- the work management device 14 manages the state of the maintenance work performed by the maintenance worker as work completion by input operation of the work completion notification from the maintenance worker.
- an earthquake motion may occur in the area where one of the elevators 2 is installed.
- the seismic sensors 8 of some or all of the elevators 2 installed in the area sense seismic waves caused by the earthquake.
- the elevator 2 responds to the seismic motion such as controlled operation or suspension of operation.
- the remote monitoring device 11 of the elevator 2 transmits response information representing the response to the seismic motion to the response management device 15 .
- the external service 19 distributes earthquake information about the earthquake.
- the earthquake information reception unit 20 of the response management device 15 acquires the delivered earthquake information.
- the response management device 15 may not be able to collect the response information from the elevator 2 that has responded to the seismic motion. Therefore, the response management device 15 uses the earthquake information acquired from the external service 19 to manage responses after the earthquake, for example, as follows.
- step S101 the response information reception unit 21 determines whether response information has been received from any elevator 2. If the determination result is Yes, the processing of the correspondence management device 15 proceeds to step S102. If the determination result is No, the process of the correspondence management device 15 proceeds to step S106.
- step S102 based on the response information received by the response information receiving part 21, the list management part 25 identifies the elevator 2 that has sent the response information.
- the list management unit 25 definitively registers the identified elevator 2 in the management target list.
- the list management unit 25 registers the information indicating the status of the elevator 2 in the management target list in association with the elevator 2 .
- the information registered in the management target list in correspondence with the elevator 2 is, for example, whether the elevator 2 is in normal operation, whether it is in diagnosis operation, and whether it is in operation suspension. , or information such as whether or not it has been restored.
- the information registered in the management target list may include information on the presence or absence of on-site checks by maintenance personnel for the restored elevator 2 .
- the work determination unit 22 refers to the work management device 14 and determines whether there is maintenance work for the elevator 2 specified based on the response information. For example, when the time at which the response information is received is included in the scheduled time for maintenance work on the elevator 2, the work determination unit 22 determines that the elevator 2 has maintenance work. Alternatively, the work determination unit 22 determines that there is maintenance work for the elevator 2 when, for example, maintenance work is being performed in the elevator 2 when the response information is received. For example, when the time at which the response information is received is not included in the time when maintenance work is scheduled for the elevator 2 and maintenance work is not being performed on the elevator 2 at the time , it is determined that there is no maintenance work for the elevator 2 . If the determination result as to whether there is maintenance work is Yes, the processing of the response management device 15 proceeds to step S105. If the determination result is No, the processing of the correspondence management device 15 proceeds to step S104.
- step S104 the earthquake information reception unit 20 determines whether or not an earthquake motion greater than a preset magnitude has occurred in the area where the elevator 2 is located, specified based on the response information.
- the earthquake information reception unit 20 determines the presence or absence of an earthquake motion, for example, depending on whether earthquake information indicating that an earthquake motion greater than the reference value of the elevator 2 stored in the reference storage unit 26 has occurred has been received from the external service 19. .
- the earthquake information reception unit 20 may, for example, determine the presence or absence of the earthquake information within a preset time range including the time at which the response information was received. If the determination result as to whether an earthquake motion has occurred is No, the processing of the response management device 15 proceeds to step S105. If the determination result is Yes, the processing of the correspondence management device 15 proceeds to step S106.
- step S105 the list management unit 25 determines that the response information received by the response information reception unit 21 is an erroneous alarm. For example, when there is maintenance work for the elevator 2 specified based on the response information, the list management unit 25 generates an erroneous alarm due to, for example, the accidental contact of the earthquake detector 8 by a maintenance worker during maintenance work. Determine the response information.
- the list management unit 25 when no seismic motion has occurred in the area where the elevator 2 is installed, may be caused by malfunction of the seismic detector 8 or other equipment, or vibration accompanying work near the elevator 2. False alarm and corresponding response information are judged. At this time, the list management unit 25 cancels the registration of the elevator 2 in the management target list. After that, the processing of the correspondence management device 15 proceeds to step S106.
- step S106 the earthquake information reception unit 20 determines whether earthquake information has been received from the external service 19.
