Description
〔1.情報処理システムの構成〕
図1に示す情報処理システム1について説明する。図1に示すように、情報処理システム1は、端末装置10と、情報処理装置100と、管理サーバ200と、事業者装置300とが含まれる。端末装置10と、情報処理装置100と、管理サーバ200と、事業者装置300とは所定の通信網(ネットワークN)を介して、有線または無線により通信可能に接続される。図1は、実施形態に係る情報処理システム1の構成例を示す図である。なお、図1に示した情報処理システム1には、複数台の端末装置10や、複数台の情報処理装置100や、複数台の管理サーバ200や、複数台の事業者装置300が含まれてもよい。
以下実施形態では、説明の便宜上、ユーザに提供する情報の一例として、広告を例に挙げて説明するが、この例に限られないものとする。事業者が提供可能な商品やサービスの購入を提案する情報であれば、広告に限らず、どのようなものであってもよい。また、以下実施形態では、管理サーバ200が管理する所定の電子商店街において提供される対象物の一例として、被服を例に挙げて説明するが、この例に限られないものとする。ユーザが身に着けるものであって、ユーザの体型に応じて合うサイズが変化するものであれば、被服に限らず、どのようなものであってもよい。また、以下実施形態では、管理サーバ200が管理する所定の電子商店街において、登録された一アカウントに一ユーザが紐づくものとして説明するが、この例に限られない。なお、登録された一アカウントに複数ユーザが紐づく場合の処理は、変形例で後述する。
次に、図3を用いて、実施形態に係る端末装置10の構成について説明する。図3は、実施形態に係る端末装置10の構成例を示す図である。図3に示すように、端末装置10は、通信部11と、入力部12と、出力部13と、制御部14とを有する。
通信部11は、例えば、NIC(Network Interface Card)等によって実現される。そして、通信部11は、所定のネットワークNと有線又は無線で接続され、所定のネットワークNを介して、情報処理装置100等との間で情報の送受信を行う。
入力部12は、ユーザからの各種操作を受け付ける。図2に示す例では、ユーザU11からの各種操作を受け付ける。例えば、入力部12は、タッチパネル機能により表示面を介してユーザからの各種操作を受け付けてもよい。また、入力部12は、端末装置10に設けられたボタンや、端末装置10に接続されたキーボードやマウスからの各種操作を受け付けてもよい。
出力部13は、例えば液晶ディスプレイや有機EL(Electro−Luminescence)ディスプレイ等によって実現されるタブレット端末等の表示画面であり、各種情報を表示するための表示装置である。例えば、出力部13は、情報処理装置100から送信された情報を表示する。
制御部14は、例えば、コントローラ(controller)であり、CPU(Central Processing Unit)やMPU(Micro Processing Unit)等によって、端末装置10内部の記憶装置に記憶されている各種プログラムがRAM(Random Access Memory)を作業領域として実行されることにより実現される。例えば、この各種プログラムには、端末装置10にインストールされたアプリケーションのプログラムが含まれる。例えば、この各種プログラムには、情報処理装置100から送信された情報を表示させるアプリケーションのプログラムが含まれる。また、制御部14は、例えば、ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)やFPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)等の集積回路により実現される。
受信部141は、各種情報を受信する。受信部141は、外部の情報処理装置から各種情報を受信する。受信部141は、情報処理装置100等の他の情報処理装置から各種情報を受信する。例えば、受信部141は、所定の電子商取引を提供するウェブサービスのコンテンツを受信する。また、例えば、受信部141は、所定の電子商取引を提供するウェブサービスのコンテンツ上で表示する広告に関する情報を受信する。

次に、図4を用いて、実施形態に係る情報処理装置100の構成について説明する。図4は、実施形態に係る情報処理装置100の構成例を示す図である。図4に示すように、情報処理装置100は、通信部110と、記憶部120と、制御部130とを有する。なお、情報処理装置100は、情報処理装置100の管理者から各種操作を受け付ける入力部(例えば、キーボードやマウス等)や、各種情報を表示するための表示部(例えば、液晶ディスプレイ等)を有してもよい。
通信部110は、例えば、NIC等によって実現される。そして、通信部110は、ネットワークNと有線又は無線で接続され、ネットワークNを介して、端末装置10等との間で情報の送受信を行う。
記憶部120は、例えば、RAM、フラッシュメモリ等の半導体メモリ素子、または、ハードディスク、光ディスク等の記憶装置によって実現される。図4に示すように、記憶部120は、体型情報記憶部121と、購買履歴記憶部122と、ユーザ情報記憶部123と、入札情報記憶部124とを有する。
制御部130は、コントローラであり、例えば、CPUやMPU等によって、情報処理装置100内部の記憶装置に記憶されている各種プログラムがRAMを作業領域として実行されることにより実現される。また、制御部130は、コントローラであり、例えば、ASICやFPGA等の集積回路により実現される。
第1取得部131は、各種情報を取得する。第1取得部131は、外部の情報処理装置から各種情報を取得する。第1取得部131は、管理サーバ200等の他の情報処理装置から各種情報を取得する。
第2取得部132は、入札情報を取得する。例えば、第2取得部132は、所定の電子商店街を提供するウェブサービス上で広告を提供するために、広告枠に対して事業者が入札した入札情報を取得する。また、第2取得部132は、入札情報とともに、事業者が広告を提供したいターゲットユーザの体型情報に関する情報を取得する。
推定部133は、ユーザの体型変化を推定する。例えば、推定部133は、購買履歴の変化に基づいて、ユーザの体型変化を推定する。例えば、推定部133は、ユーザの購入する被服のサイズがMからLに変化した場合には、ユーザの体型が大きくなったと推定する。また、例えば、推定部133は、ユーザの属性情報に基づいて、ユーザの年齢に応じてユーザの体型が大きくなったと推定する。
算出部134は、ユーザの体型情報と、ユーザの属性情報に基づく体型情報の統計データとに基づいて、ユーザの体型と標準体型との差分を算出する。例えば、算出部134は、ユーザの体重が80kgであり、標準体型の体重が70kgである場合には、差分が10kgと算出する。
判定部135は、ユーザの体型や購買履歴の変化を判定する。また、判定部135は、ユーザの体型や購買履歴の変化に応じて、ユーザに提供する広告を動的に変更すると判定する。例えば、判定部135は、ユーザの体型がMからXXLに変化した場合には、割安な保険から割高な保険の広告に、提供する広告を変更すると判定する。
特定部136は、ユーザに提供する広告を特定する。例えば、特定部136は、現在のユーザの体型に適した広告を特定する。例えば、特定部136は、判定部135による判定結果と、入札情報とに基づいて、現在のユーザの体型に適した広告を特定する。
提供部137は、算出部134により算出された差分に応じて、特定部136により特定された広告に関する情報を提供する。例えば、提供部137は、対象となるユーザの体型情報を、ターゲットユーザの体型情報に含む事業者の広告の中から、対象となるユーザの体型に適した広告に関する情報を提供する。
次に、図9を用いて、実施形態に係る管理サーバ200の構成について説明する。図9は、実施形態に係る管理サーバ200の構成例を示す図である。図9に示すように、管理サーバ200は、通信部210と、記憶部220と、制御部230とを有する。なお、管理サーバ200は、管理サーバ200の管理者から各種操作を受け付ける入力部(例えば、キーボードやマウス等)や、各種情報を表示するための表示部(例えば、液晶ディスプレイ等)を有してもよい。
通信部210は、例えば、NIC等によって実現される。そして、通信部210は、ネットワークNと有線又は無線で接続され、ネットワークNを介して、情報処理装置100等との間で情報の送受信を行う。
記憶部220は、例えば、RAM、フラッシュメモリ等の半導体メモリ素子、または、ハードディスク、光ディスク等の記憶装置によって実現される。図9に示すように、記憶部120は、購買履歴記憶部221と、ユーザ情報記憶部222と、被服情報記憶部223とを有する。
制御部230は、コントローラであり、例えば、CPUやMPU等によって、管理サーバ200内部の記憶装置に記憶されている各種プログラムがRAMを作業領域として実行されることにより実現される。また、制御部230は、コントローラであり、例えば、ASICやFPGA等の集積回路により実現される。
取得部231は、ユーザの購買履歴に関する情報を取得する。また、取得部231は、ユーザ情報を取得する。また、取得部231は、被服情報を取得する。
提供部232は、ユーザの購買履歴に関する情報を提供する。また、提供部232は、ユーザ情報を提供する。また、提供部232は、被服情報を提供する。
次に、図11を用いて、実施形態に係る事業者装置300の構成について説明する。図11は、実施形態に係る事業者装置300の構成例を示す図である。図11に示すように、事業者装置300は、通信部310と、入力部320と、出力部330と、制御部340とを有する。
通信部310は、例えば、NIC等によって実現される。そして、通信部310は、所定のネットワークNと有線又は無線で接続され、所定のネットワークNを介して、情報処理装置100等との間で情報の送受信を行う。
入力部320は、事業者からの各種操作を受け付ける。図11に示す例では、事業者G11乃至G14からの各種操作を受け付ける。例えば、入力部320は、タッチパネル機能により表示面を介して事業者からの各種操作を受け付けてもよい。また、入力部320は、事業者装置300に設けられたボタンや、事業者装置300に接続されたキーボードやマウスからの各種操作を受け付けてもよい。
出力部330は、例えば液晶ディスプレイや有機ELディスプレイ等によって実現されるタブレット端末等の表示画面であり、各種情報を表示するための表示装置である。例えば、出力部330は、情報処理装置100から送信された情報を表示する。
制御部340は、例えば、コントローラであり、CPUやMPU等によって、事業者装置300内部の記憶装置に記憶されている各種プログラムがRAMを作業領域として実行されることにより実現される。例えば、この各種プログラムには、事業者装置300にインストールされたアプリケーションのプログラムが含まれる。例えば、この各種プログラムには、事業者から受け付けられた情報を情報処理装置100に送信するアプリケーションのプログラムが含まれる。また、制御部340は、例えば、ASICやFPGA等の集積回路により実現される。
取得部341は、事業者から受け付けられた情報を取得する。例えば、取得部341は、所定の電子商取引を提供するウェブサービスのコンテンツ上で広告を提供するための広告枠に対して事業者から受け付けられた入札情報を取得する。
送信部342は、取得部341により取得された情報を送信する。
次に、図12を用いて、実施形態に係る情報処理システム1による情報処理の手順について説明する。図12は、実施形態に係る情報処理システム1による情報処理の手順を示すフローチャートである。
上述した実施形態に係る情報処理システム1は、上記実施形態以外にも種々の異なる形態にて実施されてよい。そこで、以下では、情報処理システム1の他の実施形態について説明する。
上記実施形態では、管理サーバ200が管理する所定の電子商店街において、登録された一アカウントに一ユーザが紐づくものとして説明したが、この例に限られない。具体的には、上記実施形態において、登録された一アカウントに複数ユーザが紐づいてもよい。例えば、ユーザに家族がいる場合には、そのユーザが家族(例えば、ユーザの配偶者など)のために保険に加入する場合が想定される。以下、管理サーバ200が管理する所定の電子商店街において、登録された一アカウントに複数ユーザが紐づく場合の処理を説明する。なお、図2と同様の説明は適宜省略する。
上述してきたように、実施形態に係る情報処理装置100は、第1取得部131と、第2取得部132と、算出部134と、提供部137とを有する。第1取得部131は、第1ユーザの体型に関する体型情報を取得する。第2取得部132は、情報提供者が情報を提供したいユーザとして予め定めたターゲットユーザの体型情報を取得する。算出部134は、第1取得部131により取得された第1ユーザの体型情報と、第1ユーザの属性情報に基づく体型情報の統計データとの比較に基づいて、統計データに基づく標準体型との差分を算出する。提供部137は、算出部134により算出された差分に応じて、第1ユーザの体型情報をターゲットユーザの体型情報に含む情報提供者の情報の中から、第1ユーザに適した情報を提供する。
また、上述してきた実施形態に係る端末装置10、情報処理装置100、管理サーバ200及び事業者装置300は、例えば、図14に示すような構成のコンピュータ1000によって実現される。図14は、端末装置10、情報処理装置100、管理サーバ200及び事業者装置300の機能を実現するコンピュータの一例を示すハードウェア構成図である。コンピュータ1000は、CPU1100、RAM1200、ROM1300、HDD1400、通信インターフェイス(I/F)1500、入出力インターフェイス(I/F)1600、及びメディアインターフェイス(I/F)1700を有する。
また、上記実施形態において説明した各処理のうち、自動的に行われるものとして説明した処理の全部または一部を手動的に行うこともでき、あるいは、手動的に行われるものとして説明した処理の全部または一部を公知の方法で自動的に行うこともできる。この他、上記文書中や図面中で示した処理手順、具体的名称、各種のデータやパラメータを含む情報については、特記する場合を除いて任意に変更することができる。例えば、各図に示した各種情報は、図示した情報に限られない。
