中国发明专利公开号CN112520816A公开了一种餐厨废弃物分离设备的油水分离室,涉及餐厨废弃物处理领域,包括主处理箱,所述主处理箱的顶面焊接有进料漏斗,所述主处理箱的底面垂直向下焊接有支撑立杆,所述主处理箱的底面垂直向下螺栓连接有出料底斗,所述出料底斗的底端焊接有排料管道,所述主处理箱的一侧边螺栓连接有控制面板,所述主处理箱的两侧边对称斜焊接有侧支撑板,所述侧支撑板之间侧边水平插接有插接轴杆,所述侧支撑板 之间侧边斜设置有拉油带体。本发明装置设计一体化结构简单操作方便,在采用了多层的筛选结构使得油脂和水可以最大化地进行分离,同时采用了冷凝的结构使得油脂的附着固化更加的快速高效,让油水的处理更加地彻底高效。
但是该设备将餐厨废弃物油水分离时,利用大多种类油脂冷凝温度高于水的特点让油水混合物经过低温带,让油脂先凝固,进行油水分离,但是部分种类的油脂的凝固点和水的凝固点相同,使得部分油脂始终无法凝固混合在水中,存在油水分离不充分的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种餐厨废弃物预处理技术设备,以解决上述背景技术中在对餐厨的油水分离时,静置过滤的结构在进行处理时需要较长的周期进行等待,效率低下和现有的餐厨油水分离装置无法充分对油水进行分离的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种餐厨废弃物预处理技术设备,包括外壳和油水分离部,所述外壳的顶部固定连接有通过压缩排出固体的挤压清扫部,所述挤压清扫部下方固定连接有通过气泡吸附油脂并排出的油水分离部,所述油水分离部的一侧连通设置有在油水分离部中产生并分割气泡的注气组。
具体使用时,通过挤压清扫部可以对餐厨废弃物进行压缩,将餐厨废弃物中的液态成分进行分离,并将压缩后的固态成分进行清扫收集排出,压缩后的液态成分流入油水分离部中,通过油水分离部可以对压缩产生的液态成分进行油水分离处理,分离出油脂部分,油脂通过流道呈液态汇集流出,对油脂进行收集回收。

如图1-13所示,所述固体清扫部206包括转孔2062、轴承二2061、清扫杆2063、固体收集箱2064、排污盖槽2065、排污盖2067和单向转轴2068;所述滤板205上开设有排污盖槽2065,所述排污盖槽2065内活动连接有单向转轴2068,所述单向转轴2068活动连接有排污盖2067,所述滤板205中心位置开设有转孔2062,所述转孔2062内固定连接有轴承二2061,所述轴承二2061内固定连接有清扫杆2063,所述清扫杆2063设置在所述扫杆槽209正下方,清扫杆2063一端竖直穿过搅拌组106的中心位置固定连接有双转子电机116,双转子电机下方固定设置有固体收集箱2064。
具体工作时,当液压盘203向下移动,清扫杆2063进入扫杆槽内209,液压盘203向下移动完全挤压餐厨废弃物,餐厨废弃物充分压缩后,固体成分留在滤板205上,打开排污盖2067,启动双转子电机116,清扫杆2063配合轴承在转孔2062中转动,双转子电机116带动清扫杆2063在滤板205上做圆周运动,扫杆圆周运动将过滤板205上固体物质清扫收集到一个区域,排污盖2067向下打开,扫杆将固体物质扫入内壳102内,转动手柄组110,打开翻盖108,固体 物质在自身重力作用下掉落到固体收集箱2064中,实现固体物质的排出收集,该结构高效地自动收集了餐厨废弃物中的固体物质,免除人力清扫收集和排除清扫死角的问题,单向转轴2068的结构为单向转动,排污盖2067只可以单向向下打开,防止排污盖2067挡住扫杆的运动,有效地提高了设备使用的防错性,结构可靠。
如图1-13所示,所述搅拌组106包括搅拌轴1061、搅拌叶1062、轴承一1063和通孔1064;所述横杆114中心位置活动连接有搅拌轴1061,所述搅拌轴1061的圆柱表面上均匀分布设置有搅拌叶1062,所述搅拌叶1062为均匀倾斜向上螺旋布置,所述搅拌轴1061的中心位置开设有通孔1064,所述清扫杆2063竖直穿过通孔1064,所述搅拌轴1061底部固定连接有轴承一1063,所述轴承一1063固定设置在横杆114上,所述搅拌轴1061穿过轴承一1063固定连接有所述双转子电机116。
具体工作时,当小气泡充入油水混合液中,启动双转子电机116带动搅拌轴1061转动,搅拌轴1061底部安装有轴承一1063,搅拌轴1061上安装的搅拌叶1062旋转将小气泡均匀地和油水混合液进行搅拌混合,使得油脂能够充分附着在气泡的表面,同时均匀倾斜向上布置的搅拌叶1062匀速转动进行有效地破乳,加快油脂分子的运动充分附着到小气泡表面上,带动气泡快速上升到液体上端,加快油液分离的速度。
如图1-13所示,所述搅拌轴1061内设置有通风槽1066,所述通风槽1066截面为圆环状,所述通风槽1066底端设置有进气孔1065,所述通风槽1066顶端均匀设置有吹气孔1067。
具体工作时,通过在搅拌轴1061内设置圆环状的通风槽1066,进气管107和通风槽1066的底端进气孔1065连通,气体进入通风槽1066中在从通风槽1066顶端的吹气孔1067排出进行吹风,对漂浮在液体上端表面的气泡进行径向吹气,同时吹气孔1067绕搅拌轴1061中心轴线转动,实现360度无死角地将漂浮上来的附带油脂的气泡向四周边缘区域移动,汇集落入到排油腔1041中,实现油脂的快速收集排出。
如图1-13所示,所述滤板205的下端固定连接有圆筒状挡板207,所述挡板 207的下端和所述内壳102的上端均设置有三角形尖齿。
具体工作时,挡板207的设置有效地避免了液体经过滤板205时溅入排油腔1041中,确保排出油脂的纯净度,三角形尖齿可以有效地让气泡经过时进行气泡的刺破,减少气体混入到集油箱1045中。
如图1-13所示,手柄组110包括滚珠111、转轴一112和手柄119;所述手柄119内活动连接有滚珠111,所述手柄119内活动连接有转轴一112,所述手柄119和外壳101通过转轴一112活动连接。
具体工作时,转动手柄119一定的角度后,所述翻盖108由于自身重力自动打开,通过滚珠111运动,手柄119可以轻松地进行转动角度后打开翻盖108,操作有效地省力便捷,翻盖108打开后,固体和液体自动掉落,实现自动收集处理。
如图1-13所示,注气组123包括空气机117、排气小孔118、进气管107和通气座1068;所述进气口103固定连接有进气管107,进气管107一端固定联通连接有通气座1068,所述进气管107的另一端固定连接有空气机117,所述进气管107上均匀设置有排气小孔119。
具体工作时,启动空气机117,通过空气机117将空气施加一定的气压通入进气管107中,进气管107布置在内壳102的底部,内壳102内部盛满油水混合液,进气管107上均匀分布的排气小孔119将气体呈小气泡状充入到油水混合液中底部,小气泡将油水中的油脂附着在其上,小气泡将混合液中的油脂充分吸附到其表面,气泡由于自身的浮力和搅拌旋转的作用上升集中到液体的上端表面,通过将一定压力的气体用气泡的方式充入到油水混合液中,再将气泡和混合液充分搅拌混合,使得油脂充分附着在气泡上并随之快速上升汇集到液体的表面,实现油水的快速充分地分离处理。
工作原理:首先,餐厨废弃物投入到挤压槽204中,放置在滤板205上,启动液压机202,液压机202带动液压盘203竖直向下运动在挤压槽204中对餐厨废弃物进行压缩,进行固液分离,液态成分通过滤板205上均匀分布的滤孔208流入到内壳102中为下一步油液分离做前期准备,压缩后的固态成分被固体清扫部206进行自动清扫处理排出,通过过滤板205和液压盘203的配合对废弃物 进行高效的固液分离,充分的提取出油水混合液;再启动空气机117,通过空气机117将空气施加一定的气压通入进气管107中,进气管107布置在内壳102的底部,内壳102内部盛满油水混合液,进气管107上均匀分布的排气小孔119将气体呈小气泡状充入到油水混合液中底部,小气泡将油水中的油脂附着在其上,启动双转子电机116,电机带动搅拌组106转动,将小气泡和油水混合液充分搅拌,小气泡将混合液中的油脂充分吸附到其表面,气泡由于自身的浮力和搅拌旋转的作用上升集中到液体的上端表面,再将气泡和混合液充分搅拌混合,使得油脂充分附着在气泡上并随之快速上升汇集到液体的表面,液体顶端的油脂被排入到排油腔1041中,排油腔1041底部设置有出油口1042,油脂通过出油口1042和排油管1044方便地输送到集油箱1045中,倾斜布置的排油管1044方便液态油脂的自动排出,排油管1044上设置的电热环1043给排油管1044始终加热,使得输油管保持一定的温度,避免油脂在输送过程中凝固阻塞排油管1044的问题,同时也增快油脂中气泡的膨胀破裂,液位感应器122检测液位变化,当内壳102内液位下降时,液位感应器122启动水泵121抽水通过进水管120输送到内壳102中提高液位,使得油脂始终能够溢出内壳102进入排油组104中,当油水分离完成后,再转动手柄组110,打开翻盖108,油脂分离后的液体由于自身重力排出到液体收集盒109中;再打开排污盖2067,打开双转子电机116,清扫杆2063配合轴承在转孔2062中转动,双转子电机116带动清扫杆2063在滤板205上做圆周运动,清扫杆2063圆周运动将过滤板205上固体物质清扫收集到一个区域,排污盖2067板向下打开,清扫杆2063将固体物质扫入内壳102内,转动手柄119,打开翻盖108,固体物质在自身重力作用下掉落到固体收集箱2064中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种餐厨废弃物预处理技术设备,包括外壳和油水分离部,其特征在于 :所述外壳的顶部固定连接有通过压缩排出固体的挤压清扫部,所述挤压清扫 部下方固定连接有通过气泡吸附油脂并排出的油水分离部,所述油水分离部的 一侧连通设置有在油水分离部中产生并分割气泡的注气组。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨废弃物预处理技术设备,其特征在于:所 述油水分离部包括内壳、进气口、排油组、搅拌组、翻盖、液体收集盒、手柄 组、横杆、双转子电机、进水管、水泵和液位感应器;所述支腿二对称设置有 四个,所述支腿二上固定连接有所述外壳,所述外壳为圆锥筒状,所述外壳的 内侧固定连接有所述内壳,所述内壳底部上对称活动连接有所述翻盖,所述翻 盖上活动连接有所述手柄组,所述内壳底部固定连接有横杆,所述横杆上中心 位置下方固定连接有双转子电机,所述横杆上中心位置下方设置有液体收集盒 ,所述横杆上中心位置上方固定连接有搅拌组,所述外壳和内壳上均设置有进 气口,所述内壳的顶端位置固定设置有液位感应器,所述液位感应器上固定连 接有水泵,所述水泵上固定连接有进水管,所述进水管一端伸入内壳且固定设 置在内壳顶端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种餐厨废弃物预处理技术设备,其特征在于:所 述排油组包括排油腔、出油口、电热环、排油管和集油箱;所述外壳和所述内 壳组构成排油腔,所述排油腔底部设置有出油口,所述出油口上固定连接有排 油管的一端,所述排油管为倾斜布置,所述排油管上设置有电热环,所述排油 管另一端下方设置有集油箱。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨废弃物预处理技术设备,其特征在于:所 述挤压清扫部包括支腿一、液压机、液压盘、挤压槽、滤板、固体清扫部、滤 孔和扫杆槽;所述支腿一固定连接有液压机,所述液压机正下方活动连接有液 压盘,所述液压盘上开设有扫杆槽,所述液压盘正下方设置有挤压槽,所述挤 压槽正下方固定设置有滤板,所述滤板上均匀分布设置有滤孔,所述滤板中心 位置活动连接有固体清扫部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种餐厨废弃物预处理技术设备,其特征在于:所 述固体清扫部包括转孔、轴承二、清扫杆、固体收集箱、排污盖槽、排污盖和 单向转轴;所述滤板上开设有排污盖槽,所述排污盖槽内活动连接有单向转轴 ,所述单向转轴活动连接有排污盖,所述滤板中心位置开设有转孔,所述转孔 内固定连接有轴承二,所述轴承二内固定连接有清扫杆,所述清扫杆设置在所 述扫杆槽正下方,清扫杆一端竖直穿过搅拌组的中心位置固定连接有双转子电 机,双转子电机下方固定设置有固体收集箱。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种餐厨废弃物预处理技术设备,其特征在于:所 述搅拌组包括搅拌轴、搅拌叶、轴承一和通孔;所述横杆中心位置活动连接有 搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴的圆柱表面上均匀分布设置有搅拌叶,所述搅拌叶为均匀 倾斜向上螺旋布置,所述搅拌轴的中心位置开设有通孔,所述清扫杆竖直穿过 通孔,所述搅拌轴底部固定连接有轴承一,所述轴承一固定设置在横杆上,所 述搅拌轴穿过轴承一固定连接有所述双转子电机。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种餐厨废弃物预处理技术设备,其特征在于:所 述搅拌轴内设置有通风槽,所述通风槽截面为圆环状,所述通风槽底端设置有 进气孔,所述通风槽顶端均匀设置有吹气孔。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种餐厨废弃物预处理技术设备,其特征在于:所 述滤板的下端固定连接有圆筒状挡板,所述挡板的下端和所述内壳的上端均设 置有三角形尖齿。
  9. 根据权利要求所述的一种餐厨废弃物预处理技术设备,其特征在于:所 述手柄组包括滚珠、转轴一和手柄;所述外壳底部活动连接有转轴一,转轴一 上活动连接有手柄,手柄内活动连接有滚珠。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的一种餐厨废弃物预处理技术设备,其特征在于: 注气组包括空气机、排气小孔、进气管和通气座;所述进气口固定连接有进气 管,进气管一端固定联通连接有通气座,所述进气管的另一端固定连接有空气 机,所述进气管上均匀设置有排气小孔。
