入力部12は、ユーザからの各種操作を受け付ける。図2に示す例では、ユーザU11からの各種操作を受け付ける。例えば、入力部12は、タッチパネル機能により表示面を介してユーザからの各種操作を受け付けてもよい。また、入力部12は、端末装置10に設けられたボタンや、端末装置10に接続されたキーボードやマウスからの各種操作を受け付けてもよい。
出力部13は、例えば液晶ディスプレイや有機EL(Electro−Luminescence)ディスプレイ等によって実現されるタブレット端末等の表示画面であり、各種情報を表示するための表示装置である。例えば、出力部13は、情報処理装置100から送信された情報を表示する。
制御部14は、例えば、コントローラ(controller)であり、CPU(Central Processing Unit)やMPU(Micro Processing Unit)等によって、端末装置10内部の記憶装置に記憶されている各種プログラムがRAM(Random Access Memory)を作業領域として実行されることにより実現される。例えば、この各種プログラムには、端末装置10にインストールされたアプリケーションのプログラムが含まれる。例えば、この各種プログラムには、情報処理装置100から送信された情報を表示させるアプリケーションのプログラムが含まれる。また、制御部14は、例えば、ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)やFPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)等の集積回路により実現される。
受信部141は、各種情報を受信する。受信部141は、外部の情報処理装置から各種情報を受信する。受信部141は、情報処理装置100等の他の情報処理装置から各種情報を受信する。例えば、受信部141は、ユーザの体型に合わなくなった所有物を手放し、買い替えを提案するための情報を受信する。
送信部142は、外部の情報処理装置へ各種情報を送信する。送信部142は、情報処理装置100等の他の情報処理装置へ各種情報を送信する。例えば、送信部142は、ユーザにより入力されたユーザ属性などの情報を送信する。
次に、図4を用いて、実施形態に係る情報処理装置100の構成について説明する。図4は、実施形態に係る情報処理装置100の構成例を示す図である。図4に示すように、情報処理装置100は、通信部110と、記憶部120と、制御部130とを有する。なお、情報処理装置100は、情報処理装置100の管理者から各種操作を受け付ける入力部(例えば、キーボードやマウス等)や、各種情報を表示するための表示部(例えば、液晶ディスプレイ等)を有してもよい。
通信部110は、例えば、NIC等によって実現される。そして、通信部110は、ネットワークNと有線又は無線で接続され、ネットワークNを介して、端末装置10等との間で情報の送受信を行う。
記憶部120は、例えば、RAM、フラッシュメモリ等の半導体メモリ素子、または、ハードディスク、光ディスク等の記憶装置によって実現される。図4に示すように、記憶部120は、所有物情報記憶部121と、ユーザ属性記憶部122と、測定履歴記憶部123とを有する。
制御部130は、コントローラであり、例えば、CPUやMPU等によって、情報処理装置100内部の記憶装置に記憶されている各種プログラムがRAMを作業領域として実行されることにより実現される。また、制御部130は、コントローラであり、例えば、ASICやFPGA等の集積回路により実現される。
取得部131は、各種情報を取得する。取得部131は、外部の情報処理装置から各種情報を取得する。取得部131は、管理サーバ200等の他の情報処理装置から各種情報を取得する。
推定部132は、取得部131により取得された情報に基づいて、ユーザの体型に関する情報を推定する。具体的には、推定部132は、ユーザの体型変化を推定する。例えば、推定部132は、ユーザの購買履歴に含まれる購入品のサイズの変化に基づいて、ユーザの体型変化を推定する。また、例えば、推定部132は、ユーザ属性に基づいて、年齢とともに体型が変化することを考慮して、年齢に応じた体型変化を推定する。
判定部133は、取得部131により取得されたユーザの体型に関する情報に基づいて、体型が所定の閾値以上変化したか否かを判定する。例えば、判定部133は、推定部132により推定された体型変化に基づいて、体型が所定の閾値以上変化したか否かを判定する。具体的な例を挙げると、判定部133は、購買履歴に含まれる購入品のサイズが2ランクアップ(例えば、MからXLサイズ、SからLサイズ)したなどの場合には、体型が所定の閾値以上変化したと判定する。
特定部134は、判定部133により、体型が所定の閾値以上変化したと判定された場合に、ユーザの体型に合わなくなった所有物を特定する。具体的には、特定部134は、判定部133により、ユーザの体型に合わなくなったと判定された所有物を特定する。例えば、特定部134は、推定部132による推定結果に基づいて、ユーザの体型に合わなくなったと判定された所有物を特定する。
提供部135は、特定部134により特定された所有物を手放し、買い替えを提案するための情報を提供(送信)する。具体的には、提供部135は、その所有物を購入した所定の電子商店街で購入可能な代替品の購入を提案するための情報を提供する。
次に、図8を用いて、実施形態に係る管理サーバ200の構成について説明する。図8は、実施形態に係る管理サーバ200の構成例を示す図である。図8に示すように、管理サーバ200は、通信部210と、記憶部220と、制御部230とを有する。なお、管理サーバ200は、管理サーバ200の管理者から各種操作を受け付ける入力部(例えば、キーボードやマウス等)や、各種情報を表示するための表示部(例えば、液晶ディスプレイ等)を有してもよい。
通信部210は、例えば、NIC等によって実現される。そして、通信部210は、ネットワークNと有線又は無線で接続され、ネットワークNを介して、情報処理装置100等との間で情報の送受信を行う。
記憶部220は、例えば、RAM、フラッシュメモリ等の半導体メモリ素子、または、ハードディスク、光ディスク等の記憶装置によって実現される。図8に示すように、記憶部120は、購買履歴記憶部221と、商品情報記憶部222とを有する。
制御部230は、コントローラであり、例えば、CPUやMPU等によって、管理サーバ200内部の記憶装置に記憶されている各種プログラムがRAMを作業領域として実行されることにより実現される。また、制御部230は、コントローラであり、例えば、ASICやFPGA等の集積回路により実現される。
取得部231は、管理サーバ200が管理する所定の電子商店街におけるユーザの購買に関する情報を取得する。例えば、取得部231は、ユーザが購買を行うと、購入した商品に関する情報を取得する。
提供部232は、ユーザの購買履歴に関する情報を提供する。なお、提供部232は、管理サーバ200がユーザ属性記憶部122や測定履歴記憶部123を記憶部220に格納する場合には、ユーザ属性に関する情報や測定履歴に関する情報を提供してもよい。
次に、図11を用いて、実施形態に係る情報処理システム1による情報処理の手順について説明する。図11は、実施形態に係る情報処理システム1による情報処理の手順を示すフローチャートである。
上述した実施形態に係る情報処理システム1は、上記実施形態以外にも種々の異なる形態にて実施されてよい。そこで、以下では、情報処理システム1の他の実施形態について説明する。
上記実施形態では、管理サーバ200が管理する所定の電子商店街において、登録された一アカウントに一ユーザが紐づくものとして説明したが、この例に限られない。具体的には、上記実施形態において、登録された一アカウントに複数ユーザが紐づいてもよい。例えば、ユーザに家族がいる場合には、そのユーザが家族(例えば、ユーザの子供など)のために商品を購入する場合が想定される。以下、管理サーバ200が管理する所定の電子商店街において、登録された一アカウントに複数ユーザが紐づく場合の処理を説明する。なお、図2と同様の説明は適宜省略する。
上述してきたように、実施形態に係る情報処理装置100は、取得部131と、判定部133と、提供部135とを有する。取得部131は、ユーザの体型に関する情報を取得する。判定部133は、取得部131により取得されたユーザの体型に関する情報に基づいて、体型が所定の閾値以上変化したか否かを判定する。提供部135は、判定部133により、体型が所定の閾値以上変化したと判定された場合に、変化によってユーザの体型に合わなくなったユーザの所有物の代替品の購入を提案するための情報を提供する。
また、上述してきた実施形態に係る端末装置10、情報処理装置100及び管理サーバ200は、例えば、図13に示すような構成のコンピュータ1000によって実現される。図13は、端末装置10、情報処理装置100及び管理サーバ200の機能を実現するコンピュータの一例を示すハードウェア構成図である。コンピュータ1000は、CPU1100、RAM1200、ROM1300、HDD1400、通信インターフェイス(I/F)1500、入出力インターフェイス(I/F)1600、及びメディアインターフェイス(I/F)1700を有する。
また、上記実施形態において説明した各処理のうち、自動的に行われるものとして説明した処理の全部または一部を手動的に行うこともでき、あるいは、手動的に行われるものとして説明した処理の全部または一部を公知の方法で自動的に行うこともできる。この他、上記文書中や図面中で示した処理手順、具体的名称、各種のデータやパラメータを含む情報については、特記する場合を除いて任意に変更することができる。例えば、各図に示した各種情報は、図示した情報に限られない。

Claims (12)
- ユーザの体型に関する情報を取得する取得部と、
前記取得部により取得されたユーザの体型に関する情報に基づいて、体型が所定の閾値以上変化したか否かを判定する判定部と、
前記判定部により、体型が所定の閾値以上変化したと判定された場合に、当該変化によって前記ユーザの体型に合わなくなった前記ユーザの所有物の代替品の購入を提案するための情報を提供する提供部と、
を有することを特徴とする情報処理装置。 - 前記提供部は、
所定の電子商店街を管理するサーバから提供された前記ユーザの購買履歴に基づいて特定された前記所有物に関する情報に基づいて、前記代替品の購入を提案するための情報を提供する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記提供部は、
前記所有物の品目及びサイズに関する情報に基づいて、前記代替品の購入を提案するための情報を提供する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記提供部は、
前記所有物を手放すよう提案するための情報として、前記所有物を手放すことにより付与される電子ポイントへの交換を提案するための情報を提供する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記提供部は、
前記所有物を手放すよう提案するための情報として、前記所有物のオークションへの出品を提案するための情報を提供する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記判定部は、
前記ユーザの体型を測定可能な体型測定手段を介して測定された測定履歴に基づいて、前記ユーザの体型が所定の閾値以上変化したか否かを判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記判定部は、
前記ユーザの購買履歴に基づく変化に基づいて推定された前記ユーザの体型変化に関する情報に基づいて、前記ユーザの体型が所定の閾値以上変化したか否かを判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記判定部は、

一のアカウントに紐づく複数ユーザの体型に関する情報を取得し、
前記一のアカウントに紐づく購買履歴に含まれる購入品の属性に基づいて、前記複数ユーザのうち、前記判定部による判定対象となる一のユーザを特定する特定部を更に有し、
前記判定部は、
前記特定部により特定された一のユーザの体型に関する情報に基づいて、一のユーザの体型が所定の閾値以上変化したか否かを判定し、
前記提供部は、
前記判定部による判定結果に基づいて、前記変化によって前記一のユーザの体型に合わなくなった前記一のユーザの所有物の代替品の購入を提案するための情報を提供する
ことを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記特定部は、
前記一のアカウントに紐づく購買履歴に基づいて推定された複数ユーザの属性と前記購入品の属性との比較に基づいて、前記判定対象となる一のユーザを特定する
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の情報処理装置。 - コンピュータが実行する情報処理方法であって、
ユーザの体型に関する情報を取得する取得工程と、
前記取得工程により取得されたユーザの体型に関する情報に基づいて、体型が所定の閾値以上変化したか否かを判定する判定工程と、
前記判定工程により、体型が所定の閾値以上変化したと判定された場合に、当該変化によって前記ユーザの体型に合わなくなった前記ユーザの所有物の代替品の購入を提案するための情報を提供する提供工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする情報処理方法。 - ユーザの体型に関する情報を取得する取得手順と、
前記取得手順により取得されたユーザの体型に関する情報に基づいて、体型が所定の閾値以上変化したか否かを判定する判定手順と、
前記判定手順により、体型が所定の閾値以上変化したと判定された場合に、当該変化によって前記ユーザの体型に合わなくなった前記ユーザの所有物の代替品の購入を提案するための情報を提供する提供手順と、
をコンピュータに実行させることを特徴とする情報処理プログラム。
