业。
因此,通过本发明的关盖系统减少了用户手动关闭内筒盖的操作,优化了用户的使用体验。
需要说明的是,与步骤S22相对应地,关盖锁7内设置有传感器,用于检测关盖定位锁舌72是否与第二止挡件221相抵。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,该传感器可以是任何可行的传感器,例如设置在关盖定位锁舌72底端的压力传感器、设置在关盖定位锁舌72顶端的接近开关、能够被第二止挡件221触动的开关等。
此外,还需要说明的是,与步骤S23相对应地,关盖锁舌71的伸出行程被设置为关盖锁舌71被完全伸出后能够刚好将第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22关闭。并且在关盖锁舌71被完全伸出之后,控制器使关盖锁舌71缩回。
进一步,为了防止关盖锁舌71和关盖定位锁舌72的磨损,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,在关盖锁舌71和关盖定位锁舌72的自由端分别设置滚轮,使关盖锁舌71和关盖定位锁舌72分别通过各自的滚轮与第二内筒盖22的外侧和第二止挡件221相抵。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,本发明的内筒盖除了上述优选实施方案中对开式的第一内筒盖21和第二内筒盖22外,还可以是任何可行的内筒盖,例如,内筒盖仅由一个盖体构成,该盖体可以与内筒2枢转连接,也可以与内筒2滑动连接。
进一步,本领域技术人员还能够理解的是,本发明的顶开式洗衣机除了上述优选实施方案中所述的单独设置上盖和外筒盖外,还可以将上盖和外筒盖设置为一个整体,使该盖子关闭时能够将外筒和箱体上的衣物投放口都关闭。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种用于顶开式衣物处理设备的开关盖系统,所述顶开式衣物处理设备包括箱体、设置在所述箱体内的外筒和枢转地设置在所述外筒内的内筒,所述内筒上设置有内筒盖,
    其特征在于,所述开关盖系统包括开盖系统和/或关盖系统。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于顶开式衣物处理设备的开关盖系统,其特征在于,所述开盖系统包括开盖锁,所述开盖锁设置在所述箱体或所述外筒上,
    所述开盖锁设置有第一锁舌,所述第一锁舌伸出时能够与设置在所述内筒盖上的开盖按键相抵并因此使所述内筒盖打开。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于顶开式衣物处理设备的开关盖系统,其特征在于,所述开盖锁还设置有第二锁舌,所述第二锁舌伸出时能够与所述内筒盖相抵,进而使所述第一锁舌能够与所述开盖按键相抵。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于顶开式衣物处理设备的开关盖系统,其特征在于,所述内筒盖上设置有止挡件,所述内筒盖借助所述止挡件与所述第二锁舌相抵。

  7. 根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的用于顶开式衣物处理设备的开关盖系统,其特征在于,所述第一锁舌的自由端设置有第一滚轮,所述第一锁舌通过所述第一滚轮与所述开盖按键相抵。
  8. 根据权利要求4至6中任一项所述的用于顶开式衣物处理设备的开关盖系统,其特征在于,所述第二锁舌的自由端设置有第二滚轮,所述第二锁舌通过所述第二滚轮与所述止挡件相抵。
  9. 根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的用于顶开式衣物处理设备的开关盖系统,其特征在于,所述内筒盖与所述内筒之间设置有复位弹簧,在所述第一锁舌与所述开盖按键相抵时,所述复位弹簧能够使所述内筒盖自动打开。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的用于顶开式衣物处理设备的开关盖系统,其特征在于,其特征在于,所述关盖系统包括关盖锁,所述关盖锁设置在所述箱体或所述外筒上,
    所述关盖锁设置有第一锁舌,所述第一锁舌伸出时能够与所述内筒盖相抵并因此将所述内筒盖关闭。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于顶开式衣物处理设备的开关盖系统,其特征在于,所述关盖锁还设置有第二锁舌,所述第二锁舌伸出时能够与所述内筒盖相抵,从而使所述第一锁舌能够与所述内筒盖相抵并将所述内筒盖关闭。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用于顶开式衣物处理设备的开关盖系统,其特征在于,所述内筒盖上设置有止挡件,所述内筒盖借助所述止挡件与所述第二锁舌相抵。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的用于顶开式衣物处理设备的开关盖系统,其特征在于,所述箱体内设置有驱动电机,所述驱动电机与所述内筒驱动连接,用于驱动所述内筒转动到所述止挡件与所述第二锁舌对准的位 置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的用于顶开式衣物处理设备的开关盖系统,其特征在于,所述关盖系统还包括控制器,所述控制器分别与所述关盖锁和所述驱动电机控制连接,
    所述控制器用于控制所述关盖锁使所述第二锁舌伸出、控制所述驱动电机驱动所述内筒转动到所述止挡件与所述第二锁舌对准的位置、以及控制所述关盖锁使所述第一锁舌伸出将所述内筒盖关闭。
  15. 根据权利要求10至14中任一项所述的用于顶开式衣物处理设备的关盖系统,其特征在于,所述第一锁舌的自由端设置有第一滚轮,所述第一锁舌通过所述第一滚轮与所述内筒盖相抵。
  16. 根据权利要求12至14中任一项所述的用于顶开式衣物处理设备的开关盖系统,其特征在于,所述第二锁舌的自由端设置有第二滚轮,所述第二锁舌通过所述第二滚轮与所述止挡件相抵。
  17. 根据权利要求10至14中任一项所述的用于顶开式衣物处理设备的开关盖系统,其特征在于,所述内筒盖与所述内筒之间设置有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧使所述内筒盖具有打开的趋势,以便在所述第一锁舌与所述内筒盖相抵时所述内筒盖能够缓慢关闭。
  18. 一种顶开式衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述顶开式衣物处理设备包括权利要求1至17中任一项所述的开关盖系统。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的顶开式衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述顶开式衣物处理设备是洗衣机、干衣机或洗干一体机。
