具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“左”、“右”和“第一”、“第二”等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语,这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不 脱离本实用新型范围的情况下,“第一”信息也可以被称为“第二”信息,类似的,“第二”信息也可以被称为“第一”信息。
如图1-2所示,本申请实施例的提出一种冷压装拆刀机1,其用于将夹持有刀具的筒夹118安装在冷压刀柄119上,也可将冷压刀柄119上的刀具拆卸下来。其包括外壳30、底座20、动力单元和夹持单元10,外壳30安装在底座20上,动力单元安装在外壳30内,夹持单元10安装在动力单元上,且夹持单元10部分延伸出外壳30,所述夹持单元10用于夹持待装卸的冷压刀柄119和筒夹118。
请参阅图2-4,所述夹持单元10包括第一刀卡组件和第二刀卡组件,所述第一刀卡组件包括第一刀卡107和第一刀卡固定座106,所述第二刀卡组件包括第二刀卡108和第二刀卡固定座105,所述第一刀卡固定座106上安装有第一刀卡107,第一刀卡固定座106上安装有第二刀卡108,动力单元驱动第一刀卡组件沿刀卡导正销113往复移动;第一刀卡107上形成有第一凹槽109,第二刀卡108上形成有第二凹槽110,所述第一凹槽109和第二凹槽110相对设置,且沿第一凹槽109的内周面向内凸出设置有第一夹持部121,沿第二凹槽110的内周面向内凸出设置有第二夹持部120,所述第一夹持部121和第二夹持部120用于夹持筒夹118和冷压刀柄119。在本实施例中,所述第一凹槽109和第二凹槽110均为U型凹槽,第一夹持部121和第二夹持部120均为所述U型凹槽中圆弧型内周面上的凸台,冷压刀柄119上的环形凹槽的一半抵接在第一夹持部121上,使得冷压刀柄119相对于第一夹持部121无相对运动,装刀和拆刀过程中筒夹118的位置有所不同,当装刀时(参见图9),筒夹118的定位凸环1181上表面的一半与第二夹持部120的下表面接触,第二刀卡组件固定不动,动力单元驱动第一刀卡组件向上运动,冷压刀柄119随之向上完成装刀过程;当拆刀 时(参见图7),筒夹118的定位凸环1181下表面的一半与第二夹持部120的上表面接触,第二刀卡组件固定不动,动力单元驱动第一刀卡组件向下运动,冷压刀柄119随之向下完成拆刀过程。当然在其他实施例中,凹槽和夹持部也可为其他形式,如第一夹持部121为方形的凸起,或第一夹持部121为多个,且间隔设置。
在本实施例中,所述U型凹槽中非圆弧形内周面凸出有与所述凸台连接的导引部,在冷压刀柄和筒夹进入U型凹槽中前,冷压刀柄的环形凹槽和筒夹可沿相应的导引部平稳的进入U型凹槽。而且第一夹持部两端均设置有导引部。进一步的,在第一刀卡固定座106上设置有第三凹槽111,第二刀卡固定座106上设置有第四凹槽112,第三凹槽111与第一凹槽109相对设置,第四凹槽112与第二凹槽110相对设置,第三凹槽111和第四凹槽112中可容纳冷压刀柄119和筒夹118。装拆刀具时,先从第一刀卡组件的下方,将冷压刀柄119和筒夹118插入第三凹槽111和第四凹槽112中,然后再水平移动冷压刀柄119,使冷压刀柄119的环形凹槽抵接在第一夹持部121中。
请参阅图2-4,所述夹持单元10还包括可在水平面内移动的限位板103,所述限位板103安装在第一刀卡固定座106上,所述限位板103包括限位板本体1033和凸出延伸的卡板1032,所述卡板1032用于刀具装拆时将冷压刀柄119移动至装拆位。其中,所述装拆位是指,在装拆刀柄时,第一夹持部完全与冷压刀柄119的环形凹槽抵接时冷压刀柄所在的位置,在本实施例中,第一夹持部为U型凹槽中圆弧形内周面凸出形成的半圆型凸台,装拆位指冷压刀柄119的环形凹槽的一半被夹持在半圆型凸台中,且环形凹槽的一半与半圆型凸台完全抵接时冷压刀柄所在的位置,若第一夹持部是间隔设置的,则所有的第一夹持部均抵接至环形凹槽中,此时冷压刀柄所在的位置即为装拆位。需要说明的 是,本领域技术人员可以根据本实施例适当增加或减少第一夹持部与冷压刀柄的环形凹槽抵接的周向长度。
本实施例中,第一夹持部121和第二夹持部120为U型凹槽圆弧形内周面凸出形成的半圆型凸台,当进行冷压刀柄119与装夹有刀具的筒夹118之间的安装和拆卸时,环形凹槽的一半应当被夹持在第一夹持部121中,但对于不设置限位板的冷压装拆刀机而言,由于冷压刀柄的环形凹槽的另一半没有限位,易出现夹持在第一夹持部121中的部位不足环形凹槽的一半的问题,即冷压刀柄没有被限位板限定在装拆位,冷压刀柄位置出现偏差,一半而且由于筒夹118安装在冷压刀柄119中,筒夹118的定位凸环1181仅小部分接触至第二夹持部120,如果这种情况下进行装拆,筒夹118的定位凸环1181极容易被压裂。在本申请中,所述卡板1032的顶端能够抵接至未被第一夹持部121夹持的环形凹槽中,从而将冷压刀柄119移动至装拆位,环形凹槽的一半被夹持在第一夹持部121,保证了冷压刀柄119在夹持单元10中的稳定夹持,动力单元施加的压力均匀传递至冷压刀柄119和筒夹118上,顺利完成刀具的装卸任务。而且上述冷压装拆刀机1的结构简单紧凑,成本较低,以及使用所述冷压装拆刀机可实现单手操作。
当然在其他实施方式中,所述卡板1032的顶端可以为圆弧状,在卡板1032抵接至环形凹槽时,相对于顶端为平面的情况,圆弧状的顶端使得卡板1032与冷压刀柄119的接触面更大,进而使得夹持单元10的夹持效果更佳。
请继续参阅图3,限位板本体1033通过两个平行的连杆122可转动的安装在第一刀卡固定座106上,具体的,连杆122的一端连接有第一定位轴124,第一定位轴124转动安装在限位板本体1033上,连杆122的另一端连接有第二定位轴125,第二定位轴125转动安装在第一刀卡固定座106上。连杆122限制了 卡板1032相对于第一刀卡组件的移动轨迹,当进行冷压刀柄119的夹持时,限位板在打开位和固定位两种位置之间变换(卡板1032的顶端抵接至冷压刀柄119的环形凹槽中时,此时限位板103所在的位置就是固定位;卡板1032的顶端移出第一凹槽109时限位板103所在的位置是打开位),当限位板103移动至固定位时(如图11所示),连杆122限制刀卡1032的顶端移动至第一凹槽109中,若此时第一夹持部夹持有冷压刀柄,刀卡1032可将冷压刀柄119的环形凹槽抵接至第一夹持部。当限位板103移动至打开位时(如图10所示),刀卡的顶端移出第一凹槽109。所述连杆122、第一定位轴124和第二定位轴125一体成型。
本实施例中,所述连杆122为两个,分别位于卡板1032的两侧,如果限位板仅绕一点旋转,限位板的移动范围过大,在旋转限位板的过程中,卡板1032的运动轨迹难以满足要求,卡板1032可能与第一凹槽的槽壁发生干涉,本实施例中设置两个连杆,在装拆刀机工作的过程中,保证了限位板随连杆仅在第一刀卡固定座106和活动板101之间移动,图10和图11中卡板1032的位置变化所对应的运动轨迹在最大程度上避免了与第一凹槽发生干涉,达成了机构运动学上的最佳选择。
进一步的,所述第一刀卡固定座106与限位板103之间还通过复位弹簧连接,复位弹簧始终处于拉紧状态,保证装拆刀时卡板1032能够始终抵接在冷压刀柄119上,并使冷压刀柄119的环形凹槽与第一夹持部121抵接,进而保证夹持效果。在装拆刀机不工作时,复位弹簧能够保证限位板103不晃动。
继续参阅图2,所述第二刀卡组件包括固定板102,第一刀卡组件包括活动板101,固定板102和活动板101中间夹持有第一刀卡107和第二刀卡108,且第一刀卡固定座106固定安装在活动板101上,第二刀卡固定座105固定安装在固定板102上,且刀卡导正销113贯穿第一刀卡组件和第二刀卡组件,且刀 卡导正销113的顶端固定在第二刀卡组件中,动力单元通过驱动活动板101使第一刀卡固定座106和第一刀卡107沿刀卡导正销113往复移动。所述夹持单元10通过固定板102安装在动力单元上。
参见图2,所述动力单元包括两个液压油缸116,液压油缸116的活塞杆117与活动板101固定连接,且两个液压油缸116位于第一凹槽109的两侧,两个液压油缸116关于第一凹槽109成中心对称,以使第一夹持部121受力更加均匀。
请继续参阅图3和5,所述限位板103还包括把手1031,所述把手1031设置在限位板本体1033的背离卡板1032一侧,即把手1031和卡板1032位于限位板本体1033的两侧,把手1031的设置可方便移动限位板103;而且在把手1031侧还设置有沿限位板本体1033延伸的面板104,所述面板104安装在活动板101上,以及在面板104上形成有贯通的条形通孔114,把手1031穿过条形通孔114,并可在所述条形通孔114中往复移动。由于面板104和限位板103安装在第一刀卡组件上,当进行装拆刀时,动力单元驱动第一刀卡组件往复运动,面板104和限位板103也随之进行往复运动,操作人员将能够看到面板104和把手1031在运动,即证明装拆刀机在工作中,所以当启动装拆刀机后,如果面板和把手停止不动,则说明该装拆刀机出现了故障,可提醒操作人员进行检查维修,因此,面板和把手还具有指示作用。
请参阅图4,为进一步检测限位板103的位置,在活动板101的端部安装有槽型光电开关115,当所述限位板103的卡板1032抵接至冷压刀柄119时,所述槽型光电开关115能够检测到限位板本体1033端部。
本发明所述的冷压装拆刀机工作原理如下:当装刀时(参见图8-9,其中图8-9是装刀初始状态的示意图),将安装有刀具的筒夹118放置在冷压刀柄119 中,限位板103的把手1031移动至最左侧,然后冷压刀柄119和筒夹118从夹持单元10的第三凹槽111和第四凹槽112下方向上插入,接着水平移动冷压刀柄119使其环形凹槽夹持在第一夹持部121上,筒夹118的定位凸环1181的上表面与第二夹持部120的下表面接触,移动把手1031至光电开关检测到限位板本体1033,即卡板1032抵接至冷压刀柄119的环形凹槽中,此时冷压刀柄119位于装拆位,环形凹槽和定位凸环1181被夹持在第二刀卡108和第一刀卡107之间;动力单元驱动活动板101沿竖直方向向上运动,由于第一刀卡107和第一刀卡固定座106固定安装在活动板101上,冷压刀柄119被驱动向上运动,以及筒夹118的定位凸环1181抵接在第二夹持部120的下端面,筒夹118固定不动,在动力单元的驱动下,筒夹118和刀具装夹到冷压刀柄119中,最后向左侧移动把手1031,冷压刀柄119水平移动至第三凹槽111中,并向下移出夹持单元10,完成刀具的装夹。
拆刀与装刀过程不同之处在于,当冷压刀柄119位于装拆位时(参见图6-7,图6-7是拆刀初始状态的示意图),定位凸环1181的下表面与第二夹持部120的上表面接触,以及动力单元驱动活动板101向下运动,实现刀具的拆卸。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种冷压装拆刀机,其特征在于,包括动力单元和安装在动力单元上的夹持单元,所述夹持单元包括第一刀卡组件和第二刀卡组件,所述动力组件驱动所述第一刀卡组件沿刀卡导正销移动;所述第一刀卡组件上形成有第一凹槽,所述第二刀卡组件上形成有第二凹槽,所述第一凹槽与所述第二凹槽相对设置,所述第一凹槽的内周面设置有凸出内周面的第一夹持部,所述第二凹槽的内周面设置有凸出内周面的第二夹持部,所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部用于夹持筒夹和冷压刀柄;所述第一刀卡组件上安装有限位板,所述限位板用于刀具装拆时将冷压刀柄移动至装拆位。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冷压装拆刀机,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽均为U型凹槽,沿所述U型凹槽中圆弧形内周面凸出形成相应的第一夹持部和第二夹持部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的冷压装拆刀机,其特征在于,所述U型凹槽中非圆弧形内周面凸出有与所述凸台连接的导引部。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的冷压装拆刀机,其特征在于,所述第一刀卡组件包括第一刀卡和第一刀卡固定座,所述第二刀卡组件包括第二刀卡和第二刀卡固定座,以及所述第一刀卡安装在所述第一刀卡固定座上,所述第二刀卡安装在所述第二刀卡固定座上,所述第一刀卡和所述第二刀卡套设在所述刀卡导正销上,所述第一刀卡和所述第一刀卡固定座能够沿所述刀卡导正销往复运动。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的冷压装拆刀机,其特征在于,所述限位板包括相互连接的限位板本体和凸出延伸的卡板,所述卡板位于所述限位板本体的一侧,所述卡板用于刀具装拆时将冷压刀柄移动至装拆位。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的冷压装拆刀机,其特征在于,所述第二刀卡组件还包括固定板,所述第一刀卡组件包括活动板,所述第一刀卡固定座和所述第二刀卡 固定座夹持在所述固定板和所述活动板中间,所述第一刀卡固定座安装在所述活动板上,所述第二刀卡固定座安装在所述固定板上,所述动力单元通过驱动所述活动板使所述第一刀卡固定座和所述第一刀卡沿所述刀卡导正销往复运动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的冷压装拆刀机,其特征在于,所述第一刀卡固定座上设置有第三凹槽,所述第二刀卡固定座上设置有第四凹槽,所述第三凹槽与所述第一凹槽相对设置,所述第四凹槽与所述第二凹槽相对设置,所述第三凹槽和所述第四凹槽用于在装拆刀时容纳所述冷压刀柄和所述筒夹。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的冷压装拆刀机,其特征在于,所述限位板还包括把手,所述把手与所述限位板本体相连,且所述把手位于所述限位板本体的另一侧。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的冷压装拆刀机,其特征在于,所述限位板本体的另一侧还设置有面板,所述面板垂直安装在所述第一刀卡组件上,且所述面板上开设有条形通孔,所述把手穿过所述条形通孔,并能在所述条形通孔中往复移动。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的冷压装拆刀机,其特征在于,所述动力单元包括两个液压油缸,所述液压油缸的活塞杆与所述第一刀卡组件固定连接,且两个所述液压油缸分别位于所述第一凹槽的两侧。
  11. 如权利要求4所述的冷压装拆刀机,其特征在于,所述限位板本体通过两个连杆与所述第一刀卡固定座转动连接,两个所述连杆分别位于所述卡板的两侧,所述连杆的旋转带动所述限位板移动以使得所述卡板的顶端能够抵接至所述冷压刀柄的环形凹槽中。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的冷压装拆刀机,其特征在于,所述第一刀卡固定座还通过复位弹簧与所述限位板本体连接。
