- the difference (corresponding to the "first difference") is output as an elongation calorie due to basal metabolism in S206.
- basal metabolism elongation calories is meant herein the calories that can be consumed on a day by raising basal metabolism to the desired level.
- the elongation calorie may be calculated and stored in the storage unit of the computer or may be displayed on the display unit of the terminal used by the user. At this time, recommendation information for recommending muscle training for enhancing basal metabolism is output.
- S207 to S211 play a large role in the user's weight loss success as well as S201 to S206, but may be optional.
- RDEE Basal Energy Expenditure
- BMR Basal Energy Expenditure
- the calories for elongation are calculated and output by aerobic exercise in S209, for example, by the following equation.
- Current RDEE x (1.75-Average PAR) (kcal)
- the initial value may be 1.50 or the like, and when the computer can access data storage from an activity meter or the like used by the user, the data may be used for a predetermined period of time
- An average PAR of one week can be calculated. Specifically, the type and activity time of physical activity such as walking or jogging are automatically identified and measured using sensor information such as a smartphone, activity meter, etc., and PAR set in advance for each activity type Calculate the period average PAR.
- the average PAR is less than 1.75, that the amount of exercise is lower than the general level, and "calorie due to aerobic exercise” consumes one day by raising the amount of exercise to the desired level It can mean calories.
- the elongation calorie may be calculated and stored in the storage unit of the computer or may be displayed on the display unit of the terminal used by the user. At this time, aerobic exercise is recommended.
- the elongation calorie by aerobic exercise can be set as a predetermined ratio of the difference between the weight loss target calorie and the elongation calorie by basal metabolism, for example, 20%, 30%, 40%, etc.
- the calorie consumption corresponding to the amount of exercise is less than 50%, the rest can be coped with by the diet described later, and the possibility of continuation can be increased without excessively increasing the exercise load. In particular, 25% or more and 30% or less may be set.
- each of the above steps can be processed without requiring any input of the calorie intake from the user.
- some conventional health management tools use the daily calorie intake recorded by the user, it is difficult for most users to continue recording the calorie intake after all, and their use is discontinued, and weight loss is successful. It was not possible to support the
